If you want to move to a Luxury apartment that hasnt taken care of the landscape for months and it lets their buildings stay like this over a week without any cleaning or tarping then you should move here. Several cars parking without a permit unless you pay $75 for a spot then you dont have anything guaranteed. They charge thousands of dollars and the management doesnt seem to care. I feel for the people living in that building.

I’ve lived here for a couple years. At first it was a great place. Now, I feel like no one cares. The elevator is broken in building 1- I call, “yes we are aware that the elevator is broken, it won’t be fixed until Tuesday.” It’s Saturday- and why wouldn’t you put a sign on the elevator instead of wasting my energy? Secondly- foe the past three months my ac keeps going out, not able to maintain 71 degrees. I get home from from the hospital after 12-16 hours and it’s 78 degrees again! There is an obvious leak in the Freon line, jus please fix it. I call on Friday and politely let them come out Monday. I call on Thursday night and politely ask them to come on Friday. My electric bill continues to sky rocket. Is just like anyone to go a mile, not even the extra mile.. I also just resigned my lease and now wishing I hadn’t. Apt 1203apartment 1203

I moved into the Enclave at Grapevine little less than a month ago. So far I have had great service. The ladies Heather, Renee and Danelle are very pleasant and helpful when I have any questions. I like my apartment very much, and it’s very quiet.The only draw back is parking, which really need to be addressed soon. Some days I cannot find a spot and have to cruise the lot several times waiting for a spot to open. Maybe there are some permanent daily guess taking up a few spaces. The owners should consider expanding, and adding additional parking towards the back area to accommodate the persons living here, with a designated area for “guest only.”One additional thing! Some of the residents apparently feel they are excluded from picking up after their pups. It causes an awful smell primarily in the more heavily populated poop areas. PEOPLE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET! 💁🏼💩Nothing is ever prefect, and so far I love living here. Also, I almost forgot, they offer a few perks. Once a month on Saturdays a Breakfast Bunch. Last evening a Lobster 🦞 truck was here where you could purchase Lobster. The complex gave away one coupon per apartment….great!Have a also fantastic day. ❤️

Enclave at Grapevine is honestly the best! I came in for a tour and they made me feel right at home. Definitely happy with this community.

Ive lived at Enclave for just over 3 years now. I was like most people and looked all over the most affordable place. What I found was the perfect balance, between price, location and condition.The site is kept clean, landscaping is done regularly, neighbors are good, the mall is right behind us, airport 4 minutes away, and every major highway accessible within minutes.You can go left, your in Flower mound, Go right, Grapevine and Southlake, two minutes from Lewisville and Coppell.If your looking for the right Combo, recommend you look at Enclave.Why write this right.? Thats what your asking yourself right now... Only because Ive lived in Apts for 24 years.. This is the best one Ive been at, and its not close.

Ive been living here almost 2 months now and it has been really pleasant. The leasing staff has been super helpful with all my questions and requests especially Sydney, Heather, and Renee. The community monthly brunch is delicious, they bring in professional catering company to cook a fresh made breakfast for the residents. The elevator always works, pool is well maintained, the hot tub is always hot and works great. The grounds have been well maintained, and the maintenance team has been really fast at getting requests done, shout out to Oscar for fixing my shower door super fast! The gym is a decent supplemental workout gym, with your basic treadmill, stair master, free weights, and other basic machines, and its really helpful that its open 24 hours. Had a couple issues with neighbors being loud at night but I called the Grapevine police and was impressed at how well they investigated where the noise was coming from, have not had any noise issues since. Also another thing to comment on, they got their water pipes fixed super fast during the snow storm. I had friends who were without water for almost 2 weeks, the water was only off for a few hours during 1 day of the entire snowpocalypse week so that was a huge plus. It just gives me the impression that they have a great way of managing maintenance emergencies and such. Oh also they will keep your packages in the front office if you request it so they dont have to sit at your front door if you arent home. I am very happy living here, it is loads better than the last place I lived at.

Just moved into Enclave At Grapevine and I am absolutely in love. Such a amazing leasing office always willing to help and assist with any needs I have, maintenance has been amazing always there to help when needed. Property is so clean and kept looking its best, Such a quiet and beautiful community.

My brother recently lived here with his wife and was out of the state for Navy Officer Candidate School when they first moved in. The staff made an extra effort to assist myself and my sister-in-law with the move-in process (which was desperately needed)... You dont see that many places.Overall, beautiful apartments and great people!

