My experience was ok. I came in on Saturday around 3 pm and was not aware that they close @5pm. Online it says they close at 6pm. I did not receive what I asked for. I wanted all of my nails to have designs but the lady insisted that I could not. Instead, I asked if I could get two designs and the lady who was doing my nails agreed; however, the nail tech beside her told me I needed to only get one design on my nails. I also asked to get glitter polish on one of my nails and also didn’t receive that. :/ I’m very upset because I usually love lavish and always get exactly what I ask for. However, since they were shorter staff than normal, everything was rushed, and my nails aren’t nearly as close to what I wanted. My pedicure was fantastic though. Hopefully I’ll go another day and get a better experience.

My experience at Lavish was completely wonderful. Although they were busy, Mike did not give any false expectations of wait time, and the wait was worth it. I observed the staff constantly cleaning which makes for a save environment for their customers! Jackie was amazing! She was detailed, and customer oriented. If you’ve never been, I highly recommend it. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and provided a relaxing experience which makes you want to return again!

Absolutely love this place! Even though there’s a wait sometimes (because they are so popular) they give you the time they can take care of you and they ALWAYS get to me right then. I never mind because they are so kind, always remember my name and always deliver the BEST service ! If I ever want a manicure or a perfect Ombré, I know they will deliver! My go-to Nail Salon!

Lavish is the best in Hattiesburg hands down. They are always busy so be prepared to wait but it is always worth it!

Mostly everyone is very nice but the lady that is co owner is fake friendly. She knows everyone’s name unless you are a black customer and then she doesn’t bother to call you by name. She called me “Ma’am” but somehow made it sound very condescending. They also will charge you so much for a simple nail appointment.

Management was very unprofessional. For the price point you would expect better service. Waited for 3 hours then was refused service for voicing my concerns on the time.

Had I been able to give 0 stars I would have. Not only do they lie about their hours listed on-line, they lie about the wait you will have. Very unprofessionally ran in that your unable to make an appointment for any service, let alone specialty nails that are far more complicated than what the average woman wears. Save your money, and more importantly don’t allow yourself to be treated poorly, go anywhere else.

They are very professional and great customer service. I enjoyed my experience. You won’t be disappointed!

I just loved loved loved miss Jackie! she did such a beautiful job on my nails and was so sweet and friendly. the staff was so helpful and comfortable to be around. miss Jackie is 100% my favorite option!

Everyone was super nice and my manicure turned out beautiful but when I was getting my pedicure the lady cut my toe while doing the cuticles. It burned really bad when the nail polish was applied and its red and hurting still. I would go back to get my finger nails done but I’ll stick to doing my own toes.

Lavish is the absolute best in Hattiesburg! I had just moved to Hattiesburg from the north and Lavish was my spot. Everyone there is so nice and makes you feel like family. I ended up moving out of state and miss them so much. No other nail salon in Hattiesburg, or anywhere else really, lives up to Lavish and their quality and professionalism. 10/10 recommend!

I walked into a very judgmental environment being that im a African American female I guess... Nvr again..i was put off for 3 hrs then was called n put off for another 2hrs n I forgot to mention only one client was in the chair that day. I cancelled n didnt receive service BC of that even though I wanted it but not after that
