Well this store was the only place i could find someone that actually gave me straight answers. They made me feel like they actually like to work on cars not just take my money. They repaired my mustang it had a damaged axle and several other things. They got the parts ordered and got my car back on the road in a reasonable time. Very satisfied wilhelm and will only go to them when i need a professional.

I have had the opportunity to use their services several times. They do a great job and keep you informed if they run into any unforeseeable issues. Their staff is very personable. I usually make my appointment with Patty who is always nice. I usually deal with Jim at the counter and it is always a pleasant experience. This time they had a new addition to their staff named Max. He is certainly not new to the auto industry as he has a lot of service experience. He certainly fits right in. He has e great personality and is terrific to deal with. Brought in a 2012 Ford Focus and a 2010 Toyota Camry in for inspection and oil change on 5/6. According to Wilhelm, my Focus passed and all it needed an oil change. My Camry however needed a little bit of work. It needed a right front axle shaft boot and both front lower control arm bushings replaced and align.Got my Focus back the same day while my Camry needed to stay overnight. During my time with my Focus, it didnt start. Weird because the mechanic said everything was fine, battery included. Thats why I only required an oil change. Finally I got it to start with some jumper cables. That wasnt an issue happened before. Didnt think much of it.Now the Camry is a whole different issue. My brother and I picked it up today. All seemed good. As we get on the freeway, all of a sudden the car pulled back hard like it was braking and it brought me down to 40 miles per hour, the traction control light turns on, the ABS light turns on, and the brake light turns on. Luckily my brother was able to get off the freeway safely. Took the car right back and was informed that they have had issues with defective drive shafts and that they will try to fix it right away and required me to leave my car.My concern was that did anyone test drive it afterwards to make sure it was ok? If there was concern for the drive shafts in stock being defective, why continue using them? Luckily nothing happened but it could have been much worse. Now my car is back at the mechanic for who knows how long.Thoroughly inspect your car before leaving and drive normal driving conditions to make sure the car is working properly. Having an issue with one of the two cars might be questionable but an honest mistake. Having two cars come back out worse then they came in? Doesnt make sense. I spent $2,000 on this repair which is a good amount of money.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I have a hybrid car so not all shops will work on the high voltage side. They cover the whole car and got me back on the road quickly. This is my new shop for any issue with my car.

Made an appointment to for oil change on $49.99 coupon. First time there, so I was trying them out as perhaps my new “go to” for maintenance and repairs. I made a special “service while you wait” appointment. The shop looks nice and counter service was cordial. When I got the car back the tire rotation had not been done. This was included in the coupon price and was requested by me and confirmed by the shop when I gave them my keys. The shop was very busy and after an hour and a half wait I just left without the rotation. It wasn’t worth waiting who knows how long for the work to be done. I really feel it was intentionally omitted because of the workload. I am disappointed because I has high hopes for this shop.

Took care of my car after I hit something in the road. Was also recommended a body shop by them and when I went to pick up my car to drop it off at their recommended body shop, the sales attendant called ahead to the body shop to let them know I was arriving. When I arrived at the body shop, my file was ready, my information for my insurance was there and I was in the shop no more than 30 seconds. Great customer service!!!

My service advisor Luke did a complete inspection of my Jeep Wrangler that had been out of service for quite a while. He recommended replacing worn parts over the last 24 years and servicing fluids and belts. The Jeep handles like new and will give us years of happy trails!

They have been keeping our 2004 dodge caravan “like new” for the last 5 years. They are reasonable in suggesting fixes that are in our budget and if for some reason it isn’t exactly right the first time they make it right. I highly recommend them.

We called on a Saturday morning and talked to Jim at the Estrella Parkway location. He was so amazing he managed to look at it the same day and diagnose the issues. The work was completed on Monday in a timely manner. We received the estimate by phone. My car is 12 years old and has few issues. We were pleased with the cost and quality of work.

We have been using Wilhelm for almost two years now since relocating to Arizona.Not only have they handled easy and more difficult repairs they listen to what you say and get to know you. It is nice being treated like a friend instead of just another customer.

They took such good care of my old truck I had them service my Toyota Camry. I like this place!!! Theyre honest, have good prices, and do quality work.

Requested an oil change and tire rotation. They did not perform the rotation as requested. They claimed that it was not necessary because all the tire’s tread depths were the same. I have never heard of this in my life. This may be technically correct, but a spot check of tread wear is not sufficient evidence to avoid a rotation. It seemed kind of silly for them to just not do it while it’s up in the hoist. How long does it take? 10 minutes? I’ve lost a little confidence in this place.