Staff here is amazing so friendly and willing to help with anything you need. Maintenance men are on top of service requests and do things in a timely manner. Beautiful dog park and the property is kept clean! Not to mention the awesome family oriented resident events!

This is a nice apartment complex but I am very annoyed that the construction behind building 1 was not mentioned. It is usually quiet but it is currently 7am on a Friday and I am wide awake because of the construction.

My husband and I fell in love with these apartments during our tour and that is partly due to Sydney. With her enthusiastic energy and patience with our million questions she made our time here very pleasant. Just wanted to take time out of my day to say how happy I was with my visit.

I went on a tour of the complex today, hosted by Sydney. She was very informative and was generally helpful. I was looking for a dual master floor plan for me and my roommate to move to and she offered a town-home floor plan which I didnt immediately disagree with until I found out it was out of my budget and the bedrooms were extremely different in size which clearly was not accommodating to what I originally asked for. Aside from her obvious hospitality script she seemed a little unorganized and unprepared she took me to a move in ready unit that had 2 painters in there painting the walls. Communication with property staff couldve easily prevented that..

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Not only are the staff here fantastic they are incredibly animal friendly. The apartments have so much storage and maintenance request are handled so quickly. The building is clean and well kept. I couldnt ask for a better place to live.

Enclave at Grapevine is the place to live when needing a place to stay in Grapevine! I have been here for around 2 years now and have had the best experience ever compared to other complexes in the area. I live in building 4 with a view. Let me just start by saying that the views here are phenomenal and there’s nothing that could beat the views you get here! Every time Grapevine Lake or Gaylord hosts fireworks we get a free firework show which is great for a single dad like me. If you love nature and would like a view of a beautiful nature scenery then an apartment with a view at the Enclave would be the way to go! Now moving on to how amazing it is for me to live in building 4. The biggest thing that stands this place out for me is they offered me an underground parking spot. This is literally the most convenient thing in the world for me! I just pull into my assigned spot (that protects me from any crazy weather Texas has to offer) walk over to the elevator and head up to my floor! That is it!! Literally that simple and when I need to leave I take the elevator down, get into my car, and drive out the exit gate RIGHT OUTSIDE MY BUILDING!! This place is amazing and I’m so happy I found it!

I love living here at the Enclave! I work at the airport and it is super convenient only a 10 min drive!! Not to mention neighbors are the best here. Everyone is so friendly and easy to get along with. Office staff is amazing too they are always on top of things and we have lots of fun events that I love taking my kids to! For example free breakfast every 3rd Saturday of the month!! I love being able to take one morning off every month from cooking. I just love it here all around it is amazing! I would definitely give 10/10 for this place!

To start the staff is super friendly. Walked me through each floor plan, and answered all my questions with a smile. A little out of my price range but made me feel like I was talking to friends!

Ever since they have hired Peter for grounds keeping he has been absolutely amazing! Definitely a noticeable change in the communities appearance. If you love fast maintenance requests Oscar has worked there for years and he has always been on top of things! All maintenance requests get done within the same business day if not the next with the exception of weekends. On weekends on call requests that are emergencies, I have noticed, never takes them longer than 2 hour to come fix it maybe less depending on how serious of an emergency it is. Office staff is great as well, Sydney, Ann Marie, Heather, and Brittany are all super friendly! They are always professional when handling any situation and by far the most organized community when it comes to move-in process. Definitely the most sincere, respectful, and friendly office staff around this area! I love it here at the Enclave at Grapevine!Oh and just a few other highlights that I’ve always loved here: Gated community, easy highway access, underground parking, Pocket door for your bathroom, full size connections, and LOTS of fun resident events monthly!! 💯❤️

Beautiful Apartment Homes. All the Amenities you need. Back side of community backs up to Cowboys golf course and the grapevine Lake. Very Clean and well managed community. The property is across the street from Grapevine Mills Mall. 5 minutes from DFW airport and historic down town Grapevine. Plenty of restaurants, hotels and gas stations.

