After a bad experience at Discount Tires I looked at yelp/google reviews and finally decided on Goodyear Auto Service at this location.  Im glad I did, they were awesome.  Richard was super helpful and took the time to understand what I was trying to get done (swapping wheels, transferring TPMS sensors, etc) on my Tesla Model 3.  I was concerned about getting it up on a lift because the entire undercarriage houses the battery and Ive heard some horror stories of damage when not lifted according to Teslas guidelines.  But Jose our installer did a great job all around.  He took the time to thoroughly go through everything (even double checking w/ the Tesla guidelines in the manual), did a test-fit of the front wheels to make sure I didnt have any clearance issues, and got everything done perfectly.  Couple weeks later Ive had no issues at all.  Both Richard and Jose went out of their way to proactively communicate any issues/concerns while most shops would have just slapped on the wheels and sent me on my way.  During the short wait, Richard showed me on a set of Goodyear tires with a protective lip that will help reduce the chances of curb rash when my wife (inevitably) curbs my new wheels.  Im definitely switching to these when the current Michelin tires are done.  Highly recommended, Ill have all our cars serviced here moving forward.

Excellent service! We were from out of town needed tires for our fifth wheel and at first a little panicked, we needed to get back on the road and knew we needed tires! We tried calling a lot of the local shops around and then Found this little gem! All the guys (manager included) really helped us out even tho they had other jobs they fit us in and had four guys working on it to make it quick! It was like having our own little pit crew 🏎 we highly recommend, down to service and quality of tires they had to offer! For all our RV and trailer tires we use the Goodyear endurance they are a high quality and can handle the heat, weight and rough roads!

I had a horrible experience with Christian Brothers, went to see Richard and his team and they were simply great, efficient, smart, reasonably priced..Fixed my brakes and and my alignment and made my SUV run great!!I will go see them when I need vehicle repair..Great job guys!

Had a a/c issue that i was dealing with from the dealership where i had just bought the car. They were not answering my calls so i had to come out of pocket my self and goodyear saved the day found the issue. Found what the dralership did to fix the issue. Now my a/c is running and now the dealership is having to reimburse what i spent out of pocket! Thx again!

The Goodyear Tire store in Goodyear Arizona replaced the RR tire on my Challenger R/T this morning and it was an excellent experience. Fast, courteous and pleasant people are what they hired at this location.

Made an appointment to get my brakes checked, my brake fluid refilled, and my oil changed. They told me after I arrived that they wouldnt be refilling my brake fluid because it usually indicates a bigger problem, but they would check my brakes.They told me after 45 minutes that my brakes were fine, but I needed new tires and an alignment package that costed nearly $300.00. My alignment was done last month and I havent hit anything to throw it off, so I declined. They still refused to refill my brake fluid despite not finding anything wrong, and I watched them struggle for nearly ten minutes to turn my oil change light off before asking me how to do it.I dont write bad reviews, but the last straw was today when I noticed grinding when I braked. The primary reason I went in there other than an oil change was to get my brakes checked, yet they let me drive off with completely shot brakes after telling me they were okay. I have never been so poorly taken care of at a Goodyear or any other auto shop. Stay far away.

Called, made an appointment, and went here yesterday to have my alignment checked. I had purchased 4 weatherready tires and 3 year alignment package from this location in Sept. 2019. Counter guy (did not get name but was wearing an arm sling) could not find me in computer system. Then he said they had had an upgrade to their system and all records prior to Dec. 2019 were gone. He told me I would have to provide proof that I had purchased alignment package. Of course I did not have original paperwork on me. Now I am out $139.99 + tax I paid for alignment package. Hard to believe that a Fortune company does a system upgrade, loses all data and didnt have a backup to re-install data. I have worked in small, medium and Fortune companies and data base backups were always done. I will never go to this location again. And depending on response I receive from Goodyear corporate, I may never go to a Goodyear auto service center again.

