The people are nice without being too talkative. The environment was relaxing and the prices were comparative to other places. I feel like I got a great pedicure and will definitely be back!

We called to see if they could fit us in about an hour before close and they were able to. We waited about 15 minutes before being seated in the pedicure chairs. The employees demeanor was reserved and brisk when making requests. While it may be their procedure to switch technicians, I prefer only one technician to do my nails. The nail quality at the end was fine, but not great. Overall, it was not as relaxing as I would hope when getting a pedicure.

Very rarely do I post reviews, when I do its to praise others however this is a different situation. The man seemed aggravated by my presence. My daughter was with me and she noticed his behavior directed towards me as well. He argued with me about the color I selected, insisting it was black. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day so I attempted to make small talk, he flat out ignored me. They did a great job on my daughters nails - they turned out absolutely amazing. Wish I could post a picture... they look stunning!The woman working there was a different story, she was so kind, so friendly.❤ She may not be able to communicate as well as he is but she makes up for up for it with her friendly smile. She is the only reason I left a tip. Being a nurse, I requested the man shorten the length of my nails, he told me they would be filed down, Im assuming he was talking about when I do them today because he never did it. While I was there a lady came in that they hadnt seen since COVID-19 broke out last year and it was like a family reunion. Even the man was friendly towards the long time customer. Maybe its just new customers he treats like that, maybe it was just me..... Im really not sure but one thing I am sure of is the fact that I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My husband walked in to get a pedicure and no one acknowledged as to why he’s there. He stood there for a 5 minutes and not one person looked up to ask if he needed help with anything. That is very unprofessional and I hope no one comes to your mail salon. Men can get a pedi too not just women. Your business doesn’t even deserve a start. You need to do better!

This is absolutely horrifying to see. Do not go to this place and let the guy work on your hands. I am appalled that this place is even still open.

My first time coming here and i see that the woman does not properly make sure that the polish actually coats the entire nail !! I had to ask lee to redo it making sure I get what i paid for!! They follow all safety protocols on point covid is not an issue at all I was very safe👍🏾 nice environment and they are so sweet and dont mind having a good convo with you while you relax I got a great laugh but as far as the lady that works in there polishing she can not polish at all !! Lee did my nails exactly how I like them and fixed my polish without an attitude.. Lee is awesomely amazing he fixes any issue that you may have💓 I recommend coming to see him when you come.

They desperately need some younger workers. Nail styles are very outdated and they are verrrryyyy slow.

I came in from Louisiana and he took me right in,made me feel comfortable, and he made my short,wide nail bed look totally different. He wasn’t quiet like some places I’ve been to and he made sure I washed my hands upon entering and followed COVID protocol. I’ll definitely be back when visiting.

This place is a reck .. they gel does not last 1 week .. I highly recommend to not get gel polish and they don’t shape your nail right & over charge . Please don’t get gel you’ll lose out on money

I have never experienced rudeness and unprofessionalism like I have from Lee Nails. Please refrain from visiting here if you do not want to experience the older, rude, unprofessional gentleman.

The guy is horrible. He will try and call you cheap on the slick very loudly and laugh in your face to try and bribe you to spend more money. Then When you tell him what you don’t like and how you are not satisfied, he wants you to be quite and tells you “ don’t let everybody know his business in the shop.” 😆. The older woman is nice enough but the younger girl seems to be forced to work there or something. Back to the guy, not only did he hurt me while doing an overlay on my nails by burning me with the drill and leaving a gash in my nail... he cut my skin being careless with the drill. Maybe because I didnt say anything because I dont want to tell people how to do their jobs, but my nails came out thick and poorly shaped - I only received an overlay: therefore the man just did anything to get finished thinking I didn’t know any better. As a cosmetologist, I would not tell my enemy to go here😔 Well maybe I would😈. Anyway, two overlays came completely off by day two and I ended up breaking my nails before I could make time to get to another nail salon. I went back to school so I do not do any hard labor or have my hands in water thanks to a dishwasher.I am just telling you my experience here, your experience may be better than mine if you try them. But if you like great looking nails and not the kind you can get from a nail school by students, then I would suggest you look somewhere else for professional nail work as well as professional attitudes.

