AMLI Grapevine is definitely a FIVE STAR residence. The staff here is friendly and puts the community first. Amanda, Ashley, and Lina were so helpful and accommodating with our move in. The amenities are first class and the maintenance team is outstanding. We love our new home!

From the moment we walked into the leasing office, we felt welcomed. Lina and Ashley have been great and always willing to help. We could not have chosen a better complex to live in. Love living here! Its close to the airport and Dallas. It’s walking distance to everything Im Grapevine and almost across the street from Hotel Vin which is a great place to hang out and listen to live music. There is a great restaurant, gym and yoga studio in the complex. There are also 3 amenities rooms which are great to hangout or work in if you need a change of scenery. The outside space and pool area is super nice too. Staff are great. Our apartment is nice and modern. We have been here two years and are going to renew again for another year. Can’t say enough!

This place is absolutely beautiful.Fantastic amenities, clean and equipped apartment.I feel like I am on vacation every day when I wake up and then when I get back from work .I am very fortunate to be able to start a new life here .The manager Lina Bezler welcomed me with open arms, she made sure I have everything I need it to be comfortable and happy .

My wife and I have lived here for two years and really loved it. The only reason we are leaving is because we were able to buy a house. It was already a great place to live from the beginning. But this new company, AMLI, took over just before the pandemic and improved the resident experience even more. Great amenities, always kept clean and in great working order. Maintenance staff has always been fast, polite and thorough. The people working in the front office have always been helpful as well. With all the near by restaurants and access to DFW so close I couldnt recommend these apartments higher. Stelinis, which is in the bottom floor of one building, has been super helpful with everything shutdown. My wife loves the yoga studio in the first floor as well and goes multiple times a week. She will probably keep going even with the drive well have instead of a walk across the parking garage. We love Main St. Grapevine and walked there from our apartment many times while living here. As much as we love our new house, we will definitely miss living in this wonderful apartment community.

Lina and the staff were amazing during my 7 month lease! Any work order was taken care of quickly and building was always clean with no bugs! I would definitely highly recommend this apartment, as it is also within walking distance to Main St. and Harvest Hall!

Professional, knowledgeable, and supportive staff. Very accessible in person, by phone or email and respond quickly to any question or concern. Facilities are too-notch, modern, and always kept very clean. Any maintenance issues are taken care of within 24 hours and excellent service is provided there too. It is so great to have secured parking and a safe, beautiful apartment. Location is another added plus as we are walking distance in downtown Grapevine and can easily access highways to the greater DFW area. Thank you, AMLI GVine!

I want to give a shout-out and special thanks to Lina. 2 years ago I walked into this community and Lina’s welcoming hospitality began the sell on me signing my first ever apartment lease. She was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Throughout my 2 years living here I had zero issues but Lina was always able to answer any questions or concerns that came up. They were super prompt in making sure all of my concerns were addressed and the issues I had were fixed. They had no hesitation in making it right. After several years of interfacing off and on with the most patient and gracious Leasing Agent ever... Lina....while my husband and I finally made the decision to downsize from a Large home for the freedom of apartment living... We are so happy to have found a luxury apartment that has allowed us to check all our required boxes...First Location. CHECK.. Prime location here that is walkable to Grapevine Main Street restaurants and shops.Theres also a wonderful onsite Italian restaurant. Stellini with an adjacent Trattoria that makes it so convienient for many items you find yourself needing and dont want to go to a supermarket. Theres a nearby Park , Rec Center, and library all within walking distance. The train depot also in walking distance enables us to avoid freeway driving to get to downtown Ft Worth and the Stockyards to the west of us and to DFW airport to the east.The modern interior design Of the apartments, the beautiful pool and courtyard that our balcony overlooks As well as a common room for visiting that has a coffee machine TV’s, pool table and a fireplace for ambiance makes it easy to ck the amenities box.Security Box also CHECK... theres a secure fob only entry into the building and a 4 level parking garage which not only requires the fob to enter past the first floor for visitors, but the fob is also required to exit therefore eliminating the possibility of a non resident flood owing you thro the gate as we have heard can happen in another complex since they uninvited wouldnt be able to get back out without the fob.Maintenance Box...CHECK.. we’ve only had a couple of minor issues for repair but went online to request them and when we did there was an almost immediate maintenance person at the door to make the repair.Bottom Line.....This is the only apartment complex that enabled us to check all our requirement boxes and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of AMLI formerly Aura Grapevine home. Thank you Lina for the years of phone calls and tours and help with our decision.

