My first time here and I called first, no wait they told me to come right in and were super kind on the phone. The nail tech saw me struggling to find the right color and brought the perfect color to me. She was super gentle on my feet and the place is clean and relaxing. They use hot stones AND hot towels so that’s a plus. I will definitely be back 🥰

The nail technician here are not consistent with their work . The prices are also a bit expensive for the quality . Also, please be sure to ask the price prior to your service because they constantly change their price depending on how they feel . My first visit was good . However , as I constantly went back the Quality of their work got worse. I got gel polish and went home to shower for an event and all of the polish literally peeled off . I believe they use a cheap quality of products or skipped steps in the nail process . If you complain about your nails they will talk about you in their language and then blame you . I do not recommend this nail place because it’s literally a gamble you never know the quality you will walk away with . If they mess up your nails and you complain more than once they will ask you not to come back . There are better nail places in town that will provide to top quality nails . BEWARE

UPDATE: Called the business and spoke with the lady that did them. She basically said I shouldve been paying attention and its not her fault (for overcharging my $90). Said there was nothing she would do. Ive now involved my bank and theyve opened a case for dispute because this is ridiculous.The lady charged me $125 for individual FLARE lashes which are I think $35. Didnt think about it until I was already home and am very upset. I didnt understand how she had gotten done so fast but its because she didnt do the type I was being charged for. They looked awful, felt terrible and the glue clumps went halfway up the lashes.

Depends on who you go to here. As with anywhere I guess. I would only trust Lynn or MY to do nails and gel pedis. One thing I will say.. is to always ALWAYS ask what’s the price of the nails that you want. Apparently they all charge different prices. I decided to be bold and get some designs along with my daughter.. only to be told at the END that my nails were $95 and hers $85. 😟😕 Had I known we would of just done a regular set. Got me this time.. won’t be happening again. Not sure if I’ll return.. 🤨

Took my stressed out daughter who is a student at UF and in the midst of studying for finals to Bellagio Nail Salon just to spoil her and ease her stress. I paid and tipped appropriately but found the service horrible. I paid for the spa pedicure which included a foot rub that lasted seconds and we both felt rushed through the rest. My daughter was left in the chair with her bare feet to get down from the chair and put her shoes on by herself. Worst spa service I have ever received. Would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I wouldnt recommend and I wont be going back. They rush. My nails look terrible. The guy cut me. Not once did he ask me if the length or the shape was okay. I paid $50 for hideous nails that I am unhappy with.

Was shocked by price... which I didnt realize would be $55 for a DNS (powder/dip) manicure. Did not note pricing posted anywhere - but it was my fault for not asking prior to the service. Manicure was fine - but took longer than Im used to. No hand moisturizing or anything other than prior paint removal, trimming/shaping, and new paint application. I left with previous manicures paint adhered to my fingers still (due to this technicians method of paint removal - soaking fingers in a bowl - which allowed previous paint to float and adhere to my skin).Shop isnt overly dirty - but also isnt overly clean. When I walked in I was told pick a color... I confirmed that I was choosing from the correct selection (I wasnt initially directed) but when I sat to do my mani, I was told I chose from wrong palette.(No biggie, but notable). Noted another client being left in a pedicure chair for her nails to dry for around 30 minutes. Her tech had left to go to the store next door. Ive never seen nail polish take 30 minutes to dry to a safe flip-flop level...I wasnt going to write this review... but i have been bothered by the lack of price transparency (for a single color mani!) every time I look at my nails.

