Julia did a cluster set on me and they turned absolutely amazing and they lasted a long time! She was very sweet and I recommend her to anyone who wants eyelash extensions!

Ive been getting my lashes done her since last year. The first few times they were beautiful and lasted a long time. Now they dont last nearly as long, comes off very easily. The glue used to burn I prefer that glue because it lasted..idk if she switched the glue that was used, now I notice black stuff on my eyelashes that I didnt notice before.

The worst nail salon in Alachua county!! My two daughters were just there for 2 1/2 hours and the tech didn’t do one single thing they asked. Had them crying in the bathroom. They asked for a color and she insisted on a different color, they asked for coffin shape and got square, they asked for a design and cane out with plain white nails because the tech just would not listen to them. Charged them $60 for a gel acrylic set that is highway robbery! StY away from this salon at all costs

The most unprofessional place in gainesville,fl. I stopped in to have a nail repaired. The hostess said that it should take about 20 minutes before I could be serviced....at the 30 minute mark I went back up to ask what the estimated time would be..she said that I was up in a few minutes. Ten minutes later, she came out to inform me that no nail techs wanted to service me since the original work wasnt done there. Absolutely unprofessional, poor customer service, slow, and dirty atmosphere. I waited 50 minutes to get the runaround about (1) one gel nail repair. Dont waste your time.... or your money!! The worst experience ever...

Highly recommended for lashes and eyebrow wax because Julie is fast and efficient. I always leave satisfied and go every month for my lashes and they’re always neat and full. Thanks Julie for your outstanding professionalism.

Fantastic! I ended up here because my usual places were closed on Sundays. I showed Ms. Cindy a picture of what I wanted for New Years Eve and she knocked it out of the park. She was fast, gentle and very nice. I will definitely be back.

Acrylic nails came out soooo cute the service was very Friendly and welcoming .

Always have good experiences here, but Julie took the best care of me yesterday. Came in for the signature pedi but she upsold me to the best $60 pedi on special for $50 didnt think I needed all the extra but she was right! Another shop had burned my legs with paraffin but Julie was amazing.

My husband and I both get pedis together all the time. I have never, ever seen anything like this. My husbands feet were bleeding by the time we got home. Another lady was cutting my toenails and cut my toe. You can see how close my 3rd and 4th toes are, she was in a hurry. So bad that it would not stop bleeding for quite sometime. She seemed to panic, running around the salon to find something to make it stop bleeding. Also, she dropped a brush in the water with my other for in the water and just looked at it. She finally removed it when I said something. All we got were apologies. I will never go back here.

Amazing place! My nail polish lasts for a long time & also my nails have become stronger. If there’s a chip in the nail polish a few days after your visit, they’ll fix it for you! The salon uses high quality products especially for pedicures. Your feet will be smooth for a whole week! Fast service even on busy days.

I have been going to Cindy for my nails for years and she is so professional and the absolute best at what she does. She is polite and gentle and is always willing to change something on the rare occasion that I am unhappy with a polish, shape or anything. She pays attention to detail and always goes above and beyond for me. I am super particular when it comes to my nails and Cindy is truly the only person I will go to! The staff at modern nails is also very friendly and polite every time I am in the salon.

I’ve been a customer of Modern Nails for over 5 years now and the service is amazing and everything is always very clean!! The nail techs are very nice & they always make sure you walk out as a satisfied customer! My daughter and I see Ryan and Julie every 2 weeks but all the staff are friendly and well qualified! I stumbled in on this hidden gem one late night when no one else in town was open. Julia was my nail tech and she did such a good job and also had a wonderful personality so I fell in love with my modern nails and my Julia. Everyone else is really nice to always smiling, Ryan has fixed a couple nails for me and did a set on me who is also excellent. They both have great skill, take their time to do your work and are very gentle. Fresh pedicure tools, colors for days, and a clean establishment. And this Statement is from a local this is probably the best shop in Gainesville.

The nail tech did not do what was asked of her even after showing a picture of what was wanted. She was not detailed and they were extremely over priced.

