I called was told to come in first thing in the morning so the can diagnose my 2014 Ford F150. So I take it in and ask them to check a noise coming from the back end when driving and explain the sound and concern. He tells me they will take a look at and get back to me tomorrow. Tomorrow rolls around and no call. I wait until end of day, call, and he says they havent had a chance to look at it but he will first thing in the morning. Day three: No call - Day 4: no call -Day 5 get a call - your truck needs a whole new rear end and will cost $3,200 either do the repair or come get your truck -it is in our way I go pick up my truck and have to pay $130 for this rear end replacement diagnosis Take it to another shop and they tell me if Daniel had even driven the truck, the would have immediately know it was the front wheel hub on the passenger side. Just because I told them I thought the noise was from the rear Daniels gave me the most expensive repair that would fix noise from the reared and am pretty darn sure they didnt even drive the truck!! $130 should be refunded to me and they should apologize for being so shady!! Truck got a new hub from OTHER shop and sounds great for $400. And I discovered another shady car repair center to steer everyone I know away from.

We were on our way home (3 hours away) and our alternator went out. We started calling all the repair shops around and no one would answer the phone or even look at the car for an entire week. He waited at the shop after hours for us to get towed to him, drove us to our hotel, and had the car fixed the next morning so we could get home! Very friendly, great prices and GREAT service.

I had Daniels Total Car Care tasked out to fix my timing chain for my 2013 F150 EcoBoost. It took the normal two days to fix which is understandable and cost me $1800. He gives his work a 2 year warranty. Upon picking up my truck it was not running correctly. It smelled like it was burning oil. So i took it back. They looked at it and tried to tell me the turbo was bad and needed to be replaced which would have cost me an additional $1800. I got a second opinion and Ford told me it was a coolant line that needed to be replaced. So i had Daniels take care of that. I still had the burning oil smell and oil leaking at this point. I took it back to Daniels. They tried to tell me it was the oil pan gasket which would have cost me another $700. I took it to Ford for a second opinion. Ford told me the timing cover needed to be resealed. This was not reapplied correctly from the original fix of the timing chain replacement preformed by Daniels. I called Daniels and they can’t get to it until Tuesday. I understand he is busy, I get it. He would not agree that it was the timing cover seal even though I have the diagnostic form from Ford and they had it for 4 days trying to figure out where the oil is coming from. Its been a month without a properly working vehicle, admit when you are wrong and fix it. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.

Great service at a fair price. They work around my schedule, have my vehicle ready when promised and honor their quotes. They have a great team who takes pride in what they do. It’s nice to see a company care about bonding you to their business versus taking advantage and not caring if you ever come back. I will recommend them to everyone!

This place is great! Dont waste your time going anywhere else. Honestly dont even argue about pricing cause they have the most competitive pricing and very fair. I went in to ask for a quote and the “Master Certified Mechanic” had difficulties understanding my simple request. Daniel got upset really quick when I simply asked for a quote based on the diagnostic reading I did at Auto Zone. I think Buddy the Elf put it best when he said, “He’s an angry elf... My story is the truth.I sent our daughter to this shop about 2 years ago because their vehicle broke. She came back and told us how rude the owners wife was to her. On the comments below under Camille Elam a statement saying she did not have money is inaccurate because we were assisting them to get the services on their vehicle fix.

Ive never written a review before my life. I was told to bring my car down and it would be diagnosed and then worked on as soon as possible. Daniel seem like a nice gentleman, however, he accused me of adding some modifications on my car which I know nothing about. When someone finally did get there to help, she was extremely rude to me on two occasions then I was told they couldnt work on my car till next week, and yet the gentleman that walked in after me was told they would have his car ready by tomorrow because he needed it badly? Overall just an awful experience with rude people working in the front.

I cant say enough good things about this shop. They were quick to get me started. They were polite. Daniel himself drove me to work and talked to me the whole time about whatever, he was super kind. They fixed my car in one day, and for a price that I couldnt believe. Its hard to think that people like this still exist! This is really the perfect shop, and I cant recommend them enough. My Dodge Journey would not start while I was picking up my daughter & her friend at Cross Fit just down the way from Daniels shop. They were closed & Daniel and his family were getting ready to leave and go out for dinner after their long day. Daniel still came out with his equipment to test my battery & gave me a jump start even though I could tell he was exhausted. He did not hesitate to help & is one of the nicest men I have met. I did not know they were there but I will definitely be bringing my cars there next when I have an issue. I got a good feeling from them that I feel is lacking from the car dealerships that I dont wish to deal with anymore. Thanks again to Daniel & his family who spent their time to help us out!