You get what you pay for. The place looks very new but unfortunately it didnt feel like there was any air conditioning, and because the front door stayed open there were fruit flies flying around. I came in because I had a coupon in the mail for an $18 pedicure. I decided to get French tips so it came out to $23. While the massage chair and the spa component were fantastic, the nail tech misunderstood that I meant to get French tips and began to paint my nails all white. I stopped her after the first 2 toenails, but then she had to call over someone else (the manager?) to fix it. They ended up removing the polish and repainting the base coat, but then for some reason the manager was trying to freehand the French tips? He even answered a phone call while he was doing it. Ive had French tips a few times before and the white polish is always cleaned up with polish remover afterwards before the topcoat is painted on, but this wasnt. From far away, its not too noticeable but a few toenails look sloppy up close. Its the cheapest French pedicure Ive ever had, and its obvious when you see it. I attached a photo so people can see what I mean. In the future, Ill pay a bit more for a better quality job.

Ive been going to Bellagio for a few months now and I must say today I left feeling so relaxed and they did my nails exactly as I wanted. Ive always been happy when I leave Bellagio but today my feet were truly pampered! Worth the money. I always recommend Bellagio .

4 stars because their service is good. Talented nail techs BUT they do not value appointment times. I have a baby so appointment times are so important as I am on a babysitter clock. Last time I had to leave and have since found a new salon.

Amazing pedicures, nice beautiful atmosphere, however when it comes to acrylic nails, it becomes all bad. I had a set put on and it wasn’t done correctly. I had to go back in toHave someone correct it. Three nails broke within the first week. Then when I went to getThem fixed, they didn’t evenRemove the whole broken nail. They just added to it. Last Friday was the last straw for me.. Fill in was awful.. you could see old blue polish on outside of the new polish, the shape was lumping and uneven, and there were small areas on my nail that didn’t get touch during the fill in. High prices for less then quality work.I had to pay someone else to fixThem. Really want my money back!

Ive only experienced this place one time when I tried to come in during business hours but the employees just walked right by me saying that they were closing early. It was a pretty rude experience 😔

Although my nails turned out pretty, I kind of am disappointed by the service. Normally I get my nails done as a treat to myself. The technician who did my nails (in my opinion) didn’t take the necessary steps for nail prep. I told him my hands were extra dry because of the weather. He didn’t clean my nails or prep the cuticle etc, until I stopped him and asked him to do so (he had already started applying base product). I even had to ask for lotion at the end and cuticle oil (I got dip powder & usually feel dry after). I would just rather pay $45 elsewhere where I feel like they offer professional and thorough service.

Friendly and welcoming salon. Quick to be serviced on a Sunday right before closing. I didn’t feel like they were in a hurry to close. Only a polish change today but I will be returning!

Ive been to this location a few times and have always been happy with the quality of their work. They do a good job and usually arent too busy. Looks like a family run place. Its well decorated and pleasant inside. Everything is pretty new. I also couldnt be happier with the location, now I dont have to drive up to the mall just to get my nails done.

Unfortunately a complete waste of $45 for powder dip, it is hard to understand how a professional nail technician can mess up a simple one color dip.. Simple use the end of a bottle of base that has seen better days and apply so sparsely the powder has nothing to cling to, then dip nail into powder multiple times causing a ridge at the nail base, the result poor color, with bumps and streaks.. I always have a positive experience at Bellagio. I usually get gel nails and Lynn is fast and efficient and they turn out beautifully. Won’t go anywhere else.

This place is wonderful. Its such a beautiful environment and the staff are extremely nice. My nails are beautiful. I like the coffin shape acrylic nails and Im very picky about the shape and thickness. They did an unbelievably great job! My new salon for sure!!!

Horrible service. They painted our nails with gel nail polish when we asked for a normal pedicure. Then they started YELLING at us to pay $20 extra dollars because they used the gel. The kept yelling until we paid for what we did not even want!REPLY to the Owners response:It was such an embarrassing experience we will never step foot in your store again. We had 3 people yelling at us infront of other customers saying PAY $45 DOLLARS NOW. And then one representative called a manager and handed us the phone. The manager was YELLING saying GEL 45 DOLLARS, YOU PAY 45 DOLLARS. My aunt was so startled she handed the phone to me. I tried to explain but he gave me no chance to speak. As we shut the phone, the person who was on the phone drove up in his car and ran into the store red and mad saying YOU PAY $45 DOLLARS YOU GOT GEL.I asked him to show me where on the bottle or on the stand it said that this was a gel nail polish. He got even more mad because he couldnt. We got scared and were so embarrassed that we paid the extra money and left. We told him he would be losing 3 customers for life over this, but he said he didnt care.

