Very fast service. I had a flat and had to be to work. I called multiple tire services in the area which told me it would be a half of day or more just to replace a tire. I called these guys and they told me to come down and theyll have me in and out. It didnt even take 20 minutes and I was on my way!!! If you want fast service and great customer service, this is your place!

I had a flat tire and decided to go to Meekhof. I’m not good with cars, nor did I know how much tread I needed on the tire. They took me outside and showed me how little tread I had on the other tires. They were very transparent and were willing to help me and answer any questions I had.Unfortunately, they did not have the tires that I needed, but they could get them within 2 days. I needed them sooner than that, so they called Discount Tire for me to make sure they had the right tires in stock for me. Great customer service!

This is by far the BEST and MOST HONEST service I have ever had with an auto shop. I brought my car in after I started having issues for a tire rotation at a different company, they looked at my car for me and gave me a breakdown of things that were “starting” to happen with my car, told me how long I had on each issue and didn’t just try to get me for my money. Took my car back again after having more issues after an at home brake service and Brandon squeezed me in, fixed my tire issue and helped get me back on the road, free of charge! He knew I had a trip coming up and said he just wanted me to be safe. I’ll never again take my vehicle any where else and will always recommend them to others. It’s not very often that you find HONEST sales/service people that aren’t out just to make a dollar, but these men have been wonderful!

The men that run Meekhof tire do a fantastic job and work hard for the customers. They appreciate that you are there and you are never treated as extra or them doing you a favor. It is the exact opposite. I first found them after an emergency needing tires and they got me in quickly and gave me a better price than 4 or 5 places I had called. Now I have been back 4 additional times for tires for my work vehicle and trailer and the customer service is the same: Professional, appreciative, timely (get you in and out quickly) and dont waste any time in your day. I had to change out 7 tires on my work trailer and I was there 1 hour 10 minutes. Phenomenal.I encourage everyone to use Meekhof for your tire needs!!!

Meekof does our fleet service. (so far we have one truck;-)A couple of oil changes. Done quickly and professionally. But what really brought me to add a review was low tire pressure. I stopped in to top off the tires and the service department went out of their way to help. Not that air is a big deal, but service is. If they do the little things with this much attention to the customer, Ill be certain to bring them the big things as well.

Long story short I got enough air in my tire to get to their location. Less than 10 minutes later Jordan had me taken care of and my tire was repaired for $20.Love it! This place was AMAZING! My tire was broken due to an oil change I had in Grandville. I called them the following morning to see if they would squeeze me in before a road trip across the country I had the same day. I walked in, they fixed my tire right away, and didn’t charge me a penny! GREAT people. GREAT service. So thankful!

Excellent, competent and fairly priced service. I brought in my Ford Transit to have valve extenders installed on my inner rear dual tires and what should have been a simple job ran in to complications , none of which were the fault of the technician, but were due to poor design by FOMOCO. Anyway it ended up taking more than an hour.Rather than soaking me for one hour of shop time, they just charged me what it would have had not the complications in design been there.Very fair folks. Would recommend to anyone.

Terrible sales rep. Got there quarter to five said come back tomorrow we have a guy ready but it would be better tomorrow. Try to get out of work early. Ok so I did. Waited until 4:56 finally got me in. They could’ve been done faster the day prior. Terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend them.

Will definitely return. I own a Chevy G3500 express Short Bus. A couple months ago, I went in to have the brake lines and several other components on the brakes replaced. It wasnt until several weeks later that I noticed only one brake line had been replaced. Sure enough, that line sprung a leak and quickly snapped completely in half. I was pretty upset that they hadnt replaced both lines the first time I was there (because this is a common issue when one line is replaced and the is left the same) but when I called, they had it in as quick as they could and replaced the other line free of charge. Good buncha folks.

My wife had a flat today at the end of the day. She called roadside assistance and was directed to Meekhof Tire. She talked to Jordan, he was very helpful and assured her even though they closed at 5 and the tow truck would not get her car there by then. Someone would be there to help her. He was a cheerful and knowledgeable person and got my wife’s tire fixed and for a fair price.

They worked me in to get a flat fixed even though they were really busy. That saved me a lot of problems. Its a good place that helps people out when they need it.

Awesome customer service and prices. I went to Discount Tire to try to get a valve stem issue replace and they refused to look at my tires because I didnt need a complete new tire and wasnt going to spend enough money, since I only needed a part replaced. Went to Meekhof Tire after that and they fixed the problem straightaway. The service was excellent, the price was fair and honest, and the work was fast and efficient. Highly recommend this business!

I got home after work and I could hear the the air leaking out of a puncture in my tire. I called them up and they asked where the leak was and quoted me a price. I was able to get it patched up in less then a half hour, good as new. The service was friendly, their lobby and bathrooms were clean and comfortable and its been 2 weeks with no problems with the repair. I will definitely be going back, though hopefully not any time soon.