I was looking for a newer more upscale place to live. I viewed the Enclaves in Grapevine. I toured 8 or 9 different complexes the Enclaves stuck out in style and amenities. Very nice quiet complex. They have great townhouses and apartments with or without garages. THEY HAVE AN UNDER BUILDING PARKING GARAGE WHICH IS AWESOME. I move in this December and Im looking forward to my new apartment home! I was moving minor items to the apartment and i got a phone call from them telling me they had Thanksgiving boxes for everyone. The Thanksgiving box was awesome. The turkey and dressing sandwich was so good! The sweet potatoes were perfect. It came with a mini bite size pumpkin pie lol. Heather and Brittany have been perfect. Theyre so helpful and even though I had 1000 questions they endeavored to help me and took care of my personal issues tho they didnt have to!!

This property is amazing the maintenance men are so on top of everything, the property is so clean! And the office staff is so nice and helpful. Very happy to be a resident here !

Enclave at Grapevine is the best! I love that they have elevators in every building, it makes a HUGE difference. The maintenance staff is awesome. I just moved to this area from California. I called this place so that I could schedule a appt. to view a 2 bedroom 2 bath apt. for my son and I. The conversation went well and my appt. was set at 4 pm on Friday. When I arrived, I walked in and looked around for someone. Then not far from where I was was 2 ladies sitting at a desk. One asked me what was I looking for and I told her and she asked if I had a appt. and I said yes. I gave her my name and sat down. I could tell something was off because of how she walked off. She came back and said no we have no appt. for you, maybe you called another place because there is more than one apt. Complex with this name. I replied no this is the place. She then said, well, we don’t have anything available until after Aug. 5! So it could not have been us. I told her that the lady I spoke with told me different and that is why I was there. So instead of going back and forth I went to my car and went through my phone to make sure it was the right place and it was! I was very disappointed! I went back to my friends house and explained what had just happened. She asked me why did I think this happened? So she decided to call to see if what I was feeling was valid! She called and asked if they had any 2 bedroom 2 bathroom appts for rent and the lady Renee happily said yes and asked when are you looking to move in. My friend told her ASAP! She then told her she had a B2 floor plan available on the 28 of June! She also scheduled her to view the apt. the very next day at 12:30!My heart sank! I am a 49 year old African American women who was only looking for a safe and nice environment for myself and my son!The phone conversation was inviting but the customer service once there was truly disappointing!

This place is great!! I love how pet friendly they are. The trails and large dog park have been a huge bonus since Im working from home more now. I especially love how the dog park has some good shade. My guy Rocky is getting older and likes to chill under the trees after running around for a bit.

I love Enclave at Grapevine! The office staff is so awesome, as well as Oscar and Peter. One thing that has brought a lot of joy from living here is the residents brunch. I love that they offer that once a month! Ive met so many nice people here during different resident events. Best place ever!!!

This is a review long overdue. I have been living in Enclave for almost 4 years now and I can surely say this has been the best living experience in all the time I have been in DFW! In general, a very pet friendly place (which is a big thumbs up!), the staff are friendly and all the events they plan for the community (monthly brunches, food trucks, food drives) is something very much appreciated! I dont remember a single service request which has taken more than 24 hours - it is either fixed or Oscar/Peter have contacted to schedule something.Most of my interactions have been with Heather - very professional and have had no issues.Glad to call this my home! :)

This community is so peaceful! I highly recommend living here if I could give it more then 5 starts I would! Because they deserve it. The last apartment complex I lived in was awful, maintenance team was always late, office staff was not happy to help! But Enclave at Grapevine IS TOTALLY different! Oscar makes sure everything gets done quickly! I can put a request and he’s here to fix it in a matter of minutes! Office staff is always so helpful! It’s amazing once again I would give it more than 5 starts if it was possible!!!

I’ve lived here for about 3 years and I can say it’s been my favorite place to live. The staff is always super friendly. I had a bad roommate situation when I first moved here and they were so helpful and understanding while I was trying to get them out and my new roommate in. Maintenance has always been responsive usually a couple of hours after I report a problem they’re there. The apartments themselves are spacious and super nice. I love the open floor plan. Having an elevator is a life saver. The community events are always fun and nice to go to. Brunch is my favorite. Parking is my only complaint. Sometimes it’s hard to find a spot or you have to park kind of far from your building but it doesn’t happen all the time. My apartment doesn’t feel like an apartment to me, it feels like a home.

