I wanted dip powder on the tip and I was told that you you couldn’t put dip powder on the tips and I know that is not true because I have had it before. That is not why I don’t want to go back there because the woman I got was very slow and on one of my nails was covered all over. On one side she some how took the color off part of my nails. When I get my nails done I want the whole nails colored but overall they are pretty. Only I can see the spot where she took the color off.

I came in to get a pedicure. They didn’t want to do it due to my weight and me being a man. The lady was concerned with me breaking her chair I had been here a few times in the past with no issues. I was very disappointed to say the least. No professionalism I will never come to this establishment again.

Arrived at 1;02 pmI only come here because my favorite salon isn’t opened on Sundays. Well, each time I come, I feel ignored or overlooked. On today, I walked in and only 2 people was getting their nails done. I was asked by 3 others what was I getting and I told them a soak off, full set, and eyebrow wax. One guy looked at me and basically said that he wasn’t doing my nails. The other guy poured up the cup of acetone but decided I didn’t need soaking. He then went and worked on the other lady that was in the chair. I sat and waited about 15 minutes and the guy who was working on someone else asked what color. As I preceded to tell him gel and what number, he tells me to go pick one out from by the register. (Why if the gel colors right in front of me and I know what I want?).A family walked in and wanted pedicures.... the other rude guy that didn’t want to assist me, turned around and looked at her face and immediately jumped up as if he only assist certain races. Meanwhile I’m still sitting and it’s 30 minutes and a whole family being waited on. Suddenly, the owner asked why I’m not soaking because clearly the acetone was poured up and just sitting here. I told her that “he told me I don’t need it”. So. The man begin talking in his language as he still work on someone else. Sadly, I’m treated like this each time I come. I’m always serviced after an hour or longer when I walked in way before others. I wish more salons was opened on Sundays because these people are the worst. What’s worst than that is that, not all of them can do nails here.Update: I left the salon at 3:57 pm without all the services that was requested. My tech acted as if he could simply cut my nails and not use the soak off technique. He proceeded to cut my pinky nail all the way down to the meet. I pulled my hand back. So he did a second attempt with trying to take the acrylic off my nail after cutting my nails way shorter than I would’ve wanted because I usually get my nails overlay with coffin or almond shapes. Well, after attempting to cut other nails he realized he needed the polished taken off FIRST so he won’t make more mistakes of cutting my actual finger. Long story short, I had to now soak as he went and did pedicures. More people walked in and by the time he started back on me, he would leave to go finish polishes in between my acrylic being put on. After my nails was finally done I requested the 3rd time for my brow services. Finally the owner asked her client if it was okay that she did my brows. The woman said she in a rush. Meanwhile, they’ve done 5 pedicures and 2 set of nails why I waited. She could’ve did my brows when I was “just waiting” as she did nothing. She had the audacity to now ask me if I could wait 15 minutes. I said no, and end up paying $50 for things I didn’t request and for poor services all the way around. I vow to never go again!

I didnt want to come to this salon but my Mother wanted to because she likes the owner. So we did. I got my nails dipped for the first time, and didnt like the color. I told them and they said there was nothing that they could do about it. They put the clear coat on trying to change my mind thinking it would satisfy me and when it did not, they started LAUGHING at me. Also when doing my eyebrows they told me they couldnt arch them (I told them to begin with I wanted them arched and she did not AT ALL do what I asked, she must not have known how) so when she was done waxing and I looked at them, they were not at all what I asked for. I asked once again if she could arch them and she again said she couldnt and her employees started laughing, AGAIN. Like yes I know Im alot sometimes and Im indecisive and picky as they come, but when Im spending $140.00 with you, I have 140 reasons to be PICKY. When someone doesnt like your product, your work, whatever you FIX it. You dont laugh in someones face and say theres nothing you can do. It was VERY unprofessional and a waste of my money because here I am stuck with something I DONT LIKE. I do not, DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL!

Came here because the nail shop on the mall apparently lost my appointment slot for my bridal party. I booked weeks in advance and called to to confirm 2 days ahead. Anyhow. I called around and found this place. They were able to take the whole bridal party, no wait time. Did a fabulous job on our feet and nails. The massage chairs are epic. I highly recommend this place!

Do not get your nails done here. In the early 2000’s I kept my nails done in the French style solar until about 2007. I thought I’d give them a break. I started using the at home gel kits which looked good enough but I had an event and wanted a set of acrylics. I stopped in here. My nails are very thin and brittle so I asked them to go with the drill. They drill your nail bed way too much. My tech was so rough. I asked several times for them not drill so deep into my nail beds. I really should have known when they were ignoring me and speaking to each other to just leave. Then I specially asked if the tools had been sterilized and cleaned. They didn’t look like it. All I got was a nod. They obviously weren’t. I came out with a terrible set of acrylics and a nail fungus. So yay me! They next time something doesn’t seem right at a nail salon, stop and walk out. If you don’t SEE them take the instruments out of plastic and use them on you for the first time, don’t stay. It took me months to get rid of the fungus and you can’t put polish over a fungus, so it looked terrible and embarrassing.