I go and get my nails and toes done here every few months, I typically just get gel nail. Today I went to get something different bc I’m going on vacation and I’m so happy with the way Ryan did my nails they are ombré dipped and look amazing! Julia did my toes and she was such a total sweet heart! I think this was the best experience I’ve had since I’ve been coming here, I’ll make sure to call ahead next time so I can get an appointment for these two!On another note it has been my personal experience you get what you pay for and I’m happy to pay for the services I received today! Well worth every penny!!!

Julia at Modern Nails does an Amazing job doing my eyelashes. Her work is impeccable and she is always professional and polite. I don’t live in the Gainesville area, however I travel to her salon just for her to do my lashes.

Ive been getting my pedicures done here for a long time. I love that they use disposable packs and tub liners for safety reasons. No fungus among us here 😂😂 Ask for Lee...shes the best!!

I’ve had a several visits that went okay, not amazing, but okay. But this last gel manicure has left me with an infection. First, I had my acrylics taken off with a tool, not soaked off, which was my choice but now I’m thinking that’s what gave me the infection. The nail tech took that tool out of her table drawer but it was not in one of the sterile packs or anything like that. It also had nail “dust” on it. I wish I would’ve realized at the time that meant it wasn’t sterile. A few days later my right ring fingernail starts hurting and I peel off the gel polish and find a fungal infection. I’ve cleaned the nail but I still can’t get it all out and the nail is literally falling apart(lifting to make room for the infection, ew) and is painful. I actually had the same thing happen to my toes 2 years ago but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I get my nails done every 2-4 weeks and have done so for over 6 years. This has only ever happened here and I would say I’ve only gone here maybe 5% of that time too so there’s no excuse. They do not properly sterilize tools and whatever else and that is leading to infection.

Got my nails done two days ago, and the whole procedure was a waste of time. The pedi didnt do anything for my skin, they barely trimmed my cuticles (what i came in for), didnt even asked me what i wanted, just told me to pick out a color and assumed i wanted gel (i didnt), and less than 24 hrs later, they started chipping. They also left huge gaps between my cuticle and the paint (it looks like they’ve been grown out for a week).They were rough and expensive, and I definitely felt ripped off.Cost me $100 for one mani and two pedis with tip, and i could have just done this all at home.

I love the customer service here the lash technician Julia does a flawless job, and takes her time to ensure she gives you exactly what you want.

I wish I could rate this place a 0. I usually go to Nails First but they were too busy and I needed my nails filled. So I went to Modern Nails. The lady told me it would be 18 to fill and polish them. I said okay thats fine and half way through she says are you sure you dont want Gels? I asked how much it would be and she said 20. In my mind I thought I was only paying 20 dollars. I even said it out loud wow 2$ extra, thats great! Lets do it. At the end of the service she told me I owed them 38 dollars! My nails werent even completely polished, I have to go back to get them redone. The entire thing was ridiculous. She tricked me into thinking I was getting the service done for only 20 dollars. I will never go back.

If I could give a no star review I DEFINITELY would. Horrible service! I knew better not to come here because I am a licensed nail tech myself BUT i wanted to get a pedicure and their location was convenient because I was already here at the mall. First of all, ALL the implements are unsanitary and reused! I know because you could clearly see and tell that the buffer, file and pumice stone are wore down and used from a previous service!! The tech dipped all her tools in the already used water in my tub and then wrapped them in a clean towel and stored them away back in her tool box!! Second the pedicure itself was not worth any of my money, my polish job is horrible and she left hang nails and a chip in my toe nails from going against my nail with the file!!! My nails are all different shapes and THE FINAL straw was at check out when she told me my pedicure was $40 after we discussed I wanted the $32 pedicure! She was unaware that the tech doing my moms nails who was sitting next to me explained the pricing and told us that the $40 pedi was only if you had ordered wine which I had not wanted or asked for wine after she had offered it to me multiple times and every time I declined. I specially told her that I knew that I got the $32 pedi and she seemed to get annoyed with me and took the $32 that I handed her. I ALWAYS tip but after she tried to get over on me I did not tip her anything! I denied the pumice being used on my feet as well as the disposable tools. This place is disgusting for reusing DISPOSABLE tools ! Just because they use a plastic cover for the pedicure tubs doesn’t mean they’re clean !!Will not be coming back and WILL be calling state board !! I never take the time to write a review BUT this case definitely called for one because they are servicing the public with unsanitary tools !