I Very upset with Handling of ending my lease and the communication I received from Heather Bench. I told her a month ago when she called and ask what I was going to do at the end of my lease. I told her I was moving. She said Im sorry to hear that and good luck.I thought notice was giving right then and there. Fast fwd today I wanted to give them notice on the exact date. Heather said I havent gave notice. I said wait I just told you last month Im moving. She said you didnt email me. She never told me that I had to email her or didnt even say anything about it. Ive read the lease and it reads a bit misleading. It states that AFTER THAT (meaning after the date of my lease ending Dec2) and my lease enters month to month only then am I required to give 60 days.I told Heather Im not paying for a month that Im not living here and what I believe is proper notice of 30 days per Texas Law. She said she will turn me into collections and wont be able to be able to rent at another complex, wont be able to get a car, and it will destroy me and my wives credit. She actually went into all that like a threat. I was like WOW this got really intense and scary to hear this from a group of people that I thought would have some understanding and that the communication wasnt that transparent. Emails she said that were sent were not, notices that were put on door were not. She couldve just sent a easy email to me stating I need you to reply if you are renewing. I hope That they change the Verbiage that clearly would state during your initial term -60 days in writing is needed-if your not renewing your initial lease. Not in the sentence that says AFTER THAT when your month to month 60 days in required . I feel mislead and was told I couldnt comprehend the Lease Term. Your right Heather read your lease agreement. Well I did and to me its states AFTER THAT...DEC 3 as so on when my lease turns into automatically renew month-to-month unless either party gives at least 60 days in needed. Your lease agreement leaves it open for you to kinda make up your own rules. BE AWARE folks!!

I love calling this place home. The front staff is awesome. I am also pleased with the speedy response from maintenance. Oscar always fixes everything in a timely manner. The location is perfect and the apartments are great too!

Enclave at Grapevine treated me always professionally in every respect. I had a great experience dealing with every employee at this apartment complex. It was a temporary stay for me while I waited for my home to be completed and all of the people still were all very friendly. When it was time for me to move out, the management was flexible on timing issues. The assistant manager, Heather processed my security deposit and cleaning fees in a very timely manner and my final deposit check arrived to me quickly. That was a surprise and I appreciate all their efforts.

I moved to the DFW area about a year ago. When I was apartment searching I knew exactly what I was looking for. Enclave was my last stop on my search. When I walked in I knew this was where I wanted to call home. The staff was extremely kind, and made the whole process super easy. I wanted a top floor with a view. They had exactly what I was looking for. To top it off they have elevators in every building. Moving has never been so easy. Enclave at Grapevine is awesome!!!!!!

Clean apartments. Great area within DFW. Love the pool. Maintenance always very responsive to requests. Sydney up front has been super helpful from the moment we stepped onto the property.

The grounds keeper Peter is SO GOOD! the breezeways, walls, elevators, grounds , lights are all SPOTLESS, I am so impressed with this place it is immaculate! The Maintenance staff Oscar is also amazing, I have never waited more than 24 hours to have something fixed.

We have lived at the Enclave apartment in Grapevine for 18 months and the lease is coming to an end all of a sudden fixing lights and other issues not important anymore. Tickets of essential fixings were sitting open while management was reminded several times to get it done. Dog owners don’t clean up their dogs poop and no one enforces it. Can’t take my daughter for a walk without stepping on poop on the way. I do not recommend

I moved into the Enclave Grapevine over a year ago and love it! I liked the variety of floor plan options as well as the different views. I chose a one bedroom townhome and couldn’t be happier. The space is open and purposeful, they really maximized every space available for living and storage. The regular apartment buildings have elevators which was different than any other complex I’ve lived in. Most importantly- I feel so SAFE here and have met so many wonderful people- from the staff to other tenants. My dog and I love it here and the location can’t be beat!

Location, location, location!! I absolutely love this community. Everything is so convenient and only minutes away from the property. Staff has always gone above and beyond for my needs and concerns. I love that Enclave at Grapevine is always putting on fun resident get togethers and happy hours. This place rocks!!

I started my apartment search back in October and I finally moved on January 22nd. I had it narrowed down to the Enclave at Grapevine and Bexley Grapevine. Clearly I decided on the Enclave.Heather and the ladies took me through each and every step of the process. They were patient and understanding due to it was no where near my move in date. They took the time to explain things to me thoroughly. I had a maintenance issue and it was fixed promptly the next business day.The apartments are nice with awesome amenities and easy access to the highway. I would reccomend the Enclave at Grapevine any day!!

