Needed a patch and Ken was able to get me in and out quickly on a busy Sunday, and with great service. Will be back and 10/10 would recommend.

I called this morning to check if they will patch a tire. Ken said come right in. When we arrived Ken got right his team right on it. They fixed the tire, put the spare back, installed the locking lug nut, test drive the car to reset the monitor system and complimented the service due to we were out of state. Manager worked to get me in and then Larry diagnosed the issues causing an intermittent problem (not easy), they gave me the full run down and repair options so I could make my decision. My car died while driving back home from Tucson. I called Goodyear and had my dodge towed to Goodyear on ray and cooper. June and the mechanics were all super friendly and were able to run a diagnostic test on it as soon as i brought it in. Turns out it was a bad oil sensor cap and the fuel fuse blew. June gave me an extra fuse just Incase it were to happen again and also instructed me how to install it just for extra precaution.I always bring my car here and they have made it a point to provide great service consistently. I’m extremely grateful to have a found an auto shop that i trust completely.Hopefully i can find another Goodyear in Tucson as consistent and trustworthy as this store!! Thank you!

I visited Goodyear today with a pressing issue. June stated that they were backed up but would fit me in as soon as she could. My vehicles issues were addressed and explained in a way that was easy to understand. I couldnt recommend them enough for any of your service needs. The prices are incredibly competitive and the customer service is outstanding

Wouldnt go here again if my life depended on it. I dropped my truck off at 4pm 8/17/20 for four goodyear wrangler AT tires. Approximately 630am the next morning I noticed the hitch on my truck was missing ( had a lock on it also). I called today (8/18/20) because I figured maybe they took it off for whatever reason, just attempting to give them the benefit of the doubt. The guy I spoke with said nobody has seen my hitch (because who would fess up if you just stole someones property) and kept brushing it off like it wasnt a big deal. This place is shady and if this is the way Goodyear treats its veteran community, these will be the last set i ever buy.

I needed a whole new set of tires for my car, and so I made my appointment through the website. As it turns out, the website isnt completely connected to this location. Also, the website didnt have the correct tire size for my car but it had the write model tire. The staff got everything sorted out but the check-in process is very frustrating if you booked through the website. Do yourself a favor and call to make your appointment. The staff is amazingly patient and will work with you.I ended up getting the Eagle Exhilarate , which is an Ultra High Performance (UHP) tire, for my car. They did a great job of mounting and balancing the tire. One thing to keep in mind about this tire is it is a hybrid tire - part soft-compound and part hard-compound. So when it sits overnight in your garage there will be a little bit of a flat spot. Once the tires are warmed up after a few miles of driving then you are good to go.The reason I gave this location 4-stars is the tire pressure was way off, and so I reset the tire pressure based on my cars specs.The left-front tire was underinflated by 2 psiThe left-rear tire was underinflated by 1.5 psiThe right-front tire was overinflated by 0.50 psiThe right-rear tire was underinflated by 1.0 psiNot sure why it was so far off especially for a location whose primary business is tires. Definitely a head-scratcher.I would feel very comfortable returning to this location but just be mindful of the tire inflation.

This place us excellent! Used to go to Advanced Goodyear, but they sold to Pep Boys which is terrible. I started using this Gilbert Goodyear, and have been super impressed. I have had 3 major repairs done here in the last few mos, as I keep older cars (which are paid off) maintained. I highly recommend this shop for tires and service!

This place is my go to for tires. I have been here several times between my two trucks and trailer . Lots of new tires between all 3 and oil changes. The lady at the desk is always super nice and gives me great prices. Thank you

Great experience. They (June) matched the best price I could find, offered a ride home, and completed an alignment and 4 tires in just over an hour. The inventory was of by 1 tire so an employee picked one up from another store in the other side of town. I came back the next morning and they were packed. Brian saw me, walked out and to meet me in the parking lot to get my keys, apologized again, them had my car pulled right in. Super impressed!

