Great spot for tires or an air check. If you get your tires filled make sure to throw the guys a few bucks, it is a service after all and they are outside in the AZ heat helping us all out for free.

Update, I did get an apology on the wait time and a better customer service at the end of my install. I adjusted my rating from a 1 to 4 stars.Dont bother with an appointment. They take people as they walk in before you and then give you a son story about how they are busy because they took the holiday off.

Got air checked in our tires and waited in line. The wait was worth it. Not only did the tires balance out correctly, but the guy got my email & some info. on our vehicle, I was sent a welcome email from Discount Tires.It felt good to be welcomed and hope we will get discounts in the future.

Went to the market street location in Gilbert and had ordered new tires and rims for my truck. Seem like to many high school kids working there that are not being watched or checked for accuracy. They put the tires on wrong first, and than after correcting that, got home and they gave me a bald spare tire , instead of the better tread one that I had requested. I dont think I will be going back. I will look somewhere else thats more professional next time.

Was told to pick up vehicle at 5 p.m. it would be done, get dropped off at 5 vehicle still sitting in parking lot tires not done. Have dinner plans at 6 in Chandler, it’s now 5:20 and truck is still in parking lot. Management doesn’t care if we were told a time it would be done and to pick it up, he just said we tell you to come at 5 because that’s when we close. I will be giving my business to Sams club or Costco for now on.

I went to discount tires to have them check the air pressure in my tires because in Arizona it is something that you have to do by necessity, and they do so for free, but I have also bought tires from them for my last vehicle, they are always polite and helpful and have good customer service. The cost of their tires is comparable, and in some cases less expensive than most places.

Gentlemen was very knowledgeable and offered to order our tires and set up our next appointment!! Tires will be there tomorrow are were all set up with an appointment!! Great job!!!

Amazing!! We had a huge bolt lodged in our front drivers side tire. James was super efficient, friendly, and provided options that were affordable. We were in and out with 2 new tires in less than 1 hour!

Cant say enough good things about my experience with Discount Tire.Have been using their services for years.Most recently, my son and his friends brought a couple tires off his go kart that needed to be mounted.Not only did the team at the San Tan Village location let them borrow a couple basic tools to remove a sprocket, but they got the tires mounted quickly and the go kart was up and running in no time.Great experience for these young guys to learn how to do what was needed, and got a great lesson in customer service.Thank you!

Went in for tire repair, and they “repaired” the wrong tire smh. How would they not notice or say something that there’s nothing to be repaired?? Maybe because it was the other tire that needed a repair!! but after waiting over an hour, and a day later, my tire needed to be brought to a different location where the tech actually looked to see where the nail was before repairing the tire. Thanks guys!

Today 1-29-21 @ 0830 I brought in a spare travel trailer tire for stem replacement so that I could then tow my trailer directly to Discount (had already bought 5 new tires and have them scheduled to be put on my trailer at another Discount location today) Tire is dated 2010 so they said they could not assist. Guy checked with manager and confirmed they couldn’t help me. Drove to Big O Tires on Power and no questions asked the guy at the front took the tire and came back 2 minutes later fixed and didn’t charge me a dime. Thanks Discount. Lost a long time customer.

Roberto the guy upfront has been extremely rude now on multiple occasions. First time was for a simple tire rotation on a fj cruiser. Today he was unwilling to even look at a trailer tire which need repair. He was only concerned with selling new tires. I left and went up the street to another Discount on Val Vista where Johnny was amazing. He was friendly and was able to repair the brand new trailer tire that Roberto simply wanted to replace. I am a twenty plus year customer to discount tire and will never return to the discount on Market due to continued rudeness and unprofessionalism.

Best Discount tire. After having rims put on at another Discount tire, I noticed that they had used regular silver wheel weights on my black wheels. It looked horrible. I did some research and found that there was infact black wheel weights. I called Discount tire in Gilbert and spoke to the manager and advised me that they had black wheel weights in stock. I had my tires re balanced, and the new wheel weights put on. Wheels look great.

