So I just got my nails done yesterday on 7/20. My nail tech was Kevin. I did not do anything crazy or wild to cause this to happen today.I was sitting on my couch and I saw it curling up on the side and boom this. I have never been to a place that felt so rushed and made you feel like you were an inconvenience. Needless to say I will never go back there. Dont waste your money. Also which didnt bother me at the time, but I found odd, they will not let you tip on your card. They tell you to pull cash out of their ATM. Good luck if you decide to go.

The second photo is what I wanted and the first photo is what I got😐 since they didnt have the colorI wanted I had to choose something else. Never coming here again. Taun did my nails and after 2HRS they started chipping. Wasted my $75 on these nails but its cool I re-did them once I got home and they look so much better😀

I’ve never had a worse experience getting my nails done. The man doing my nails was rude, unwilling to help, and unable to do what he said he COULD do when I showed him the picture of what I wanted. Ultimately causing me to have to wait for somebody else to finish my nails which never actually happened because after sitting in the chair for 30 minutes, I finally got fed up because they were making me late for an event. Not to mention they charged me full price for unfinished nails. Definitely will not be returning to this nail salon.

Luxury Nails & Spa always provides a luxurious experience. Between the complimentary cocktails and wine, the serene ambiance, and the attentive pampering to my feet... I absolutely hate to leave this spa but I love going back!

My 16 year old daughter went today and got her nails done for the first time and was charged $65 for a full set of acrylics!!!! Seriously??? Website states $20-$25 for full set of acrylics. These people are price gouging and I have notified the better business bureau.

So unsatisfied with how they did my eyelashes. Way to thick, it was so so tight i came in and they will not refund! They did offer to fix but if they think this is worth fixing,,... no thanks never coming here again!!!

My experience with this unprofessional nail salon was extremely disrespectful and outright rude. With my car declining the employee decided to yell across the nail salon that my card declined instead of respectfully allow me to transfer funds into my account she thought it was humorous to embarrass me in front of the other clients. If you decide to come to this nail salon please know that they are one of the most unprofessional nail salons!

The customer service it’s good, business is clean, however gel manicures and pedicures last less than a week. I have used their services three times and all three times the product does not last.. compared to other places where it would not chip, peel off & they paint the entire nail. Over priced in my opinion, Just okay. Thank you for the mimosa though!

I was seen immediately despite not having an appt. Kevin (Tuon) was skilled and fast. He offered me a cocktail before starting my nails. It was quiet, peaceful with smooth jazz in the back ground. My nails were done perfectly. I had an interview immediately after and I got the job! Surely, my pretty nails helped!

Went in to just get my acrylics off and they charged me $15. Every time I go in they make my fingers bleed and the lady at the front desk is not nice. It is overpriced and they do not do a good job. Would not recommend.

They told me its would be 30$ for the manicure and 30$ for the pedicure. After all complete they mentioned 90$ for everything like they making up new math. The theft should be reported to everyone that question coming here. This is the USA. God Bless American

I was a little upset that I had to have my old nails cut off and removed and start all over again. But my nail tech explained why and it turned out into a pretty good experience. Im very picky when it comes to my nails cause I always spend a great amount, so I want what I like and expect it to be as so and I think she understood that with doing my toes first.Any how, with it being my very first experience there I do plan on going back. I forgot her name, but she works at the first nail station on the right when you first walk in. She did a good enough job, was patient with me and took her time. I did not get that rushed, attitude feel at all. Like the many nail salon I have visited. Theres is very unique and different ambiance about it to. Your first drink (YAS THEY SERVE DRINKS) is free (including alcoholic beverages) and whatever else you order there on after of course you have to pay for it. They even have little pedicure chairs for the mini mes. Its awesome.

Greeting was very nice, I showed the worker “Long” the nail styled that I wanted which was short white nails with a square shape be kept offering me a rounded shape so I just said ok. He told me my original price was around $30.. He gives me nails that were longer than the picture and they were really thick and clumpy. He began to get aggressive on my fingers when he noticed that I called my mom and showed her how the nails looked. I got to the register and they started negotiating a new price when I was told $30.. I ended up paying $60 for some terrible nails... NEVER AGAIN 2/10 recommended..

