I loved the house that I rented. However, The front desk staff was very rude every time myself or my roommates needed assistance or had a question. It was as if we were an inconvenience, not a person that pays our rent on time. If you are a first time renter, do not rent here. They do not help you understand the process. Maintenance was prompt when called, and the maintenance crew was very nice and polite.

I do not recommend their rental homes, for any first time renters or college students who are attending USM. We were informed before moving in that’s the carpet in the bedrooms were cleaned and the house was going to be clean and fixed. On arrival there was roaches and roach feces everywhere and the carpet was never cleaned. Within the first week the AC went out and was fixed. But was still always hot with a high power bill, after that the water bill was supposed to be low and it was tremendously higher than it needed to be. There is a mother-in-law suite behind the house that we rented that was supposed to have their own water meter and power meter that we were informed about before renting. After the water bill be an outrageously high I found out I was paying for the person behind me when their toilet was running and the people never came out to fix it for months and there is on one meter for water on the property, and I was paying for it all. After that our stove top went out. They brought a replacement but took almost 2 months to put it in. Claimed they were waiting on a part found out later on they forgot about it and never put in the work order after numerous times of us asking. Had to constantly ask for them to get and it’s exterminator to come out to kill the bugs and roaches. Then found mold growing in multiple places in the house that was causing myself and my roommate to be sick for months, they refused to answer any of our emails that have the pictures in a saying we are concerned. After almost 2 weeks of no response, we hired out of our own pocket to big in someone. Then the company was completely upset that we hired somebody to come test it. Found out it was mold my roommate and I were highly allergic to. Then informed by the company to clean it ourselves and let them know if it comes back. I was informed that my bedroom had a heater when they checked it before I went to turn it on they realized it did not work and said that there was nothing they could do about it. This winter was one of the coldest we had in a long time. My roommates window was broken from the beginning and it face the front of the house, their reasoning of not fixing it was that it looked too high up and there was hedges so nobody should try to break in. Within our last month there the AC completely went out again, they finally decided to replace it completely. It made our power bill go down tremendously for that last month. This could have been fixed from the start.That could have been avoided if they just replaced it to start with. The gentleman who do the maintenance work are very kind. And I have nothing negative to say about them.However whoever is working in their office they need to replace. They are extremely rude, act like you do not matter and that you are wasting their time. I’ve had nothing but rude comments from them and major Eye rolling. Within all the reviews I have been reading you would think over time these ladies would find an attitude adjustment. Friends and family of mine live in the Next two houses over on that street, they have major problems with their homes to but that’s their stuff to tell.

Manager is very rude, doesn’t listen or attend to your complaint. He literally made the statement “you can stand here all day saying the same thing and I won’t do anything”. Apartments are left in poor condition no matter how much you complain. One person tells you to do A and when you do it , the next person says you didn’t have to do A but B. My experience with these people was really poor. I hope they take this and improve on their customer service and show more respect and empathy towards their tenants.

The office manager, Glory, is beyond rude to the tenants of this building. I have lived here for almost two years and have never had any issues with the old manager or people that run the building until she joined the staff. Glory has never been pleasant when dealing with issues of the building. Before this year i loved living here and had great service with exceptionally amazing workers here, as of this year i am ending my lease early due to the unfriendly staff amongst other things.

The lady in the front office is rude as hell and they are all around very unprofessional. Somehow they forgot to have me and my roommate sign our lease until a month later (This both of our first apartments so we didn’t know what to expect). A neighbor left an ugly note on my car telling me that she was going to get me booted because “ I dont live here” well guess what? No one informed me I had to get a parking permit. They told me when I moved in AND ASKED THEM ABOUT IT that they had my tag number and that was all they needed. I asked if i needed a permit and the lady told me that I was lying about them telling me I didn’t have to have one. Also, my roommate asked them to change our light in the kitchen (a huge bar light) and she replied “you don’t know how to change a light bulb?” I just honestly can’t believe how rude they are.

If i can leave a 0 star i would!! They were very unprofessional. They thought just because we are in college we don’t have money to stay in a reasonable apartment. The lady at the front desk gave us keys to run down apartments that was cheap. I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep in those apartments. And when we asked do they have anything better she was hesitant to tell us a prices because she assumed we don’t have money. She didn’t let us look at the nice apartments because she judged a book by its cover thinking we can’t afford them. Never go here.

Manager in leasing office is extremely rude. Is not helpful at all when asked questions, and when she answers them she uses one word answers and makes it seem like you are interfering with her day.