Claytons customer service was excellent! He was professional and friendly. I was in and out considering how busy they were. I would highly recommend Roberto and his team.

I did a price match online and they got back to me within 24hrs. Called this location and was told the tires would be in same day. The entire team was fast and courteous, props to the team working the bays in this heat; morale and energy was high. Although I am a Discount Tire customer, I had never been to this location before. I hit a curb in a parking lot nearby and called them to say my car was being towed there. They could not have been nicer. Got an appointment set up for when I could get there, explained all my options, and were efficient with the check in processes. Great experience with this very polite and competent group of guys.

I showed up for a tire rotation. I asked how long the wait was for the actual work and I was informed an hour and forty minutes. Then I asked if the wait time would be effected by me waiting around for the work to be done or if leaving could speed or slow it down. The technician told me it is a longer wait if you sit there and watch them do the work....You might want to have a meeting to work on your verbiage because this is extremely illogical as a consumer and if they didnt have my key already I would have left on principals. That was simply a sub-par answer and lacked empathy. At any rate, I walked around the nearby Wal-Mart until they texted me that my vehicle was finished. It only took 40 minutes. Which is great since they finished early, however I cancelled an appointment later in the day accounting for their hour and forty minute wait time. I was happy with the work but not with the service. If the idea of telling me an hour forty was a failsafe time-frame of some kind, I think we can be more accurate. Especially after you consider the fact they had an empty space in their garage while I was checking in my vehicle with no one else in line. I was brushed off like they were some kind of backwards, seedy shop out to take your money.

Its awesome being told 90 minutes for a simple nail in the tire that just needed a plug and waiting 5 hours, no communication the whole time. Good job Clay! Just lost 2 companies corporate accounts

We had an excellent experience at this Discount Tire location. We picked up a large nail in our tire and within minutes it was completely flat. We scheduled an appointment in advance online and were in and out with a good-as-new, patched tire within an hour! Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, they were very efficient and were able to quickly remove the nail from our tire, patch it, air it (and the spare) up, and swap everything over for us. Wed never dealt with a flat like this before and were fully expecting (and bracing) to spend hundreds on new tires or at least the repair only to find out it was a courtesy service they offer!Our only feedback is that, in light of the current pandemic, there could have been stricter mask regulation/wearing protocols by both the staff and customers. Overall, we felt relatively safe in the environment, though!

They really are the best when it comes to tires. Made an appointment online for a flat inspection/repair. Took care of me as quickly as they could. Walked me through why the tire couldnt be repaired (previous poor repair) and got me a good tire. Everything took only 50 minutes... and they were packed. No one was standing around. It was like standing next to a bee hive. Everyone polite. Everyone practiced good Covid policy. 10/10 great experience. Will come back for the other two tires.

Needed a tire repaired, took almost 3 hours to put a plug in one tire. Very disappointed in the way i was treated. I sat in my car observing other customers. Attendant never took my keys as he did all other customers. I realize others had appointments but there couldnt have possibly that many with appointments have come and gone before my car was even pulled into the bay. then it was on the lift for at least a half hour before I called to drive it out of the bay myself. All other customers cars were pulled out of the bay for them, before they were allowed to take over. This i know is not allowed for insurance purposes. The only good thing is they did have good customer etiquette but the service was horrible.

Went to have Road force balance done and they made it worse. Ended up taken to another shop and they said tires where not balanced and left front tire had No wheel weight on it at all. Had tires re balanced and all good now.

The team here is so helpful, friendly, and very, very fast paced! I was in on a Saturday for a nail in my tire and they patched it up and sent me on my way. I came back in a few days later with that same tire low on pressure, and they squeezed me in super fast and found ANOTHER nail in the tire. (Im just lucky, I guess...) But the team was so friendly and got me in super fast the second visit because I was there so recently, and I really appreciated that! Clayton, who I believe is a manager, managed my whole experience, from checking my car in to following up after the work was done and resetting the tire pressure sensor. As frustrating as car work can be, this team is always on top of their game and very respectful, helpful, and kind, and I go to them exclusively for tire work.

