This was the worst experience I have ever had. I am new to the area and looked up reviews online to find a nail shop. I called the day before to make an appointment so that I wasnt just a walk-in. From the minute I walked in and knew something was off because they seemed surprised I was there even though I had called and explained on the phone what I was coming in for. I explained to the guy what I needed done and he assured me he could do it. I sat down and he almost cut my natural nails with my SNS still on them - which no one has ever done because it is not good for your nails. I calmly explained to him that they were my natural nails and not tips - I didnt want my nails cut, I just wanted them filed because they had grown since my last appointment. Throughout the appointment, he kept assuring me that my nails would be beautiful and I am all for trusting the process. Towards the end of the appointment, I knew this appointment was the biggest mistake. I came in with beautiful almond shaped natural nails and left with my nails being a weird rounded shape, all different lengths, and the worst nail design I have ever seen. I wanted some small flowers and these look like abstract fireworks a 5 year old drew. It took everything within me not to cry at his table and I still payed $50. It took the guy two hours to ruin my nails. The moment I got to my car I cried I will NEVER go back to pro nails. I have already made an appointment at another salon in town and they have assured me that they will take care of me. I am hoping that by writing this review I can save someone else the time and money I wasted. I wouldnt have gone here in the first place if the reviews online hadnt been positive. I use to come here a lot growing up and never once complained about a pedicure each time Ive came here. I only get pedicures for numerous reasons. However, the past couple of times I have come here for a pedicure, was very disappointing. I would not recommend the woman/wife to do the pedicures, but the guy in the Hawaiian top who is very nice and social, because he is way better at it. This place is not bad. It is very clean, quiet, reasonable prices, etc. I like it here a lot. I just hate the fact that my feet are not getting the pedicure they deserve. Ive come here twice since 2021. Once in January and once in late April. When I went in January, I had the woman do my feet. She barely grazed my feet with the callus remover, made my toes crooked, and did not use much pressure when massaging my feet. She also used a USED nail filer to file my feet the first time this year. I did not want to say anything to make a scene, just prayed I wouldnt catch anything. My toes not even a day later chipped. I was upset. I came back again in late April, because I was closer to them, and other place I liked going to was booked for the day. My toes were chipped from my 3 days of walking from Walt Disney World, and my calluses were disgusting. The man greeted me at the door, said to pick a color, guided me to my seat, said Ill be right back. And then he pointed at me to his wife/female co-worker who did my toes in January. I sighed, knowing Id be disappointed again. This time, she barely glided the callus grater on my feet, but this time, she only did it for maybe 10 seconds a foot, with little to no pressure. Then, she pulled out a magazine to wipe the callus dirt residue off, and she slammed it on the ground next to my seat, and it got EVERYWHERE. My pedicure nail polish came off 2 days later. To conclude this, I recommend this place IF THE MAN was in charge of your pedicure. He does not use used tools like the woman/wife does. If you want to waste $25 on someone who will not live up to the value, go for the woman.

My pedicure is fine but manicure literally starting to peel. Its day two and my nails look absolutely awful. They were rushing like someone was waiting after me but there was no one else in the salon. I hate writing a bad review but dont waste your money here ladies

The owner of the shop was rude not welcoming I was there to get one nail replaced and I wasnt sure of the color and he told me to figure it out myself instead of helping me he had a bad attitude while fixing my nail he snipped my skin and made me bleed he was alert of the situation and continued to fix my nail with blood on tools and he also made my nail look totally different from the rest of my nine nails. I do not recommend anybody to go here bad customer service will not be returning no time soon really ever again.

I got a full set and they were awful they didn’t ask what shape i wanted and when i asked for them shorter i was given a lot of attitude. the acrylic was EXTREMELY uneven and thick. while filing the guy filed my cuticle and made me bleed. on top of that he put five layers of gel nail polish on that was also really thick and uneven. do not recommend!!!!

This place is my regular. I travel quite a bit but I will WAIT to get my nails done here.Too many other shops, in bigger cities even, who think they know SNS dips have ruined my thin little nails. But here at this shop, they know what they’re doing AND they stand behind it.Had an issue with nails chipping a few days after my SNS, the owner did the entire process over again to make it right. They are affordable and quick.I will not go anywhere else (except their other shop. ; )

Kevin did an amazing job on my nails. After 3 weeks(I definitely need a fill in) there still isnt any lifting or discoloration or chipping and I am rough on my hands. I will definitely be going back & highly recommend them. Reasonably priced for very high quality work.

My first dip manicure, and they did a great job! They were really patient with my questions/requests since I had no clue what was going on, and I ended up really happy with the results. Two weeks in and my nails are still great!

Jenny was amazing. She gave me a pedi, mani, a 30 minute massage and did reflexology on my feet. I felt great when I left. Its been 3 weeks and my nails still look like they were just done. Best foot massage I have had in years. Too bad I was only down in Gainesville for vacation.

