I found the salon by chance when I was looking for places to get a pedicure. I called ahead to see if they took walk-ins and they did. When I showed up I was seen almost immediately and the environment was very bright and clean, it was calm and quiet and smelled nice. They still require masks for everyone’s safety and they spaced out the customers so there was enough distance between each person. They also wear gloves and clean the stations after every use. I felt very safe here.I love the massage chairs and the woman who did my pedicure was very nice and professional. She was personable and it was a very soothing experience. She recommended that I get the gel since it would last longer and I’m very happy with my pedicure. I will definitely be back as it was a fantastic experience overall! Highly recommend!

This place is alright but the lady that did my nails yesterday wasn’t all that friendly. She looked like she didn’t want to be there and she cut me multiple times!! She didn’t apologize once; she just kept going. She left a glob on one of my nails and she didn’t paint them that good. I should’ve tipped 0 because most of my fingers hurt!!

Excellent service. I had a horrible ingrown toenail. I was for sure it was going to hurt getting it taken out, but she was a Goddess. She knew exactly what she was doing and there was little to no pain. And the massage even better. I moved to FL, but when Im in town, this is my spot.

Did a good job on my nails, cuticles look healthy, paid attention to details, reasonable price. I’ll be going back.

Absolutely LOVE this nail salon! I have used several different salons in Gainesville and can honestly say none compare to Nail Studio & Spa! Always so clean and comfortable and everyone there is so nice! I do not trust anyone else with my nails. If you are looking for a new nail salon definitely give this one a try!

Came here for an upper lip and eyebrow wax. The price was great and the aesthetician was quick, efficient and thorough. I was able to get in and out on a Sunday afternoon with no appointment and no wait in about 10 minutes.

Love this place so much! The ladies who work here are friendly and do a terrific job. The salon itself is airy, well ventilated, and clean. My nails always look great when I leave-- gel and regular mani both stay on well. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back!

I went to go get a pedicure its not usually the place i go but it was the only one open on Sunday. The lady hurt my toe when she was cutting my toe nail which started bleeding but she kept going anyways she only applied this liquid form of medicine. Very bad service paid $40 only to get hurt she did not give any type of discount the pedicure wasnt even 30 min long I will not be going back!

This was one of the best pedicures Ive had in a while. The wax smelled amazing!Then as we were finishing up and I told her that I brought flip flops, she was so great and grabbed a plastic bag to put my sneakers in so they wouldnt dirty my bag.Ill definitely go here again!!!💐

Patrons need to be sure and check their technicians certificate for validity. I received worse than poor service from their Esthetician Lilly who was not a licensed esthetician at all. Now I have to live with the results of her service for the rest of my life.

Super friendly people that did a pretty good mani/pedi. The polish on my fingers was put on too thick so it took a really long time to dry. I would absolutely use them again and just request for that to be a little thinner next time.

Best nail salon in the whole valley, a hidden gem! Very clean, and had lots of employees there so we didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes! Friendly, good customer service. They wear gloves and sanitize the pedicure bowls ANDDDD the massage chairs. My new go to!❤️

I am extremely picky about where a get my nails done and I absolutely love this place! This was my first time (will not be my last) and the staff were extremely pleasant and worked me in even though I came in a bit closer to closing time. One thing I was wonderfully surprised about was they had SNS colors that did not contain slimmer/glitter!Great set up with plenty on pedi chairs!I will 100% be back!

Dennis did an awesome job with my nails! It was literally AMAZING!!! I got coffin and i was kind of afraid that they were going to come out uneven and ugly but thanks to Dennis that didn’t happen! It was amazing. I took my sister in with me and she just had her nails polished and they were so prett too. The price it was reasonable $38 I think. Overall great service!

I came at 8:20 p.m. when they close at 9 p.m. and was told they were closed. What I needed took 30 minutes. Please update your sign to the correct time you close so people dont drive 15 miles for nothing. You just lost a customer.

Honestly the worst nails Ive ever had. I came in for a fill in. My nails had the perfect shape when I got there. I told her I wanted them the same just filled. The poor lady had no training at all. I now have globs of acrylic on my nails. My nails are extremely short & very thick. The gel polish she used was old & clumpy. She really was trying but just didnt know what she was doing. I should of known better than to go to the mall to get my nails done. But oh well its only 2 weeks.

I’ve heard they do a good job on nails. This is my experience with waxing there though.The first time I went, a nice lady did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. I continued going a couple of times but one day another lady had to do them, she left one of my eyebrows much thinner and shorter than the other. I was very displeased but I wasn’t rude to her because she was kind to me.I later decided to come back just for upper lip and sideburns because I thought it would be harder to mess up, but they somehow managed to do a bad job. She left one side extremely high up and ended up cutting my actual hair above my ear- very choppy and at different lengths (it was another woman). I wish I could post a picture because it is very infuriating. I did not rate one star because many of the people that work there are kind but I am very disappointed and embarrassed at how bad of a job they’ve done. The woman didn’t let me hold the mirror so I didn’t see the actual result while I was there. She held it up for two seconds. I regret not insisting on holding it.I’ll just say it’s risky business going there, I’m very angry, and never going back.