Just had the easiest, most pleasant experience while purchasing tires! Normally I dread having to deal with this but everyone in the shop was friendly and super helpful! I barely got out of my car and was already greeted. The entire process from start to finish was less than an hour! Making this my new store !

On September 3rd I was heading out to camp with my horses, had a blowout as I was leaving town. I called the store to see if they had my size tires in stock and if they could accommodate me and my LQ horse trailer, they had me in and out in 45 minutes! Great job guys! Great customer service!

I came in today (4-21-20) with an appointment to get brand new tires on my dodge challenger. Everything went fine, went home, ran a couple errands and 2 hours later I had a nail in my rear passenger. Called and spoke with the manager Clay, and got a brand new tire (again). Nice and friendly guy, took care of everything! The customer service overall is wonderful. I’ve been a loyal discount tire customer for years. I would definitely recommend coming to this store!!

Great service! I came to get my tire checked out because there was a nail in it and a Firestone had told me Id have to get a whole new tire. This Discount Tire plugged the tire for free and had me out of there in about 30 minutes. They were all very polite and professional.

Had a very poor experience at Discount Tire on Market yesterday. I brought my Enclave in as one of the tires needed air. Discount employee proceeded to tell me there was a nail in the tire and very near the sidewall, so tire has to be replaced. I can clearly see nail in tread well. This tire is only 4mos old....so not an issue with tread!This is at least the third time, in about five years at this location, that I have brought a tire in to Discount for repair and their solution is to replace the tire.I raised the issue to the original employee and another employee who was getting my keys for me as I refused to pay for a new tire. Last employee I spoke to, suggested I give him my email address so he can send me a survey. You would have retained a customer (i bought tires there four months ago) if you had fixed my problem right then!Disappointed, as Discount Tire has been around a long time and I thought they were better than that.

Came in with a nail directly in the middle of my tire, was told it was not repairable and would need a new tire. Was then told I need 4 new tires and it would just be best to get them all now. Which is ridiculous, I drive a car that just barely hit 1 year old with 17k miles on it... took my car to Firestone immediately after, the guy took one look at my “non repairable” tire and said he could easily repair. & did so, for free. Then proceeded to top off all my fluids and stated my tires do not need replaced anytime soon. Do not recommend Discount.

Ive never been disappointed here before, but today is another story. I had a flat tire, and since I moved to Arizona (06) have never bought tires elsewhere. So, when I drove over to the Market Dtreet store, where I have bought my tires, I was told they were too busy to help, and I should hop online and make an appointment for later in the week.Never suggested any other kind of support (quick tire change-i have a spare, going to another store), nothing. Customer service was unknown to this person.

Came to this location to repair a flat, Brian Black refused to help and said 3 of my tires needed to be replaced immediately, but I should just buy all four in that case. Went to another place, they fixed the flat and I was told non of the others needed to be replaced at the moment. I had always gone to discount before and, just like everyone here felt like I was getting good, honest service. Now, because of Brian, I question their sales techniques and integrity of this company.

Allen was accommodating; we had a screw close to the sidewall. These punctures are difficult, if not impossible, to repair. Allen gave us the best solution for this. We purchase a new tire at a reasonable price.

Bought four new tires from this location which is normally great. The manager called me back to state that the tires were replaced but two studs broke on the front passenger wheel. He said it was not their fault and blamed it on the last person to work on the car. Honestly not sure how he thought that was even a viable excuse. He said I needed to two the vehicle now and would only offer to cover half my towing fees and didnt offer anything to fix the wheel studs. Overall worst experience I have had at discount. I will not be giving them any more of my business.

