GNV! Lovely nails…. Should be re named wonky nails, IF your looking for a pedicure this is the spot, but unfortunately they FAIL in the SET DEPT. The costumer service is poor, to improve the quality of the work. They shouldn’t be such a**holes to the loyal customers whomever however long, I will not use this service for a day and A whole year!

The lady who did my nails was very nice and sweet! HOWEVER she did a horrible job on my nails. For one she rushed through them as if the world was ending. It HASNT been a whole week yet and my nails are already lifting because she put the acrylic on top of my cuticle instead of of the nail. 7 out of ten are lifting. NEVER ever will I go back there .

First asked for ombré and he didn’t know how to do it so I just asked for white tips. I asked him to take one off since it was very crooked and still is but not as bad. I went home and had to shape them and take the polish off to redo. 2 stars cause it’s not terrible but I had to go home and fix them and could’ve done better. Just thought I’d treat myself and instead wasted money.

I was pleasantly surprised during my visit. I decided, on a whim, that I wanted a manicure and just randomly looked up the salons around my area. I called and was advised that I could be seen as a walk in. The salon was clean with plexiglass dividers between each station. My manicurist paid great attention to detail and making sure my nails looked amazing. The price was the standard price for a manicure, but I felt like I got more time and attention than typical at other salons I have been to. It may have been happenstance that led me to Lovely Nails, but I will use them again without hesitation the next time I need a manicure or pedicure.

Everytime I come I have a great experience everyone is nice and curtious. Only problem is the women take there time and make sure your well taking care of as far as your service and the one male hes good at times I just think he rushes on his work and a week later you have to return with the ladies its every two weeks.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable! Took extra care and time with each service!! Very reasonable prices for exceptional service. Will definitely be going back!

I went and got a gel manicure & within 2 days one nail completely broke and another cracked. I went back to have them fixed, as I have never had any nails break let alone that quickly. The managers were very rude and dismissive, basically tried to say it was my fault. They poorly cut my my nails down, since one was now shorter than the others. My nails are all uneven and rigged because he only took a second to file them down. They made me feel uncomfortable and like it was an inconvenience because they had to fix my nails after they did a poor job in the first place. I would not recommend them at all and think there service has gone down the drain.

We always enjoy a relaxing experience at this establishment and our toes always look great afterwards! Hands down the worst nails Ive ever gotten done. I went in for a gel manicure. The first color was not even close to the sample, so we started over. The next color was also not great, but I just dealt with it. My nails wete not trimmed properly, I had uneven/ jagged nails, and the gel started peeling off within 2 days! I had done nothing out of the ordinary with my hands that would have caused this and gel normally lasts me two weeks or more. They looked like a kid painted them too!

My first time there was very unpleasant. I felt very rushed and as if I was an annoyance. The man was nice but literally rushed through my manicure as quickly as he could. He was very rough. He filed my nails down so thin I felt the heat from the machine and it burned like hell. The regular nail file was also a nightmare, he was very rough and did it very hard and slipped a lot and filed my flesh. He drew blood with the electric file. My nails look like I did them myself with my non dominant hand. He glued my skin to the nails, didnt clean up the back of the nails as they should be. I can say Im very very unhappy and will never go back. Save your flesh and money and go elsewhere.

Hands down my favorite nail place in town. And Ive been exploring for the past 15 years. The best pedicures, I get the pink and white gel and love it. Great prices! And they are so fast. They take appointments.

Ive had a problem with ingrown toenails due too many years of dancing. Ive had many surgeries and I started doing pedicures here at Lovely Nails with great nail techs Paul and Betty. They really go the extra mile to remove the nail parts that are digging. They do a great job!

Great pedicures experience!! Nail Technician was quick, detailed and friendly!! The foot massage was heavenly, nearly went to sleep. Extremely skilled and very clean shop.

I walked in, in such a great mood and that all changed very quickly the lady that was working on me kept leaving to do other people’s nails and a guy finally came to paint my nails and he was in such a bad mood and rush my nails and did them so horrible. Giving them one star is generous. First and definitely LAST time coming to this place

They are awesome! I get my nails (pedicures and acrylic) done here all the time along with my brows ! Ive been a loyal customer for almost 5 years, and have never liked any other place. As far as wait time, some days they are completely empty and other days they are packed, it is best to call first and make an appt! They will get you right in and make you priority.