Found Meekhof through google and saw their long list of great reviews. I went into them with a popped tire and they got me 4 new ones so fast on the same day.They did let me know I had a bent wheel arm and offered to check (AND credit the cost to check the damage toward the repair which is AWESOME) it out and replace it. They hooked me up with a loaner so I could still go to work and school! They got that done by the beginning of the next day and I was out of there with a smoothly driving Subaru!Overall they were very open about prices, very honest about what was wrong with my car and whether it was worth it to fix it up, very polite and friendly, and VERY fast! Work was good a little pricey

Stopped in to get a flat repaired with no appointment. They were able to look at and repair the tire quickly. I checked on buying a new set of winter tires since the ones I have will be done after this season and based on the pricing and excellent service I will be back for any of my vehicles future tire needs.

Fantastic experience with Meekhof. Blew a tire on the highway and after calling all of the big name stores I finally found someone that was willing to spend the time with me on the phone to find the right tire. Brought my Subaru in the next day and the service was done right on time. Final bill was exactly as quoted and I will definitely be going back.

Always impressed by the service here. A couple years ago, Meekhof hooked me up with a set of Uniroyals (best price per warranty mile in the area!) which are still in great shape 20,000 miles later. I have been back a few times for rotations, flat repair, and recently to diagnose a front end noise (turned out to be a worn ball joint). The guys here are helpful and honest. Not only will they let you see the problem for yourself while the car is up on the lift, they are also upfront about what really needs to be fixed and what you can live with for a while longer.

Took my truck in thinking it was a power steering leak. They took pictures and showed me it was transmission lines instead that were leaking. Thanks for being honest.

I was asked to take the tire to the garage... but by the time I walked back out to my truck to take the tire to the garage- they were already putting it back in for me, literally was there 5 minutes!! Awwsome service- and pricing!! Time is money!! Great company

I contacted the Grand Rapids office to come out and change at flat while I was at work. The guy gets there and is unwilling to use his lug nut wrench to lower my spare down from underneath the car. He stated, it was his job to put the tire on, my job to get it off the car. I did not have a lugnut wrench in that car at that time. The guy left in a hurry, couldn’t get out of there quick enough. I had to go in, borrow a wrench and change the tire myself in dress clothes, after waiting 45 min for this guy to tell me that. They still charged me $50.

Ive been a Meekhof customer for 3 yrs. and that relationship recently got put to the test. In short, they made (costly) repairs to my engine that didnt last more than a few hours. When I reached out to them to determine next steps they immediately wanted the car back, the mechanic rode with me to witness the issue, they put several people (and equipment) on the issue, and ultimately narrowed it down to a VERY subtle mechanical failure that could easily have been overlooked.So. Superb customer service, response time, and transparency. And while I loath car issues as much as the next person the Meekhof team continues to make these situations more than palatable. Thank you!

Personal service like no other.Very reasonable price.TLDRYou see, silly Ole me didnt have a spare tire. We recently bought a used pickup truck to tow a new travel trailer. The truck was supposed to be only used for towing but as every truck owner knows, having a truck means moving big stuff for you and others. And in this instance, the truck was loaded with a pallet of stone for a new fireplace. Heavy mofo and we were Low-Riding.We had purchased a Tire Repair/Replacement policy for the trailer which included the tow vehicle. So in the back of my mind, heck we were covered. Wrong! Wasnt towing the trailer, we were moving rock. So here it is 4:30 in the afternoon making one last stop at the home improvement store. Hop out of the truck, and low and behold Im jolted by the sound of a hissing noise coming from the rear tire. Damn!Realizing right away, Bell Tire is right across the street...whew. I scamper across the street to find out that no they couldnt help me and on top of that they didnt even have a clue on who or where I could get assistance.Quick search found a Mobile Repair Service and called. I spoke with what sounded like the owner who regretfully informed me that the need to update their website since they no longer offered the service. But, he did refer me to Meekof Tire. And another call.This time I was quickly assured that no matter what, these guys could help. And since we were close or after closing time, they passed on a cell number in case we were cutoff. After explaining our situation, the only possible way to get us back on the road was to have one of their mobile tractor trailer tire repair vehicles dispatched to our location. But no promises were made that there was a possibility of scratching the rim. This is something not normally done on personal vehicles. Regardless, they would be out to get it fixed.After a few minutes, I get another call from Meekof. This time they requested I take a photo of the rim. All the while Im bouncing back and forth between the parking lot and the big box hardware store where the missus was huddled from the cold temps and of course doing a little shopping. So our little phone conversation was not so little.Another call...Hey we have a wheel and a tire if youd like to have that instead of the additional time of having the wheel removed and tire replaced in a parking lot. That was easy, sure lets go ahead with the wheel and tire combo. Needed a spare anyways.Well within 20 minutes or less, we were greeted by Jordan in a company pickup truck. He told us that he felt bad if we had to wait for his mobile repair truck to show up so instead, he brought the wheel and tire along with a jack to make the switch. Quick and easy...But no! Darn pickup trucks and salty roads equals stuck wheels and sledge hammers. But he didnt have one. Lucky for us, were in the parking lot of Menards. He ran in and purchased a sledge hammer. Easy right? One would think, but sledge hammers were not next to the hammers and tools, they were out in the garden area all the way across the store.A couple of raps of the sledge and off came the flat and within minutes we were driving out of the parking lot. And this was a couple of hours later.This experience has earned Meekof Tire as our sole tire provider for life! So if youre in the market for tires, check these guys out. You wont be disappointed.