These guys are stand up great people. I stopped in at a local tire shop near my house and was told I’d have to wait 2.5 hours to get my tire that has been leaking looked at. I said I can just come back in 2.5 hrs , the guy told me you may have to wait another 2.5 hrs it’s first come first serve. I told him I’d go somewhere else. That’s when I stopped by and talked with Richard and Steve at Goodyear Tire on E Western they greeted me instantly and asked how they could help. I told them what was going on, they said sure let me have your key. I was out with a fixed tire within 15-20 min. I would highly recommend visiting Goodyear Tire on E. These guys went above and beyond. Driving into town to travel with our grandkids, our AC was failing. In the 110 degree heat. I tried calling 10 places, everybody was closing or couldn’t fit us in, and it was Saturday afternoon so most places would be closed Sunday. I called these guys back, and they stayed after hours to do an AC service for us. Wow, who does that these days!!! AC works perfect now. They were really friendly too. They really helped us out. Thanks Edwin and Richard — you made a big difference for us!!!

Iam astonished with the service here! Brake masters couldnt do my alignment but they did it in no time. Richard was able to help me with quotes for my future parts on my vehicle. The staff here is just beyond generous and the mechanics were able to get everything done.

Had an awesome experience with these guys. Was looking to go out to California to visit a family member that just had a baby and knew I needed to get an oil change and my tires checked before heading out. They were able to get me in for the service in a out 15 minutes. Bob was really helpful and made sure things ran smoothly so I could get back out on the road in a timely manner. Props to these guys for their speedy service. Really excited to go out and see my new nephew.

Made appointment online, was told by front desk they did not receive the appointment. Once I showed him the appointment confirmation number he denied he got it. Had to push just to get one tire changed after sitting for over 30 minutes with my truck sitting in the sun. I finally said to just put the new tire on the rim and I will change it out with the spare myself. When walking outside, two of the three mechanics were on sitting on tires looking at their phones with only two cars in the bay. Was told it can take over an hour just to change one tire. Moved here from Idaho and disappointed of the service in Arizona.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but sadly I will never return. The two guys running this place are HORRIBLE!!!!! I will never come back to this place! PLEASE BRING SARAH BACK!!!!!I was lied to about pricing, and what my car needed, I was quoted $5000 for oil change, shocks, struts, brakes & alignment. They said I need new shocks & struts and they couldn’t do my alignment without all that work, and that my brakes were metal To metal... so I went to the shop Down the street and I was quoted $480 at the other shop and that includes the lifetime alignment. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!! the “manager” Sean was rude and condescending, basically treated me like a child. Used scare tactics and told me my car wasn’t safe to drive! this never happened to me when the store manager Sarah was there, unfortunately I will never return!

Staff is amazing! Sarah the store manager went above and beyond for us. I would recommend this shop to anyone I know, they are thorough and honest! You can’t find that in the auto industry anymore. We were told we needed thousands of dollars in repairs, and Sarah gave an honest and truthful quote which was about half of what the others were going to charge us. We now have a game plan of what to fix and what is a priority. I highly recommend this place! Ask for Sarah she’s awesome! Thank you Sarah for your hard work and dedication.

I used to love coming here since they had fair prices and always treated me very respectfully. However, the past two times I have gone, once for new tires and another for an oil change, they have damaged my car and not taken responsibility for what they did as well as not doing everything I needed. When they changed my tires they lost the car icon detail in the middle of the hub and claimed they could not find it in the shop even though it disappeared right after they worked on the car. Since I had received such good service in the past, I decided to try the shop one more time. When they did my oil change though, they also said I needed my air filters changed and my vents cleaned, forgetting my request to look at a panel under my car but asking for more work to be done instead. Afterwards my temperature knob will not turn down all the way due to a loose cord because of the air cleaning. When I took it back, they said they were not responsible for damage but would pay a claim for a dealer to fix it so they know they broke it but didnt want to deal with it. I will not be returning here and do not recommend their shop to anyone!

