I took my 92 Ramcharger in with some body work that needed to be done. Josh was awesome helping me through the process. The entire team at Pro am was exceptional. This is the third time I have used Pro Am for auto accident repair. This time we had a new model auto that took 3 months to get here from Germany. Needless to say that we thought getting the parts would be a major time delay. Late that day, I brought the car to Josh to get the estimate going and he called the next day with news that he already ordered some of the parts.He told us that he was pretty sure that parts would not be a problem. Later that week, he called and that the guys were working to have the car ready for the weekend. Delivered as Promised!One day over 2 weeks from when I stopped by for the estimate!Josh and his crew are everything you expect but rarely get in getting major auto work done. These guys at Pro Am Collision are absolutely awesome! I came in with a simple fuel door paint job. You would have thought I was having my car re-painted. They handled this fuel door paint job with the most extensive care to match the color to my car. I was totally blown away with the amount of care Pro Am took to match the paint. Not only did they successfully match the paint to a T, they got the job done within a day, keeping me up to date on the process all the way through. Again I was amazed at the quality of service I received. I could not believe how well they treated me, especially over a very inexpensive fuel door. I highly recommend Pro Am Collision to anyone. I recently had my car in for body repair. Pro am collision was the company they use for body work. I was happy to hear they had loaner car we could use . The car was in good shape but a little dirty inside which I discussed with Josh who explained some workers were out ill and he said he would review with the staff. The actual work was very good and they worked very will with my insurance company to settle the claim. They continued to keep me updated during the whole process and completed the work in the time frame they estimated. I would recommend them if you need to have body work done.

They picked my car up from Enterprise Rental and dropped it off at my house afterwards when I had to turn in the rental a few hours earlier. They repaired the damage that happen in an accident, which looks great!! It looks like they also took care of a few door ding’s that wasn’t part of the insurance claim. They handled the insurance and rental company for me. Believe me, the insurance/rental company were a pain!! They went above and beyond what I ever expected! They detailed the inside of my car, which also looks great! No more dust/dirt/dog hair. LOL I would definitely go back (hopefully not any time soon because of an accident) and recommend them to friends and family!! Thanks guys!! Great services and friendly people!!

Had my car towed to Pro Am to have my clutch replaced. I was very surprised at how quick they had it done. Also took my wife’s car here for repairs after a fender bender and we got it back very quick! They were very good at keeping us up to date on the status of repairs. I would highly recommend them for any collision or mechanical needs!

Needed a frame straightened on a Subaru Impreza that was in a front end collision. Josh got everything back into spec and it cost less then what was originally quoted. Provided videos as he progressed through the job and gave a very helpful explanation on the process. I will always use Pro Am for any collision needs, everyone is polite and straight forward with an honest answer.6/30/20 - I got hit from behind on the freeway and needed an estimate for the insurance company. Josh helped me out and gave me all the paperwork I needed. Friendly as always and made sure I had everything I needed.

This is by far the best Auto body shop east of the Mississippi. I have dealt with them multiple times. there is nothing Doug and his team cant do. they were able to fix my issue and also help with a after market request. Best body shop in GRR. Family owned for over 30 years. Wonderful people. I have needed their services a number of times over several years and they never let me down. Their work is sheer perfection. Its one of those deals where I hope I never need their services again. But if I do, they are the only body shop I will see.

Wow Stacey, Doug and the gang really did us a solid getting the car in and replacing-painting the hood on Loris cream puff 2006 Audi A4 quattro. Superb work.There were a few hiccups along the way but Josh kept me informed via textand phone calls every step of the way. We could not be happier with the outcome. Recommended!

Ive used Pro Am three times now on different cars and each time theyve worked really hard to keep costs down without sacrificing quality. The people themselves are very kind and responsive. In comparison to Gerber Collision who Ive also used many times, Pro Am is less expensive and more personal.

This place is AMAZING!! They took care of me and my car! They handled the insurance company. My car looks amazing and I was just so grateful for all that they did for me. I had such a great experience working with everyone here. Theyre so kind and understanding! I cant say enough how much I appreciate all they did for me. I was almost in tears about the damage on my car and so stressed out but they made it so easy to leave everything in their hands. I just cant thank them enough.

From the moment I pulled into the parking lot the staff took the steps needed to get me in a loaner car, my insurance estimates completed and the work started on my car. Great communication throughout the process and my car looks like new again.

A year ago, this shop was recommended to me by my father in law to diagnose my husbands car. I was very clear that we were only interested in diagnostics. My husband was sick, so I explicitly explained that I needed them to call my cell phone when they were done. Instead they attempted to contact my father in law and when they couldnt get ahold of him, they fixed the issue and serviced the vehicle without ever attempting to make contact with me. As a result, my husband and I were left with a very expensive bill for a repair we did not authorize and hadnt budgeted for. We were very unhappy.In the interest of fairness, the repair was sound.

Best car care service. Doug the owner is so honest and wont scam you like most shops try to do. He believes that if you dont need it why bs you in getting the part. I would recommend this shop to anyone like i said best service i had ever gotten.