I have had a great experience with the staff and facility at AMLI Grapevine. Lina was incredibly thoughtful and helpful when picking out the perfect new home for us. The communication was great, the process seamless, I would recommend AMLI Grapevine to anyone looking for a new home.

The location is great, however construction has been going on for months.Thankfully, we move out this week. After AMLI took over, things quickly went down hill. The elevators are frequently broken. The hallways and amenities are not nearly as clean when it was owned by AURA444.Our most recent issue was our dryer was broken, this took over a week and several emails/work orders to get it fixed.We thought about staying but after receiving the lease renewal proposal, for a 1B/1B... it went from $1585 to $1655 for a year lease and went up to $2036 if we wanted to do month to month. Needless to say, we are moving out on Saturday.One positive, Lina was nothing but friendly and helpful to us!

Great apartment complex in the heart of downtown Grapevine. I like the short walks from here to Main Street. Lots of restaurants and retail to explore. There’s a hotel going up that is going to look great and is coming along well with the construction. The amenities here are great. Maintenance requests are always done in a timely manner and always to my satisfaction. Central location to both downtown Dallas and Fort Worth.One thing the apartment complex can improve is having more resident events a month. The holiday party they had in December had a great turnout at it.

I have some friends who live here and they say this place is great. Super friendly staff. Kinda upset they changed names and management, but as long as everything stays cool, theyll be happy. Keep it up Amli!!

The pool is open and I am able to use the gym again. I missed these spaces but understand why they had to close. They did a good job with communication and caution during these past months. I appreciate management for how they handled all of this.

This review is based on my initial experience at the property. My husband and I went to view this property and was greeted by Lina. She took her time to answer all our questions while giving us a tour of this amazing property. The pictures dont do this place justice, the grounds are modern and immaculate. Although we were only able to see a 1 bedroom model apartment, Lina accommodated us by sending us apartment videos of the units we were interested in and placed us on a waiting list. Johnny & José are on top of things! Office staff is amazing!! And I must say I enjoy the treats they leave out for the residents...and the dog treats are enjoyed by the resident pets as well! :)

We love Aura Four44!The maintenance team is top notch and the best I have ever had the privilege of working with. Rafael Hernandez came today to fix our closet door and replace our air filter. I wasnt home at the time I had originally stated in my request yet he still came back and fixed our issues with efficiency and a smile. I appreciate his hard work!

I recently moved into Aura Four44 and cannot say enough good things about the the experience. The front desk and maintenance staff have been extremely helpful and kind in helping me deal with the many details involved in the moving process. This is a superb facility in every way -- very well maintained, ideal location and, most important, a welcoming and competent staff who quickly help you to feel at home. I am totally delighted with my decision to live here.

Management is attentive and kind. Maintenance addresses concerns promptly and mirrors the customer service of the front office. Property is new and kept clean. Most expensive apartments in this area but the amenities, interiors and staff make it worth it.

Excellent apartment. Haven’t had any issues with staff or facilities. Leasing/apartment staff are very friendly and good at their job. Rent is a little on the high side, but after living here for a few months it’s well worth it. Everything is always incredibly clean. Parking garage actually has an appropriate number of spots. Frequent resident events with food and drink. Gym has a good variety of equipment. Only downside I can see would be the apartments that face Dallas Rd would have some road noise. A+ really recommend this place.