After going to another repair shop for oil change and two tires, and being highly disappointed with their customer service, Tom at the Goodyear store did exactly what he promised! This being a fleet truck they took care of all the details and called me when finished. Tires look good and the truck rolls smooth! Thank you Tom & crew for teaching me about your customer service. Absolutely the most friendliest and most efficient auto service Ive been to. Why do you set an appointment with them they get you right in their very knowledgeable I want to use to be done and they make sure If they find any other issues they make sure you understand the problems and what is to be done.

Decent Goodyear. Have taken multiple cars here since I live close by and its a good place for handling any basic maintenance and probably more minor automotive issues. I havent taken anything in for a more serious issue here so Im not sure how they handle those. The customer service is usually decent and Ive had honest employees here who didnt try to sell me on anything extra that I didnt need.

This is the only place I take my vehicle for anything, unless they recommend I go somewhere else. They are always fast, efficient, on schedule, and they do a wonderful job! Everybody that works there is always very polite, so much so, that I moved to a new part of town, and I still make the appointment to be able to take my car to this location for maintenance and repairs rather than the one that is right around the corner from my house. They always make sure to go out of their way to make sure that my vehicle and I are taking care of!

When you think of auto repair you either think of wonderful places that are honest or auto shops that try to tank advantage of you assuming you are an idiot. This place is the latter. First, the place seemed shady as they kept trying to force me for upgrades even before I got to the shop as I was setting up my appointment. I even told the gentleman on the phone that he was making things very difficult and I just want to come in for the minimum service for an oil change and tire rotation. He did not want to give me a price over the phone but eventually I got the $65 price. This was on par with the others in the area ($43 for the oil and $20 for the rotation). Sure enough I got to the place and started the process in which 4o min later they said we can not do the rotation as your tire are separating. We can sell you 3 new ones for $200 +65 for road hazard + 50 for disposal When I declined they told me the fee was still $65. I inquired to why since they did not do the tire rotation and they told me that the oilchange was $65 and the tire rotation was free. WHAT BS!!! I declined and then went straight to discount tire and in which they said their is no separation and the tires are good for another 5 to 10k miles. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE TRAINED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!!

This is by far the best auto shop in Gilbert, AZ. No up-selling, no bogus repairs, only quality work by friendly, qualified, knowledgeable mechanics. These guys know their stuff and do the job right the first time. Ive had both of my vehicles serviced here from minor fixes to major work. Theyve never let me down and have always given me a fair price. I couldnt recommend them more.

If there was a zero star option, I would pick it. I dropped my sons car off at Goodyear on Ray & Cooper last week. I had an appointment for an axle repair, alignment and oil change. I have only used Goodyear because I followed Larry, the mechanic there, for over 30 years. Great mechanic, this isnt about him. The work was done, my son went in to pick up his car and the key fob was in several pieces. Someone had handwritten on his invoice that the keys were dropped off this way. NO WAY, I was there. Would the manager, Brian really check in a car if the fob was in pieces? Doubt it, and if so, he should have noted it on the original paperwork. I get the phone call from my son and we talk to the lady in the office. They never admitted to damaging the key. We settle up the bill, WITH NO DISCOUNT FOR DAMAGE. They told me to make an appointment at a Mitsubishi dealership and have them fix it and they would pay for it.Fast forward to the appointment. 3.5 hours out of my day for the key repair and not an apology or a call back from Goodyear.Before I see Goodyear customer service reply to this review, I already called your 800 # and talked to someone there for a half hour who said the District Manager, Scarlett would call me right away. That was Monday the 6th. Still no call. No apology and no compensation for my time or trouble. I will be calling Citibank / Goodyear to challenge this invoice.The kicker to all of this, after they never admitted to damaging the key fob......my son leaves to leave the shop and the car wont start! They had to get a mechanic to come out and turn the steel part of the key with pliers, since it wasnt turning to start the car. THEN, the car still wouldnt start without the fob close enough to connect for the connection to the computer. I guess this blows the key was brought in this way theory. I will never go back to this location and probably never another Goodyear, if there is another option.The inside office employees were rude and never helped resolve this issue. Jennifer from corporate was helpful and couldnt believe that Brian, the manager never called or apologized. The district manager must have been very busy the last 6 days to never return a call..............

