Had a good experience there. First time customer, no wait. The lady who did my pedicure took her time to make sure she did a good job. Nice massage and great chairs. Cute place. Cant beat $25 for a good pedi. Will go back to try other services. Only down side is it was hard to communicate the Polish idea I had, but granted, Im 9 months pregnant and didnt really care. If I did, Im sure I could have been more patient and got my idea across better. I was happy with my end result. Next time I go, I will explain my idea better before hand. Hope this helps.

Great experiences here today. The team of people working in this salon made me feel at home and comfortable. Had spa manicure and it came out great. The price I paid is very decent. Love to be back!

Location is incorrect. Called to see if they had room for me and they said yes and I walked to the location on Google Maps and theres nothing there. 10-minutes up 10 minutes back, just wasted 20 minutes of my day.

I use to love this place until I went a couple weeks back and there was a new guy who admitted that he hadn’t done nails in a year. My nails already had a good shape when i went in for my refill but he reshaped and they ended up being all different shapes and lengths and he cut me with the drill to the point where my fingers were bleeding. He put the polish on so thin that you could still see through the nails. Needless to say I ended up getting them taking off at another salon the next day.

I dont like posting negative reviews but my experience here was pretty appalling. While my manicurist was a nice guy, he cut my cuticle areas and made me bleed several times trying to remove my cuticles. When he did that (and it hurts and continues to do so) he would just laugh and give a half-hearted sorry each time. I wasnt offered any sort of discount to offset this. My nails also started chipping 3 hours later even though I had gel nail polish done. I wouldnt go here again unless you enjoy having the base of your fingernails bleed when scabs re-open doing menial tasks.

I had a wonderful experience here! The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They really spent time working with me even when it started to get a little busy. Definitely recommended for all services!

I loved this place! I regret that I didnt go in there sooner. Ive recently moved back to Miami and have not found anything like them. Cant wait to go visit my father in law just so I can go to them again!

Obsessed with this place I get acrylics a lot and them filled every two weeks and Ive gone to many many different salons in Gainesville over the years. This place does great shaping, never too thick on the acrylic, and SO many options for gel and other polishes. Also full of genuinely nice people. 👍🏼

They did a good job. Only thing that concerned me was that the guy that did my nails didnt seem to use completely sanitized (from a sanitized package) tools. Im from MN and have always had nail techs open their tools in front of me from a package so Im not too sure about here....

Best manicure and pedicure place in town. Also does great facials. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere!

I did not have a great experience here. I read the reviews before deciding to come in and the good outweighed the bad, so I thought I would give it a try. I requested a manicure with gel color and the signature spa. I went to the nail polish colors and chose the box with the gel color I wanted to use. Then I was seated at the very comfortable massage chairs. A well dressed lady (must be the owner or manager, not sure) seemed to have gotten excited about the services I chose, even offered me a glass of wine. I was a little concerned with the nail tech assigned to work on my manicure and pedicure. He didnt seem to understand much but the lady next to him translated. My pedicure was supposed to include the foot scrub with was not used. The nail tech didnt work off the old skin on the bottom of my feet. When he started the massage u thought OK here is the best part. I was wrong all he did was scratch the lotion up and down my lower legs and scratch my feet, then he beat my ankles with the hot stone, not a relaxing hot stone massage at all. Then once he was done he painted my nails , which he trimmed too short and filed them round not square like I had asked. When he went to start on my manicure he asked if I wanted a Mani. With my gel color. And I said yes please manicure and gel color. Well he did regular color. Not to mention how he rushed through the entire process when ever he wasnt working on other people in between my service. I was offered a $3 discount, but I decided to pay the full price. Everyone has their own experiences maybe if it was another time of day I would have had a different experience however I am never going to try this place again.

This is the worst my nails have ever seen. I just wanted pink and white. My nails are uneven, lumpy and not completely lined. I do not recommend it at all. & I wish I could get my money back!

I went with my best friend today and they greeted us with all smiles. They were very friendly and did an excellent job on our mani & pedis. I decided to get my eyebrows waxed for the first time and it was the best experience ever! Will be going back to them again !

Got SNS and a chrome gel done here, because my last one (done in NJ) lasted four weeks without chipping. The night after I got it done my thumb nail had lines in it, like someone had dug into it with something sharp, so I went back and she fixed it (much appreciated, she was very nice). Day 2, I get back home (NJ) and the same thumb has those lines in it (along with the pointer finger) and the thumb chipped! Worst nail job I have ever gotten. Paid $50 and now have to go to a salon up here to get it taken off. Do not recommend. At all.

I spent so many months trying to find a good nail salon in Gainesville, and I finally found Zen a little over a year ago and I refuse to go anywhere else! I have had several nail technicians here and they always do a great job.They have several large TVs and play HGTV all day, which I love. Pedicures are thorough and relaxing. Even the regular spa pedi includes hot stones.I have included photos of my most recent acrylic full set with gel polish. They have hundreds of colors to choose from: regular, gel, and powder. I tell all my friends to go here!

I originally went here to get chrome (in the powder form) on my nails...she told me that they do offer that service in the gel nail polish form...unfortunately I agreed& that was a big mistake. The older guy who she told to paint my nails was really nice but couldnt perfect my nails...every time I put them under the light some of them would get these wrinkles that looked like sharp cuts in them... he fixed 1& was going to ignore the other 3 until I pointed them out(they were very obvious)...they tried to blame it on how I was holding my hands under the light( Ive gotten chrome& gel a NUMBER of times so I knew that wasnt the case)...she came over to fix yet another 1 that he just couldnt perfect& it was totally different -style wise...I was supposed to get the cat eye with this chrome gel the only one that had that style was the nail she fixed! Needless to say ab 2 days later theyd already started cracking/chipping. Im on day 4 & theyre peeling all over- such a WASTE of time& money! I gave 2 stars bc they were nice but I most likely wont rerurn.

I tried this place for the first time and I will never go back. My nails look terrible (he worst nail job Ive ever had). The acrylic is lumpy, uneven and THICK (even though asked for thin multiple times). The gel polish on my fingers has streak marks and also chipped the same day! My pedicure was subpar. I asked for my toes to cut down and he barely took it down. Nails and toes different lengths. Just terrible. The only positive thing about this place is that they have good massage chairs. #MoneyWasted

Awful. While the staff was very friendly and my wait was short as a walk-in, my gel manicure didnt even last 24 hours before chipping. I was only allowed to keep my nails under the light for 20 seconds (every other place lets me wait a 45-60 seconds). This has never happened to me before; my nails usually go at least a week without problems. The paint hardened on the skin around my nails and looked unkempt. Nails were different lengths. Too many problems to justify coming back.

First time coming here with my friend and we both loved it! Definitely coming back again, great customer service.

Even tho the guy was very nice who did my pedicure he kept hurting my cuticles, made me bleed and kept saying sorry. Everyone here is nice but the pedicure wasnt as relaxing as I wanted it to be.

Horrible. Do not go. This one lady would not listen to my request to fix my crooked acrylic tip. Cut me with the drill and just had a horrible attitude. Save your money and go elsewhere. Im writing this complaint as Im sitting in the salon.

They took my entire family they were friendly there work where professional. The shop was clean and a lot of parking in the back. I would be back

I decided to go to Zen Nails, because my nail tech was out of town. I wanted to get my full set soaked off. My nails were partially soaked off, scraped, and I was told to return....but I was charged. I will not be returning.
