My son just moved into The reserve. I could not be anymore pleased with the moving process. Coming from out of state and the staff has been tremendous during this process. They have added a new area for the residents that is very nice. I wish there would have been places like this when I was in college.

There are pretty much always 5-15 people in the pools at all times. They always have water pipe issues where the water has to be turned off/boil water noticed. There are bugs everywhere. Between August-May, its hard to find a parking because everyone has their friends over. When reported to the office, they will roll their eyes at you

What I enjoy most about this complex are the diverse residents. I previously lived in an unofficial student complex which I didn’t enjoy. I love the atmosphere of The Reserve. The staff are friendly and the maintenance workers are even more friendly. They also have monthly newsletters with fun activities going on that month that I look forward to reading about. The only reason that I gave four stars instead of five is that I just wish my hot water lasted longer! Overall, The Reserve is a very nice apartment complex. I would recommend to a friend.

Pretty nice Apartments. As a medicine residents and proverbial lifelong student, Ive spent the past decade living in apartments. So far it has been fairly nice staying here at the reserve, the apartments are a bit expensive but very spacious. The management its great, if anything ever happens they are very fast to respond. It is conveniently located just off of Hardy Street so not too much traffic in this area and it is fairly quiet. However, these apartments are very close to everything including both hospitals and tons of restaurants.

I recently moved here from NJ. I was able to get all the paperwork done online ahead of time, which was super convenient. The apartment is beautiful! My favorite part is the balcony overlooking the woods. When I got here, we did a walk through and there were a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed; however, the staff has been wonderful about sending the guys out to correct them. The apartment was clean with lots of space, and there is ample parking for tenants and guests. I love soaking in the hot tub! The whole pool/grilling area is great! The gym, though small has a decent amount of equipment and also has TVs so youre not bored during your workout.

Living here has been extremely stressful and I would not recommend living here. In my 8 months living here there has been nothing but issues. We have had leaks in our ceiling, leaks in the kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, toilet, our air conditioning was out for TWO weeks while it was 90° outside and all of these were put in as emergency maintenance requests and they would show up two weeks after the fact that we had to fix it ourselves. You have to constantly call the office to remind them of issues and half the time you have to call over and over again before they answer. It is ridiculous to have to deal with this over and over again. I woke up this morning and could not even brush my teeth because our water is out in our apartment. My roommates and I are thrilled for our lease to be up in June so that we can move elsewhere. I highly do NOT recommend living at The Reserve!!

I’ve lived at the Reserve for over two years now and I just resigned my lease. The pools are amazing, the tennis court is great, and the apartments offer so much space especially in the closets. The office staff has helped fix any issues during these two years. I enjoy living here and recommend it to my friends.

My daughter loves living at this community! The staff is so friendly and helpful. This is her 3rd apartment in Hattiesburg and the best experience she has had. I wish we would have come here first when she moved to Hattiesburg.

The apartments and grounds are maintained nicely and the staff is friendly. However, if you have to drive to work every day like most people, you will be assuming damage to your car just by living here. The entrance and exit to this complex is horrendous and it has never been worked on since I moved here 10 months ago. The pot holes and sudden drops in the road have nearly ripped the bumper off my car several times. I’ll take a picture during the day to provide proof of the condition of the entrance/exit. A small investment in fixing this would go a long way in first impressions for potential and current customers.Update 4/28/2018: I attached pictures of the horrendous road conditions that I took today. Notice the speed curbs. I know some of these the complex may not have control over, but the entrance and exit ramp are the most troublesome to me.

The staff has been fantastic through 2020 dealing with Covid. Their professionalism and attention to detail with health and safety this year has been exceptional.

Maintenance is great. They have been so helpful anytime I put in a work order.