I enjoyed this place, I got The Hot Rock pedicure and the lady worked magic! When to get matching gel manicure and was trying to get the same color was accidentally given a shade off but accidents happen so I will be a little cautious about that next time but I ended up liking the shade on my fingernails more than my toenail so its kind of a good accident LOL theyre very nice I would definitely recommend this place!

This was my go-to salon until the gel polish on the pedicures started chipping off after three weeks. This happened to me several times. Once I went back and they touched it up free of charge. Finally, I just decided to try somewhere else and my pedi lasts much longer. I went back again recently after several months of going somewhere else and the same thing happened. This is a great place. The staff are friendly and it is clean, unfortunately thats just not enough. I pay a lot for a gel pedicure, I expect it to last longer than three weeks.

Tina did not know how to work dip powder, i asked her for the almond pointy shape, she did round overall, they came out bumpy, and chipped on the tips. Overpriced.. they try to sell you every single step of the way. I was told it would be $70 for pedicure and dip powder nails, they charged me $80. She told me tip HAD to be 20%. They have an ATM machine and only want you to pay cash, no card. I have to go and re do my nails somewhere else. AWFUL! do not recommend.

Clean sterilized full set of new tools used for each client. That’s huge! Full array of gel and dip colors. Awesome massage chairs. They do a great job. Drinks offered too. They always do a great job and remember my requests and quirks.

Every single one of my gel nails peeled off within 2.5 weeks :/ it only took 2 days for them to start coming off and when i went back to fix the first few, someone else redid them while the original nail tech watched. i think her name was helen so i would avoid doing gel with her

Worst pedicure ever. The technician was very rough and attacked my feet with a hand held cheese grater. She dug under my nails causing pain. Didnt trim nails or shape my toenails correct. Couldnt communicate my displeasure as she spoke no Englush. Do not go to this place.

This is my second time coming here. The first time was subpar, my second not great. I came in for a color change on my toes he rushed and did my toes then I had to come back so he can fix what he did and I have to wait about an hour just so he can fix what he messed up. I heard good things about this place but from me visiting I was not pleased with anything.

Brand new, clean and spacious. Nice people and the ceiling is really pretty. Lol. I had my first pedicure ever there 2 weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. Also the boba tea shop next door is the same owner so I get to enjoy both at the same time!

Did not do my toes right over painted my toes lashes was hard. I had to cop my own toes and fix my lashes thank God I know how to never again.

Customer service is good but get polish peels off in a week...I wanted to give them another shot so I got a dip mani the second time and they didn’t even do cuticle care and the dip started to chip at the ends after the wear and tear of work a week later...it’s an okay spot if you need a quick place to get your nails done. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re picky about the small nail details. Also beware the price they quote you at check out will be more than they advertise in their printed menu!

My nail tech was very fast and efficient. He also listened to every detail I wanted and delivered with no complaints or making me feel like I’m needy. They also ALWAYS offer you something to drink before starting, whether it’s water, soda and even alcohol, to help you relax. Love this place!

Hannah did my nails and she was amazing! She did the gel powder dip, which I got by recommendation from the staff. It was my first time getting any kind of fake nails and they helped me make the right length & shape choice for my lifestyle. And I think they look 🔥 my concern (and reason for the three star rating) is that when I looked up gel dip the internet said that it should be proportioned out for each individual user to avoid sanitary concerns. They dipped my nails directly into the gel powder jar 😬 I can imagine that this would indeed have sanitary concerns... but happy with shape & color! Also, I definitely think this is a store policy mistake. Hannah is great, and I would imagine this location is great for treatments other than a gel dip.