Ive been coming here for last 6 months and the last 2 times were not great but I attempted to give them an opportunity to make it right... well today was horrendous!!! After waiting 1.5 hours to get gel nails & manicure, halfway through manicure she leaves you go home for 5 minutes and 30 minutes later still not back and only 1 nail person in there. I simply got up & left and will NEVER go back. Terrible terrible service!!!!

Went to get full set and pedicure. During pedicure the man cut my toe. During full set he cut 3 of my fingers. Didn’t apologize and I was overcharged. Nails look horrible, my fingers hurt and the lady said I was charged due to the length. I have short nails. I got regular polish but she charged me for gel polish as well. Smh. Will NEVER go here again. WORST SALON EVER

Do not go to Glamour Nails! This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon. I was out to treat myself to a pedicure and mani here. Once I entered it smelled terrible “corn chips” but I was in desperate need of a pedi and mani so I proceeded to pick a color from the gel selections and was told to go to the back where the pedicures were being done. I was placed in a seat and WARM water was ran for me to soak my feet. The lady walked away and continued a pedicure that was before me. I waited now soaking in cold water for 30 minutes as the lady was now working on a manicure. I left because at this point I’m uncomfortable and highly upset. This place is poorly staffed and very unprofessional. I will never return!

I have been to this nail salon in the past and never had any issues...I went back a few weeks ago and a young college guy did my nails. He was very friendly and spoke English fluently...I got the solar pink and white acrylics put on. When I left my nails were sooo uneven, the UV top coat had bubbled up on one finger, I had thick acrylic left on the undersides of my nails and my nails had no slope to them at all, it was like a big dip from the pink to the white part. It was a waste of $55 dollars....DONT DO IT....I went to serenity nails and the owner was very nice and fixed them up perfectly.

I have been to many nail salons and this is the WORST! I went here because it was the day before Easter and the salon I usually go to was booked. The older man there pulled my gel nails off of my fingers even after I questioned him. I told him youre supposed to soak them off. He said no. See its only plastic. Then a girl there did the gel manicure. She soaked in cold water then she barely touched my cuticles to push them back. Then picked here and there at my cuticles to cut them. It was not a good manicure. My 7 year old granddaughter could have done better. Then she put the gel on even though she didnt smooth the nails good before so I had hard bumps on them. After she had finished then she used the sander and smoothed it down some. I was shaking my head the entire time I was there. Never again!

Now I am not a nail tech, but I do my own nails and know a good bit about nail care. Ive gone to several places in Hattiesburg for pedicures, and they have all been pretty good as far as service and price were concerned. I only stopped here because it was in a convenient location to me at the time. Pedicure stations were standard, and they did have a decent selection of polishes to choose from.My pedicure started with a very short soak in the foot bath, and I gave the tech the go-ahead to cut my toenails since they were a little long. She was VERY rough and completely cut down the sidewalls of my big toes to a pointed shape. My original shape was a cute square, and having the sides cut makes them prone to being ingrown. Ive never had anyone do that before. After that, she started nipping my cuticles without first using any cuticle remover or pushing my cuticles back at all. It was at this point when I realized that I had never seen her take her instruments out of a sterilized pack or any antiseptic solution. All her instruments were in the main trolley with the rest of the supplies. I could only assume that they werent sterilized between each customer which is a HUGE no-no! Most places use an autoclave to sterilize their metal instruments to kill any fungus/bacteria, and each customer gets a new pack. I almost stopped her at this point, but she had moved on to the next step of scrubbing my feet down with a callus remover. If using contaminated instruments wasnt enough, she cleaned off the callus remover and pumice in the water my feet were still in! All that crud was now clinging to my legs and feet! She also rinsed and sprayed cleaner in the tub while my feet were waiting for polish. The actual polish job wasnt that great either. The color I chose was slightly thin, so three coats were needed for full opacity. She stopped at two and topcoated without asking, and you could still see a visible nail line. Its been two months since I visited this place only to have a nice fungal infection for my troubles. My big toe on my right foot is about halfway ready to fall off, and Ive got to take an oral anti-fungal medication for several weeks in hopes that new growth wont be infected. Just in time for warmer weather! Ill be looking into reporting this place for their improper sanitation. Avoid at all costs!

This is the worst pedicure Ive ever had! My water was cold, the foot rasp file smelled like something died, and she only used it on one foot, she only massaged one foot with lotion, and she only painted my toe nails. When I asked her about putting a clear coat on she said, Done. I also got a wax and had no lotion or gel or anything applied on after. So now I have a red bumpy looking mustache...
