Anne Le Is amazing. I had my nails done elsewhere and they were a complete disaster within 5 days. I walked into Bella and she saved my nails without a complete redo. They lasted a month and I only went back in that month because *I* wanted a fill and color change. She is my nail tech after 15 years in Gainesville I FINALLY found one I would recommend.

This was my first time using Bella Nails and Spa, and will be my last, I will never come back to an establishment so treacherous whatsoever. I came in wanting my typical service Gel manicure and Gel pedicure. I had extremely great service cleaning my feet by one of the male technicians David. It wasnt until I asked for gel Mani and pedi that I had issues. The females working persisted that they do the gel color with the UV lights since he wasnt too familiar. As we proceeded to put the gel color on my nails we noticed the color was a little light, I then read the back of the instructions and tried to make nesscessary changes even tried picking anther color. The female technicans didnt seem to keen on reading and following instructions on what they claimed to be NEW brand packaging they were not doing it right, colors were transparent and lucid looking. I picked a dark brown color with glitter Dazzlin Cinnamon there is no too light with such a dark color choice. I honestly felt like the two girl technicians did not want to have to do my nails at all with the attitude in demeanors that I had to deal with. As I am trying to pick a color and finish my Non-fuctioning gel manicure and pedicure, another young female working on her phone and doing nail practice goes behind the front desk and starts mouthing off to me about packaging, my choice of color, telling me Im still going to have to pay, asking me for payment in the middle of service, middle of a manicure. That is unheard of, you cant read labels and packaging and do thing right? So treating the customers that pay you to do and have your job, with disrespect, attitude, and continue mouthing off? Some of the people all of the time, uh? I basically paid for someone to clean and buff my nails for $36, natural nail service with no clear coat on both my hands and feet. Very displeased with the service and customer service I had to deal with. I tipped David $20, my original tech. The young tech Victoria (the one that mouthed off to me and disrespected me in every direction possible) is the one that took my payment. I told her she should watch talking to people the ways that she does, she really doesnt know who people are. So coming off aggressive yelling, calling someone names, and disrespecting them might not work out too well in your favor next time you do this to someone. Not everyone comes from the greatest backgrounds or has enough tolerance to not react to her nonsense. Not a good, creditable face you want working for your company. Makes sense why I went in there and they had no customers. Everyone acts like they dont want to be there, everyone walks around playing on their phones, walking in and out of the back room, and then want to get mouthy and disrespectful the moment the opportunity seizes itself? If it was up to me, I wouldve left without paying. What a fu*king disgrace and waste of my time.

Wonderful staff who take their time and do a phenomenal job. First time getting acrylics and they haven’t even chipped after almost 3 weeks. Best nail salon in Gainesville for sure.

I have gone to Bella Nails off and on for the last six years or so. I started out with the owner (Cindy ?) and she always did a very good job on my nails. However, I noticed she was very rude at times. Would barely acknowledge me at times when I would speak to her.. etc. Her husband did my nails a few times and I was very happy with his work.. he also was a little more friendly. As time went on I started asking for the young lady who sat next to the owners booth. She was a little more pleasant than the owner. Recently after getting a fill set of nails, one of them broke off a few days after getting them done. I felt that was too soon since I was not doing anything too strenuous when it broke. I went back and asked to have it repaired. The same lady who did my nails was the one who was available to fix my nail.... She was so unbelievably RUDE to me I couldnt even wrap my head around it! Would barely talk to me and when she finished, she said you be more cateful, in a harsh tone. I looked at her and asked how much I owed for the repair... she said nothing again in a harsh rude manner. I took $10 out of my purse a laid it now in front of her and told her I never expected to not pay for the repair... and walked out. After that, I will never return and will not recommend Bella Nails to anyone. They also talk among themselves in their native language and make customers feel awkward because they laugh and act as though they are talking about their customers... Overall very rude service. There is one older lady who works there and is extremely polite... but she just does pedicures and manicures... she doesnt do acrylic nails. Yes, I agree with others reviews, the salon is not as clean as it should be either.

The only place in Gainesville I will get my nails done. I am super picky. Ann is the best!! My nails always look perfect, she is very meticulous and takes good care of me always. Thank you!

Terrible place & service! Not clean, no ventilation- you’re inhaling chemicals the whole time, I got a severe headache just sitting there for 20min. I came in for a manicure and pedicure, only ended up getting pedicure because the gentleman was so rough and unprofessional. He did not even clean my nails right. Poor selection of nail color.I also left with rash on my feet because the place is dirty

One of the nail techs was very rude and abrasive upon my last visit. I stop the session and the owner finished my nails. When I went back to get a fill in the owner refused to service me. I do not recommend this salon.

Ann is very rude to certain types of ppl. Ive come to this place here and there for a few years and have seen it each time Ive come in. Today was the last time! Not only did I witness her being really nice and polite to a few ppl and then others rolling eyes and just being rude. I asked her today was she frustrated ? No answer. She finished my pedicure (with a very bad attitude huffing and all). I went to check out and she asked me my name and politely gave it to her. Then after signing credit card and giving a good tip inspite of; she states we cant service you again. I said excuse me, she said it again. Thats fine and I need my receipt back..... I ever so politely with a big smile on my face scratched my tip and totaled it back to its original charge, initialed and proudly said I will not be back! Im just so thankful Ive changed cause I almost went left in there!

I was looking for a place to get a full set for mothers day. I called them since their location is close to my home and Id get in after work. I asked the woman on the phone for pricing on a set with design she quotes me $31. I made it there quickly and told ghe woman at the desk I have an appointment I guess they never wrote it down,she asked twice what I was there for. Anyway I sat with the man whom didnt say a single word to me proceeded to get the nails on and files them lopsided. So I ask him to file them straighter.2 swipes and moves on go the next nail, I figure I wont say anything now hell see that 4 nails are misshapen and crooked. Nope he left them like that, I called it to his art again and he half assed filed them even after he put the acrylic on my thumbs didnt match. He got agitated. He filed with the electricfiler and burned my skin around my nail bed I pulled back and he gasped. He started rushing through the service then I asked about the design , and some other lady was the only one who did it. She sat with me and was very hostile when I asked if they had examples to show me, sharply she answers No its whatever she just puts on there and she says which 2? Im like which 2 what? Nail she says, then tells me $16 for all ten nails I told her when I booked they didnt make that clear she kissed her teeth and rolled her eyes at me. I told them forget it then. I was so disappointed it was my first and last time there. Never have I payed $26 for a full set and they dont even clean your nails and prep them first. Horrible. Dont waste your time or money here.

I am not one to leave a review but I honestly feel obligated to warn people about this place. Do not waste your TIME or MONEY here. Literally took 2 hours to get a GEL MANICURE (and no, I did not have to get a soak-off) On top of that, my nails look horrible and they are more expensive than anywhere else in town. Frantic, unorganized, mess of a business.