Radiator leak detected from overheating

Im quite pleased with Daniel and the people at this shop. Living in Buckeye, this shop is the closest shop that I know of and they have decent rates and warranty their work. I can tell that they have plenty of knowledge and experience in the industry and the way that they do business has made me to be a repeat customer.

I took my car to get a diagnostic done. He was very fast at taking a look at the car a day later. After he first took a look, he said that he needed another two hours more to diagnose the problem which wasnt right. The one hour that he charged me for, he took a look at what was already know to me which I explained to him in the beginning when the car got there. I had asked his wife before I took the car over if they would charge me for the diagnostic if they couldnt give me a clear answer on what was wrong with the vehicle and she assured me that they would not. I went to pick up the car and they told me I couldnt take it unless I paid them for the diagnostic. And to top it off, they even charged me 100 dollars for a tow that I was promised would only be 50 for 3 miles. And when the car finally got towed back to the house, I looked under the hood and the belt and two pulleys were still off of the car! I called him and asked if they were supposed to put everything back the way it came in and I was told that that was the way the car came to him. The car was taken to him intact. I am pretty sure I would remember taking that stuff off. I dont even know how to. We were arguing and all he kept saying was that he was only trying to help. Really friendly staff in the beginning until they have you vehicle. I paid for a diagnostic and ended up in a worse situation.

A week ago we were on our way to Palm Springs for a vacation. We got a flat tire on the 10. We stumbled onto Daniels Total Car Care. Daniel, the owner was so helpful. They put our spare on so we could get back home. They did not charge us for this service. They saved our day!

If there was a option for feeling sorry for the dude Id check it.. They took way to long to fix a wire in the distributor cap (five days) and told me multiple times 170$ for a two hr job, which it took one hour because I left the shop and it wasnt done yet but that was at three oclock and the mechanic called me a 4:10 the same day saying its done thats ur car running in the background Im like cool Ill be down there. I get there and they tell me 170$ and Im like it took one hour why is it still that price. Anyways I paid 130$ and five days later I have the car running which still needs work but wont take it to them because they told me oh tomorrow or oh later today to many times which to me they are very contradicting people and I dislike that. Got the job done but took forever is the only thing u will run into Id say

Please dont waste your TIME or MONEY going to these FRAUDS, their fake ungodly impostures whom are out prey on the public. I took my car to Daniel Car Care for overheating and a check engine light. They charged me almost $300 and did not fix my car. I still have the same problems and more since this place has touched my car. They are liars saying that a parts will cost a certain amount and then come to find out the part is cheaper. Example I was charged $140.00 for a part and actuality the part was $90. The owner and his wife are scammers together. They will give fake diagnostics then tell you your car needs more work. When I left their shop they informed me my car need $1573.00 worth of work. When I refused to continue to be served by them they got upset and hostile. These people preach while you’re waiting and lie about GOD. If I didnt have my REAL faith in GOD and hadnt studied for myself I would have never probably want to deal with any other Christians. I have filed a dispute with my bank but these crappy good for nothing people are trying to fight it. Why I dont know when they know they have not completed the job. I just want to warn everyone else so they dont end up in the same situation. Had I read the previous reviews I would have known. :))) So sad, I wish they had a tab for no stars I rate this company a zero. This company is the WORST!!!! I also think they make fake profiles so their ratings wont look so bad. :(