Absolutely horrible. The nail tech was very rude and she was aggressively manipulating my hands and fingers. She did the glitter a yellow color rather than the gold and I asked her to change it. She immediately looked insulted and became very angry. She was angrily pulling my hands and fingers. After she changed the color I could still see the old yellow polish coming through. It looked very unprofessional. After TWO days my nails started chipping and I came back to get it fixed. They would fix the one nail for free but not the rest of them with the old polish coming through. I had a 1:30 appointment with the manager and Ive been waiting for 45 minutes. He said that the original nail tech who did my nails would fix it. I told him I didnt want her to fix them because of the way she was handling my fingers. He said I was being unreasonable. As the owner of a business, he would rather take a bad review and the business being reported than fixing my nails and making a customer happy. Im reporting this business for the emotional and physical abuse by the nail tech. So unprofessional and rude. All of their other reviews say the same thing.

If I could give this place a 0, I would!! Went there for my moms bday with my sister in laws. One of sister in laws polish peeled off by the next morning and my moms came off her toenails. I got gel polish and two of them peeled off the next day. Went back and the guy tells her that regular polish lasts 1 to 4 days...WHAT... but the gel polish is supposed to last longer. They went ahead and fixed the ones that came off. Went back home (I live out of state) and 2 more peeled off 2 days later. Didnt even take part of the nail with it as gel polish usually does when its not soaked off. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Go to Sunshine, she is the best, she is sweet and she will actually care. The bosses are there most of the time I’m pretty sure if there is a problem or if you are unhappy for a reason they will try to help.

I have been coming here for a long time. I like a quick pedicure sometimes or you can get the spa one. They are clean, professional, and do a good job. I have been to almost all of the salons here, and this is the best as far as Im concerned.

I got a full set of acrylics and not even two days later two of them literally break in half while doing the simplest of tasks such as washing dishes and picking up a mug of coffee. i gave a 20 dollar tip because they looked nice at first, but i wish i wouldnt of tipped a dime.

So disappointed that I didnt check these reviews first... The receptionist was rude. My manicure looks worse than something I could have done at home... I rarely do my nails, but a long awaited vacation is coming up so I grew them nice and long. Im only wearing my mani during 2 week vacation and removing for work after. Immediately the tech whips out clippers. I tell her no I want as long as possible. She then takes out the file and shapes them into rectangles when I wanted round, natural nails. I told her and she fixed, but the length I worked on growing is now halved. THEN she sets up her GEL polish when I had already told her twice before regular polish, since its coming off in a couple of weeks for work. She paints one hands quickly and sees me examining it. She asks if I like it and I say maybe itll look better after the second coat. It doesnt. Its sloppy and dried with creasing because of the thick layers she applied. I went here because I was pressed for time. Dont be like me... Do some planning and avoid wasting your money here...

I want to rate this place a zero! Fuming right now! I went to this nail salon in The Oaks Mall... Twice! Both times spending approximately $45-50, just for my gel nail polish to completely peel away after not even 24 hours! So this time I called and they said come in and we will fix it for free! So that is what I did. When I get there (minus 4 completely peeled away nails) #ratchet The owner looks at it and says $10 and well fix it for you! I said what!? He proceeds to tell me that its not their fault, its mine! So I kindly tell him sir, I dont do manual labor! Therefore, there is NO reason why these are peeling up! Not once, but two times in a row! He then says well the tech should have told you that it could peel if your real nail is soft...Im sorry, but I have spent enough $ here in the last two weeks to have this issue fixed without the push back from you! Quite honestly, you are conducting theeeeeee most unacceptable customer service right now. I am attempting to give your business a chance to rectify this without making a big scene! Obviously, you can care less about customer service or retaining business! And in this case you can be sure that I make it known that this place is money hungry and conducts the worse business ever!Owner: You dont have to do that. I can fix it for your for $10. DO NOT GO TO MODERN NAILS & DAY SPA!