Apartments themselves are decent and pretty spacious but the staff does not care about tenants. Ive lived here less than two months but we have had several issues in which we have filed maintenance requests in which nothing was ever done. Been having issues with the AC, toilets, showers, and sinks, but the pests are the biggest issue. Entire apartment has been badly infested with ants and Ive filed several requests and nothing has been done. Spent a lot of my own money trying to get rid of them but they keep coming back. The apartment is clean so theres no reason we would have attracted them. Theyre in nearly every room including closets and bathrooms and are literally coming in under the wall so Im sure other tenants are having this problem. There were already 2 wasps nests on the balcony when we moved in (my roommate is allergic), noting has been done about that. Also have had problems with silver fish in the kitchen since the day I moved in. It also looked as if it hadnt even been cleaned before we moved in. There was a giant stain on the bedroom door, everything was dusty, carpets had not been vacuumed, and there were spider webs inside and on balcony. Whats even weirder is that I believe maintenance is actually coming but is just not fixing the issues. When we first reported the ants we were told that they came (but the infestation has continued for weeks since then) but my roommate has a dog who is crate training and they let the dog out of the crate while neither of us was home. Overall I would NOT recommend this apartment. Things keep breaking and if Im able to get maintenance to come at all, 9/10 they dont even do anything. Like i said, the apartments themselves are fine for the most part but management and maintenance are terrible.

Conveniently located in the middle of Hattiesburg. Lots of amenities and new ones being added. Spacious walk in closets.

I LOVE how much space these apartments offer, and let me tell you... I am obsessed with the size of the closets! From the beginning, the staff has been very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. It has truly been a great experience.

The staff in the office have been amazing with their customer service! We have been looking for an apartment in Hattiesburg while living out of the state. They have always been fast at answering my emails or phone calls, they have always been willing to spend time answering my questions even if that means a phone call turns out being 30 mins long, and they even offered to send more photos of an empty apartment to give us a better idea of what it would look like. My experience with the staff has made our finding an apartment, without seeing it in person, very pleasant and stress free.They have been wonderful!

This community has so much to offer. I love the staff and the extras that they do! Love the hot chocolate bar.... sometimes it’s the little things that I love.

I love everything about this property! The staff is so friendly and has been helpful from day 1. The apartments are the most open and spacious that Ive lived in Hattiesburg. I travel a lot for work and this property has the best location for those who need quick access to the main roadways. The kitchens are a tad more dated than I would prefer, but the rest of the property and staff make this the best apartment ive lived in.

Staff is really sweet, however, our water is shut off twice weekly for the past month without notice most of the time. I have had to go to friends places just to bathe or cook. Not worth it anymore. Once or twice here or there is fine. But this is rediculous.

I have been living here for two years and enjoy the community! The office and maintenance workers are friendly and very helpful. The grounds are well kept and safe place to live! The appointments are spacious and well laid out.

Way to big and hard to find specific buildings due to poor labeling of them. Otherwise, nice place and setup with pool and tennis court. Very pricey on rent though.

I was pretty happy with the reserve. Were now counting the days till our lease runs out or we just cant take it anymoreIve lived here for 6 years and the last six months have been hell. The apartment above us had a water leak and caused a lot of mold. It took them 8 months do do something about it and now we have roaches.It started six months ago couple here and thereNow its every day and they sprayed for them. I keep telling them to spray the entire building but they cant do that.Stay away

Absolutely stunning view of the lake is one of the many attractions. I highly recommend bringing your children.

My boyfriend and I filled out an application 3 months ago like we were advised to guarantee a spot for summer. We paid all our deposits and everything. Well, it is now less than a month away from move in day and we dont have a prorated rate! What was our deposits for?! Its hard to budget our money for furniture when we dont know a prorated rate and a money amount for move in! Will we even get an apartment?! Who knows at this point!!!! We havent even moved in yet and we arent having good experiences with communication!EDIT: THE SYSTEM WAS CRAZY AND PHONES WERENT WORKING SO WE COULDNT GET IN CONTACT.

I was given incorrect information from the workers at the apartment complex office and they didnt tell me after I had signed the lease. After moving in, there were a bunch of flies in my apartment and the area around the stoves were not clean and contained grease !!
