I got a pedicure and acrylic manicure. I showed the picture of what I wanted when I first arrived and they told me to pick a color. I asked could they do it, they said yes. Pedicure went fine. The woman that did my pedicure was very professional and nice. Then I sat down for the manicure. The man who did it should not be allowed to do nails again. I told him 4 times that the nails weren’t straight. He argued with me and said they were straight and he didn’t fix them. He used a pinkish red instead of the red I picked out. When it came to do the design, he said it was airbrush and he couldn’t do that. Why say you can all the way through the process until it came time to do the design? He was rude, rushed, and rough with my fingers. Pics attached are what I asked for vs what I received.

I asked for sns he applied with a brush, barely filed them, there is black acrylic all over my skin, applied several layers of gel coat on top, fibers from rag in a few in my nails which caused bumps and holes. This is not even cheetah. Lol oh and they also argued with me that they do not make black sparkle ANYTHING! And had the audacity to charge me 55$ what a joke! Oh not to mention my fingers are so dried out because I had to soak my previous polish off in pure accitine. What a joke so now I’m having to pay someone to take this mess off and redo. I will post those results as soon as It’s done! Don’t waste ur time or money

They just keep saying were out when you ask for eyelash extensions. Like what are you out of? Ive tried getting them done twice this month and both times theyve refused. At first the man tried saying we dont do that until I said it says on the window they do them, and then he said were out, were out. Trash business. Dont waste your time here.

I love this place !! Timmy and his wife have taken great care of me for years from perfecting my nails in speed time (mr Timmy) , his wife introducing me to the amazing benefits of waxing and I got my lashes done for the first time here . I moved away but I definitely have NOT found another Timmy 😫 I can’t wait for this set of nails to tarnish so I can run back home 🌸* Update 1/15/2021 he’s done it again ! I didn’t even have to say much , even after all these years he knew exactly what I came for ✨✨✨✨

Horrible job sloppy nails feet wasnt done charged 31$ for mi 6 ye old son toes cut messed my mother hand up and butchered my foot. Please dont be fooled

Beautiful place, plenty of options and offered water when we entered. I got a pedi which took far too long and I’m not sure why. The pedi looked awesome but it took an extremely long time to get finished.

I have been coming here for over a year and I love it. With the new layout it looks more open and I can sit next to my friends and talk. Love Timmy, he’s the best!!

This place is AMAZING!! The staff are super friendly and the quality of service is top notch.

First off we showed up and the windows were covered by curtains and had a creepy vibe to it. Secondly I came one month after a gift certificate expired and brought another person as well and was told I couldn’t use the certificate. I didn’t even see it in the small writing in the right hand corner.But seriously 3 months only for a certificate? That’s just terrible business in my mind and shows no compassion to any customer. Especially when u show up one month after. I recommend nobody to come here unless you want to deal with weird smells and no hospitality. Seemed strange there was 5 people signed in and nobody present in the front either. Who knows what they do in the back here.

Worst Nail salon in Gainesville serious .went in for an acrylic set he was done in 15 min when it usually take up to 30-45 any where else ,Mr.tim did it he didn’t even cut my nails down or file the nail down I asked for him to shape them he got mad and started saying stuff to his coworkers in a angry tone .he’s is such a rush to go watch his videos got mad when I asked to fix My nails . DON’T RECOMMEND

Jan & Tim great customer service but the lady who did my pedicure didnt speak English and didnt do a good job on it...did good leg massage but she polished one foot more than other and its only been a week and starting to peal my toes look worse than before I went