Came in with a friend to get a pedicure. The owners wife did mine, and I was extremely impressed and completely satisfied with her performance. She took her time, was superior in skills, smiled, and even asked me questions along the way in regards to my pedicure and overall happiness with her work. My BEST PEDICURE YET, in Hattiesburg!!! Thanks so much for an OUTSTANDING JOB!! My apologies for not remembering your name. Definetly will go back.

Im only giving a star because I got a bottle of water. I felt like the service was very rushed !! My nails look lumpy. The little girl that looks about 16 or 17,painted my nails. She looked and acted like she were just ready to go. I should have paid my 9 year old niece to paint my nails..I UNDERSTAND WHEN YOUVE HAD A LONG DAY AT WORK AND READY TO GO. BUT RUSHED WORK IS NEVER OK AND A GREAT WAY TO GET A DECLINE IN BUSINESS BECAUSE I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO LEE NAILS AND I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND YOU GUYS TO ANYONE. IF ANYTHING I WILL BE WARNING PEOPLE TO NOT GO HERE, AND TAKE THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY TO A PLACE WHERE YOU WILL ACTUALLY SEE THE PROFESSIONAL WORK YOU PAY FOR !!

For waxing and pedicures, pretty good. Im not thrilled about my acrylic nails I had done here... However, I do like that they have a kids pedicure chair.

I should have read the complete reviews before visiting this salon. Went in at 1pm for a pedi and refill and left at 4pm. The pedi was fine but the nail service was horrible. Not only did the providers switch between 2 people multiple times during my service , the final result was horrible. Bumpy and lumpy nails with bubbles in the shellac paint that barley touches to corners of my nail bed. When I asked if 3 coats of polish was too much I was assured that this is “ how they do”. It is now 4 days later and my polish is peeling. I do not work with my hands or clean with harsh chemicals, I also have a crack in my pinky nail they did not fix. This experience is confirmation that no matter where you are do not stray fromYour regular shop. I did get a bottleOf water during my 3 hour ordeal.

*Somebody shut this place down!!!DO NOT GO! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! The older guy is very rude and unprofessional. I casually went into this place because my usual tech is booked. Once I sat down I get uneasy after he didnt wash his hands after doing a pedicure but used hand sanitizer! What? Yeah! So he started my fill in and began pushing my cuticles back with his finger nails, painful! Then started drilling my cuticles off with his drill. I immediately became uncomfortable and uneasy and said sir are you shaving my cuticles off? Wait is that my skin/cuticle under this dried acrylic?! I proceeded him to stop and guess what his response was. Bye!Really Bye? Destroyed my cuticles with no apology? Cut my middle finger and ripped the hang nail off and youre gonna say bye? Im telling you save your time! Somebody shut this place down. Very unsanitary practices using used filers. Seriously how much are files? Ugh! So disgusting! I left this place and did not pay and also warned the waiting customers to leave!!!I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!

Only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because some styles like ombre and chrome I want and they tell me they havent master that style yet(meaning they dont know how to do it)But overall I leave satisfied, very friendly staff. Very clean and sanitize, always asking about yourself and well being. I live in collins but Im a loyal customer wouldnt go nowhere else but this place. Thank you Lees

They have the jelly pedicure, Pearl Spa pedicure, aroma spa pedicure, Chamo mile spa pedicure, Onsen citrus spa pedicure as well!!!!!! AND THEY ALSO HAVE A CHAMPAGNE PEDICURES AHHHHH SO LUXURIOUS AND RELAXING AND SO WORTH IT. They have great acrylic nails they do nails like Atlanta even better! With so many varieties of color nail polish and also they do gel too!!!!!! There is this lady name Jeanny and she is the Wax and Pedicure and Manicure Queen!!! She keeps them eyebrows on fleek for days!!!!!!! Come to Lees Nails because you will go from dying nails to nails to DIE for!!!!!!!

Tried this place the last month and discovered a fungus on my nail and lost toenail to fungus also.

Was disappointed last visit..my pedicure was hurried and nails not cut ...filed. I think was a bad day..but I doubt I will ever go back.
