The service was fast and very timely. Professional. But two of my nails have broken and it’s only been a week. I’ve had SNS nails before, but I’ve never had them crack or break like this.Would not recommend.

Not pleased with my powder nail polish manicure. They filed my nails square without asking and that is not my preferred shape. They didnt sand the color down after painting to soothe the nail. The edges are sloppy and they did nothing to help with my cuticles.My pedicure was alright, nothing I would come back for.If my requested services are about $50 and an hour of all our time, I appreciate a bit more attention to detail.

I went there because my nail tech is out with covid. I told them she does hard gel and it cannot be soaked off in acetone and has to be filed. He did not listen! He soaked my nails 3 times!! I sat there for over an hour while he did another girls SNS set— when I got there 10-15 minutes before her! He clearly did not care about my business, and if he didn’t know what to do then he should have told me so instead of wasting my time! Incompetent is an understatement.

My friend and I went a couple days ago to get pedicures for the first time here. The service was whatever, they don’t really say anything to you so it’s not magnificent. The person who did my toes, i kept telling them that the water was too hot and they wouldn’t listen, finally they listened and then the water was too cold. They were very rough with my feet, especially when using the sugar scrub on my legs, it really irritated them with how much pressure they were rubbing them. Just a day later, I realized some pain on my toe but I ignored it. Now I have a full on ingrown toe nail due to how rough they were. I have to go get that removed now, and it’s upsetting bc it’s summer and i won’t be able to wear flip flops. This is a no from me, i’ll stick with my locals instead of trying places...

I am a little OCD about how my nails are done, and visited this salon for the first time today. Annie was my manicurist and she was wonderful. She was pretty speedy, but at the same time listened to how I liked my nails done, and did just that! Prices are great - I will definitely be returning to this nail salon!

I love these people. They always remember my name and what I like. Detail is so important. A lot of times when I get acrylics some of them are not straight but with them they make sure they are perfect

Absolutely the worst nail place I have ever been to. I never leave horrible comments for anything but this was ridiculous. I came in to get a manicure. I do not know the name of the lady that did them but not only are my nails crooked, she cut me several times in several places causing me to bleed. She has to restart several times bc she was rushing through it. They are very nice people they just don’t know what they are doing. I was planning out giving her no tip, but I just couldn’t do that. She was worth 0 but I did give her $6. Really don’t know why I even gave that.

I have been going here for years. Great prices, they really pay attention to detail! The pedicures are priced well and include way more than some other places. I prefer this salon hands down to others.

Worst nail salon experience ever. Went to just have nails removed and trimmed and sat there waiting for 45 minutes after the woman started working on them because she went back to start somebody else’s and their kids. Save your time and money and find ANY other salon because i guarantee it would be better than this one

Annie is always great! My nails are always good and last me a month at a time if need be. She is always sweet and is not in a hurry to get done.

They do such a great job especially if u need the bottom of your feet softener

My nails were done okay. Chipped the next day and not smoothed out properly. A nail shop that is dead all the time, something is wrong. Women will frequent a nail shop and keep it busy no matter what time of the day.

What I asked for and what I received are two different things. I always do pink and white gel (sometimes I ask for color over the gel). When I visited the last time - I asked for a fill-in and red polish as well as a pedicure. I am a student at UNG - so time is always an issue. I did not have time to correct the issue once it was apparent - the girl was removing all the gel - and only giving me a polish. This was last week. Already - my nails are broken - and the color has chipped away. They didnt even recognize that I asked for a pedicure as well. The girl who did my nails didnt understand my instructions. For example - please shape oval. I was not happy and reluctantly paid for the service. Working full time and going to school do not allow for extra time with luxuries - so I will not WASTE my time going back to this salon.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! EXCELLENT IN ALL ASPECTS!! GREAT NAILS CAN DO ANYTHING SNS TOO!!! Tina even does ombre!!!!! I have been missing out not knowing about this place. Easy to communicate with and they give you exactly what you want!!! Pedicures are incredible! Love love love them!!!!

If i could give 0 stars i would! Worst nail place i have ever gone to. Rude workers and they did a terrible job on my nails. Got acrylics and told the lady that i didn’t like them because she had left way too much acrylic all around and they weren’t even at all and she goes “hahaha sorry” and charges me full price. Got my toes done as well and they forgot to put top coat on my a few of my toes. again charged me full price for a terrible job. i told them to fix things and they did the bare minimum and not even the right way. don’t reccomend at all.

No care for the customer its all about money. Ive taken my wife, cousin and daughter on 3 separate occasions & for 1, they designs were off, my daughters nails on 2 fingers chipped off and caused her pain. (She was running her fingers through her hair when the first one popped off smh🤦🏿‍♂️) & my wifes nails became very painful after 1 week. Never again.

They are very friendly but the place is dirty and the equipment is old. I do SNS and have complained numerous times that the nails are too thin. They keep breaking. I have experienced the straw that broke my back. This last break, after I told her I was going on vacation and to please make sure shes doing a good job, was the last one. I wont go back.

Use tools without cleaning waited an hour with my feet water and Would never go back even paid for very poor service

The staff seemed nice, but the salon is dirty. Probably the worst (and fastest) pedicure Ive ever had. Wont be back.

First time I went to this place was a couple of years back, I was not satisfied. Second time I went I wasn’t really wanting to go there but it was 4days before Easter and decide to give it another chance. I asked for a mani and pedi and also eyebrow. They did more massaging on my legs than they did the pedi thing. Then I get my mani and I asked for “coffin” and got something else also the lady cut my nails all wrong and when I told her about it her response was “is ok” 😑. She didn’t even mention the eyebrow wax and thank God she didn’t because I probably would of walked out eyebrowless. I still tipped her although I did not like the job she did. And to make things worse 4 nails broke before Easter🤬 I was mad! I returned Monday to let them know and she made it seem like it was my fault that they broke, Ana’s they broke AGAIN!! ... I DO NOT recommend this place at all !