My wife went in yesterday to discount tire to get 2 new tires for our car. An employee failed to mention the 2 new tires were 2 smaller than our other 2. Long story short driving home the stability light came and my car was having trouble with the traction. We took it in the next day and instead of making us pay the difference in the new tires the replaced them with the correct tires for free because of the misunderstanding. Very happy with the way they handled this situation I have been here before and they are always polite and have great service. I highly recommend

My first time contacting Discount Tires, the tires I wanted had to be ordered. The (2)tires were there within two days. The second time, the (2) tires were there within a few hours. I had to bring my car in to get the tires rebalanced. I was shocked at how fast they were. In less than 10 minutes, my car was finished. They are fast and very friendly. These are my Go to guys.

I have always come to this location without any issues for business and personal vehicles. I recently went to fix one tire and right away they told me I needed all 4 tires replaced. They fix the one tire and the following day the sensor was not working. When I came back l, they told me my sensor battery was death and refused to show me if the sensor was even on the tire. (Not to mentioned, I took the same car to get air at their other Gilbert location and they said my tires we still good) a week later I need all 4 tires replace.

Ive bought my tires from Discount for years now. I live close by and they make rotating them easy, the same with getting my tire pressure checked. You can schedule online or just call them up. They get you in and out quick, and do a great job! If I ever have an issue with the tire, the employees and manager at this location are always super friendly and stand behind their tires! I love this store.

I went in to get a tire pressure check and they forgot to put my valve cap back on one of my tires (and they were all there beforehand!) So I had to spend an hour out of my day and $5 going to auto zone to find a replacement valve cap. I know its a free service, but if someone messes up even the simplest job Id be afraid to see them do anything more complex.

Had a slow leak in our car and as most people know, theyll fix it for free. But what was really awesome was the ease of scheduling an appointment online and then from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left...every employee I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Such great customer service. Theyll definitely be my first choice for our tire needs.

Ive been coming to this location for 16 years. This trip involved a nail in the tire. The techs are actually jogging or moving with a purpose to get cars done quickly. It is impressive.

Clay is the so called MANAGER. Hes working the check-in table. I walked up wanted a tire rotation and balance, yes I know I didnt make an appointment. I asked how long the wait would be as a walk-in he said umm Im not sure at least an hour Ill have to check my system Im sure the time is longer now. He had already walked out and had attitude with me because another costumer was complaining about how you cant wait inside but you can pay inside. I personally get the modifications because of covid-19 and wasnt saying anything or giving attitude about it. So his response about wait time for me was rude. He came back out with the wait time of an hour forty-five minutes to two hours. He said if I dont like that to make an appointment. So in the middle of answering my question of simple wait time. Clay mid sentence starting carrying on a conversation with another customer(male) who had gone inside to the restroom first. Well because he was their before me and didnt check in yet, I then got pushed aside and treated with the typical woman discrimination at a car shop. I was told wait time would be longer all because the other guy was going to be pushed in front of me because he was buying tires and my service was free because I had already bought tires. I know the ends and the outs of discount my husbanded was a manager with them for 15years. So when I told Clay I would go to another discount because of his attitude and discrimination he said you do that. He then proceeded to joke and laugh with the MALE customers at the table. David Bingo tried to calm me down and get me to stay but I refuse to help Clay get store credit and get a hire bonus. Thank you David but I will not go back to this location or any location CLAY works at.

Continue to be extremely impressed!8:15 AM appointment for tire rotation and balance.Got there at 7:55 AM, 5 people ahead of me already lined up outside, (great, Ill be here til noon I thought) as they open at 8:00 AM. But at 7:59 AM seven Discount Tire Employees came out the front door to greet everyone, each asking who was 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and I was 5th awesome... other customers continued to get helped as the employee and I did the quick vehicle inspection/information gathering walk around of my vehicle. Then he had me drive into the bay and I put it in park ready to wait the 45 minutes to an hour promised. (Knowing it usually takes longer.)But I am all taken care of 15 minutes later, had me back out of the bay... and I am home by 8:25 AM.Yep less than 20 minutes total.... Nice folks, but 3 hour wait to get a tire fix. Not sure what the deal is these days, but EVERY Discount Tire store seems overly busy. They are great, but I cant sit there for 3 hours. I did make an appt at the location near me for Monday. Fingers crossed my tire doesnt go flat again.