We are so blessed to have Jose and Josie taking such amazing care of our homes. Jose has a wonderful, engaging manner. Always bringing a smile and kind word as he works. I highly recommend this great new Grapevine apartment complex for many reasons. The staff (including maintenance) are exceptionally good & friendly! They respond promptly and professionally to any needs. Im very impressed with their attentiveness.The whole apartment complex is clean, well maintained and functional. It is high quality.The location is great with super fast & easy access to 114 or 121. Another fun free perk is that they now serve Starbucks coffee. The gym is very clean and functional. I really like the monitored parcel lockers which give peace of mind for package deliveries. They send you a text and a code when a package has arrived. Super helpful!In addition, they also offer special fun nights where they host residents at local wineries etc in Grapevine, plus they offer tasty Saturday brunches occasionally. Ive missed out but have heard how good they are!

Aura Four44 has been a great experience from the start. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and fun! They plan monthly resident events that are awesome! The property itself is beautiful. They spared no expense. Open floor plans, deep farmhouse sinks, a beautiful pool, a dog park and trash valet, are just a few of the perks. If that wasnt enough it is just a short walk away from the adorable downtown Grapevine with all its boutiques and nightlife. I would highly recommend living at Aura Four44!

My family and I moved in 4 months ago. Previous experience living in an apartment had me hesitant to leave a review. However, I am happy to report and provide my review now. Key points for me are the cleanliness of the complex in general. The property is well maintained and done so with minimal disturbances to the residence. Parking accommodations are excellent for both residents and guests. The property team has been pleasant to deal with since day one. Amenity areas are perfect and well maintained. My neighbors are elusive l, but when our paths cross (usually in the common areas) they are friendly and inviting. Noise? Really the only noise complaints I’ve had are back in December when the new rail line was blowing the train horn 9 times every time they crossed through Grapevine. This went on all day and most of the night. It has since stopped and I now only hear the weekend train.Honestly, this has to be one of the best apartments I’ve lived in. Centrally located Dallas and Ft. Worth means I can get to work or events in 35 minutes. Love it.

I have been living here for several months now, and really enjoy experience.The gym is the nicest, I have found in any apartment complex. From online spin classes, to complimentary towels. There is a great bike path a short distance away, that I have been able to make 40-50 mile rides on.The social areas are excellent as well, from grilling at one of the 2 areas to sitting at the fire pit in the courtyard. It really offers the resort feeling for apartment living.Then, you throw in being two blocks from the new rail system, and three blocks from downtown Grapevine. It is a very enjoyable place to live, and I hope you find the same experience.

When you sign your 12 month lease here you sign up for a year long nightmare. Good luck. And no need for the manager response. It’s always the same, they offer no resolve or payment relief for any problems, loss of amenities, noise annoyances, etc that they are responsible for. 1 star for location.

At first glance this apartment looked beautiful, stylish, and a great location. Wish I could say that is all correct but didn’t even get past the front door. It was a Sunday and I get it...no one really wants to work on a Sunday but the weekend is usually when “working individuals” have the time to go look at places. We walked in to an empty leasing center.(They opened at 1:00, and it was 1:03. After about 2 mins we saw a woman walking towards us. She never said her name or gave us a friendly greeting. She had an accent and just said “hello”. I explained we were looking for a 2/2. She then said she had a move in coming in soon and would have to tend to him first. We said we understood and were fine waiting. She said about 15 mins. So as she started telling us what was available. The options were VERY limited for our time but we decided one might work and would like to go on a tour. At this point the appointment guy had walked in. We got up to give him a priority. As she was going over things with him, my boyfriend started walking around to kill time and look over the visible amenities. We haven’t ever been here before so he had no idea where things were. Well I guess he was walking back where the leasing offices are and the lady completely freaked out on him. Yelling saying “no one is back there you need to take a seat”. I’m sorry....excuse me? Not appropriate what so ever. We immediately left. You won’t speak to potential residents this way. Especially when you are pricing apartments at $2,700 for two bed rooms. We will NOT be back completely based on first impressions. Which is sad considering you have open availability and just lost out on a sale.Edit: here we are 5 months later trying to return to check this complex out. We scheduled an appointment in advance for a tour and sadly we are disappointed AGAIN! We have given up on this complex completely. No emailed response to confirm our appointment today, no phone call to check to see if we were still coming, and when asked if we could still come tour due to the specific apartment we wanted not being available to show, no response on there end. Sadly for the price this place in completely not managed properly!