Please do not support this business.Im posting under my husbands account and this is the first review I have ever posted. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully. The lady, who I believe is the shop owner, was having problems with her husband because he and her daughter left without saying goodbye to the shop owner. As my nails were being done the day before my wedding, she literally yelled at me and my mother saying that we should leave and come back when we knew what nails we wanted. She did this because I asked her to do an in between shape of nail between square and oval. I showed her three pictures showing the length and shape I wanted and she had agreed she could do it. I wasnt concerned because I had gotten then done many times in the same way by others. She ended up reducing my thumbs nail to a stump while leaving the rest of my nails long and then blamed it on me saying that I didnt know what I wanted- even though I had described and showed her pictures of the nails. She threw my hand down onto the desk when my nails were half done and she said that if I didnt like them I could leave because she didnt have time to start over on my thumb. Since it was the day before my wedding I had no choice but to stay. She proceeded to bad mouth me and my mom right in front of us in plain English and in another language to her coworker. We are respectful people and did not confront her, but she caused us the most uncomfortable and unwarranted distress on an event that should have been very merry- getting my nails done with my mother the day before my wedding.I understand having personal problems, but it is not acceptable and truly immature to then inflict hurt on others- especially your own customers! I ask you to please not support this business.

Where is the option for zero stars?Service is a hit or a huge miss here.. been here several times. Depends on the person that does the work... If they make a mistake somehow it isnt their fault.... No attempt at customer service.. stay away...

No matter how many times you tell them what you want their still going to do what they want. So if your looking for a good nail salon this isnt one. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone!!

My daughter-in-law took me to get a pedicure. You have not had a good pedicure until you go get the hot stones leg message!!! Heaven! I will never go anywhere else.

The owner is extremely extremely rude and swore at me! He said he was refusing my business because the last time I was there I had a medical condition that was not allowed in his business - he had 4 kids running all over the place and it is supposed to be a relaxing environment for people- I put ear plugs in to avoid having a anxiety attack and he faulted me for it. There was no reason to entertain 4 kids running and screaming when the father was there and could have walked them around the mall- out of respect for everyone in there trying to relax! He also stated that A** is only a swear word in the North but not in the South - lol I found this to be very entertaining. Then he went to another customer in there and started talking about me- as I’m outside the business now , he is making fun of me and making a customer laugh about the situation. I highly do not recommend anyone to go here as it is dirty and very unprofessional- you can’t relax because he thinks that having screaming children in there is ok.

Got gel nails manicure & a regular pedicure before I went on vacation. My big toe nails were cut slanted The next morning less then 24 hours later the gel on my ring finger was peeling up. So went back to get it fix or a refund. The manager was extremely rude, yelled at me in front everyone in the salon, Im guessing because the language barrier he didnt not understand what I was trying to tell him and just accused me of being money hungry. Also told me to get out and dont come back. I was not rude when I confronted but he still felt the need to disrespect me in front of everyone in the salonThe gel manicure started to peel up after one week.Dont waste your money here

Wanted nails done like I always get. First he used regular polish, second the painted tips were straight across not curved like natural nails, pink all over nail after fixing nails then when I ask for them just to removed the nails he just cut them and left my nails looking horrible. Stay away

I am shocked by any negative reviews. My mom and I have been coming here for YEARS (>10). I have been to many other salons and keep coming back from Decatur to get my nails done here. In all this time, I can count on one hand the number of times when I raised an issue. I have never seen the owners be anything but polite, even dealing with children running around and harassing customers. I have had acrylics, gel nails, SNS (dip nails), leg waxing, under arm waxing, eyebrow waxing, and pedicures.

My niece just had her nails done here. She literally walked away and one fell off. The way they painted them looks crappy. It is her birthday. Because she went back the guy then yelled at 14 year old and told her to never come back. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

DONT GO HERE! The staff was rude except for the two men working there. I felt very uncomfortable. Got a pedicure with a scrub and it was the worst pedicure Ive ever received. My feet are exactly the same as they were when I arrived. The nail polish came off the same day. For the price and what you get its a complete waste of money!

I took my mom to get her nails done for the first time and the lady she got did a really bad job for what I payed . Her nails were a bit sideways she didnt apply enough coats on the nail and didnt cut the nails before applying the fake ones ... my moms nail broke exactly 30minutes or less later.

They burned my sister-in-law pinky nail and that was okay with me.

One of my nails snapped in half the day after i had them done.

The dude left bubbles in my coating, didn’t even offer sns, left my nails looking bulky and wide 😭 overall very sloppy work..... never going back !