Been taking all my cars here for service because they are awesome. It doesnt matter who helps you, you will always get the same level of service and interaction. Their prices are excellent, the place is clean, theres a tv area, and a play area for the kids, free water and coffe. I recommend them.

I used to love this place but will not be going back. I spent well over $3000 to have work done on my vehicle which included complete front brakes, front end parts, and new shocks. I have had to have the vehicle back three times now because of their workmanship. This last time I went in because noise in the front and grinding brakes (after less than 6 months and 3000 miles). I also had a check engine light on. We were going up in the snow so I needed the vehicle by the weekend. They said the brakes needed new rotors and pads. This is the second time they said this. The first time (April) they honored the warranty after less than 2000 miles but they said I needed to upgrade to a high heat rotor and pads. I agreed to do that and paid the difference for the upgrade. Now, less than 6 months later, they say I need new rotors and that the pads are completely worn out. I complain that the brakes should last longer than 6 months and a couple thousand miles. They only agreed to change the rotors and not the pads. That was ridiculous but its the best they will do for their warranty. So on to the check engine light. They said it was due to a small evap leak code. They replaced a vent valve but it didnt fix the issue so then they call and say it needs a coil replaced... still did not fix the issue. Three days later and they say they need to change three more coils. I was already into it for over $600 and out of time so I said no. I brought the vehicle home and check the code myself. All it needed was for the MAF sensor in the air filter assembly cleaned. I sprayed it off for less than .25 cents and it solved the issue. I should not have been charged anything because of warranty and the fact that they could not fix the issue. They are either completely incompetent or were intentionally trying to scam me. Either way, I am not returning and will tell everyone I know to stay clear of these guys. .

Frustrated, Stop by with my class c rv to fill the air in the tires they recommended tube extensions but said they didnt sell them but if we bought them they would install but now are saying different. Manager was to busy to talk to me so I left a msg and no return call. I dont want a free svc knew Id pay for it and thats okay tires need air but they wont help.

An excellent experience here with some major car trouble. Just visiting for the night, had major oil leak. Made an appointment and was in and our in 38 minutes. Very pleased with the service from the manager Justin Jennigs and his staff. I was thankful for the ease that the problem was an easy fix and the right price. Definitely a great place to take your car for all your service needs. I frequent my local Goodyear Auto service center and I am never disappointed and I am happy to have the same experience at this location in a completely different state. Nice to know this is a service center you can count on.

Went in for a bad shake while breaking downhills. They didnt just slap on a new rotors and call it good. They took it out in the road to recreate it and pinpoint exactly where the problem is. Everything is fixed and ruinning smooth. Definitely our shop of choose from now on!

I showed up here to get my tire pressures checked. Two mechanics saw me and didn’t even acknowledge me to ask what I needed help with. They went about their business like I wasn’t there They clearly didn’t need my business so I left. Definitely never going there again

Made an appointment 2 hours before arriving and was helped on time. I asked for a diagnostic since my truck stalled on me several times recently, but the engine light was only on for a couple days then went away. They checked and couldnt get it to stall again. They asked me to bring it in if it happens again, and waived the diagnostic fee. Thanks Goodyear Team happy to return for any future repairs and service.

