Great place to get your nails done! They do a fantastic job! The only thing is I feel like they could do the massage a little longer on your legs. Other then that it’s fantastic!!

I went in for a Pedicure and ended up with a Manicure also. Enjoyed the massage chair while getting the pedicure. This establishment is very clean and all tools had been sanitize which is very important especially with the danger of COVID-19. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. Very affordable!!! I have found my new Nail Salon!!!

By far the BEST NAIL SHOP in Hattiesburg, MS. This is the only place I come to and absolutely recommended. Fast efficient service, good long lasting quality nails, and very clean shop. I have not had one bad experience here. Everyone is welcoming and sweet.

Poor customer service with below average quality service. They did seem clean, as I saw them sanitize consistently. I was passing through town and chose this place based on Google reviews for a pedicure only. . Unfortunately, I would not return and therefore would not recommend.

I dont know what this two ladies are talking about. My wife is very particular about her nail and we being all over Hattiesburg from salon to salon and believe me she is very pleased now with her nails.The salon is very clean and they are very friendly and professional.As for me I am a Soldier so you can imagine the kind of feets that I have so I decided to get a pedi and I call them 15 minutes prior to closing and they told me that they will wait for me. Honesty they gain me as a client.And for those that believe the lady about the cleaningnes of this place take a look to the pictures.THANKS EXQUISITE NAILS

Older lady with short hair was very unprofessional and caught an attitude with me all because I wanted to make sure that she understood that I wanted gel nails instead of dip nails. She charged me extra to soak my nails off after trying to snatch my nails off which hurt like hell. I would not recommend going to this place the customer service is below average for the prices to be so high.

LOVE the attention to detail, the willingness to stay late, & to go above & beyond to make the customer happy!! I have not been happy with the last several places I have been to for a pedicure and this place absolutely blew me and my mom away!! Fantastic customer service! My nails look great! She listened to what I wanted and delivered fantastic results. The shop was very clean. Bathroom, tools, work stations, even the nail polish bottles are spotless. I have coffin nails with a French Ombré and they are perfect! The polish and powder selection is unreal. Walls are covered with nail polish selections. So many choices! Definitely give them a try.

From out of town, looked for a nail salon, they had five stars, so I said why not! One of the best pedicures I’ve received. Highly recommended

Absolutely horrible. The inside is absolutely filthy and musty. It should be under heath violation. The tools the lady used for my manicure were dirty!! It was absolutely disgusting. My nails were painted horribly. They look like I let a child paint them. I am beyond disappointed. I will never be going back here.... and if you are expecting quality service, don’t go here.

The people were absolutely wonderful and made the experience even better. My nails are gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended. (They also have some really cool fish in there).

Great customer service! Hot towels are always used on services done to your hands and feet. A very large variety of colors. I drive a hour just to come here.

I got the best eyebrow wax here and I love my nails! The nail tech really took his time in making sure they looked neat! The staff was very friendly too.

I have been coming here since I moved to Hattiesburg in 2015! Hana always takes the time to work around my BUSY schedule between having a new baby, work, and school. The service was awful.The owner, which was the older lady was highly unprofessional.She did not smile or engage with the customers.She allowed a man to begin on my nails and he was inexperienced as he had my nails on crooked and different lengths.I wish I could upload this picture as evidence.After I mentioned it to the owner lady, she begin talking loud and stating that they can not be soaked off because she can fix it; however, she just refused to start over and made a bigger mess.I paid for a poor job and will never return.I recommend your money be spent with customer friendly service whom wants to satisfy their customers and exhibits politeness.

Awesome customer service

So today I go in and get my nails done and ask for Stacey, but she had appts. So I get told to sit in someone else’s chair & at first I was skeptical (ya know how it is trying someone new) So I sit & the tech is prepping my nails .. she gets to the part about the length & if you know me you know I said “Just above the numbers” automatically she clipped the first nail PERFECT length! (I’m very picky about my nail length) Y’all when I tell y’all this tech DID MY NAILS THE EXACT WAY I WANTED THEM, NOT ONE FLAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once again Exquisite you guys have done it again! ❤️

This place has the WORST customer service ever. I was in there for 15 minutes and nobody acknowledged me, but when someone walked in behind me they were acknowledged. They were not even busy. Please don’t waste your time or energy in this place. The owner is also rude and a scammer. She is always asking people to cash app her the money instead of just ringing you up at the register.

Sorry for the lengthy review!The lady was nice when I first walked in. She greeted me and after I chose my nail color she ended her phone call. But she didnt talk to me at all while she was doing my nails. A question here and there wouldve made it less awkward since it was so quiet in the salon.My nails look good as far as the polish but I feel like my shape could be better. Also she put so much acrylic on my nail for some strange reason. My nails also hurt, really bad. My nails have never hurt after getting acrylics. She also never said youre welcome after I told her thank you three different times.I only tried this salon because my normal salon havent updated their polish colors and skills (chrome, ombre, etc). I only got regular polish though. I would only return here if its my last option.

The nails are good quality but if customer service is as big a deal to you as it is for me then don’t go there. The lady was so rude. I went there wanting SNS nails but decided on a gel nail color that I really liked and she acted like I ruined her whole day. I just can’t enjoy the nails because when I look at them I’d think of her.

This nail shop was recommended by a friend and I am sooooo glad I went! They are sooooo nice and professional. There was no wait time and there were at LEAST six nail technicians there, WORKING! When I was looking for a specific color, she immediately said shed order it for me (but after looking at the vast selection of gel polishes, I quickly chose another beautiful shade and told her not to even worry about it, 😂)! The ambience... it was so PEACEFUL! There was nice, soft R&B music playing and the lights were dim (other than the bright lights on the nail stations). What a lovely experience! I am going back today for a pedicure! I think Ive found my new nail home!!!

Hannah is amazing!!! I just moved here and went to another nail salon to have a repair done and it was the worst experience ive ever had and the worst repair ive ever had in my life! So I drove down to exquisite nails and was greeted and treated so kindly and so professionally , I truly appreciated it after the previous experience. Hannah fixed and repaired my nail perfectly!!! So happy Ive found my new nail salon home! ..ill be back as soon as I get back from the beach! Thanks again Hannah!!!

This is a very unprofessional place the oldest woman there is very disrespectful she fixed a nail that wasnt broken and told me she couldve charged me but I never asked her to fix it Im a very friendly person, after they were done with my daughters nails I said thank you, neither of them said that was I welcome I repeated myself the old woman replied yeah yeah its okay never AGAIN