Took my car in for service & inspection. Front desk staff was really nice n friendly. Next day was driving out of town and was stranded due to a bad tire and put my entire family at risk in extreme weather. Had a really hard time getting back to town. This problem should of been detected during the vehicle health inspection. Will definitely not be returning or recommending this shop.

Took car in to confirm work recommended by a dealer, who did not have time to do service; Adam’s team confirmed and, even though very busy on jobs, took the time to do the service that day and complete it….they made time for my car and successfully completed the mission where the dealer didn’t have the time.

Trustworthy, honest, timely and knowledgeable. Everything you wish you could find in an auto mechanic you WILL find with Wilhelm auto repair! They got our car fixed sooner then anticipated, paid for our rental while it was in the shop and went above and beyond in their care, concern and service to us. I am so glad this is where we coasted into when our car stopped working! We bought a 2016 that suddenly began having transmission issues 3 months after purchasing it. Adam was knowledgeable down to knowing the right smell of the transmission fluid the car dealer used on the car. He gave me a quick report on what was wrong, options for how to fix it and even researched a pending recall the car had to see if the manufacturer would cover the cost. He did so much before seeing any payment from us. He covered the cost of the rental since his guy couldn’t look at it right away but even then, they got it fixed a week earlier than expected and got us back to normal again! I am so glad we rolled into Wilhelm Automotive. They are exactly what a car repair should be and more. Honest, dependable, deliver on their word and even sooner than expected!

I had my car towed to them they kept me informed of what needed to be done and they informed me it be ready the next day at 9am and it was .

Called for a service quote 11 AM and they took my number and would call me back with the quote. Had to call them at 4 PM and they gave me the typical busy excuse for not calling back. Then proceeded to tell me they dont do quotes but would give me a free inspection. Should have told me that when I first called. I personally dont trust anyone that can not tell me what a maintenance issue might cost when I told them exactly what I wanted done. Needless to say, I wont be going there.

I had a wonderful experience this week with Wilhelm. I spoke with Luke, he was very understanding of my situation, and got my truck taken care of quickly. The mechanic (I don’t recall his name) took me to the bay and showed me what was happening with my transmission. He explained the work needed and told me that Luke would get me cost information. They very quick and efficient. The cost for the repair was very reasonable, and they did not try to upsell me. The repair was completed in a very timely manner and allowed me to pick up at my convenience. I recommend this shop for anything you may need done to your vehicle. A great experience from start to finish. You guys rock!

The good: Very professional, arranged for a ride home while they worked on my car, Extremely clean operation, explained everything they were going to do, very fair price for the services they performed, set expectations. I would recommend.The gray area: They left me with a checklist of the free inspection services they completed. One of the services they indicated they completed was check the psi in all the tires. They entered that all were at 35 psi. When I dropped my car off one tire was at 14 psi and the tire pressure low monitor was lit up. When I picked up my car the same tire was at 14 psi and the dash light was still lit. I believe the mechanic did a great job fixing my oil leak, but I believe he “pencil whipped” the inspection process. All in all I would still recommend.

Dont like to spend on auto repairs, but if I must Ill keep bringing it to Wilhelm. Jim was straight forward and easy to work with.Thank you!

Our car kept overheating. We couldn’t find a problem if you heard it was a thermostat and or a water pump. But it always had fluids. Turns out it was hoses that were cracked and leaking. They did an excellent job, I will use them again.

I went in to get my AC checked because it was blowing hot air. I took it in on a Saturday and they couldn’t fix it that day because their AC guy wasn’t in. It was fixed by Monday evening. I didn’t have a problem leaving it over the weekend because I had a ride. I can see how that can be an issue if I didn’t have one though. So I guess the only thing I’d suggest is That they also have an AC person over the weekend as well in case someone can’t keep their car over the weekend. Other than that. They fixed the problem. So far so good. I will update if anything changes. I would recommend them. I loved how nice their waiting area was. It was very clean. They were also very nice and professional.

Excellent job as usual and professional service. Replaced a leaky hose and changed my oil in a timely manner as my truck was a drop off with no appointment and they still got it done in a day. I highly recommend them.

They have wonderful customer service. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I was told for the promotion going on that I would receive a free vacuuming of my interior with the oil change and did not get one, and I had to reset my oil life indicator myself which made me second guess that I actually received one. My check engine light was on when it went in and had gone off by the time I picked it up, so whatever they did, my car was pleased.
