This is my go to Ford Service location. Im within driving distance to two others, I choose this one because of Efrain Perez the service adviser. I own a 2008 F150 which has been customized. Efrain Perez and the service techs are exceptional and have taken the time to make sure my truck is fixed and explain everything to me. They have taken the time to test drive or do what it takes to find the cause of the strange noises and issues that come with an aging vehicle.I have also used the Quick Lane service, which is great for keeping up with maintenance. If your vehicle has special needs, make sure to be explicit about what can and cannot be done.If you have any special constraints with time or finances, just be honest and up front with them and they will do what they can to accommodate.

Lost keys, instead of handling the issue as a ford dealership should they held on to our car for almost three weeks and asked us to bring a spare. Paid for service, car STILL not fixed