Ive only ever had full sets done there, and both times were bad experiences. The first time they made my nails too long. So I mentioned this the next time I went in, and they proceeded to make them way too short. Like, you could try asking the customer what length they want exactly before clipping the nail. They also only give you a pretty narrow range of colors to choose from, and they make you pay (and tip) before your nails are even done. So I gave a 20% for a really crappy manicure. I dont know about anything else they do, but I definitely wont be going back for a full set. Not again.

I get my nails done regularly. I usually go to Nails First in the mall but I decided to try a new place. I walked in and told them I wanted a shallac manicure and they sat me down at a table. I had 6 nails with my previous shallac polish on so she began to wrap them. I asked the tech how much the service was going to cost me because there were no prices posted where I could see. She said $30 for manicure and $5 to remove polish. I said: really? I get my nails done all the time and they never charge to remove polish when you are paying for another service? Then the manager comes over tells me that this place charges $1 per nail to remove polish. I just didnt agree so I told them I changed my mind and did not want their services anymore. The tech rips the foil off my nails and tell me to wait. You pay! The foil was not on long enough to remove anything from my nails. The manager comes back over and tells me I owe him for his service because they used product and the tech time on me. I said I do not agree with this. I didnt get a service and I will not pay you $5 for absolutely nothing. He said: you pay or I call the cops. So he called the mall cops and created a big scene in front of people. I dont usually write reviews. I think people have bad days every now and then but this is absolutely crazy. If you are smart, dont go here. Go to Nails first where they treat you like a person not a dollar bill.

This place is overrated. Yes, it has new and fancy equipment but thats the only thing it has going. As far as quality and service, both suck! Gel nails never last 14 days as advertised and then they try to charge you again when you go to get a nail fixed that peels off after a day or two. Pedicures are rushed and dissatisfying. Theres always a wait yet only a small bench to accommodate two customers. I will not spend the next penny at this place, not even if I found it on the ground. Too bad you cant give 1/4 of a star.

Im EXTREMELY disappointed in my service here. I had a pedicure with a fill in. Ive had my nails done multiple times before so I know the process well. The lady that did my fill in did it in 5-10 mins.. from start to finish! The nail polish had bubbles in it and streaks. Less than 2 days and one of my nails broke of and I didnt know it. Same thing with another nail the next day. Now today I was drying my hands and my nail fell off! Im disgusted with how quickly she ran through the process. I never had the need to leave a review until now

I went here about 2 years ago and they burnt me with the hot stones and the lady is still working there. Tonight I decided to give it another try and I got white tips and the lady was hurting me so bad. Very messy. She ripped my skin trying to pry the acrylic off my skin and nail. I talked to the owner and he tried to fix it and I still wasnt happy and he STILL charged me full price and had no compassion . Ive never wrote a bad review in my life and dont complain unless its absolutely HORRIBLE. Ill never.go back!

I have been here multiple times but not recently. I went in because my usual nail place was closed for the night, I proceeded to get a fill on my acrylics and left with a butchered hand. Kim was my tech and she cut 8 of my fingers with the drill, left polish on multiple non nail areas and there was acrylic on my thumb outside of the nail area. Who ever you get DO NOT LET KIM TOUCH YOU! I complained to the reception and she called her boss and they gave me 30% off although I feel like I should not of paid at all but it took my service from $23 to $16. The next day I hit my thumb against a drawer which I have done before with nothing happening but due to the way she laid the acrylic the whole corner of my thumb nail broke off and you can also see/feel divots where she laid the acrylic for the fill.

I got my nails done there one Saturday. Not even a whole week later my nails turned brown. I spoke to the front desk girl Heather about it and she asks me if I smoke. I told her occasionally. But from the time I got my nails done up to that day I went back in I had smoked only one time. She says thats why my nails turned brown. I dont see how smoking 1 time could do something like this. As Im standing waiting on the owner to come and talk to me about my nails we made eye contact twice and he never even tried to come see what the issue was. I asked her what do you think hell do or say to me about this matter and she told me I was gonna have to pay for a whole new set. This has never happened to me before even smoking numerous times. I got tired of waiting and I just decided that I wouldnt spend my hard earned money on trash nails that dont have the quality that I PAID FOR. I spent 80 dollars in that place including a tip for the nail tech and they werent trying to fix a problem they made. Sorry Modern Nails of Gainesvilles Oaks Mall but never again ! You lost a customer and if you continue to treat them like that youll loose more .