Today is the day they lost a long term customer! I had previously been a customer for approx 3 years! But today they treated me so bad I almost walked out without paying I wanna so mad. So I will start from the beginning: today I got to the salon at approx 3:30 for a simple pedicure and gel white tip for my tues, and I wanted acrylic white tip for my nails. 3 people entered and came in to sit after me. My service did not start until after 4pm. I get seated at the pedicure bowl, and continue waiting for someone to service me. I watched as a young lady (who did not have a appointment) come in and was immediately escorted to her pedicure chair and was acommpanied by the artist who started on her(at this time I had been there approx 45 mins before her)Mean while, I was still waiting to start! I felt forgotten about because my water was cold so I told them. It over flowed because it got too hot And I took my feet out and they never came to turn it back off. Seeing as they sat me And walked off. So I am getting my pedicure And the lady cuts my toe, chipping my nail. Another artist comes over to correct it. By this time the other young lady (who coincidentally got the same thing I did gel pedi) was already done and escorted to the table with her same artist that started with her nails. Mind you, she came in 45 mins after me and was already done with her toes And starting her nails. Mean while I get my toes finished up and am pointed to go sit in a chair. I go sit down and my tech who did my toes goes elsewhere. I ask who is doing my nails and am told to sit here and wait, mind you it is Now approx 4:45 and the lady who came after me is washing her hands finishing up. I then asked them why did he start working on her rather me if I got her first?? He replied because he did her toes. So I said Ok why is the person who did my toes not doing mine?? He replied she does not do acrylic so at this I am pissed and have now been in the store approx 2 hours!! The girl leaves so I am thinking Ok so he will do me now.... NOPE! he says Hello to The next person sitting in tge waiting room!!! I was irritate at this point!!! They finally Had the RECEPTIONIST do my nails. That being said the whole time she is doing my nails any time the phone rings she stops serving me to answer !! No lie!! I have now been there 3 hours And tell her to give the phone to someone else so She can finish and I can go!! (She does) she cuts my cuticle several times so my nail beds are bleeding. This upsets me further and makes me think They just threw anyone to do my nails. Because all my time going there over the years I NEVER saw her do anything But work as the greeter etc. Then I finally finish And told my bill is $90. $50 for my toes and $40 for my nails. Their online website Andbon Google says typically people visit is 1-1.5 hours. I was there a total of almost 4 and the other 3 people that came in after me were all gone. I was The only one left. So yes I expected some kind of discount. Not only did they charge me, they overcharged me!! I am so mad at this point I tell her Idc but I will be back, She literally LAUGHED IN MY FACE AND SAID OK GOOD, THANK YOU! I was absolutely shocked and disgusted. I will No longer reccomend them or refer my friends there. Total Lack of customer awareness or customer service. !! Not to mention they had THEIR kids running around and shut in a back room because apparently it is professional to bring your kids to work for hours!??!! I attached pics showing Where my nail bed is now all cut up. I will never be back!!

I schedule my appointments with Terry. She also takes great care of me and see me in a timely manner. She is always professional and a joy to see.

This is now MY go to for ALL my pampering. They are soo friendly and courteous...the drinks arent that bad either...I love their Margaritas...the best!

The service was great. There’s free drinks, and the wait time is almost none every time I come here. Recently, I had my nails done and I called beforehand to verify the price. I was told $40 for a full set, gel or dip powder.I received multiple colors, and some gems were added without consulting me. When I went to checkout the price was $65, without a tip. I should have stopped the nail tech when I noticed him trying to be extra. I thought he might be being generous, but the website and the phone call both lead me to believe this would be far less expensive. The nail techs should consult clients before changing their manicure and therefore the price.

Little to wait on a walk in and its Friday!! Fully staffed. Professional and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The overall appearance of the salon was nice and calm. Complementary drinks where offered! I was happy with service l received! I definitely will be utilizing their services again!

I go in roughly about every 2-3 weeks and I always enjoy my time there along with everyone that works there. I have 1 particular amazing woman work in my nails named T. She does the most amazing work fixes anything even making a fake nail that last when one comes completely off she is amazing and would truly recommend her.

Good place for pedicure

Got a full acrylic set last week, w gel. polish was see through ie not enough coats, also gel same color on toes also not enough coats. my acrylics popped off today and i just decided to take the whole set off myself. when getting the service i noticed that the manicurist seemed.... agitated as if I was an inconvenience to him. what i originally wanted was a french ombre coffin shaped....no where close in shape w a thin pink painted line bordering the nail. no one could do it...which im not understanding how u can paint intricate things like trees and butterflies on a nail....but not a thin outline around the nail? so i said okay we can just do the one color....he shaped the nail wrong the first time and i asked him to redo it he sighed. i knew it was an issue also when he was doing my nails his co workers kept coming around gathering looking at my nails as he did them theyd say something to him in his native language look at me walk off and come nack every few seconds or so as if to check his progress which GOT WORSE. my fault for just sitting there thinking it would improve and no he was not a new employee. i still tipped 5$ even though he attempted to ask me to pay first. would you go to a restaurant or any place and pay for food or etc before being serviced? no? so how dare u ask me. i walked out after so fast never again. thank you.

