Ken did this wonderful set today! I’ve been coming here 2 years, most of the time they are on point! I love this place!

I started going to this place a few months ago. I am new to having an actual ongoing nail routine. This place has been so helpful with teaching me what to ask for and the difference between SNS, acrylic, and so on. Yessy was so kind and patient and helped me get the exact design I wanted. Everyone who works at this place is very nice. I feel very happy to have found this place!

They did a wonderful job on my nails. The pedicure was also delightful. Highly recommended

Was out of town on business and found this place with decent reviews. They have safety precautions in place with temp checks, masking and dividers. I got a great pedicure, lots of colors to choose from, and great massage! It was obvious that there were many regular customers visiting there which is always nice to see.

Arlene, who did my SNS nails absolutely refused to listen to me, despite my telling her what I wanted repeatedly. Will never go back!

The service was okay. The lady kept answering the phone and getting up and walking away while doing my nails. The paint is beautiful, but I paid $30 for my nails to break the day of. The corner of my nail broke and the gel polish peeled off the day I got them done. The gel polish is supposed to be strong hold and chip free, but yet my nails still broke and the paint peeled off.

I went there they took people that came after me i felt discriminated because of my skin color. Dont waste your time all they care about is your money. worst place .

Worst experience ever!!! Paid $40 for a gel fill in!!! Might as well got a whole new set!!! The lady that done them must be the owner cause she was answering phone and would get up and take care of other customers while trying to do my nails! Had to tell her 3 times that some of my nails were uneven and she still made a mess out of nails! Within 2 days my polish started coming off too!!!! Will be finding another place to go to! I will never go to this place again!!! Oh yeah also I have glitter in the clear part of my gel nails and did get any glitter polish!!!

Had my daughters nails done here and they didn’t do a good job felt like she was in a rush doing her nails. Won’t be going here.

My mother, daughter, and I have been going here for years. Always a good experience. I have tried other salons but prefer this one. Its always clean and everyone is friendly.

There is no place like Paris! Ann, the owner, only hires good technicians and cleanliness is of the utmost importance. I have been going to Paris for close to 9 years and would never go anywhere else!!

I stopped going here after 10 years when it was sold. Decided to give it another try a few months ago still unimpressed. Tried it again this past weekend and found Lynn! She was perfect and did a fantastic job. Will be back only if shes available!

So happy I gave this place a try. Since moving to Gainesville I still had not found a nail salon I really liked. When I came in they were crazy busy, way busier than the 3 other salons in Gainesville that I went to first which all said the were booked up. They told me for SNS they could see me right away. While I ended up waiting 20 minutes it was well worth it. My Technician Amy did a fantastic job, I am very picky about the shape and style of my nails and she was the most meticulous technician I have ever had. I will continue to come back and see her. The other staff were also friendly and helpful. I’m so happy I finally found a great salon near my house.

Lady was being so rude by the first time that I noticed was when she yanked my hand . I felt like she was doing this on purpose because then when she would work on one nail she would burn my whole finger like dang. Then it seemed like she was being greedy with the acrylic , she left like a layer so it could easily break off and that’s exactly what happened that day. It was bugging me that as soon as she started filing them they kept breaking off . I hated the service everything was just horrible . I do not recommend.

Been going to this salon for almost 2 years now. Love it every time! The pedicure comes 2 scrubs, a lotion massage, an oil massage, and a hot towel! For $25, that’s not bad. They take their time and place is decently clean. I will make the drive to come here every time!

This place is taking every precaution to keep customers safe. They make you wear a mask and wash your hands as soon as come in. They have barriers up everywhere and fully clean between each person. The girl who did my pedi and SNS did a great job! Definitely going back as long as I can get her to do my nails.

I’ve been to the salon several times they do rather nice nails how ever they treat people of color different every time I have went with myself or my daughters I have felt completely uncomfortable every time on my last visit there I was getting some nails taken off she literally put my hand in a bowl of hot steaming acetone I feel like that was hateful and evil I will never go there again You would think that she would know better considering she was the manager shame on her

Made an appointment for my daughter and I, it was supposed to be a special girls day for us before the beach. They called ya back when we got there and sat us in pedicure chairs, never started the water or anything we just sat. They were an hour late starting my nails and an hour and a half late starting my daughters, then half way did our pedicure (especially my daughter which I guess they thought they could get away with it since she was little) the next day her gel nails came off in a sheet, and then 3 of my nails broke grocery shopping 3 days later after paying almost 140$ for the two of us. This was my worst experience.