They said they were doing $35 Christmas full sets. I was charged $45 for short white gel nails that were sloppy. My sister got two designs and had four broken nails and only paid $50. I had to keep making him fix things so that I could walk out not crying. The paint job is terrible. On the other hand his customer service and shaping was good but I will not be back. I went to and older man that sits a table 5 that wears glasses would not recommend.

The owner did my nails. He was very polite and worked really hard making sure my nails were perfect. I would highly recommend this place. It was a Sunday morning and I got right in and out. Its best to call ahead though because he stays very busy. Especially on Sundays.

Becky gets my nails right. I used to go to another nail salon that would rip my nails off when I got a new set. She takes care of my nails and takes the time to get them right. My nails always look beautiful. I would highly recommend Becky and this salon. I wont go anywhere else to get my nails done.

Ive been to this facility two times. The first time was great. The pedicure was relaxing, throughout and they did an overall great job. My friend and I also got gel manicures. One person did both of our gel manicures and she completed it quickly, but also did a superb job. They looked fantastic. I returned yesterday for the second time and expected the same caliber of service. The pedicure was the same price, but a lot of components were missing from it, but overall it was still nice and relaxing. I got a regular french manicure. My manicure was chipped before it was done, there are air bubbles in all of my fingers and the pink gloss they put over the nail runs into the white tip of more than one nail. I showed her that she had messed up a portion of the manicure, and she just kept going and said it was fixed. It was not. My friend got a gel manicure again. The person who did her manicure was very sweet and really attempted to please my friend. The manicure was well done on one hand, but the other hand had too much nail polish and looked too thick and a little gloppy. I would only return if I could schedule with the person who did my manicure the first time.

My roommate and I are college students, so we cant usually afford to get our nails done. But when we saw a groupon for a manicure/pedicure close to our house, we figured it was a pretty good deal. We were a little apprehensive after looking at the reviews online. However, when we got to the salon, we saw that it was very clean and nice, the pedicure stations looked brand new and the chairs were very comfortable.Everyone was very nice, especially the family that owned the business. They were talkative, and we even got to see them interact with their adorable little daughter. The signature pedicure was AMAZING, it had a hot stone massage and a hot wax foot treatment and all these things I didnt even know about.I dont usually write reviews, but after seeing the strange ones on Google, I wanted people to know how nice the staff and owners were and what a great job they did.My roommate and I will both be back next time we want to splurge on nails, and will bring our friends.Thank you!

My friend and I went for pedicures. The young guy who did her feet was great, but my guy did a half job, didnt lotion my feet or buff my nails, and my polish was sloppy.

Ive worn eyelash extensions for 2 years and recently moved to Gainesville in search of a salon that could do a good job. I spent a lot of money at Cloud 9 Spa and hated them!! I went to see Tracy at Pro Nails and she did a great job! Very happy! I will be going there regularly now.

Very disappointed in the service at this salon. I came in to just get my toes done and cleaned up and upon arriving I noticed only one customer being helped and two employees walking around. When I asked for service a conversation began between the older lady and young lady with out acknowledging me or who would help me. almost like I was putting them out for service in an empty salon. I went the first time and it was pleasant but this time was horrible so I left immediately. I believe the owner was not there and thats prob why the difference in the service.

Nice looking place and the people smile a lot, but theyre fos! 😒 I went there twice and both times my nails peeled within a week! With a shellac treatment you should be good for 2 weeks! NOT 1! 😠😤 AND 6 of my nails broke off on the corner, forcing me to cut them short and start all over! 🙄 Ill not be returning and going to their competitors up the block in Newberry Square! 💅🏾

Awful job on my acrylics. Did not give me the shape I asked for and they forced me to get gel. He originally said he was going to discount the gel to $10, but up-charged me to $20. I have no idea where my final price of $70 came from. Also, only one girl in there actually does designs on nails.

Tracy did not do what I asked. She acted like she was giving me a better deal and then made my nails look super thick and unnatural. Also, it took over 2 hours for her to complete my nails because she was doing 3 people at one time and switching off. After going back today, I am still not satisfied. My nails are chipping and theyve been done for one hour. I would not recommend this place.

HORRIBLE EYELASH EXTENSIONS BEWARE!!! Not only did I look like a clown but, I was made fun of in the seat. To top it off she also applied layer upon layer of disgustingly clumpy mascara. Never will I go here to get my eyelashes again!

If 0 stars was an option, that would be my real choice. I called a few days ahead and requested an appointment for 5:30 in the afternoon and was told if anything changed I would be notified. When I showed up I had to wait until 6 to get a spot when they took 3 other walk-ins in front of me. Then I asked for a design on my nails and toes in the beginning, during the process they cut two of my cuticles causing blood and at the end they asked me if I could come back the next day for the design because my nail technician had to leave. Well I could not and it was rushed and she left. When another lady put the top coat on the whole design smeared and they refused to re-do it, and even blamed it on me. The manger told me it was fine and was not able to communicate in an effective manner. He was very rude and condescending. They ended up sending me to their second location to have them fix it. The owner of this location was very nice and did very well but it was very upsetting and over a 3 hour process.

