Wow. Just wow. Super fast and friendly. They took care of dealing with the other persons insurance. I just dropped off then went to get the rental. That was my only negative. I had to get my own ride to go pick up the rental. Wish they had the rental car here.

After an accident in my new car I was sent to service king Goodyear for my repair and my car looks like new again I could not believe the amazing quality and workmanship that they delivered. On top of that they detailed my entire car at no extra charge!! Looks super clean interior and shiny engine bay!! Yay to this collision center

We ran into a very rare bind today and the folks at Service King went out of their way to help. It is not common these days to see people do favors for others, unfortunately. However, the staff at Service King, Carlos and polish department along with the management team, stepped up and went out of their way to help. If they were this accommodating to someone off the street I can imagine they go above and beyond for their customers! We highly recommend this location and we will be back when the need arises.

My undercarriage of my front bumper came loose and was dragging. They pinned it back up and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely be going here for any car services I need. Very friendly and professional.

I came to get my door repaired. It got repaired but I also got a huge crack on my windsheild that wasnt there when I brought it in. I spoke to the manager and he said that it was the sun. He didnt want to replace it even though it happend on their property. I will never come back here for any service.

Horrible service. Do not take your car here for anything. My car was lost for 3 weeks, they didn’t even know where it was. It took over 9 weeks for them to do basic repairs. Then when finally was handed over, they didn’t not even complete all the repairs. Terrible management, bad quality, and they obviously don’t care about their customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had to take my car to another shop just to fix the damage they caused by ‘fixing’ my car. They made it worse. When I confronted management about how my car wasn’t repaired, they told me that they ‘are not liable’ for what happens after their work on the car. Unbelievable. Avoid this place at all costs.

The SLOWEST Service King I have used. Over 14 years with 7 cars owned and 4 having been hit and taken to ServiceKing. Other Service King completely replaced the front end of a BMW under 2 weeks and the work was spectacular. Service King Collision Goodyear has had my Mazda for a month and still do not have it back. And I had to beg for any kind os status update. 5 texts saying we were on track for Jun 28th and another on June 28th saying July 2 then a phone call on July 2nd saying July 7th at the earliest. No, I would not recommend this store to anyone even if I didnt like that person.

Don’t bother. They don’t communicate. They don’t communicate. They don’t communicate. Customer service sucks. No one up front to handle intakes. No updates to the process. Garbage. Just garbage.

If I could give 0 star I would. Customer service is very poor. If I was the owner or GM of this place, I would fire everybody. There is no follow up and no follow through.

Just to be honest they went above and beyond at this location here in Goodyear near Litchfield rd. and I10. Excellent service, very fast, my looks brand new!

Service King did an awesome job repairing my vehicle from the minor vehicle accident I was in. They were recommended by my insurance company and since I dont have a preferred mechanic, I went with them. All the repairs have a lifetime warranty which is nice. They also went ahead and had my rental returned to the Enterprise that was down the street. They will be my Go-to for future repairs.

Aside from a courteous front desk staff I was not impressed with this location.They failed to reinstall a black border clip along the driver side of our windshield. When my wife brought that issue up they said they would have to check the pictures to see if it was there when they received it... they probably should have checked the passenger section floor where their technician left it.They failed to properly rewire my keyless entry handle on the driver’s side door, it no longer functions.They damaged the clear coating over the black framing just behind my driver side window.Upside... the dent I originally came in for is gone.Downside... I now have a lot more problems.I would only recommend Service King if you want your car coming out as bad as when it went in. That kind of defeats the point.

Great communication and flexibility with my schedule. Solid repair and even buffed out some unrelated scuffs. Classy move.

I brought my car to this company with high expectations due to the good ratings online, and was let down significantly. I have yet to hear back from anyone due to a unresolved issue they didnt fix and it has been over 2 months! We have contacted them several times and nothing gets done.Madison was beyond great, and helped us as much as she possibly could.

Service was great they even made sure I was satisfied with the work they had done and that it was up to my par. Would recommend highly.

I felt like them just taking pictures to create an estimate is not adequate. Seems like they have the insurance companies interest at the core of their business instead of the customer. They created a very low estimate and I dont believe they addressed all the damage points. They also called for used parts as replacement items for the vehicle. I took their estimate because the insurance company made me go there, but they will not perform the work.

I needed to schedule a repair and this facility was awesome. Ensuring they were transparent on cost and steps they have taken to ensure the health of their customers and employees are maintained.The office person I worked with let me know in advance that getting some parts had been difficult the last few weeks and that there would be extra time in their timeframe for this possibility.This thankfully was not the case with my car and it was ready 7 days before promised.Thank you for your assistance during this stressful time.

Very awful experience! Dont come here . I came to get an estimate on my vehicle and they told me a price so I told them okay go ahead and work on it and now that it’s almost done they charging me more then what they told me and they didn’t even have NO COMMUNICATION WITH ME ! IF IT WAS GOING TO BE MORE WHY DIDNT THEY CONTACT ME. UNPROFESSIONAL DONT COME HERE THEY WANT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I would not recommend service collision center.I was told 3 different times my car was done.Every time I went the job that was done was extremely unsatisfactory. I just recently looked through the trunk where the spare tire goes and I see they didn’t even paint there which is my fault for not inspecting every inch of the vehicle.Here we are 4 months later and There are still further ramifications. I got an alert from a sensor telling me to see my dealer. Dealer says it’s from the crash. Collision center people couldn’t find the claim. They finally did and then it was just a big run around that I’m still waiting.Long story short I’m once again without car

Just before I got to AZ I hit a rabbit in CO the size of a medium dog in my car. It caught the right front part of the grill and took out the camera and signal light assembly, at the same time l dropped my coffee cup on the computer screen (tossed is a better word for it) and broke it. When I arrived in AZ my son suggested Service King since I am new here. The people are friendly and worked with my insurance company to get everything working perfectly. Great place to get your car fixed.

Vehicle was returned before estimated date of completion. Staff is wonderful! Especially during these new crazy times with covid 19. My explorer came back good as new with the rear end damage from an accident. Paperwork and claims process with my insurance was easy

Ive had my car there for 3 weeks they still have not gotten an estimate to my insurance company they never call me when they say they are going to Ive had to call them on 4 different occasions just to see whats going on with my car and every time they say they will call me back with in a few days and nothing back they are horrible my insurance is now charging then for my rental because there not even getting back to them when they say they will