I got fake nails put on and they had very little colours to choose from and i was with my friend and she asked for one colour and the lady doing her nails was rolling her eyes and would start laughing with another worker in front of her. on my nails she didn’t clean up the acrylic and didn’t get the whole nail painted

I got my nails done on a Friday afternoon and 3 of them had chipped in less than 18 hours. They were acrylic tips with gel on top. When I went to get them fixed not even 36 hours after originally getting them done they accused me of having broken them in order to receive a free service, and then made me pay to have them fixed. That is ridiculous. Every other nail salon I have been to has owned up to their mistakes and has fixed mistakes free of charge. I spent 110 including the tip on the original service. And to top it off, you are able to tell which 3 nails were chipped because the fixed nails do not match the rest of the set. I will never be going here again.

Me and my friend went here to get full sets and rushed through the whole thing, her acrylic came out way too thick and sloppy and they cut hers shorter than she wanted. In addition to that they also slapped on a ton of polish so looked super sloppy and took forever to dry. Myne were so wet I actindentally touched the table lightly when putting my hands down and it messed up the polish on 2 of my nails, when I showed her he got a huge attitude and did not want to fix it, she just slapped some more top coat on top and was done with me. Definitely were in a rush and careless. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

Horrible service, went to get my nails and toes done and while getting my nails done technician had my toes drying as well. As I was done she told me my toes were dry. I put on my socks and shoes to dry and left. Got home and took shoes off and notice polished messed up because they were not dry! Called them back (got hung up on the first time, so I called back) and the man I spoke with said “We would never tell you your toes were not dry.” He was so rude. Never going back.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Went there to get my eyebrows waxed. I have naturally thick eyebrows and the lady asked if I wanted them a little bit thinner I told her no twice to only clean up. She proceeds to do my eyebrows and when she shows me them I have thin eyebrows and one is thinner than the other. It also was a lot longer than the other as if she left hairs and didnt fully clean it up. The girl at the front was nice enough to apologize and the manager did not even stop what he was doing to look at my eyebrows. All he told the receptionist was give her 20% off. Its not like nails where you can do them over you literally have to wait weeks for the hair to grow back so again dont waste your time!

STAY CLEAR!! Only rating 1 Star simply because 0 is not an option! I had my nails done many places over the last 15 years. This was the absolute WORSE! The guy seemed to be rushing the entire time. Acrylic wasnt even completely covering the edge of the nails in some spots and was VERY uneven. Not even 1/2 hour after leaving, I lifted my 6mth old son out of the stroller to put him in the car seat and my thumb nail broke in half. I also noticed while walking back that my other thumb had hardly any acrylic on it and I could bend it very easily - so I knew that one wasnt going to last. I went in and he rushed to fix both and sent me on my way. It has now been 4 days since I got them done. I had 2 more crack, and 3 completely pop off. I called them and was told not our problem. Your problem. You pay to fix. SCREW THAT!! When I spend almost $40 to get my nails done - I expect them to last at least 2 weeks.. these didnt even make it 24 hours. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

DO NOT GO HERE I would give this place 0 stars..... I went in for a pedicure on a Sunday night. The technician, Kim, was in a rush it seemed. She painted my toes with the wrong color, and gave me a friction burn with the metal file on my skin. Then the next morning my foot hurt really bad and was swollen. I went to an E.R. where it was determined it was an infection. I had to have X-Rays and be put on an antibiotic.

Spent $40 for something I could do better. The lady was in such a rush I didnt get a hand or foot massage and she did a terrible job painting my nails the tips are white and the cuticles have nail polish on them. Not spending my money on them

Never ever going back! I came in for mani/pedi. The first nail polish I selected was not anywhere near the color that was on the color palate. After trying to fix it to make it shiny, the lady doing my pedicure was nice enough to redo them in a different color, but the removal process was horrifying! After getting my manicure, I look down at my feet only to see BLOOD all over my big toe! She took a chunk out of my skin at some point. No refund or lower price for service was offered, even when I notified the man at the checkout who asked how my service was. Why are you going to ask how my service was, have me explain what happened, and then just say, Oh, want me to wipe it off for you? No thank you sir, we already wiped it off. I want to pay my money and run far far away from here!