I had gotten gel polish on my toes, and it KEPT coming off not even two days after I got them done. Same thing with the acrylics I got from there- they popped of a few days later. I had to go back not one time, not twice, not three times, but a total of FOUR times for the same set of nails!! I shouldn’t have had to keep going back and getting my gel polished fixed and my acrylic redone when they are supposed to last. That’s what I paid for them to do- LAST.I also felt like my service was rushed. I got the same guy every time and he seemed like he wanted to hurry up and get me out of there. Way too rough with me.On a positive note I enjoyed the complimentary drinks.

I work there after closing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond in an effort to satisfy their customers. Most people tend to be satisfied with the quality and level of service provided but keep in mind... you will be paying for it. When the word luxury is in the name of the shop youre gonna be paying quite a bit. Recent update. I was let go from the job with a one day notice. The owner went out of the country for a month, and upon her return she decided to bring a family member with her. The day she came back she informed me n my other co-worker that she was giving our job to her brother in law, with whom she returned with. Why am I mentioning this? Because I feel it goes a long way to showcase the character of the people who own and operate this studio. Im an extraordinarily hard worker, and I would have thought that common courtesy if not at least some professionalism would have told her to provide a week or two notice. So, on a personal note they seem to be very self-centered individuals. Im not sure I would ever want to have any type of personal relationship with them, however this review is regarding professionalism and how good they are at their job. And in this particular case what happened to me in my opinion does not affect the caliber of the work that most of the employees perform. So long story short, the Stars stay the same, but the owner receives only an honorable mention when it comes to integrity

Really nice facility. Very clean. Employees are very nice. Unfortunately, every time Ive been (3 times) my toe nail polish has peeled off in one sheet on multiple toes. I think they use cheap prices. This makes me really sad because I love everything else about it!

My last experience was pretty average. The women behind the desk did my nails and was rude and rushed. I then was told that my nail shape that I have had for years (oval) would be $5 more this time.. bringing my total to $45. When I told the lady that the price was normally $40 she became very rude and tried to argue the price. I dont understand why an oval nail shape that my nails already are would be $5 more!! It would be more work for them to change them back to squareUpdate: tried them again and dip nails chipped the next day. Went to get them fix and they were not nice about it. Ended up going somewhere else 3 days later to get the half chipped dip off. Not worth $45

Kathy does a nice job on nails. But today it seem as if her attitude was not good this morning and she cut the drill too close to my nail bed and made a small skin bruise and it burns a little. When I tried letting her know she made an excuse for how she handled me. Yes I’m satisfied with my nails. But after today I won’t be back. This is like my third visit. I tried talking to another workers in there and all they did was make excuses.

Excellent service. My favorite nail artists are Jen and Long. Great customer service, they always offer free beverages. I like the powder dip nails best because they are strongest for someone who is hard on her nails.

They cater to you completely and the services are very relaxing. I received a eyebrow wax and deluxe pedicure for super affordable price for the luxury service.

I have never left this establishment disappointed with my nails. They have competitive prices and their work is very very good. The fact that they always have someone available for a walk-in is very accommodating to my schedule and I will definitely continue to come back for my nail services.

I’ve been a customer of luxury nails for nearly two years. I’ve also brought many customers to their salon. I’ve watched as others have experienced bad service but was unable to relate as I was consistently go to the same person. I’ve noticed that many of these women have really bad attitudes and while I’ve seen some customers be extremely difficult, I’ve also seen some be timid and not treated correctly. I’m in the salon spending $100 at minimum 2-3 times a month. I went for an appointment the past few times and was double booked or the nail tech didn’t have a clue I was coming and was servicing someone else. As a result I’d sit soaking in acetone for an hour. Fingers completely damaged but I’d still tip and deal with it when I get home. Recently, I booked an appointment with another tech and soaked in acetone for 40 minutes only to be told the tech wasn’t coming. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service that has been provided especially with their price point and see now why many of my friends have decided not to return. I will not be going back to the salon again.

Got my lashes done lady who did them was nice but they didnt come out looking as natural as they shouldve. & the corners are coming up some since yesterday.

Probably the best nail salon I have been to in Gainesville. The staff is friendly and a takes their time to make sure your nails look great. I think the prices are some of the best in Gainesville as well, but like most of the other nail salons, beware of hidden charges. I was charged $8 more than the listed price. I will definitely be back, but I will confirm prices before the services begin to avoid being overcharged.