Overpriced and their customer service needs work. They seem to treat their white customers better. Both times I came with my white friends and they were always served before me while the nail tech barely acknowledged my existence and seemed to rush through my manicure. First time I thought it was maybe just that one tech and overlooked it but second time wasnt just a fluke. The self-hate is real.The quality of work is also pretty shoddy as it hasnt even been two days and my gel is already starting to come off at the tips. Wont be coming back here again.

It was a little pricey for my nails, $85 for gel acrylic nails and design on my nails, but they did a really good job and its super good quality of work

I chose to come here based on the great reviews. Because of this, I expected at least a decent experience. I made an appointment for the next day and when I got there, I had to wait at least 30 minutes even though there was only one other customer there. First, I got a dip powder manicure. The man was very nice and conversational, he even helped me pick a really pretty color. When he started my nails, I was cut at least 5 different times. He finished my manicure and it looked pretty good. Within the next week, my nails already started to lift and one even came off (my last dip powder manicure lasted almost two months). I also had an issue with my gel pedicure; I got home and noticed a big bubble underneath my polish that popped, getting polish all over my toe. I called to see what they could do about my nails, not mentioning my toes because it seemed like not a big deal. They told me that I could come in to get my manicure fixed (at this point all of my nails were lifted). I asked if I needed an appointment, they said no. I told them Id be there around three and I was. Again, I had to wait another 30 minutes in a virtually empty room. I finally was seen and told the technician (the same one as before) about what was going on. He said that he would file down the bottoms of my nails and fill them like an acrylic fill, I told him that wouldnt fix my nails lifting and peeling at the top and he said that hell glue them and it would be fine and if they keep lifting then I can just glue them myself. Now, a day after my fix, my nails are already lifting again. Im sad to say that I wont be coming back here, although the people and facilities were nice.

I have gone at this place twice for eyebrow waxing once in the morning and another time in the evening. This service is listed on their menu but every time I am told “the person who waxes is not here yet”. Fellas save your time and go somewhere else.

Ive tried so any salons in Gainesville and this one was the best. The staff are super professional and nice, they work is gentle and really good. They would do exactly what you ask for. I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this nail salon!! I have been going since they opened! They are ALWAYS super nice, make your nails look beautiful and funny! They understand most people are there to relax and respect that. :) I will not go anywhere else!

Ive been here a couple times now, if your shy and awkward like me this is a great environment. The staff is awesome every time ive been here. Its very relaxing and almost puts you to sleep. In Gainesville this weekend for my daughters graduation and we decided to get mani-pedis. We chose the Deluxe Spa Pedicure. Worst pedicure I have ever gotten. My tech rushed through it. Hardly gave me a massage. Extremely disappointing for a $35 pedicure. But more concerning was the fact that I witnessed the nail tech finish my pedicure and start another client without sanitizing her tools. I had to wait for my daughter, so I was there for quite a while. I saw her finish that client and put her tools back at her station and did not sanitize them AGAIN. I am horrified and will report her to the manager. Will never come here again. Just hoping I dont get some type of infection or worse.

Great place! Best foot massage Ive ever had during a pedicure. I only got the basic package and that still included a hot stone massage! The staff was super friendly and not pushy at all. Definitely one of the best nail salons in Gainesville!

We had appointment for 4 and they started on one person 15min late and then the next 30min later and the next two 45min later. I did a gel pedicure and the outcome of the gel was good but he did not adequately clean the sides of my toenails despite me taking off my nailposh before the appointment. Also one person in our party didnt get gel and after 30min of air drying both her toes and fingers smudged and she had to take it off. I would NOT go here again.