Where to begin, where to begin... So I recommend to everyone that you read this before going to this goodyear shop. I will be posting it on every website I can to ensure that this business never hurts anyone ever again. I went to this shop twice. The first time in my jeep the only problem this first time was getting treated like a second rate customer when I was spending over $1000 on tires and a front end alignment ... The wait time was literally the worst thing I have witnessed I was there for 6 1/2 hours for everything and I came when they opened with one car in front of mine and only 1 person after me. All of the equipment on my truck was aftermarket. Rough country suspension the works... I had just had installed at desert rat off road 7 months prior to leaving for basic training. However they wanted to insist I have some of the suspension equipment replaced because it was bad... How can it be bad when I just had it installed before I left for basic military training then come back to have the tires I want installed? Second I have my Wifes Pickup Truck... Again lifted aftermarket everything they recommended I replace some things which werent as new but they refused to do the alignment until I replaced them this time... So I said alright, ill go home and replace it myself... Well they didnt like that too much, I came back the next day after having a friend install the new parts. Same thing 6 hour wait for new tires and an alignment. Later, we are driving up to the Colorado river pulling a boat and get this... my tire falls off... all 8 studs broke off because the wheel was not torqued down enough. Guess what the shop said, Well on your receipt there is a disclaimer stating to re-tighten the lug nuts after 50 miles of driving. I stated I was not informed of this I was just told to sign the receipt acknowledging the amount. What I got in return was a I guess you should read what you sign next time Not only did they provide bad service the put my familys LIFE in danger. Please for all that is good in life do not give your business to this company. They dont care about you, or your car, they only care about themselves.

Purchased 4 new tires and had oil changed. Great customer service, work and quality. Process was very quick.

I told them to check the fuses. They didnt when 3 fuses were blown. They were quikly to sell me on an alternator replacement (757.00). As it turns out, the in line fuse needed to be replaced and the alternator was fine and didnt need to be replaced. They wanted to charge me 800 dollars to replace the alternator when a fuse replacement on cost 100.00.I wont mention all the repairs the tack on once the repair an alternator that didnt need replacing.Best advice to to awe full place is to get a second opinion as this place is out to rob you blind.

Dont waste your time going to this place. They outright lie to you! I stopped in for an oil change and was told they were too busy. Even though there wasnt any vehicles in the bay. So I made an appointment for the next day. Went back the next day and was told a tech was out sick so it would take 2 to 3 hrs. Third try, I dropped my car off and went for lunch. An hour and 35 minutes later, I hadnt received a call to say if it was ready? I called them and was told (yet again) a tech was out sick and they would be getting to my car soon. Why schedule an appointment if you dont have any staff to do the work? Three visits and still no oil change! Absolutely bad business, unprofessional and unbelievable. Bob in the office is a professional liar. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the grief and waste of time!

Overall very good service. I had questions about financing my purchase, getting THE tires I wanted. It all came together smoothly on the same day. Now Im rolling with 4 new Goodyear tires .... thanks Goodyear.

TERRIBLE SERVICE ID GIVE NEGATIVE 100 IF I COULD! it took 4 hours to change 3 tires. Then they broke my tumbler (ignition) and I had 6 mechanics all just do the same thing get in and out of my car. Then told me they could fix it for 150. oh and while I was yelling at them the also took it upon themselves to charge a woman for a new tire when all she had was an oil change she waited 3 hours. I pushed my car out and had my mobile mechanic fix it in minutes. Oh also my tranmission was somehow shot after this as well, never had a problem once before. NEVER GO HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

The folks at Goodyear tire are amazing they have always done wonderful work on both of my vehicles and have always been straight foreword about their affordable prices.

I stopped by to get my tires looked at , all of my sensors were telling me they were low. I walked in and there were two employees talking to each other they looked at me and ignored me. I waited a little longer and finally the female employee said to me Ill be with you in a minute I waited another 5 minutes and walked out. They were not busy, I was the only one in the lobby and they couldnt help me?? Really?? Terrible customer service!

I just transferred from Kentucky as the auto technician. The Guys are good guys but some leadership. I hope to turn this place around and people returning and depending on this store and us...

I wasnt too dissatisfied with the place initially. However,when I picked my car up,I was told that I had an oil leak that I didnt before they got ahold of tge car. Fortunately,there was no leak,simply didnt tighten the oil filter after the oil change!!!also,the service engine light is now on,that wasnt previously,whuch didnt matter until now,and I need the car inspected.!!!ugh...

Not very satisfied not only with alignment that was done, but the price that i was charged for the alignment. It was ridiculous. Instead of charging a flat rate for an alignment, they charge you by year, make and model of your vehicle. I dont recommend this place at all.