Do you really want to live somewhere what fakes reviews and lies to trick prospective buyers into leasing with a company that could genuinely care less about anyone but themselves? The greed and inconsideration displayed by every employee representing this complex has been a thorough disappointment. If you enjoy frequent interactions with people whose greed and blatant disregard for the well being of others will undoubtedly make your stay a living nightmare, then this is the place for you.

Love the location near many good restaurants, DFW Airport, Grapevine Mills, etc... Office staff and Maintenance are on point. Resident events are great as well. Cant recommend enough.

I have been a resident of The Enclave at Grapevine since 2014. I initially moved into a two bedroom/2 bath apartment and recently moved into a two bedroom/2 1/2 bath/2 car garage townhome. The location, near DFW airport is perfect. Each of the apartment buildings has an elevator. The pool/spa and gym are great. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly. And the management team plans lots of fun events, including monthly brunches, happy hours, contests and food truck visits. They also typically offer a great resident referral bonus ranging from $250-$750. If youre looking for a local apartment or townhome, you should definitely stop by The Enclave office/clubhouse! Apartments are nice but beware of management because they have no sense when it comes to dealing with tenets. Seems they ONLY care about money and how much they can get away with charging you. Parking is horrible even if you have a sticker you will probably not find a spot. After move out they will find a way to keep a deposit and try to charge you extra charges to an apartment that was immaculate. They towed a car that was registered and had a sticker on it that cost me $900. They could care less.

I started looking for apartments and decided to stop by just to get a tour, since I was browsing. As soon as I walked in he office, I was greeted by Heather, and let me tell you, she made me feel very welcome. Whenever we went on the tour she was answering all the questions I had, always smiling and very patient. After the tour, we sat down to look at the prices of the apartments, she knew my budget and she made it work. She walked me though the whole process on the paperwork. Also, since I was moving, i had the Post Office forward all my mail and orders over there. Every time I called to check if my boxes was there, the girls at the office were very polite, even though I called several times during the day. When i went to finally get the keys to the apartment, the lady that gave me the keys, was very nice and double checked if everything was good to go paperwork wise, keys, gate remote. They even have a goodie box for you when move in.THANK YOU SO MUCH for making this move not as stressful...UPDATE:Been living here for more than a month now and its been a very nice experience. Crystal was very nice and sweet to call and check up if everything is OK or if I had any complaints.

The enclave apartments are some of the nicest iv seen in area the staff is friendly and maintenance team helpful I would recommend to friends and family there gym is very nice and pool one of the cleanest around

If I could give this place zero stars I would. These apartments are filled with employees with absolutely no compassion and no empathy. A resident had passed away, and 6 days later ( half way through a month that has been paid for in full already) they were rushing the family to get his belongings out so they could just get back to business. I cant believe an apartment complex is ran by people that are so inhumane and disrespectful during such a hard time. A grieving family that doesnt even have a death certificate is trying to do their best with all of these unexpected arrangements, and all during a pandemic. I suggest you go somewhere else to live, you would never want your family to have to leave upset (after already having the worst week of their lives) after simply just trying to figure all of this out.Do not live here.

This apartment complex is great! I stay here often with my boyfriend and haven’t had any issues. Parking is often a problem but overall definitely 5 stars! I am considering living here or finding an apartment complex by the same company!

We lived in 2301. They need to throughly check the water heater or something! After 6 months of living there, we had a really bad odor every time we ran the water in the bathroom sinks, shower, tub, and washer. It was a rotten mustard smell. The office didn’t want to help us. We had to sleep in the living room every night it was so bad. We contacted corporate and they were nice enough to let us move into another apartment on their property. But we didn’t want to do that because how do we know that smell wouldn’t happen in the new place!? Living above the pool was a huge regret due to us having a toddler who needed to nap. And after cleaning our apartment after move out, we only got $52 back. They make the tenants pay for the next person to have clean carpet and freshly painted walls. So just make sure you’re perfect while living there, and no kids! They told us that kids are considered wear and tear!

I’ve had nothing but great things to say about my time living here. My maintenance issue was resolved promptly by Oscar and the staff has always been so friendly, professional and helpful!