We were disappointed by the customer service at this shop. They seemed disorganized and unprofessional: no written estimates, no communication between employees (which is the most generous possibility I can imagine for why they failed to follow some explicit directions) and so employees all feigned, or truly were ignorant of our instructions. They NEVER called us with updates and kept our vehicle four days past when they said they could have it done, causing considerable inconvenience. They also charged us almost $400 more than the original estimate AND misplaced our keys, causing a frantic search at pick up. To be fair, the actual repair work seemed fine, but I would not recommend this business to anyone on a budget who values their time.

Worst place to take you vehicle. Not punctual and will keep your car for ever. Not properly repaired and refusing to stand behind their work. Rude.Rude.Rude. DO NOT take your car to them and expect it to be properly repaired. You will be sorry!

We dropped off both our daughters vehicles on the way out of town for spring break and as promised, they were ready when we returned. They had fixed all the areas we wanted fixed and even though one of the vehicles required work that hadnt been evident until they dug into it, they didnt charge more than the original estimate. This is probably the 9th or 10th car we have had paint repairs completed here and I wouldnt think of going anywhere else.Over the last 9 years Ive used this body shop approximately once a year. Every time, the work was done well, done quickly and at a price that couldnt be beat. This shop has my loyalty because they dont disappoint!

I want to say that Doug and his shop are A-1 ! Me and my family was in accident on I-23 in Ann Arbor on way to Lay my Mother to rest in Muskegon. I have access to a friends garage paint-booth and planned to repaint my own car because I plan to use it for SCCA/HPDE/Autocross/Etc racing. I lack the skill/ability to do metalwork, so I took it to Pro-Am.Customer service here is a joke, stopped by to get an estimate on patching two quarter sized rust holes, but the guy I spoke to would not listen. Kept saying he was too busy to get new cars, that he was backed up with a ton of work and, other BS that I cant quite remember. After convincing him to at least give me a quick estimate, he walked outside, eyeballed the car for 5 seconds and, said theyd have to strip the entire car, repaint, etc and it would cost about $5000.I dont even know why I thought to bring my car to Pro-Am either, I used to drive by this place on a daily basis for 4 years and, even on rainy days Id see various cars sitting out in the rain with nothing but bare metal or primer for weeks.

I was involved in a head on collision with my 2009 Jeep Patriot. The front end of the Jeep was severely damaged. Pro Am Collision fixed my baby up quickly and returned her to me even better than before the accident. Very please with the services they provided!

Based on the advise of Kia of North Grand Rapids, I had my new 2016 vehicle, (which was damaged severely while parked), taken to Pro Am Collision on June 15th of 2016. At this juncture, they have my car. I am somewhat concerned about posts made regarding service. When I spoke with Doug and Stacey, they were very friendly. I have expressed that time completing the repair is secondary to my vehicle being returned in the new condition it was in, prior to the damage. I will follow this post with an honest assessment of the end result. Do right by me Doug, I am trusting you.

They repainted my 2002 Suburban after a terrible accident. They made it look better than when we purchased the vehicle. Very happy!!!

(this was 4 years ago and i hope they have a better practice now, but this was my experience)BEWARE!!!!! Be Sure to remove ANYTHING of value from your vehicle before taking it in, because it will likely be stolen and never returned!I had a horrible experience here. long story short. my car should have been totaled out, but Doug(the owner) said that he could fix it for an insanely low price(to the surprise of me and the insurance company). after over 6 months of him milking the insurance company and blowing passed WEEKLY promises of having the car done. he finally finished it(it looked great), however the job costed 3x more than he quoted.NOW we get to the good part. when I got my car back, I realized that a lot of stuff was missing that I knew I left in the car(subwoofer amp, jumpstarter box, hydraulic jack, blanket, etc). I call, and the lady at the desk was pleasant and said to come back to the shop (because strangely my things were in the shop). I went back and was only able to recover my blanket(from a big pile of random belongings), I asked about my other belongings and was told I needed to talk to Doug who was going to be out for a few days(which was fine). after 3 weeks of calling and getting nowhere, the lady at the front desk became annoyed with my persistence and literally told me stop calling here and hung up numerous times. sadly I never retrieved my belongings and vowed to never go back to this shop. BE CAREFULP.S. I really hope this was a fluke, because Doug and his wife seem like good and honest people(which this world needs more of). however this experience left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully their practices have gotten better over time.

My fiancè took his car here, after the 5th time of taking it back in for the same problem he gave up on them. This place is a joke, and they have no problem taking your money. The shop that we just took it to today said they did a hack job. A complete waste of time and money, go somewhere else.

I am dealing with this body shop on behalf of my employer right now and I can definitely vouch for what Corey posted. They deliberately misled my employer into paying a $500 deductible on an insurance claim where there was no deductible. The co-owner of the shop, Doug, told me that they did a bunch of work on this car that the insurance didnt approve and he was just trying to recoup some of that. He also said that women who drive wreckers or pound out fender dings are toothless hillbillies. I kid you not! He actually said that because he was angry that I implied that his wife and co-owner might be busy doing just those kind of activities. He went on to say how beautiful and ladylike she is, so I assume that beautiful and ladylike women do not drive wreckers or know how to do bodywork, even if they own the shop. Cool. Ill go into more detail on my FB page, but Id avoid this caustic shop like the plague.

I brought my truck in for a paint job, The paint dont match up exact. They were done with my truck but never call to pick it up. There was a mess in my car that I have to clean up. Someone broke my keys and it cost me $150 to replace.
