I highly recommend this apartment complex. The front office staff and maintenance team at Cross Creek are the BEST. They were always helpful and cheerful. The maintenance staff fixed any issue I called about ASAP. Ive never stayed at an apartment with such an attentive, amazing staff!The amenities were great. I loved the pool and media room. The courtyard space is nice for studying or picnics. I felt much safer here than my previous apartment. They also had many community events and fun contests. I really enjoyed my time at Cross Creek!The only cons were the noise from my upstairs neighbors and being on the first floor. Both times I had upstairs neighbors, I could hear them walking/stomping around. I started wearing my noise-cancelling headphones more, studying on campus, and turning up my TV; that helped. I recommend getting a 3rd floor apartment if possible. If youre noisy or heavy-footed, please take the 1st floor units.If youre interested in staying here, I would sign up ASAP. Their units do not stay on the market long.

The cross creek community and staff have been nothing short of amazing! Any issue we have had has been resolved within the day and they have made it known to go out of their way to make these apartments feel like home for every single family. These apartments offer so many great amenities, but the one thing that really makes them stand out is how much the staff genuine cares for your happiness while living here!

I’m only giving this place 3 stars because maintenance is awesome. However, I will say that we lived at these apartments for a while and during our stay, there were cars stolen and broken into. During the last few months of our stay, the bathroom and closet started to mold due to moisture. Let’s just say we had to get rid of a lot of our cloths and shoes. The smell from the mold was horrible although Maintenance came and cleaned it up, it came right back. The manager is Rude always has been. Beware of extra fees after move out.

We sold our home in Florida and rented our apartment sight unseen. We couldnt be happier with the complex, our beautiful and spacious apartment, and most of all we are in love with management and staff. They have been amazing!! We highly recommend Cross Creek Village without reservations.

They have a tendency to answer and address my white neighbors’ maintenance issues but for some reason, they always lose or misplace my ticket. Being a Latino, I thought I’d feel safe and welcome here but it is the exact opposite. I can’t wait until my lease is up. I’d rather live under a bridge.

My family moved here after we lost our home to the Easter tornado. I was not looking forward to moving 30 minutes away and into apartment life. I had not done that since my college days about 25 years ago. It turned into a great experience. We LOVED living here. The apartments are the perfect size, the pool is amazing, the movie theater is perfect, and there is always a few minutes to shoot pool. We will be moving back the end of this month and we will miss living in this place and in this city. Many memories were made recovering here! Thank you for your hospitality!

I cant say enough great things about this community and the staff that work there. From the office staff to the maintenance crew, everyone is friendly and fair. That is the most important thing about apartment renting - being fair to your residents and the residents doing the same when it comes to working with the staff.So glad I had the opportunity to meet them all and have kept in touch with them after I moved. We lived at Cross Creek for almost a year, after selling our house. We really enjoyed living there.From the office staff to maintenance manager, everyone was so accommodating and always willing to assist, if needed. Excellent location and amenities. Great team and a great complex!

Cross Creek Village is literally the best place to live. It is very modern and provides lots of conveniences. The valet trash makes it very unique and really is a huge convenience. I am very thankful for Cross Creek because they have the best leasing agents and managers who are very kind, helpful, and friendly. I would rent this place anytime in the future again. I have been living here since July and I have yet to have one complaint. Everyone here as a worker or resident is so welcoming. The atmosphere is beautiful and the amenities are amazing. I also feel very safe living here. 10/10 recommended!!

Great place to live. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They do not tolerate excessive noise and other disturbances that you would find at many other apartment complexes. This is because they actually care about you and want you to be happy and tell others about cross creek. They do a great job to keep their reputation and will go the extra mile to make sure you are highly satisfied.

I work at a restaurant near this apartment complex, I have never heard so many complaints from my customers about any apartment complex in the city besides this one, all I hear about when people talk about this apartment complex is how bad it is, how many bugs there are, how rude the office team is, I’ve never heard anything good except for these five star reviews which didn’t start getting put on here until after the one star reviews, don’t believe any of them. People have told me how they were double charged for rent, how even though they paid rent the management team told him they never received the payment and they need to pay it again otherwise they’re going to be charged a late fee every day, how maintenance is told about a problem and they never show up, everything you can think of goes wrong at this place, just stay away.

I love it here. My only complaint is that I have bug issues inside of my unit since I have started leasing here, and I am not pleased. Overall, excellent apartment complex, but I’m not sure if I will be leasing again because of a silverfish infestation. I have only been here for two months, and I’m ready for my lease to be over because of the numerous bugs.

Horrible front office. The only thing good about the stay was the amenities and even when using them some trouble came along . Wouldn’t recommend.

Im so sad to be moving out this month! Cross Creek Village has been my home for two years now and I can not say enough positive things about this community and their staff. I initially came to Cross Creek intending to stay 6 months, but once I got moved in I decided to renew my lease for a longer time. Not only are the apartments some of the nicest in the area, but their staff really made the difference for me by always being kind and courteous. They were always eager to help with whatever I needed at the time. Thank you, Cross Creek Village for giving me a wonderful home over the last two years! I highly recommend!!