They r a very friendly staff and Ive always enjoyed how they have done my nails over the years. This is my go to place and will continue to keep going back

Pedicure was good. The manicure however, I got cut by the nail filer on my pinky. They did not remove the nail polish on my hands that was taken off with the cotton ball. And no price deduction for getting cut.

I used to love this place when it first opened. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Poor service and please BUYER BEWARE. My daughter took me to get my hands and toe nails painted. No pedicure and they charged my baby $50.00 never again. I told the lady specifically I dont want a pedicure .

Susan is my go-to nail tech💕 she always makes sure I’m 100% satisfied with whatever I get done. I moved to a different county, and make the trip to get my nails done here. 10/10 would recommend

I dont get my nails done often and Im not familiar with the lingo. However, I do know how to describe what I want because I have a certain look I want for my nails. The tech next to mine said you dont want long nails...it will be the same cost. I said no thank. I need my nails to be short for typing and etc. The the manger walks up and he is extremely rude. He laughed in my face about how I described what I wanted. I will NEVER go there again. I see they have a pattern for not like black women. Dont waste your hard earned money there. I still tipped the nail tech $5 because he did what I wanted, but that will be the last of my money they receive.

Like many others have experienced, this nail salon has terrible customer service. In fact they are very unfair and racist! They would have Americans go in front of Hispanics, African Americans, etc. In addition they would chase after Americans who walk out and get them attended right away when they came back in. Also I would see other clients of different races walk out and not get chased out.... I have nothing against any gender I love all and believe we are all equal, but apparently they did not and it was extremely rude in my opinion.

I use to have great experiences with this nail salon but this is the 2nd time I have gotten a nail tech that just didn’t want to do their job. I get fairly simple nail art. Last time it was just one glitter nail all matte top coat and the lady just kept acting like she forgot that I wanted that and was trying to do one color and then gloss top coat after many times I reminded her. This time I was getting all glitter and one solid nail with a matte coat. Again the same issue and every time I mentioned that I wanted a jewel on the matte nail she would totally ignore me. She then made a huge scene and brought everyone else who worked there because I asked for one little jewel on my nail. I was so embarrassed that I asked her to just take it off and I paid and left. no one offered to fix her mistake

It was my birthday gift from my youngest daughter good job dont like pedicure done at the same time would like to enjoy the experience didnt get the back massage I like from the chair

I was initially here for a gel pedicure and manicure. After my experience with the pedicure, I decided against the manicure. Poor demeanors!First and last time here, just so everyone knows I am apart of the cosmetology industry for 2 decades, stylist, master educator, and state board educator. Poor customer service (Cindy) did not greet me before she started to service me. Poor sanitation (a lot of double dipping. All employees here needs to be very mindful because you never know who will walk into your place of business!

They need to reconsider the prices I used to love it here but now it’s getting ridiculous

Best nail salon I have found in this area. For some reason there are so many nail salons in Gainesville, but this one is by far the best. They are always busy so I highly recommend getting an appointment first. Other than that, Ive never had someone be rude to me or do a poor job on my nails. They never break and no matter how busy they are, they take their time and do a good job.

Ive been coming here pretty regularly. Theres always some issue. I came today, and was told to come back in an hour. Upon my return, I waited an additional hour. I dont mind waiting...but another woman entered, and was immediately seated for service. I will NEVER return. 🤷

Got my nails done at this place and they did an amazing job. people are very nice, helpful and did my nails very thin and not bulky. Will definitely be going back

I’m a regular customer, I get my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks. I have let a lot of things slide with this place because I used to love how my nails would come out. But not even a week has passed by since I last went to go get them refilled and two of sns nails are already chipping. I will have to find somewhere new to get my nails done😔 and btw the wait time is outrageous and customer service is not their best quality either.

I fell and broke a nail off. Came in to get it fixed. It took 3 of them to even find the color, EVEN though I took a picture of it. Then the lady was so ill she had to fix the nail she CUT ME. Then left a bump on my nail when i pointed it out she said if i didn’t like it i could have someone else do. They were BEYOND rude. I will absolutely not be returning to this poor service.

