My roommate and I have been living together for about three months at the time of this review, and Natasha (the office manager) has been awesome! The transfer process of my roommate into this two bedroom apartment, and my own application process, have been incredibly smooth, due to Natashas quick response and kindness. We truly do appreciate all of her help!

I’m totally and absolutely in love with these apartments! I would love to live here, but with working a 9-5 job Monday-Friday and their leasing office being closed on weekends, it feels like it’s been impossible to get in touch with someone. I’ve sent multiple emails asking questions and requesting help to go through with the application, and I’ve heard nothing back. I’ve also called several times and no one ever answers the phone.

This apartment community is super awesome. It is very well kept and beautifully designed. My apartment felt like the home as soon as I opened the door and stepped inside for the first time. The space feels super warm and is EXTREMELY spacious.Natasha (the Community Manager) is a wonderful person and super helpful. She made this moving process super easy and made sure everything was as straightforward and simple as possible.Definitely the best apartment I’ve rented to date!

I went in to look for a three bedroom apartment for my family. The manager Tosha said they didnt have anything open at this time. They didnt have one she took the time to look at places that might have one open. She was so nice.

Best place I’ve ever lived the move in process was very easy they had a wonderful move in Special the apartment is very nice and modern the appliances are great maintenance is very good and the apartment manager Tasha is the best very nice always greets you with a smile if you’re looking for a place to stay Grafton flats is a great choice

My fiancé and I toured here and loved it but they very rarely answer the phone and have yet to respond to week old emails and voicemails. The application process has been horrendous because of this. If they would actually get back to us, we would love to live here but it’s looking like that might be difficult!

Moved down to Texas from Boston during quarantine without seeing the apartment in person, could not have turned out any better. Katrina made sure the apartment was clean had all new appliances, renovations, and made the whole process easier. She even left us toilet paper in the bathrooms and bottles of water for us while we were moving in.The maintenance man Allen is the best. Very friendly and can take care of any issues.The apartments are very nice and updated, friendly neighbors, the pool area is great, dog friendly, and overall a great place to live!

Poor Customer serviceI have attempted to contact this apartment community on several occasions even to use their website requesting someone contact me. I have left messages for them to call me for I have questions regarding the community. I am looking to move to the area but no one has contacted me. If this is the experience someone whos seeking information on possibly renting here, I cant imagine living there would be any different in their customer service abilities. No thanks!

Grafton Flats has done absolutely exceptional work. Specifically Katrina! She was professional and kind during a time that has been difficult for most families. Ive lived here since November 2019 and I love living here! The updated units are beautiful. The grounds are kept clean. Parking is never an issue, plenty of guest spaces. Service requests are filled quickly. All of the staff is really friendly. The location is safe and close to many grocery stores and entertainment. I’m not sure what more you could ask for!

As a tenet of five plus years there have been a lot of changes until the complex got bought out and the new management has been amazing! Katrina manages the complex currently and has been an amazing change for the community. Katrina goes above and beyond to take care of her tenets and her heart is beautiful because she is talented at what she does. She takes care of all the needs of all the tenets even when they don’t ask anything of her.Katrina is on top of her job.She takes the time for everyone in the complex.I have lived here for 5 years and she always makes sure her tenets come first!This is the best place ever!!!I love Grafton Flats! 💕

Katrina is also understanding and accommodating to any sudden circumstances that may come up and she will work with you as long as you communicate with her. April 2021Grafton Flats Apartments is an exceptional place to live. My family and I have lived here for one year, and would happily stay longer were it not for a job opportunity which necessitates relocation. The apartments have very nice finishes, and the grounds are well maintained. Our experiences with the management and maintenance staff have been outstanding. In particular, Katrina Colley has provided very personable and professional service that is simply unparalleled in our experience as tenants. I wholeheartedly recommend Grafton to anyone looking for a luxury apartment to call home.April 2020My wife and I moved into the Grafton Flats Apartments at the end of April 2020 and we are enjoying life here! We have lived in homes for many years and decided to downsize. One would be hard-pressed to find a nicer complex and apartment for the money. We have lovely neighbors, and Katrina, the complex manager, has been a joy to work with. Eric is the head of maintenance, and he has also been great. Eric went above and beyond taking care of us on a recent request. He does excellent and timely work, and provides very personable service. A+, Grafton Flats! :-)

Katrina is amazing! Shes focused and pays attention to what you have to say. Eric, the service man, is great to work with and is very responsive! These two make an excellent team and make the experience great!