My mom ask me to find a place for her nail done. She told me the first time she get her done from Lovely Nails.She love this place because they are always welcoming. They fit her in every time even though they are busy. Last night she felt like she was at home. I get that there was two ahead of her so they didnt have to rush, but she had planned to go grocery store before it got dark. They take their time to do her nail right. Horrible! Both my daughter and I had our nails done here and they did a terrible job on both of us. She had the powder and the paint job was sloppy and nails were coming off within a day or two. They took 90 minutes to do a gel fill in on me and again sloppy work, took way too long and poorly done. Both of us had to pay to have our nails fixed elsewhere.

I came here about a week and a half ago. I got a full set and gel polish. About 3 days later my gel polish began to peel off of my nails. I had never had this problem before so I called and told them about it. They told me to come in so they could fix it. The young lady basically painted over the mistakes. A day or so later the same nails peeled again as well as a few others . I called and told them about this consistent problem that I had never encountered before, and they assured me if I came in they would simply take the paint off of all of my nails and redo them. When I came they told me they would charge me $15 instead of the usual 25 dollars. She told me I had my nails on two weeks and they do that when you have them on for that long. I knew she was lying because I always get gel, and I had only had my nails on for about a week. I do not plan on every going to this place again.

I have never had a pedicure in under 20 minutes (with polish) in my life! The guy went so fast and he wasnt paying my feet any attention! He was watching everything in the nail salon but my feet! He was nice but this was a Birthday treat to myself and it was NOT a treat nor was it relaxing!If you want fast and incomplete...this is your place! To add insult to injury he sprayed the clorox cleaner in the bowl and washed it out while I was still sitting in the chair! This has truly been a horrible experience! My family and I had been going to this nail shop for MANY YEARS(from when they first opened until the end of last yr).My family had already stopped supporting their business-after MANY YEARS- but I continued to go! I used to go religiously... bought a number of gift certificates for people, always referred ppl, spent hours in there, always tipped, never had a nasty attitude even if I wasnt very fond of the work that time around etc- I WAS a LOYAL CUSTOMER! Over the years things changed drastically... I would go in & barely get a hello , I would would be left waiting for someone else to receive services although I was there first etc BUT the last time I went I said it would be my last time- Id gone in to get a pedicure (by Betty shes very sweet) she told me that she had an appointment and Wendy (who was my ONLY nail tech for MANY YEARS!) could do it if I didnt have time to wait..she(Wendy) said something in their language and NEVER came to render services BUT AS SOON AS 2 ladies walked in she JUMPED OFF OF THE WAXING BED FROM PLAYING HER GAME AND EAGERLY GREETED THEM WITH A SMILE! I had recently started going to another tech bc I felt as though they had gotten too comfortable with me and werent treating me like a valued customer- they had become too busy ..the entire vibe had changed..maybe thats why Wendy started acting differently..bc Is started going elsewhere for nails(?) idk..but I would still go for my toes/pedi so I went once and while getting a pedi Betty asked if I was going to get a fill..to make a long story short she turned around & asked Wendy about filling my nails and she lied and said she had an appointment but shortly thereafter I watched her take a very obvious walk-in...smh...all of the money & time wasted...the relationship that we built over the years meant nothing! She had stop addressing me altogether! Initially it actually made me feel very bad tbh. I went as far as making it a new years resolution to STOP going here and I havent returned since!

Worst place to go! They rushed on my nails. Its a week later and they are lifting. Polish was really bad. Overall the quality of the nails and performance was very poor. I will never go back and highly recommend people not to go there. I dont ever in my life give bad reviews. I was so unhappy i wanted to cry. Giving the fact it was the first time in awhile i decided to get them done.

I never go there on a Saturday but I went after waiting 20 minutes I got a great pedicure. I will never go on a Saturday.

I will not be going back to this place! First the guy didn’t even pay attention how he cut my nails, they’re not straight. Then he haphazardly “filed” them and “removed” the buildup and tough skin, I was actually terrified he was going to cut me. I wish he’d pay more attention to my feet than the tv.

The guy rushed. Cut my nails crocked and barely filed. My cuticals look the same after as they did before. And he was sloppy with the nail polish. This was the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had, and I had to fix it myself. Will never be going back.

They do good work for the most part. But if theyre busy, theyll rush and do a terrible job. So if theyre slow, go for it! Otherwise disappointing.

Worst nail shop Iv ever been to in my life. Had a pedicure and one foot did not even soak before she trimming cuticulas. Watched tv while filing my nails. A kindergarder could have done better at painting. Very rushed, rough, and unprofessional. Employees were rude and did not like being asked to fix their mistake.

Had a HORRIBLE time... Over 2 hour wait when finally got seated asked for fill and pedicure she gave me a manicure and charged me for it. Didnt get to have nails polished took over 4 hours total and had to go pick up my children...