I went with a friend and got a pedicure for $45 A minute massage , nail polish all on my sides of my cuticles on the toes they weren’t even going to use the metal scraper for the calluses on my feet until I told them

Literally the worst experience I have ever experienced. I came to get my nails painted for prom and the lady did not even paint my entire nail. She got done within 5 minutes and then after we told her she didnt paint my whole nail she only tried to fix my thumb. In the process of doing that she did not paint my thumb the same color as the rest. After I told the lady to remove the nail Polish she became very rude to me. The only time the lady was nice was when she thought she was going to get a tip.

My wife goes here. She always feels better and seems a little happier after having her nails and toenails done.Ask for Hannah

Horrible customer service!Called to see if they could do holographic nails, said Yes. Got there showed them a picture of what I was talking about, said Yes.Very rude since beginning. While getting attitude and but in from a guy (thinking manager but not sure).She does the accent nail holographic but was nothing like that at all, more of a faint pearl.Extremely rough! I have small cuts and red raw like marks around my nails. She never let me check my nails for the right length I wanted. She just kept rushing through everything so at the end when I finally got to look at them, there was so many things wrong. Length, shape, polish, crooked.I went on to ask her to fix these problems, all she kept saying was I do your nails for 2 hours! I do your nails for 2 hours! How is that my fault?I do not recommend this place unless you are looking for a quickie.

Worst place ever. Not fair with customers. I was waiting for Quite a while for my service and they would pass others before me that came in after of course.. Which were also getting the same service. Keep in mind it also wasnt a busy day.Idk what it is, if its racism or they think the others will leave better tips whos knows but I wasnt gonna keep sitting there wasting my time.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in this nail salon!! Ive been going there as a regular for 3 years. Ive had a few issues here and there, but today takes the cake!! I called for an appointment last night and they told me my normal nail lady was on vacation. I told the lady that was fine but please give me to someone who does a good job. I get there today, with an appointment, they said they had called me all day. I didnt have one missed call from anyone. They told me my normal nail lady left because she was sick. Hmmmmm... last night she was on vacation and today shes sick... one might wonder. Needless to say, they cancelled my appointment without notification and when I called the lady out on what she had told me last night and what she had told me today, she was shocked because she knew what she had done. She walked away! I NEVER expected that!!! I would NOT recommend them!!! They do make you wait 30 mins sometimes even when you have appointments as well!!!

I am only giving 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review. .....this is the WORST salon to go to!!The wait is UNBELIEVABLE, the prices are whatever they want them to be because nothing is posted. The staff for the most part is very rude. I was using my husbands debit card when paying and the owner flipped out and called the Gainesville Police Dept. I was so embarrassed and explained that I was on the account, but it was new and my debit card had not arrived. The owner did not care, so we waited for the Police. The officer came (very nice), he contacted the bank and my husband. Both told the officer that I was an account holder, authorized user of any acct with his name on it, and I was his power of attorney. The officer turned to the owner and the customers, and let them no that no crime had been committed. He told the owner that if he wanted to get paid, that he should take the money from that card otherwise, I was free to go. He did finally take the card after still arguing with the officer. Well, 2 1/2 hrs later I finally get to leave with a terrible nail job. I have since then told over 100 people about their terrible experience , 27 of them use to go there. It will be my life goal to tell everyone what happened to me that day.

I came here because my regular nail technician quit at another salon. The first time I came was great and Arelene was great. The second time, I had an appointment and my appointment was not honored. Another time I came, I simply came for my regular nails to be painted with acrylic. I had an accident so I couldn’t sit in the chair for a long time and the nail technician started speaking poorly about me in Vietnamese and was extremely rude. I also came for another appointment and had to wait AGAIN! Like, I just don’t understand how an establishment can have such awful customer service. There is blatant racism with how they treat black women and it’s ridiculous. I have to find a new salon....again.

The SNS nails that I get at other places never chip or break. I keep them on for 3-4 weeks until my nails grow out, and then I go get them done again. I came to Paris nails for the first time. The guy that did my nails buffed them down so thin, that the color was thin looking. After only 1 week, two nails had already started chipping off. I went in & got those 2 nails fixed free of charge. After only 2 days, 1 of the new ones are chipping already and 2 more of the old ones have cracks in them, but have not yet chipped off. I wont be going back to this nail salon.