I recently moved in and my experience leading up to my move in process has been nothing less than top of the line. The office has been attentive and professional. It appears to be extremely well managed and the building is manicured with care. I do enjoy this place.

This is a stunning property with amazing design throughout! But even more important are the remarkable people like Lina, Marissa, Jose and Josie that are always professional, kind, courteous and helpful. We absolutely love all of the resort like amenities! The location is phenomenal within walking distance to the train, downtown Grapevine, the Rec, the Library and the brewery. In addition, we love the peace and quiet that Aura Four44 offers. I love living here, I love bring my friends and family to Aura 444 or Triple 4 as I call it. Its beautiful, its clean, safe, the staff is so kind. What a great place to call home. The property and staff in the office and the team that keeps everything ticking like a clock is amazing. Who wouldnt want to live here??? Oh and the pool, the common areas and convenience to all the local businesss are walking distance and the train is a blast. I had an issue with my fridge( new properties or a new house, are know for needing to work the kinks out ) well Raphael showed up, compolete in 10 minutes or less, no mess no fuss. I would recommend Aura 444 for your new home. Its nice to see peeps in the hall that are so happy and pleased to be here. I give it more than 5 stars.

We only have good things to say about this place! We have a corner unit and it’s amazing. The amenities are great and we haven’t even used the pool yet (terrible weather). The maintenance staff is on top of anything that needs attention! The same goes for the office staff! Chris helped us get into our place and made it very low stress!

I absolutely LOVE living here. I love my apartment, the location and how central we are to everything, the staff and residents, everything!A couple things I dont necessarily love is that my apartment faces the road and nobody really explained how loud it actually gets and the theft that goes on in the parking garages. Its too nice of an area and people pay way too much money to live here to worry about theft. BUT, I am glad that officers have worked diligently to catch those people!I definitely would recommend these apartments to anyone and everyone!

Top notch service. Everyone is kind and professional in the office. The property feels like a resort and there is a Starbucks machine for residents. I have lived in Grapevine for several years and the newness of the property and location is what attracted me. After touring several times I felt confident that I would enjoy living here. I have had interaction with several office members and I have never experienced hospitality from an office like them Upon moving in the Manager called to ask about my move and has always been accommodating with any questions I may have. I have seen several maintenance personal keeping up hallways and always say hi. I am happy with my choice and thankful that this company puts customer service first.

Aura Four44 is exceptional apartment living. The move-in process was seamless, all thanks to Marissa, our leasing consultant. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and puts on amazing events for the residents. Beautiful and well-kept, the location is amazing - only a short walk down to Main Street. Awesome place to live.

Moved in recently with my boyfriend. We were worried about it being at the top of our budget, but so far its been worth it for the convenience and quality of the apartment and staff.The apartments walking distance to main street, the train station (my bf takes it to work in Ft Worth), and the REC (super cheap for Grapevine residents). The brewery across the street has a different food truck almost every night, so a lot of times we just pick up dinner from there. The package lockers are also major for us since we get basically everything delivered :) Family and friends who visit us almost always compare Aura to a hotel because its so clean and well kept.For critiques, really the only things I can think to mention that could be improved are sometimes the perfume they put in the hallways is a bit much. And also itd be great if the doggy bags were switched out for bio-degradable bags. I dont believe the current ones are, and they also dont tear easily.

My stay has not been anything less than wonderful while a residents of 444. When I first leased, I was blown away at the community presentation. The interior corridors create a lux ambiance and keep you sheltered from this Texas heat. There are no other apartments in the area that match the resident spaces and the insides of the apartments. The staff is extremely professional and attentive. I appreciate the managers communication with any concerns that have been brought up. It is a great place to live due to the construction and the staff running it.