I love these guys, I only put valvoline in my cars. They are efficient, checked everything over, and used the synthetic blend. Time it took, was less than quoted. And the office staff were very friendly

We visited the shop on Sunday and arranged to drop off our vehicle the next morning at 7am. We are from out of town and are also in the garage business back home and weren’t sure of where to take our vehicle for help. After reading over the other reviews, we decided on this Goodyear dealership. Josh listened to our description of the issue and had the problem diagnosed before we left on Sunday. After picking up our vehicle from June on Monday, we were pleasantly surprised that the bill was less than we expected. Great service!

Great prices on Alignments! I drive a little out of my way to go to this shop, because they have the lowest prices on alignments of anywhere I know of. I can always get an alignment done here for under a hundred bucks, no matter what Im driving, most other shops start at 120 or $130 and go up from there, plus this Goodyear shop always has friendly uniformed employees, and sports playing on Dish Network in the waiting room, which is a very nice touch. Good job Goodyear!

The service here is okay at best. The staff at the counter will add stuff to your bill without consent first, so be sure to read your quote and what exactly they are charging you for. They are constantly trying to get more money out of every customer. The customer service is subpar and even a little rude. There are worse places out there, but there are certainly much better as well.

Weve been going to this location for years, and weve always received great service. However, recently they went above and beyond and for that we are very thankful. Kudos especially to Joe for being so helpful and taking care of our problem without having unnecessary things done to our car. Nice to have a place we can rely on for our auto care needs!!

I had scheduled an appointment for tires listed online. The day of my appointment, the manager calls and tells me they do not have the requested tires in stock. I tell him we are headed out on a road trip that morning and asked what he can do. He placed me on hold, came back and told me he could give me the top of the line tire and take a certain dollar amount off to help out.I show up for the appointment at 8am. At 830am the manager tells me that my vehicle is done already.Wow, so pleased with their fast and efficient ways.

Went there to get an front end alignment on 10-3-17.. This was after I had replaced the ball Joints, Tie rod ends and various other bushings the weekend prior.. End result, Awesome, truck doesnt pull, drives straight and most of the got the steering wheel straightened to where its centered.. Thank you guys @ Goodyear, well done.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Vehicle was repaired at the shop and brought back twice due to it running worse than before. Had a separate Shop evaluate the car only to find out that the negligence of Goodyear caused the engine to fail and put the driver in danger. The shop is now had the car for almost a month, we have submitted claims through their process with no response to the claim or phone calls or email. At this time we have no other recourse then to submit a claim with the CFPB regulators to ensure that Goodyear does the right thing and to hold them accountable for their practices. When towing the vehicle back to them the tow truck driver asked if we were sure as this Goodyear location is known to take it advantage of people. Shame on you Goodyear! The BBB is going to love this!

Went to get an uber vehicle inspection and the lady told me both my back axles had leaked oil on my rear brake pads and I needed new brakes before she could pass me???? Negative ghost rider! Took it elsewhere and guess what ? My breaks were still great w plenty of pad left and my axles werent leaking ANYTHING! Funny how she only offered to fix my brakes .... what about my leaking axles???? BEWARE!!

1st time great 2nd time left stains on floor mats and door panels. But very nice pepole still will go back. Update went back told them what happened gave me a free oil change..i will come back

Ooops, the battery light is on... that led me to consult my trusty Google Maps to find an auto center that was open on Sunday near me. Fortunately, these guys were available. I had independently confirmed that the alternator wasnt putting out sufficient voltage to charge the battery, and the store confirmed it. The customer representative June was straightforward to deal with, and committed to getting the work done on Sunday, which I needed because of the work week. They worked past the closing time to get it done, in a very challenging tight-hood environment. The problem was corrected, with no attempted upsell, and they stayed late to get it done--a five star job in my humble opinion.