Within 3 days of having SNS nails done here I had to return twice due to cracked nails. There were 3 other ppl at tables beside me having nails repaired also. My usual nail salon does SNS & they last at least 2-3 weeks without breaking. Thought I would try somewhere new. Mistake. I won’t return here.

Today I rate this llave 2 stars. It took 2 hours for my pedicure to get completed. The lady made me sit in the spa shair for almost abour half an hour and when she finally got to me she rushed through my royal signature pedicure. No drink was offered as everyone else was. Usually they do your manicure while they are doing your pedicure. That wasnt done this time. Dont think Ill be coming back.

Arrived to salon at 11:15 and I was the only customer waiting. 11:30 I asked what appeared to the owner / manager how much longer it would be he said 5 mins. I said okay but any longer and I have to leave. I was sat in a chair at 11:35 only to have the technician leave me to talk to other clients waiting and proceeded to check out customers. So at 11:40 I walked out of the salon. They have NO time management skills or sense of urgency. If you have nothing else to do with your day but get your nails done fine go here. I was very clear from the moment I walked in that I only had so long to get a pedicure and they made no effort to meet my needs.

They are so rude and do a terrible job.

So i come in at 10 AM !!!! We wait like 40 min. We (sister in law and I) finally get called. The owner ends up doing mine and sister in law waits 30 more minutes. Then sister in law gets moved around 3 times! The owner then keeps leaving Every 5-10 minutes! Which i was getting very annoyed abt , she was so distracted that she kept forgetting what nail she left on ! I left the nail salon at 1:40 PM !!!!!! I was there 3+ hours! They need to get organized and maybe hire a receptionist to answer their calls, receive their payments and gift cards. If i return i will go with an appointment and make sure i dont get the owners! I never leave reviews but this experience was horrible!

Absolutely do not go here unless you want to get an infection in your toe... The women had kept cutting into my toenail even when I told her to stop and yet I walked out with a sore toe next morning my entire big toe was swollen and red with a bunch of puss in it and I couldnt even put my shoe on.. It was like this for at least a week and a half even with me applying antibiotics and bandages along with peroxide... Terrible terrible experience and pain worst $40 Ive ever spent in my life.

I get my toes and my eyebrows done here and they always do a good job!

Came in for 2 Mani/pedi. Left 3 hours later 1 Mani complete 1 pedi complete 1 pedi partially done. Missed two other appointments even tho we told them when we got there we had the appts and we were told we had enough time. I was told to come back and they would paint my toes for free. I got almost half a pedicure and had to pay full price. I thought they would have reduced the price at least a few dollars but, no. I have better things to do than spend 3 hours on coming back to get my nails painted. Watched a probably 7 yr old girl get her nails painted for 2.5 hrs.

My pedicure was great and great service, however I then was seated in a chair for about 30 mins, then the owner comes over and starts my nails...keep in mind i got to the salon at 11:55AM it is now 3:30...my husbands calls to see if i am finished and In my personal phone call tell him no im still here. The man doing my nails then proceeds to tell me that he does not have enough people to do the work. At this point im tired and I came to get my nails done and relax and he is still talking about that he cant help that they have slow service...which again I was not interested in at all...a few mins later my husband comes in and i turn my head to look at my husband and the man told me I need to turn around or i will mess up my nails in a tone...he was just taking off the nails not putting on polish. He continued with his condescending tone and still talking about his business...at this point i said enough... i left and went to checkout with my nails not done at all... he then follows me and still talking and my husband comes over as well because this man is completely out of line. The owner of this business is highly unprofessional and rude. He was also rude to my husband. The ladies were trying to tell the owner to go away from the desk. They said we did not have to pay since he was so rude. I paid the wonderful lady that did my pedicure, she was very nice. She apologized for his rude actions. I should have read the reviews before I selected this nail salon. I agree with the other review on here about poor time management skills and Ill add lack of professionalism to this list for this business. Save yourself frustration and go somewhere else where there are positive attitudes and great service. I would not recommend this salon to any of my friends or family.