I am a reserved, sweet, nice person, so it takes a lot to get me angry. We went in to look for an apartment here because we saw how great they were rated and it’s really close to my husband’s job. We were greeted by the most rudest, stuck up woman I’ve ever seen. Literally had her nose in the air the whole time. We couldn’t even walk to her desk when she asked us what we were looking for. After we told her she immediately cut us off saying, “We don’t have any of the two bedrooms right now.” She didn’t even check to see to make sure. She didn’t even offer to show us what the apartments looked like. Didn’t offer to do anything. There was this feeling around her that made us feel like we weren’t welcomed. Like she thought she was better than us. She was so rude and so unwelcoming. Maybe she didn’t think people with a toddler should live there? Hmmmm... we were the same race as her. Dang! She was snooty!

I moved into Aurafour44 in July 2018 and its been a great experience overall. The amenities are amazing, the ambiance is elegant and quiet, and community events are always fun and well attended. Its easily the best apartment experience Ive ever had.

We looked at multiple apartment complexes in the Grapevine area, and there was nothing the could compare to Aura in regards to location, amenities, and floor plans that offer the type openness that we were looking for (the living areas and closet space were bigger than pretty much everywhere we looked). We worked with Lina who was fantastic and prompt with answering all of our questions and showing us multiple units to make sure that we got one that worked well for us. She was really educated on not only her facility but just about every other one we looked at as well. Definitely be on the lookout for her when you stop by. Were excited to move in and start taking advantage of all of the on-site amenities and cool happenings that are just a short walk away.

Rafael and Hosea were so great to work with. They helped take care of any issues I had quickly and are so friendly! Highly recommend.

This property is beautiful. Management does one heck of a job with making this place stay clean. Many years ago I lived in apartments and wasnt sure what to expect after we sold our home. Christopher has been professional and kind anytime we have had interaction with him. I have seen several maintenance people in the hallways working and they always smile and say good morning. We feel spoiled and we love it. It is like living at a spa. I cannot wait to use the pool soon. We are happy we chose this place.

We took a tour with Marissa Robbins back in October when we were first apartment hunting. She showed us all of the incredible features that this apartment complex has to offer and immediately made us feel at home. Our favorite things that the complex has to offer are proximity to the Rec Center and Main Street, Dog Park, pool and gas grills, interior design and safety features.After discussion, we came back and signed a lease to live here in 2019. To shorten this long comment... in those stressful days of deciding where to land, the things that kept catching my attention was the complex itself for sure, the amenities, the newness, the location, the selection of floor plans, affordability, especially when you compare all the bells and whistles, but, the real deal clincher was the entire staff. In all my looking, I did not find a more accommodating, courteous, professional, patient staff and that was a big deal to me. And now that I live here, I would like to include, the maintenance staff in my comment as well. I come home to a polished, perfect, environment every day, and that is very much appreciated. And I love the fact, each of the Staff members are happy, they speak and smile as they do their job well. Where I live personally, I want to be a person, not a renter, and I want to feel like I belong to a community. In this day and time in the world, where it is hard to find friends, good neighbors, fun, and feel safe, I can assure you, these attributes exist at Aura Four44 and its a total blessing that I call this my home.Thanks to the entire staff for creating such a wonderful experience at this exact time in my life. I’ve been looking for an apartment closer to the airport for work (but still in a nice area) and I stopped by Aura Four44 since they’re new. I know they’re just getting started but they are definitely starting off well! They chose an amazing leasing agent to represent their company! Zeth showed me around and he was hilarious! I don’t know if I’ve ever had so much fun looking at an apartment! He was also very informative and professional and I feel like I got the best experience possible! That’s been pretty rare in my search so far. The apartments are gorgeous too and I’m in love with their fitness center! I haven’t narrowed down where I’ll be staying yet but he put this place at the top of my list! Ask for Zeth when you go in! You’ll have a great time!