Overall good experience but I was unable to get my regular person. The young lady was not gentle. It hurt getting the artificial nails off.

Actually terrible. I got a full set and asked if she could do the almond shape and it was like an extra 20 bucks just to shape it! My full set literally didnt last two days, my index fingers broke and my nails look so bad, i have never had such a crappy nail salon experience, would rather drive the 2 hours back to my home town then go here ever again.

I got a nail infection after getting a manicure from here. It was painful and horrendous to look at. When I told them about it they owner disclaimed me ever receiving their service! Please dont waste your money and time.

Why did I waist my time going there after even reading the reviews but it was close by and my daughter needed a quick fill in on her nails. We went in on a Tuesday evening and Thursday she had tape around her finger telling me her nail had came up. I work two jobs so we got back to the mall Saturday I explained to the tech what happened with my receipt on the day and time of transaction. I can tell by the looks and the different language that was talking it was gone be some bs! He gave me a ticket for 3 bucks to fix the nail Im like wow! Her nail was lifting up within 3 days and you would charge me to fix 1 nail I already spent 25 on a fillin had to waist my time and gas and you would charge me 3 bucks to fix the horrible job you did plus we left a tip. Terrible customer service the tech said they were trying to save me money by not gluing down here one nail before they filled it. That was my first and last experience there. Place I got is the best and if I mess up a nail its no charge bad business keep those three dollars and your crappy nails bad customer service and rude employees no lost first and last time going there!

Seriously the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. I went in for a pedicure at 11 am and my pedicure was finished by 11:10 am. I could understand the rush if they were super busy, but I was one of the few people in there and no one was waiting. Will not be going back.

WARNING ⚠️ long post : so i go into Modern Nails Salon and Day Spa at tThe Oaks Mall. i tell them i want a pink and white fill. she proceeds to tell me it would be $40. i said ok. she looks at my nails and says “we dont have that dark pink”. i said thats fine , will it look bad with the pink that you guys have ? she says that she can blend it. i said ok. before she begins , i tell her “never mind”. ill just get the REGULAR acrylic to fill in and not to the pink and white. she rudely does my nails , i ask her to clean up around my nails and she doesnt. anywho , so mind you , i tell her i want REGULAR ACRYLIC and she does just that. so i go and sit to dry and look at the ticket and notices she charges me $40 for a pink and white fill. so i call the receptionist to me and ask how much a fill is and she says $16 so i ask why was i charged $40. she tells me to talk to the tech who did my nails. so i go back to her and ask her the same thing and she says because she had to “fix the pink acrylic”. wrong ! my old pink acrylic is STILL on my nails , all she did was a fill with REGULAR acrylic. anywho , so at this point we’re debating and she yells “call the police she doesnt want to pay”. mind you , im sitting in the chair talking to her because shes supposed to be cleaning up the leftover black polish. so i sit and wait for security to come as my nails dry. i ask for the manager but the receptionist says “hes not available” and gives me his number. long story short , security comes they agree w me but its not in their job description to make the company change their ways of thinking and charging. so at this point they instruct me to call GPD. GPD arrives and they also agree with me but again , its a civil matter and not a criminal matter so its nothing they can do. so i end up paying the $52 for a basic fill and toe polish which was supposed to be a total of $28. i will NEVER go back to them. was i wrong ? someone PLEASE fill me in.

You people are horrible and should be kicked out of the oaks Mall. Nothing but bad service and bad work. You people should feel ashamed of yourselves. If you cant do simple work than you shouldnt be doing nails or anything.

I absolutely love this place. Im very picky when it comes to how my nails look and they exceed my expectations.

The one with the braces basically tried to hustle me. The last straw was when she cut my skin. All with a smile. Never again.