Everyone at this store is always so friendly and helpful. They always work very quickly and try to make sure you feel taken care of. Today I went in with a flat tire from a razor blade which happened after a monumentally bad day. Seriously, it was a terrible day. Frank helped me out and made my day so much better. My tire was replaced even sooner than the very reasonable time I was quoted and he helped me out above and beyond what I was expecting. Its experiences like these that keep us coming back to Discount. Thank you!

I ran over a metal shard and showed up just as they were closing. No one hesitated to help me take off the flat and get my spare on. They took my tire to see if they could repair it the next day. We showed up on a Saturday morning without an appointment to get new tires for our vehicle. The employees were super helpful, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. We picked our tires, they had them installed and we were on the road in a little over an hour. Would definitely go back to this location!

I came in for a tire inspection (I was expecting a service charge but this was entirely free, my tires werent even purchased from D.T). It was a busy morning but every employee was professional, kind, and going above and beyond to serve every customer. I watched them offer water to period in the waiting lobby, open the doors for those coming and going, and answering the phones with prefect courtesy. Im impressed and will definitely go back for tire services in the future!

Good have been back 3 times already just due to same tire. Hoping that it finally gets resolved. Same issue each time they repair it wrong. But the customer service is great and they keep apologizing. I just will be able to give 5 stars once the problem is actually resolved.

Somebody stopped me at a red light to tell me my tire was low and this location was the closest place to get it checked out. I’ll never go anywhere else! They found a screw in my tire and fixed it free of charge. They were accommodating in every possible way. They were kind, quick, and so helpful! Always a busy store with a great staff

I was so pleased with my visit today. I went to Discount tire in Mesa last week. ( I do not recommend to go to that location) Tire pressure was low so had them check it. The guy tells me I need a whole new tire because there is a screw in it. I asked him questions where it was and he didn’t go into detail with me about it. He just said it needs to be replaced. Tells me it will cost $109 and didn’t even put it on the lift to check it. So today I go to my usual discount location off of Market St. in Gilbert. I have been coming to these guys for 8 years now and have the best quality of service. I had no appointment today and they were super busy. They still managed to get me in and took their time with my vehicle. I explained what happened and said they wanted to put my vehicle on the lift to see if the tire needed to be replaced. Sure enough it didn’t. They fixed it for FREE. That is because they took the time with me and my vehicle to make sure I drive safe on the road. People if you want a place to go for tires I highly recommend them. There is no other place I would rather go. Excellent customer service in my eyes. Thanks guys!

Had my air check done. It was ok

Took our car in for a rotation and rebalance on November 27, 2019. They told me about 45 minutes and ended up waiting 2 hours. Usually, that wouldnt bother me. What did bother me was that they didnt even do the job right! I think they saw the Colorado license plate and decided to take advantage. When we got home, we took it to the Lone Tree Colorado location. They fixed what this Gilbert store screwed up. Theres no excuse for this! Just do your job that youre being paid to do.Worst discount tire Ive ever been to.

Got me in and out for a tire rotation in an hour. I WAS SHOCKED that they gave me the keys and said have a good day without trying to sell me a dozen and a half things. It’s so rare for women to not be targeted at car shops because the misconception were an easy sell because if they say we need something we’ll get it. I have never been somewhere that didn’t try to sell me either new tires or scare me into fixing something. Great guys!

Everyone here is always so cool and helpful. I just pulled in at 6:05pm not knowing they close at 6 and they checked my air anyway. Awesome people, always a positive experience.