AuraFour44 is absolutely amazing! Each time I come home, I feel like I am on vacation. It is within walking distance of Main Street. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are breathtaking. The state-of-the-art gym allows me to have a full workout without having to pay for a gym membership. I would highly suggest living at AuraFour44!

If I could rate Aura Four44 10 stars I would!If you are new to the Grapevine area or have lived around Dallas/Fort Worth area all of your life, I highly recommend Aura Four44 Apartments to everyone! I lived in a house for over 23 years! I lost my husband and my daughter went off to college. My house was too big and I moved to be closer to my daughter here in Grapevine. I am pretty picky when it comes to my living environment. This is why I chose Aura Four44. I absolutely love everything about this place! The architect, the different layouts that they offer, not to mention the decor throughout the whole apartment complex, the beautiful pool, the seating areas that they offer, the landscaping, the dog park, the exercise/gym room, the mail room, the club room, the beautiful meeting room, the office room where you can use their computers and printer or take in your own laptop if you so choose, and lastly the parking garage! I know I am leaving more out!This does not include the people! All of the residents make you feel welcome and are very friendly. They made me feel right at home!The beautiful people in the office are like my family! I love Christopher, I love Marissa, I love Lina, and I love Zeth!

Office staff is the best! Zeth has been so helpful from my first tour to moving in, etc. Everyone has been extremely responsive and helpful. Beautiful apartment and amenties at a great rate. Safe and great location as well.

Zeth was a great leasing agent! Took us to multiple apartments to show us various layouts and spent time answering all our questions. He even recommended a local dog walker for us to use during the week while we are at work. Aura Four44 is a beautiful complex with amazing amentites, totally recommend!

We wanted to be back in grapevine and Aura Four44 is the perfect place. From the first phone call to Merissa to signing the lease everything was perfect! Merissa was fabulous! She took the time to answer all my questions and numerous calls and she did it with grace! When she was not available Zeth was and he was wonderful! The apartments are flawless! They really thought of everything from the incredible amenities to the apartment itself and such a wonderful location! Walking distance to Main Street. The only thing better is the staff! Merissa, Zeth and Christopher are all great! This place is our new ZEN!

I explained to Marissa that someone was leaving the trash chute open on another floor and that my trash chute would not work because of this. She promptly put a note out and the problem has not resurfaced. Very responsive staff. Great place to live.

This property has it ALL: Prime Grapevine location, new building, great amenities, and above all their super-friendly, attentive staff to welcome you home! My experience has been 100% positive, I cant say enough how much I love this place.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST APARTMENT COMMUNITY!! Where do I begin...Our family moved in 3 months ago after downsizing from a home. We never anticipated that we would fall in love with this apartment community and truly thought it would be temporary. I have to say that is not the case anymore we definitely want to make this our permanent home! The quality and amenities are absolutely amazing! The location cant be beat! We are close to everything! One of the other greatest parts of living here is the incredible office and maintenance team that always are there when you need them and truly know what customer service is! Zeth has helped us from the start. Although he was very busy he went out of his way to show us every option and gave us time to look. The move in process was also perfectly executed and he truly welcomed us home. The community events are also frequent and well thought out. Nothing cheesy and all fun! You will want to be a part of them. The community is kept immaculate at all times! The other residents are great and there is virtually no noise! Very pet friendly with tons of places and pet stations to walk and run your furbabies! They also have one of the nicest most well lit pet parks! THIS PLACE IS A MUST SEE!!!

Absolutely gorgeous apartments. Unless you have visited, you can’t really tell how beautiful the pool is from the photos. Amazing appliances and beautiful wood floors. Zeth is super friendly and very responsive. The walkability is amazing, it’s a 5 minute walk from the Main Street bars and restaurants (this area is AMAZING during Christmas). It’s also very close to 114 if you work off of that highway. Close to the airport as well. There is concrete between the floors so even though you have wood, you can’t hear the people above. The garage is attached to the building so you don’t have to walk outside to your car in inclimate weather. All around, an amazing apartment complex.