Wow, cocktails, menus and fast service. The price is so worth the over the top treatment you receive. The nail salon is beautiful, can accommodate a party and did I mention free cocktails!!!! My nails looked great and had a lovely outing with my sisters. Next time I visit Florida and my sister we will go again. I loved it. Nothing up north was as classy as that place. Wow!!!!

Great! Beautiful inside and my technician did a WONDERFUL job! Best Manicure Ive ever gotten. I dont go often but when Ive gone to places in the past there were always bubbles or missing spots or wrinkles in the polish...not this time. It looks perfect! She helped me choose a color because I was indecisive and it looks great with my skin tone. Will def be making this my salon from now on!

I love the place it’s BEAUTIFUL 😍!! It gives you this real luxurious spa experience...HOWEVER the nail tech doesn’t do very good quality nails and wasn’t worth the asking price.. Loved this place for gel dip and pedicures. I used to be a regular, then i got acrylics. They were water damaged within a week and then next time I went back they didnt fix the water damage, they just glued the nail back on but it of course fell off again. The paint job was super sloppy and the entire fill-in for my acrylics took 10 minutes....havent gone back since

I enjoy getting my nails done here, but do not recommend their massages. I went in asking for the neck, shoulder, and back massage that is listed on their menu as 20 minutes and $20. First it was super awkward as the woman stayed in the room while she asked me to remove my shirt and pull down the straps for my bra and undershirt. There was no back massage at all, just shoulders and a little bit on my neck. It felt like I had been in there longer than 20 minutes, and when the massage was over, I checked the time and saw that it had been 40-45 minutes. (I requested the 20 minute massage because I was on a time crunch.) Also I was charged $35 instead of $20. I checked the menu again once I left. They dont even offer a massage for 40 or 45 minutes, and none of their massages cost $35. I guess it was make your own price day. So I was late coming back from lunch and charged almost twice as much for an okay massage. I think I could give a better massage.

The best nail salon in town! I go here frequently & am always treated warmly. The place gets busy at certain times but the staff goes out of their way to accommodate. Once I left & noticed I had chipped some of the polish on the way out. I went back after a couple of days & they fixed it for me no charge. The staff is friendly, the place is very hygienic & meets the industry requirements (proper ventilation, plastic liner inside pedicure tubs, etc). Prices are standard to what you see at most places.

I usually dont write reviews, but I felt that other people should hear about my experience. I got a gel manicure, and the nail tech cut 6 out of my 10 fingers and then proceeded to spray them with alcohol. He then went on with the manicure like nothing had happened. I was bleeding so bad that i got blood all over the table, but the nail tech did not seem to care. He used all of his tools on my bloody fingers and even used the polish on them. I could not help but think that their tools and polish must contain different peoples body fluids (blood) because the nail tech did not seem at all phased by my blood, even thought I brought it up to him several times. It was a painful terrible disgusting experience.

Just had my first visit - I’m so impressed! Spacious and attractive, excellent customer service, everyone is so friendly. Beautiful pedicure at a great price, and it even included a complimentary cocktail! I will be back soon :)

Its a nice salon, very clean, and the service was perfectly adequate. The polish they use, however, is very low quality. I actually noticed that many customers who came in while I was getting my pedicure said they brought their own polish, when told to pick a color, but I didnt think much of it until 3 days later when the polish on both my hands and feet was chipping off. Its a fine salon, but bring your own polish for sure!

It really depends on the tech you get, thats why i always make an appointment with Laura!! Shes wonderful and the complimentary cocktail is definitely a plus. The other nail techs are questionable. Every time I bring a friend with me they have had a bad experience..

Live this place. Always listen to me and if they dont recommend something I ask they day so and explain why. Very hygienic and friendly. It is a bit pricey but I think its worth it.

I stopped in this salon because it was close to where I had been boarding my dogs and was short on time and was pleasantly surprised! The salon was very nice, the technician I got was very nice and spoke English well and actually talked. My nails looked great...will recommend the salon & visit again.

I believe their prices are too high for the quality of the job, especially acrylic nails and the gel nails. Very hard to communicate with the technicians who dont speak good english. My pedicure was okay but the polish job was horrible. My polish was not smooth or done neatly. Their location is prime, but I think they need to up their game and get better trained technicians.
