Annie is the best nail artist. I came to her almost a year now and she has never disappointed. Very professional and friendly. I felt really comfortable talking to her and other nail techs here. Be did my pedicure and she was great. I love the environment here and the people are super nice. All my friends come to Vynus as well and they love it!!!

I was recommended Vynus nail salon by a friend and i was very happy with my visit. I got my nails and toes done there a couple of times and each time they’ve come out beautiful! The staff is super friendly and amazing at their jobs!

I went to Annie for my first appointment and was very satisfied. I returned and went to Jessica who recreated a previous set she did (pictured below). Was very satisfied with the service and willingness to work with me and the design I wanted. Will definitely be returning soon.

Anna is amazing. I always make an appointment and she is always on time. My nails and pedicure is great every time i go there. The place is clean and everyone is professional. I would highly recommend both by vynus nails and Anna.

Went to them without an appointment and was immediately seated so that was great! I got a full set of short, square shape acrylics, with normal nail polish and a design on all fingers for $42. They offered an oval shape with gel, but it was $60 so I went for the cheaper option. The man that did my nails did exactly what I had hoped for. I gave him a picture as a reference and he pretty much nailed it (no pun intended). A few details on the design could have been fixed but I would definitely go again!

My technician, Annie, is simply the best! I followed her over and have previous experiences with her from another salon. Annie is detailed and listens to what you are asking and not only delivers, but EXCELS expectations! I refuse to have my nail services performed by anyone else!

I took my family here for pedicure and manicure. Everybody are super nice and friendly. They took us just 5 minutes after we came in. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was really chill. They also offer wine and other drinks. Highly recommended and definitely coming back for sure.

1st time Ive been completely satisfied with a service in a long time! Sanitizer usually does away with my gel polish so I had them just put clear gel to see if itll last and its still going! My feet look great and great care was taken to remove cuticles and such. Definitely my go to place now.

I did my nails here on Monday June 28th by BE. By Wednesday all of my nails were chipped , had cracks where they were painted and completely messed up. This has been the worst place I have ever done a gel manicure and I was charged $30. Never going back.

I had Annie as my nail tech and she executed the design perfectly, as usual! I haven’t gone to another nail tech since Annie’s done my nails. The attention to shaping and detail is one of the many things I like about getting my nails done by Annie!

I have been going to Vynus for over a year now. They have the best pedicures around. I get the gel manicure and my best friend always gets acrylics. They have amazing nail art specialists in a professional, clean and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Their prices are reasonable and the quality is SO worth it.

Literally the worst nail place I’ve ever been to before that I felt compelled to right my first review on google about it… My nail tech was literally on the phone while doing my nails so there was no shocker that they were messed up, we are talking back specs everywhere, pieces of dip missing and in the end my nail broke after two days of having them and I was furious. I went back to get them redone and there is a nail that completely wiped off that she didn’t put a top coat over. ON TOP OF THAT, it’s only been a week and each one of my toes are already chipped. Never again.

The staff were very nice and clean, they got me seated within the first 5 seconds of me being there .. this was my first time going and their prices were good and i will be going back .

I came here to have a dip manicure removed. The technician took off one hand with a sharp edged spatula tool to literally separate the dip from my natural nail, even though it wasn’t coming off easily. I looked at it and saw that she had cut off the tip of two of my natural nails and had made nicks in several other nails.I brought this up to her and she offered to cut it, but I didn’t want my nails cut, I just wanted the polish off. I asked about acetone, which is the way I’ve always had dip nails removed in the past. She proceeded to soak off rye nails on my other hand, but didn’t even remove all of it. The reason I came to the salon for professional removal was so my natural nails would not get damaged, but that is quite the opposite of what happened. The laziness and level of disregard for my nails was appalling and unprofessional. How this place has any good reviews is astonishing.

People were very nice and they got me in fast and did a great job on my pedicure and gel manicure. Would go back for sure

Kevin was meticulous with his work. He did little extra things that I did need but other places didn’t have the care as he did.

When I left there my nails look like I had a handful of humpback whales. I went back inside to get them smoothed out properly and pick a different color and he messed up that color so badly it’s not even on my nail all the way. Also within two days of having my $40 gel now three of my nails are chipping off. First time and last time going here

I have been there several time for manicure and pedicure. Lovely work with that. However, i had eyelashes today. I do not recommend that service. I asked for natural look. When i was able to see myself, my eyelashes were overlapped and saturated with glue. When i mentioned that they were not what I asked for, i was told that they look pretty, they look heavy cause your eyelashes are black. I disagree with her statement. Anyways, i payed and thankfully I was able to take them off when i got home, but I lost some of my own eyelashes in the process.

I got my nails done here and the service was fast but they were super expensive for a simple set and my nails started lifting literally the next day. Not going there ever again, definitely recommend going somewhere else itll probably be cheaper and better quality.