Don’t ever go to them! My boyfriend took our hyundai Elentra there to get an oil change and to check my car out for a weird noise we were hearing in the engine. And now all of a sudden my air conditioner isn’t working. They said that everything they did wouldn’t have affected my air conditioning. But yet it was working perfectly fine before we took it here, we have been to the one on Dobson in Mesa and they have always given us great customer service. I feel as if my issue was not resolved, and I wasted 100 dollars and my car is still jacked up. Will not be returning and if you want your car is working condition do not go to Goodyear in Gilbert.

Manager doesnt do anything just sits around like youre not even there. Poor service manager lady June is her name I think smh trys to help but is worthlesss. Asked if they could do a service on my tires and didnt even know if they had the parts needed to do the service which I figured its a Goodyear service center theyd have any part or access to it asap to repair my tire and wheel and get me back on the road. Place has become a train wreck since this new staff has taken over, old management was a top of things and would have you taken care of ASAP like service should be done these days. Will never go there again and will pass the word onto my family and friends in the area.

So, normally Im not one for reviews, but when I end up wasting my time it bothers me. I had set up an appointment because I was having misfires and and issue revolving around my ignition coil circuit. My CEL would come and go for the issues. There was a thorough description when I described everything, what Ive replaced and/or checked, and what exactly I was experiencing. I decided to wait because this was one of the few days when I actually had time to do anything. The first time they test drive my car and come back I can blatantly hear whoever slam on the brakes and screech my tires across their shop floor. Wasnt very happy about that at all. A few minutes later they take it on another test drive.After coming back the second time it was shortly after that moment when the guy I first talked to when I came in said there werent any codes and it drives like a brand new car. I believe his name was Joe?? Im not sure since he never introduced himself, but he was on the older side, no facial hair, white/gray hair, and an obnoxious talker. Anyway I was especially confused by the comment because earlier that same day my CEL came on. He told me there was nothing wrong and asked questions I literally described in my appointment info. Said its probably my spark plugs, and I told him I had recently got those changed out when my car died a few months earlier due to a blown 15amp fuse to my injectors.Again he told me nothing was wrong and it could be my spark plugs. If anything it seemed like theyd rather not work on it, and it was discouraging not only to waste my time, but to also have my car abused when I was specifically there to get it fixed. The codes are still showing on my OBDII, so Ill either have to look into it more myself or find a real place to do it.

I try to avoid posting bad reviews, especially if the establishment has provided good service in the past, but this is getting ridiculous. The customer service representative JOE is terrible! Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. He wont even let you explain what you need done before he shoots you down. Ive called him out on this before and he states its because hes from New York or New Jersey (i forget which one exactly), but since when does your geographic origin have Anything to do with how you treat and speak to customers. I go far out of my way to take my cars there and have reffered several people because the technicians and manager Nile are very good. Goodyear has lost my business. I hope the managment staff will consider reviewing Joes interactions with the public as in sure others have experienced similar situations and have lost business because of it.

After the morons at Meineke on Ray/ Alma School in Chandler, AZ. tried desperately to screw us out of almost $700 ( maybe more because they kept pushing things that werent necessary ) by faking an AC leak ( then overfilling with freon ).. Brian, Joe and the Goodyear crew not only ran a free diagnostic but discovered Meinekes dirty pool and rectified the situation. No AC in Arizona in July? Not good!After working at Napa and using them coast to coast.. I still give 100% props to Goodyear! Way to stay out of the gutter guys ( unlike these fast lube rip off joints ).Again... THANK you and keep it real!********** 10 stars!

Told me one price when I made the appointment and then when I showed up for my appointment, they had almost doubled the price. And then when I called them out on it, they just said the price is the price. The assistant manager was extremely rude. This was the second time I went and they have lost a customer because they cant stick to their word.