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I worked directly with Daniel, the owner who was extremely unprofessional and seems to prey on a Christians faith (hide behind God). He tried multiple times to scare me into thinking that he was the only mechanic I could trust and any other mechanic I was going to was lying and trying to rip me off because Im a female. I had 2 other mechanics plus my husband (who is a mechanic) look at my car and they all had the same diagnosis. When I came to Daniel to compare prices he told me I needed to leave my car with him from 8am-noon for him and his crew to run a diagnostics.I dropped my car off the evening prior so he wouldnt have to wait on my arrival. On noon the day I was supposed to pick up my car it wasnt ready. Not only was my car not ready, I wasnt even given an update as to when to expect to be able to pick up my car. My car wasnt ready until after 6pm that evening.Prior to picking up my car, when he finally returned my call he didnt even have an estimate ready. He proceeded to start yelling about how other mechanics (keep in mind 3 prior mechanics found the same issue) were trying to rip me off and I needed to go with him. 5 minutes into his rant I interrupted to let him know I actually stepped out of a meeting to answer the call and that I am pressed for time. He let me know that I needed to let him finish ranting, because he was passionate about cars. He continued to rant for another 10 minutes, until I finally cut him off and told him to please give me an estimate on how much everything would cost. He didnt have an estimate ready and told me he would call me back in 5 minutes. He called back 25 minutes later with an estimate. He then told me that if I wasnt paying to get my car fixed I needed to hurry up and come get it now since I was making his guys stay after work to put it back together. He was SIX HOURS late, wasnt apologetic and made it seem as if I was inconveniencing him and him crew. He ended up leaving my keys under the tire of my car and leaving my car.I ended up not getting any of the work done through Daniels shop. I opted to pay 3 times as much to have the exact same work done, because I would pay to not have to interact with Daniel and his crew again.When he fixed my sisters car she had the same issue of the car being ready 3 days later than he said it would be ready.If he was a great mechanic he would let his work and prices speak for themselves instead of feeling the need to constantly trash talk all of his competition (which isnt very Christian, by the way). Its not professional. Daniel also isnt respectful of the customers time. He ties up time in superfluous, non productive conversation both in person and on the phone. He doesnt have the work done by the date or time he tells you it will be ready. He tries to use fear tactics to get the customer to do business with him. He seems like an all around dishonest person.

We was recommended to come here was told mechanic was very good, I cant judge the place yet, I did not even had my vechical check out. What put a stop on that was a lady behind the counter she was rude and said if we are not willing to look at spending $500+ then do not bother bringing our vechical in That this is a high volume shop.. Did not even give a recommendation.. We was out of town visiting and just wanted to get back home.. If we are in town again I might give this place a chance with out her being involve..

If I could I would not give a star dont ever go here the people here are so rude. They are nice up front yeah of course to get your money. I went to this place because I seen it from the street and thought I would stop. All I needed was for my ac to be recharged I had stop at 2 prior shop before but the cost was to high my compressor on my vehicle is in good shape no lacks no broken belt no problem all I needed was freon. They charged me $100. I was already there so. Just got it done .they also offer a 1 year warranty. All was good until I finally got in my truck the air was fairly cold but it also was really hot out and they told me I just neede to drive it to get the air flowing and to come back in 3 days to make sure there is no leaks so I did just that. I started to notice my air just was not get as cold as it should so I had my hoeses checked by the another shop all was good no leaks just was told I did not have enough freon. I then went back to Daniels to explain because I had a warranty and all but when I got there the guy who works th front desk told me sorry we cant help you because of my air was not cold enough I need to have them install a new compressor. I explained that the dealership already checked my hoeses and compressor and all was good but the guy just said sorry your warranty is for freon but since we believe u need a new compressor the warranty was no good and they would not help me so all I could do was leave realizing I just got cheated I got into my truck where my 9 month old baby and 8,11 and 16 year old was and my battery had died so I ask if I could get a jump even if I payed they said no they dont jump cars. Now it 110 degrees out my baby is hot and they told me ether pay for a new compressor or get off there property so other customers could park. I never was disrespectful or rude the attitude was on called for. Luckily there was a shop next door called blacks car they helped me and my children out and was so nice they offers us water and gave us a jump. I would never recommend anyone here ever. They are only worried about money and can careless about anybody or the care of there vehicle.

POOR, i gave him the car on a friday. i thought i trusted his services, (a little over priced but still liked the guy) he fell on the rating scale when he kept the car over the weekend, becasue they dont work, on a monday i had to call to get a status update, i called on tuesday for a check up on what was going on(if not i propbably wouldntve gotten a call), the lady on the phone gave me a 300 quote for a coolant flush and thermostat change, this after 85 dollars worth of diagnostics the radiator was shot full of crud, how much time did he need, to diagnos that (i paid it), earlier on friday he said that he thought that the car was done because of the amount of crud in the water lines in the block, then on tuesday he said that i would have to do this periodically to keep the car alive. the mighty dollar is at work here though, who would blame him. all for the love of money.

This place is a rip off. His wife yelled and cussed a client and employee out. He is no better always talking ill about women. Someone was suing him when i walked in. He was shaking scared and acted out on her as well. I left, no way am i letting someone like that work on my vehichle.