I was recently living here where the management often mocked my Chinese wife making inappropriate jokes about residents cats going missing. We reported them several times but nothing was ever done i highly recommend you avoid this place

I was unfairly charged for not keeping the trash in the trash can. They have left me a first notice on the front door, that I have never received. They admitted that the notice could have been lost or someone may have accidentally torn it. Yet, they sent me a second warning and charged me a violation fee.I believe that their notification system is faulty since the note can be easily lost.Manager tried to be nice but didn’t have anything to say except “sorry”The charge was insignificant (only $50.00) and could have been easily waived if they really care about their resident satisfaction

The staff at this apartment complex has been extremely humble and helpful throughout my entire application process. The property is stunning and I can’t wait to move here in August!

I absolutely love it here! The property is kept up very well and the amenities are amazing, especially the pool. The units themselves are very nice, with crown molding in the living areas and beautiful granite countertops (the real stuff, not the granite-looking stuff). I have lived her for almost a year now and am looking forward to living here for another year!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this complex! I have lived in apartments for the past 12 years and Cross Creek Village is the best in ALL categories I have ever lived in. The apartment itself is extremely modern with the best floor plan Ive ever seen- THE CLOSETS >>. The amenities are very well kept and there is never a lack of snacks and refreshments left out for the residents. Location is beyond ideal- right in the middle of the best shopping and food options in Hattiesburg! Im 10 minutes away at most from anything and everything! Last but not least, the staff is simply phenomenal. The leasing office, maintenance team, and courtesy officer go above and beyond consistently. They are so personable, patient, and efficient. If you are looking in Hattiesburg- THIS is where you need to be! Cross Creek Village is truly HOME!

Maintenance personnel just walk in your apartment unannounced, and if you live downstairs you will never get any sleep the people upstairs walk and bang noise so loudly you cant even relax ,,, i would not recommend stay away there are moch better managed apartments in Hattiesburg stay away from cross creek

This is a great place to live. I have never lived in an apartj4htbas well kept as these. My kids especially loved the playground. The theatherwasmnever too packed to enjoy. The price is a no brainer for all that you’re gonna get. If I ever had a maintenance problem they were rusher there. My neighbors were mostly very nice, some loud but the management does a very good job at keep the noise to a minimum. The valet trash was my favorite part of my living. Sometimes I wish I could pick up the entire apartment and bring it to my new location just for its quality sake. I would recommend anyone to live here if you arE looking for profession, clean, peaceful , and enjoyable amenities, not to mention the crown molding ;) I never played basketball and I use to see people come from other places nearby to enjoy but even then the property is well kept and organized management. Quality all around. I am normally not a reviewer but I had to.

Cross Creek Cool... the scenery and all. But ima tell you like this, upon moving in make sure there’s no damage to “”ANYTHING”” in your apartment. IF IT IS, MAKE THEM FIX IT OR YOU WILL BE BLAMED AND CHARGED.!! See, from my past experiences a stained carpet was normal for a complex. Well not at Cross Creek!, I was set up because I was put into a unit with Damaged and dirty rugs!! I was charged for a stained carpet that I had nothing to do with, and then the lease manager has the ardastatic to tell me “I did it because i was the first Occupant to live in the Unit” i knew that was a Ball Face Lie. But to make a long story short, I owned up to the Cracked Stove and Was charged for that, along with cleaning fees for the Apartment when I had it spotless, and I was charged for replacement of a rug that I had nothing to do with. I lost my 450 deposit and I was charged an additional 187. Why? I have no clue, but I feel like the lease the manager didnt do her job at the beginning of me signing and doesn’t do her job anyways, some one had to be a scape goat, because to be Honest I could get a lawyer involved and Prove I don’t owe Cross Creek anything but the Stove Damages. But if they need 187... they got it. Cuz a Lawyer going to cause more Getting her terminated than that 450 deposit and 187 tip. And the opportunity was seized to charge me when I exited out of state after following up on the apartment and everything! Then, no communication ONCE SO EVER. YOU have to continuously call to get any information or business followed up with and Completed by the lease manager. The communication was just a letter stating I owed a Certain amount... but I got screwed!!!! WATCH YOURSELVES OF EXTRA CHARGE THERE. STAY ON TOP OF YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE WILL!! It’s some cool people there, or was.. but when it comes to my business friends are last.

I would reccommend Cross creek to anyone. I cant explain how helpful and prompt the staff is, they are basically family. As soon as I call about anything, they make it their prioritiy to come check on any issues. Our neighbors are lovely, the pool is nice, the carwash is handy and my husband and I LOVE the gym. It isnt too big, but its just right. The only con I can think of is the loud air-conditioner/heater system. In the one bedroom units, it is located above the shower. Sometimes I would get anxiety about it falling on my head, bu it never did. lol Other than that, my husband and I have enjoyed our stay. I hope this review helps. Go to Cross Creek. We surely will miss it here...