This a quiet nice apartment complex. Usually we do a lot of search before choose one apartment. I searched almost 12+ apartments in Irving,grapevine area before settled on Enclave. Nice town home apartment, with modern amenities. Service , security and maintenance on premise are really good. Every service request definitely taken care in 24 hrs window. Administrative staff are really friendly and good. A usual comment I saw before took this one is noise. I never have any issues from neighbors , of course you will hear noise if you are near the road and keep your doors open. but its near to a mall, so not heavy traffic and a nice location, if you like shopping. Everything is in convenient distance. so far its a good community!!. cons: parking space if you have multiple vehicles.

I stop by to get information about the apartment and the one they show me was very badReason why is because buckets of paint on the floortrim piece on top of the countertoptrash on the sinkthe lady I got the tour with she tell me 100 dollars more than what its on the website even i show the price from the website she say let me see with the manager and she knows she increase the price rent to get extra commissionis no parking for guessI went down street Jefferson SILVERLAKE 100 times better plus better price and service.

Ive been here close to two years and feel that this place is as good as it gets for dog owners who need to live in an apartment. The walkways and the dog park are great, and the lake is just a quick trip away. As for the apartments it is refreshing to have appliances and flooring that isnt cheap. It truly makes a difference in that this place is an actual home and not just a living space.

Beautiful complex. Great pool and decent gym. Elevator equipped buildings and convenient location to Grapevine Mills. Nice floorplans with kitchen island and great closet space. Megan is very professional and a great help showing the facility. Thank you

We live in one of the Town homes and we love it. Been here about 6 months. Kylie and the front office are very helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff are great. The grounds are very well kept. I would recommend living at the Enclave.

I love this complex, its pool and its gym. Its like living in a resort community! I was going to see another place but decided to drive around first and found this place. Upon seeing it was right across from Grapevine Mills Mall I immediately decided to stop by and took a tour, signed up and here I am. Application was a breeze. Kylie was sweet and very helpful with everything so look for her when you want to take a tour.

Ive been here for nearly two years and love it. Convenient to the mall and other parts of either Grapevine or Flower Mound or to the 121 and 114 and 635 highways.Is there noise - yes - but no worse than any other apartment and if anything Id say its quieter then most.

We have lived here for six months now and could not be happier. Management is very attentive to every need and the location is fantastic. Great value - I give Enclave my highest recommendation.

If I could leave NO STARS, I would!A tenet of theirs recently, very unexpectedly, passed away and the staff here are treating the family abhorrently!!!DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!

Enclave At Grapevine was the best choice for me to move.Property is beautiful and taken care of . Swimming Pool is huge and amazing, Cant wait for summer to enjoy. Also entire management staff really brings the best out in the property

Beautiful apartment homes!! Came by a couple days ago to tour the location and Kylie was such a great, warm, welcoming host. She immediately helped me out, answered all my questions (I had several) and showed me around the community. I haven’t made a final decision where I’ll be moving to next, but based on the hospitality shown by Kylie, and the great layout of the apartments, I’d be more inclined to move here.

Last summer I moved into a one-bedroom townhouse and have been absolutely thrilled with it as well as the location and staff of The Enclave! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and comes with its own garage space which I love! The bedroom is huge! The grounds are nice and very pet-friendly! There is a walking path around the entire complex (with plenty of stations along the way with sacks and a containers for disposal) with lots of green space as well as their own dog park! The office and maintenance staff has always been incredibly friendly, professional and prompt in addressing any need or request Ive had. I feel as though they know the residents personally and really strive to provide excellent customer service and create a friendly atmosphere. The overall location of The Enclave is pretty much perfect for the DFW area; it has immediate and easy access to 121, 635 and 114. I could not be happier with my experience and the amenities!

Pretty property, pretty apartment, pretty people-- we love it here!Parking is not crowded at all. We have one covered parking for one of our cars and the other we park just a few steps away from our apartment. It is very quite and clean as well.

RENTER BEWARE!! The property management at the Enclave at Grapevine is HORRENDOUS! Once you sign a lease they couldn’t care less about you. They are rude, inconsiderate, authoritative, and not interested in the welfare of their tenants or the cleanliness and safety of their property. So your homework before you sign their lease. Look at the bug ridden hallways. The elevators that sound like broken water pipes rushing inside the shafts. And most importantly, check with the Grapevine police department records division to see how many thefts have occurred at this property. Many of the thefts have occurred without break-in, meaning staff with key access are entering apartments unknown to the occupants. STAY AWAY!!