I love being serviced at Vynus. Very kind and professional. The only thing I don’t like is the points system. I’m a regular so when I check in I’m expecting to see points but I never accumulate points something must be wrong with the system so I don’t get to reap the benefits of the program. Besides that I love doing business with vynus

They’re rude.They we’re unclean and unprofessional. They were talking a lot of junk in a different language, but i knew what they were saying. He was grabbing my hand rough. Catching attitudes. Talking to his friends about it. When i tried to leave a $2 tip cause he ain’t deserve one, i accidentally pressed 20% and i told him i didn’t want that and he still went through with it. They should be closed down for business and i’ll make sure nobody i know goes to that trash hole.

EDIT: I came back today and had a really awful experience. This is my second unsatisfying experience with this particular person. I dont know her name but she is in the first chair by the cash register. I came in for a dip manicure. I was charged $35 to get a twenty minute nail paint. She did not do ANY manicuring (no cutting despite me asking them to be shorter, no cuticles, etc). I sat down, she did a quick zip through with the dremel, dipped my nails, a very brief file on the sides, washed my hands, then gel and black light. Absolutely not a complete manicure. That was not even basic, simple work. The darker purple is from this experience and the light purple was my experience from my original post. I have deducted stars for this.I went in for dip nails. No wait time on a Monday at 4pm. The place was very clean. My nail tech was Ni (sp?) She was very nice and meticulous with her work. She did a great job. I will be driving to this side of town for my nails from now on.

The worst service I have had in my entire life, they did cuts all over my toes and one toe nail got infected at the point i was limping the next day and I couldnt wear close shoes. My nails chipped and peal after 4 days, When i went to the Salon the next day to tell them and show them my feet and hands they got very defensive and suggested that i was making up the story even though I was showing them my cuts and I had the pictures too. They offer me free service which i refused since I wont let them put their hands never ever on my feet or hands. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Very impressed with the cleanliness, the complimentary wine, and the staff. She was very attentive and thorough. I had the jelly pedicure and gel manicure. Both were fantastic. This was my first jelly pedicure. My tech explained each step and the foot massage was wonderful! I will definitely return on my next visit to the area!!

AWFUL! Was terrible he was holding my fingers so tightly he left nail prints in my fingers. He made them WAY to thin to the point where he broke my acrylic (and then was just going to leave it so I had to tell him to fix it) his UV drying light was flickering and I told him many times and he didnt fix it or get a new one and it gave me a terrible headache and he got all kinda of nail polish on my fingers. Also wasnt evenly smooth on my nails. 🙄

Less than a week my nails started lifting off...they offered to fix them and all they did was apply super glue and 2 days later they are lifting off again.

A classic pedicure for my child started at $27, then jumped to $45 because she used “gel” polish. Asked the lady how much is a bottle of gel polish. She said, “I don’t know.” So you know me, I Google it (same brand). $13 a bottle.This is highway robbery ‼️

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I went in to get a dip powder manicure with nail tip and after I WEEK I had hairline fractures on 6 of my nails. The nail technician was EXTREMELY RUDE and was clearly rushing through the manicure process. She made comments under her breath because my hands weren’t positioned in a certain way. You’re the nail technician, position my hands!!! Do not go here. My nails look horrible!!! If I could I would give zero stars!

I love this place! It is so clean and I always go on a weekday and am usually the only one in the shop so its nice and relaxing! I get acrylics with gel over top and they last me a solid 2.5 weeks (honestly could last a lot longer but my nails grow so fast). Bea and Anna are my usual techs and they are the best to see in my opinion! Only giving four stars because the only time I didnt see either of them my nails didnt turn out how I asked. I also find the prices to be very reasonable!

My daughters and I went to Vynus about a week and a half ago and even though our nails looked good when we left they did not last. My nails started lifting within 3 days which resulted with two of them breaking off. Same for my daughter which we had two different nail technicians. They also were not very friendly to us. But were overly friendly with others(partially a different race than us). I spent $220 not including the tip I gave to our Techs. Our polish on our pedicures didn’t last either. I had to tell the Tech to add a second coat of polish due to she was only going to add one. I do not recommend Vynus at all. Very disappointed!

I got acrylic powder nails for the first time and they are absolutely stunning. Blue glitter with white tip it didn’t take her more than 30 minutes because there’s no polish involved. It was clean and my tech was great!

Came in to check the location after finding it through Google close to where a friend lives. It was a nice place. Was greeted Nas I walked in and asked to wait patiently. I had my friend meet me there and even they enjoyed the services as well. My nail tech showed good precision.

I got a shellac manicure and I loved everything about it! The color is beautiful! Prices were very fair as well!

I came in for a dip nails and my tech was perfectionist and details. My coffin nails were shaped just the way I like it. It was nice experience and I got to relaxed! Great service!

These people do great pedicures but I recently got a full set and their prices are extremely high I got a plain full dry white for $80 that is usually $45 everywhere else and it seems like they have a problem going with you ask

They do decent, consistent work here, have good hours, offer a wide range of services in a convenient location. The prices seem to be just a smidge high but they are located in the heart of Butler Plaza one if the most desired retail locations in Gainesville, so Im sure their rent is high. They do eyelashes so 5 stars.
