Showed up today at 8:30am and it was locked but said open. As I was leaving an employee in a silver van shows up and sees me but says nothing and unlocks doors. Ya, you lost my business.

Quick. I paid about a 25 dollar diffrence than mvd. Will mail plates to you in about 10 days.

I see a lot of negative reviews. Is it a hole in the wall kind of place? Yes. Dont expect modern decor. But I have used them in the past and decided to again today. They were nothing short of pleasant and efficient. Yes, it costs more than the DMV, but worth it.

This office does require a slightly higher fee on most service or documents. However, it is totally worth it. It saves you time, and the possibility of losing your patience such as In those instances where the DMV main office workers’ can be ridiculously rude and unprofessional. The young lady here is always friendly, knowledgeable, and offers quick and efficient service. I’ve been using this location for over a year. I’ve never had a problem here!

Been here several times for titles and tags. Never have to wait in line. Its usually the same girl behind the counter, which is quick and friendly. You pay a little more but it beats going to the DMV.

I was helped indeed when I called, but did not appreciate how the associate was so quick to end the call(so impatient, I had to keep repeating myself). When I tried to verify to make sure I understood whats she was saying, she was talking over me and speaking if I was thanking her and ready to end the call, I had to actually repeat myself for her to register what I was saying and she still kept trying to rush me off the phone... by the way, when she picked up, she didn’t even ask how she could help me.

Closed an hour early with nothing indication online or on the door. Two employees inside not even willing to get us a reason when the time clearly indicates 6:00 pm close time, it was 5:11pm