I would rate this apartment a 2.5 out of 5. I give it that, due to the master bedroom not being thought out better amongst a few other things.I viewed the B1 998sq feet & the B2U 1,079sq feet.The B1 998 has a decent size living room, dining room & kitchen. The bathroom wasn’t to my liking. Us women love to take bathes vs showering sometimes to unwind. The tub was very narrow. The master bedroom (even bedroom #2) has a bizarre layout plan, which makes it hard to properly fit your queen sized bed, two night stands & dresser with TV. It’s not beneficial at all.The closet was simply horrifying (for both floor plans). Very crammed, not much of a WIC at all.The B2U 1,079 also has a decent size living room, dining room & kitchen. The downfalls yet again pertains to the bedroom’s (master & bedroom 2), as well as the bathroom tub.As previously mentioned the tub is super narrow. So you will feel crammed. No linen closets in this plan (1,079).The master bedroom floor plan is horrible. It’s truly a better fit for children vs adults. Bedroom 2 had “potential” however, you’re still not able to properly fit a queen sized bed, two nightstands & dresser with TV. I measured the wall between the closet door & “bedroom 2“ entrance door & wasn’t able to fit my dresser there, without blocking the closet door or room entrance.The show stopper of the apartment complex was the 2 bed 2 bath townhouse. Which is floor plan B3 1,420sq feet. However there’s only TWO of those unit plans throughout the entire apartment complex! That was disappointing to find out.Also this complex is right next to a high school. It’s literally right next to them... so be warned about that potential morning & afternoon traffic.A few suggestions:Consider the short closet swing out doors. (The closet doors you currently have take away from the space)Implement garden tubs.Update the pool area.Add covered parking.Make it a gated community.Implement valet trash.There’s potential, but the master bedroom plan & closet space was the deal breaker (especially for the price).The manager was professional & courteous. So good job with your customer service skills.

Katrina and Eric are incredible at their jobs! They have made this community the best I have ever been at, and built it back up from the rough state it was left in by previous ownership.

We just moved to Texas from Ireland for a career opportunity I got through my Job. We visited Grapevine a few months prior and were welcomed by the management with such a warm reception. Katrina was super clear on the process and gave us a tour of the gorgeous premises. The pool area has had some recent uplift as have the apartments themselves. We visited between 7-10 properties and the Grafton was our number 1 choice for when we arrived back in January.Since we moved in Katrina has been so attentive and her colleage Jake who looks after maintenance has played a blinder being there for our every need, not that there was much on that front.If your on the fence on Grafton, get off. Its a great place to live.

I have lived here about 18 months and just extended my lease. First, ANY REVIEWS PRIOR TO 4 MONTHS AGO SHOULD BE DISREGARDED! The ownership, management and even the property itself has changed for the better! The old companies definitely did not make it easy for this new company and I applaud how much they took on and have been able to rise above; truly a testimony to the new company.Rent is a little bit higher , but the property is quite and not overrun, My apartment has a open floor plan & a kitchen that both my kids and myself can be in at one time! I am close to the schools and honestly anywhere I would want to go is only 15 minutes away. Staff is efficient and timely. I do wish we had covered parking.

Wish you could pick up this property and move it to a better location. Surrounded by riff raff occupied properties.

I’ve lived here for almost 7 years and I have absolutely loved it here. Im actually really sad to leave, but all good things must come to an end. The Grafton thus far has been my favorite property I have lived at. My daughters and I have always felt safe. This was our HOME. I will for sure refer if need be.