Modern Nails is the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been in. Poor service and my nails look terrible. Never again will I WASTE my money at this establishment. Save your money people. Do not go here !

Horrible service! Tried to overcharge me for simple cut down and fill, they are very unprofessional and will try to get over on you! If you do choose to use their services, PAY ATTENTION TO MENU PRICES because they will try to get over on you!

I will never return to this salon again. I went once and has 3 nails break off from just picking my dog up the next day. I went back and they charged me for a repair. I recently went to get a pedicure and a fill. After soaking my feet for 15 min. I watched as people that came in after me started getting their pedicures done. I asked the receptionist if I could not get the pedicure as I had a friend with me getting a fill and she was almost done! I asked to get a fill in and my eyebrows. After waiting another 10 minutes with my friend a lady that came in after me was seated at the eyebrow station! My friend asked why I was not taken up there and they explained because they wanted people that could do both. The lady that did eyebrows and a fill just finished the same services for my friend. After that the owner asked me to sign in again. I asked him if I would have to wait after all the people that came after me, he said yes so I left.

The guy who did my toes did a great job. But every single person working was unfriendly. And the person at the desk had to basically beg them to do work as more customers walked in.

Good place to go for pedis with friends. You can usually get chairs next to each other. Very friendly staff.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had to endure. To begin with the male nail tech that the front reception set up for me does not know how to do a pedicure, he was more worried about what was going on outside in the mall than doing a proper pedicure that I pay for. He neglected to treat my cuticles or do anything else properly with the procedure that you would expect to receive. After three attempts of him trying to paint my toe nails that he could not remotely paint on a 3 year old child would have been the same attempt he had put a brand new pair of Gianni bini sandals I had just purchased for $70 while he doing this and ruined them with acetone from taking the paint on and off. I was so upset I was trying to leave and the receptionist from the front counter forced another tech on me and would not let me get out of the chair. I asked for the manager and a young man came out and asked what was wrong and I told him after the male tech could not do a pedicure her ruined my sandals. He walked off and when I went up front to check out he told me for me to produce a receipt and he would make the male tech pay for my sandals and I said I didnt want to make the man pay. He said like I said show us a reciept and I told him all I had to do was go down to Dillards and go to customer service and give them my card that I purchased them with and they would give a receipt. The young manager instructed the receptionist to give me the cash out of the cash drawer. I said thank you and all was resolved. After I was 500 ft out of the store the receptionist came running and screaming saying I needed to pay for the pedicure that I did not get putting you feet in water does not qualify as a pedicure. I looked at her and said are you serious! Not you or the manger ask for any money while I was at the counter and now that Im out of the store you want to make a scene and try to act like Im stealing. I was so upset and my husband came from work to meet me because mall security was called and security told them the service was not received and they were not talking me to pay. I told them I would pay for the nail polish but they shouldnt expect for me to pay for anything after what all I had to go through from coming into their salon. My husband, daughter, mall security and the gpd. And also and told them I was not responsible for a service that I did not receive properly and they insisted if I did not pay the full amount that they were filling out a police report for petty theft and I was have an arrest warrant because it was their word against mine! My husband paid for the pedicure to make even a longer story short and I have never been so mistreated or humiliated because of this business! All they care about is coming to America to take advantage of anyone they can and it was my fault because I entered the establishment so thats why I wrote this to warn everyone if you dont want to have to grow through such an ordeal for just a pedicure that wa suppose to be relaxing and enjoyable for you!

Worst service ever! If they do something you dont like, theyll make you pay again for nail polish change. Manager is super rude!

Horrible place first empression was bad false advertisement on closing hrs not suppose to close till 9:00 but close at 8:00 refused to take my daughter never will go back again & customer service was unacceptable as well!!

Polish lasted over a month with no chips but the massage was no good on pedicure

They are inconsistent, came in to get my nails cut down. The assistant said $2, then the nail technician said $5, then they came back with $10. No one knows the price.... it is not listed.... will NOT BE BACK!!!!!!!!!! I would give this place a ZERO if they had one.

My Experience was horrible. The nail tech put a fake nail with smoothing out nail,And when I told her they didn’t look right she caught a attitude. I told the owner what happened and said “well soak them off”
