Amazing--I could feel the difference in my car when I drove away! Smoother steering and acceleration, cushy breaks. This business always makes sure I know I have options, and they respect whether or not Im ready for certain repairs. They give quotes ahead of time and are easy to work with. I have been to them several times over the last four years or so, and I always come away impressed!

Called to get a quote on how much to replace a starter in my car. The woman who answered the phone said: I mean Im about to close in ten minutes... and then sighed and said but have we ever worked on your car? I let her know they had never, and with that poor of customer service, they will never. Absolutely a trash response to me asking for a quote. Called Firestone auto and they had me a quote in less than 2 minutes.You can trust the reviews on here about honesty, as she was disrespectfully honest.

Fair pricing and quick service. I paid to have my screen replaced and discovered a smudge on my selfie camera when I got my phone back. They offered to replace my camera even though they had to order the part and had it fixed the next day for no extra charge (though I couldve had it done even sooner since they got it in that same evening). Best experience with a repair shop IN MY LIFE. Not only did they keep in constant communication with me, letting me know what they found and what the cost was going to be (also asking my approval), but they were able to save me money by fixing the parts they could instead of replacing the entire component. An honest mechanic isn’t easy to come by; I would recommend this shop to anyone!

This place rocks! I just took my old Jeep Wrangler in completely expecting to pay a lot for a repair, and maybe even need a new engine. They had the repair done the same day and for only a few hundred dollars. They are a very trustworthy group. They also helped connect me with Delta Towing to get the vehicle towed there. Another outstanding company. The tow was done quickly and a fraction of what I expected.

Ive been to this place 3 times now with two different vehicles and every time they have been stand-up guys! They dont do unnecessary work, they keep the prices low, and they are very very good at communicating with you about repairs THAT ARE NEEDED and not just to make extra money. Kimberly is extremely friendly and well walk you through everything theyre going to do step by step great business trust them fully!The locations of bit hard to find but definitely worth the search.