Were a moving company and we moved out a customer the other day out of this apartments to San Antonio, TX and she was happy with complex. We parked the truck in front of the stair way and everything went smooth. They also have elevators and the property looks clean.

We have lived here for about a year and a half. We absolutely love it. Awesome neighbors, great gym, great office and maintenance staff and beautiful veiws. We have never had a problem with noise and we have neighbors above and below us. The pool area is great and the club house is awesome. Overall a great place to live. My only complaint is that there is not a lot of open parking but they do have underground parking and reserved parking as well.

I have lived here now for a year and just resigned my lease for another year. The Management is fantastic! The Maintenance staff is great!Its super convenient to highways, shopping.I have a back facing unit and have a beautiful view!only drawback is parking... Limited unless you pay for a covered spot and it shouldnt be $70 ($30-40 is the right price)

Low class living, cars that sit for months and nothing happens to them, towels hanging off people’s balconies, horrible management inside the leasing office. Just moved out and don’t recommend anyone to this place. They are rude if you have any questions about anything, a lot better places for the price of living. Garbage area over flows every weekend.its also supposed to be a gated community? Well, they leave the gate open during the times they are open in the front office and it’s not safe when I lived There I’ve watched people who don’t live there sit at the pool with there shopping bags from the mall. So called “gated community “

Nice apartments. If you get a unit on the 3rd or 4th floor like I did with a balcony facing Grapevine Lake, you get a fantastic view over two golf courses in between you and the dam. The price isnt bad either as long as you consider the location. Im about to move into a town home in the same complex for more space, so I will miss the views. Only negative I have is that parking is difficult when you have guests over. They have to park at the mall across the street, unless you have a garage.

Convenient to DFW the mall and downtown Grapevine. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. My building has a great view of the pet park and the Cowboys golf course. The building has an elevator. The residents are friendly and quiet . We have resident get togethers once a month .

Management is nice and maintenance is great. I want you to know before moving in there is a HUGE parking problem here, never enough space! They do offer paid covered parking and paid underground parking in two out the four buildings, that is more $$$$ to add to your monthly outgoing expense. Five months in, my water, sewage and trash went from $40-$80 a month. Do the math 100% spike with less water gallons used to prier month. There are no running toilets or water leaks, I used less water! These are really nice apartments with really nice people living and running the grounds. I walk late nights and always feel safe, big bonus.

Well, I used to live in Grapevine for a while now, and I decided to move in to a new apartment in the Grapevine area as well, I knew exactly what I wanted and I was going to sign the lease the other day. Then I was driving by The Enclave and thought of taking a “quick look” before going ahead and signing the next day. I met Ms. Kylie Hunter, told her upfront that I’m just looking, I was really surprised of the passion she had and she showed me what they had and did an outstanding presentation knowing the fact I was a window shopper. I ended up leasing a beautiful apartment there for one year although it was a 4th floor and I was looking for a 1st floor. I also had 4 service requests on the day I moved and she did everything to ensure that everything gets fixed ASAP. This place is really nice, the staff is friendly, and I think I’d be staying there for as long as I’m a DFW resident.

Kylie was super helpful and made our move very stress free. So far we are really enjoying the community and happy we decided to move here!

Management has no concept of good customer service!

Believe the people who say dont live here! Trust me. I asked specifically about noise upon move in and was told that there were no noise complaints. That was a flat out lie. Ive lived in apartments for the past 12 years and I expect a reasonable amount of noise from neighbors, but this is nothing Ive ever experienced before. People running up and down the stairs, yelling and slamming doors all hours of the night. 3 and 4 oclock in the morning being woken up to people banging on my bedroom wall. This is all night, every night. We get no sleep, I have only lived here a month and Ive spent 2 weeks of that time staying with family members just so we could get a small amount of peace and quiet.The construction is shoddy at best, there is zero guest parking (guess they assume everyone who rents here wont have friends, odd).The main gates were broken for over a week and on the 4th of July, while I was out watching fireworks, my apartment was robbed and a $4,000 laptop was stolen. Called Grapevine PD and they explained that there were hundreds of unauthorized people on the premises for the nearby fireworks show.It looks nice from the outside, and even inside the unit, but looks can be very deceiving. If you have no friends and want to be able to hear your neighbors opening and closing their refrigerator, using the bathroom, taking a shower, then this is the place for you.