I absolutely love this salon. I am new to the area and work long hours at work every week, and can never get to a salon in time before they close. I have had the worst experience at some of these salons in Gainesville, very rude people, but the owners to this salon stay open late just for me to come get my nails done after hours. I am so grateful to them. And I tip them very well because of there excellent customer service. Sorry to those rude people at the other salons, you missed out.

I had a basic manicure done and the polish flakes off in 1 day because they tore up my nails. All polish gets stuck on the ridges. This is going to take months to grow out

Called, then came in for a fill. I wanted to use Groupon. I was told I could not because they didnt have enough people, to come back tomorrow. I requested that he didnt not make the arcylic layer too thin because the last time he did my nails a year ago two broke later that same night. Then he began to handle my nails roughly. After he put the acrylic on, he began to buff my nails, shaving most of the arcylic off. I asked him to please make sure they are not too thin again, he gets an attitude and said he wasnt touching the nail, he was just smoothing. So, he halfass did the second hand. I told him to stop, Ill pay for the fill, thats it and I left!!! Do not go there, the service was horrible, the old man was rude. They wont get another dime from me!!!!!!!!

I had an appointment at 1:15. I was not seen until 2:45. I finally left at 5:15! FOUR hours after my original appointment. Service was terrible and they were very understaffed. Had to have my nails redone because they only put ONE coat of paint on before sealing??? It looked terrible. I used what they claimed was a 50% off coupon and still spent $60 on a mani pedi. At least 3 other women made similar comments to me during my four hours here. Please do not waste your time.

My friend and I went here and got the acrylic nails, they were very rough and had to redo my friends because they messed up. My nails have bubbles and bumps all over and you can obviously see they are all different lengths. They left me with super glue all down my finger and the nail is glued to my skin. I had to file my nails when got home because like I mentioned they were different lengths but also because they were left so sharp that I cup myself actually cut myself. I am not happy and will not be going back there.

This is the best salon in Gainesville! It is a family run business and they do excellent work. The pedicure stations are beautiful and very luxurious for a great price $25. I also get my nails done with a shellac manicure for only $25 and lasts for almost three weeks! These technicians do excellent work and can do amazing nail designs as well for fair prices. I always walk in and they seat me immediately, and have me all polished up in about thirty minutes (45-60 for both mani/pedi).

Very poor customer service and did not pay attention to detail. Most awkward time getting my nails done ever, thats a 40$ I should have spent else where. Very unsatisfied.

I brought my daughters to get their nails done they asked for every other finger to be two different colors and all they got was one solid color they barely speak any English here so there was no type of conversation

Went in for a simple fill-in and pedi and eyebrow wax. WHAT I got was a hot mess. First of all the fill in was rushed and just overall bad. She then decided to do my brows which was a simple clean up and she ended up waxing them with no shape to them I looked like I had two dashes on my face. Then the pedi was the worse Ive ever had the water was cold they use blue toilet bowl pills to turn the water blue. Then when I asked for hot water she came and let out the cold water to only fool it with more cold water. The man that was doing my pedi didntspeak English and he cut me and that is when I had enough! I got up and left and will never go back again. Ive had better service in Wal-Mart nail salon. She had the nerve to charge me....when where I went to get my nails done had to drill off the acrylic she did and redo my nails I will never go back th e worse service.

Alright everyone, I bought a GroupOn deal for them. It was $69 for a Shellac manicure, Deluxe Pedicure with a hot stone massage, and 1 hour facial. I thought this was such an amazing buy for the price, but if I could go back in time I would have used the money for something else. Aside from lack of customer service, the manicure was not very good (its supposed to be no chip for 2 weeks, ive had it for about a week now and they have chipped easily), the pedicure was bad, and I have yet to go back to get my facial. While I was getting my pedicure done, the man did not even look at me, he refused to cut the callouses because they do not do that here eventhough the person next to me was getting it cut, he scrubbed my legs very roughly, and used extremely hot water to rinse them off. He then switched off with his wife without a word to finish the pedicure. The other male employee seemed very nice and seemed to have done a better job, but the owners (husband and wife duo) were rude and gave bad pedi-manis. I will never go back there again, even if the prices are dirt cheap.

I went to this nail salone for my ped and pink and white done, the owner was so rudes, she did not say hello and she took me to the ped chair i saw a bunch of dead skin or calluses from a customer who was sitting of that chair and i got up and ask her what it was in the chair and she told me that she didnt see any thing in the ped chair tube then i just walk out the door. Never come back here a gain.