I came to get my nails done yesterday and said I would come back tonight to get my nails done and I arrived at 6:20pm and the door was locked even though the closing time is 7:30pm wow

The decor is nice but don’t be fooled. This place is a bit overpriced. I was charged $25 for lashes (not mink.. the strip lashes)... the woman put SO MUCH GLUE.. it came out absolutely disgusting. There was glue on my eyelid near my lash line! I literally took it off in 2 days

I just moved here this summer and finally found my shop! It’s a beautiful shop and very clean. They do everything from gel nails to pedicures. They are one of the only few shop that does SNS dipping powder. They have hundred of dipping colors to choose from. I am so grateful to have a place to get fabulous service and treatments right here in Gainesville. Thank you Bellagio girls for being so great.

Loved the time and effort Angel took for my pedicure so this isn’t for her. I’m livid about my hands. I had very long natural nails under my acrylic tips and wanted to soak them off and put acrylic on my natural nails.. worst experience I’ve ever had. The acrylic is thick and uneven and my “coffin” shaped nails are short nails that don’t resemble coffin shaped nails AT ALL. The shape, the acrylic itself, and the gel polish on top are a complete disaster. I have polish on my hands and acrylic everywhere and I’ve never been more disappointed with a service. I’ll only be going back for a refund but never for my nails again!

Been going here for about a month.. This last time I went with my mom and when he took off her nail polish- her big toe had a lot of fungi underneath the nail. Shes gotten 3 pedicures here. Consecutively..and never had nail fungus ever before.. The nail tech tried to cover it with his hands and act like it was nothing. Also the acrylic nails have been lifting a week after getting a fill. Very dissapointed. Check next time you go- they use Spic and Span to clean out the pedi tubs. You should use Clorox Cleanup with bleach.

Over priced and low quality. I’ve come here a few times to get acrylic nails and I will not give this est. any more chances. My nails come out thick and uneven and I would suggest exploring other options in Gainesville.

I had Eric and I absolutely loved my first experience. I went in as a walk in right before they were closing and they didn’t rush me whatsoever.

I didnt like how my nails were done and she filed the mess out of the side of my fingers 1 was cut almost bleeding. I told her how I wanted my nails to look she kept on like she didnt know what I wanted then I showed her a picture then she say you want a hump in your nails. Ummm no I just wanted them to look natural not square .Pedicure was not the greatest was rushed. Actually I felt like they rushed everything. My 1st time and last time here this place is awful. They were nice people.

I got a pedicure and SNS French manicure. The pedicure was great, super relaxing and I loved that they use hot stones. The manicure, however, was lacking—instead of using powder for the tips, my manicurist used gel and as a result the tips peeled off immediately. I had to go back the same day to have my thumb redone, and by the next evening two more had chipped off. The gel started to peel off after the tips. I am used to my SNS nails lasting for a month without chipping, but these lasted perhaps a week and now two weeks later Ive removed them all since they looked terrible. A good nail salon but look elsewhere if you want dip powder/SNS nails!

The same review I left for Zen still applies, but I love the new space even more!I spent so many months trying to find a good nail salon in Gainesville, and I finally found Zen a little over a year ago and I refuse to go anywhere else! I have had several nail technicians here and they always do a great job.They have several large TVs and play HGTV all day, which I love. Pedicures are thorough and relaxing. Even the regular spa pedi includes hot stones.They have hundreds of colors to choose from: regular, gel, and powder. I tell all my friends to go here!

I’ve been getting my nails done at my usual nail salon back in my hometown for years now even though I’ve been here in Gainesville for over five years. I’ve tried a few places here, but no where was ever close to as good as the place back home. I’m going out of town in a few days and won’t make it back home to get my nails filled in so after reading some reviews, I decided to try bellagio. I called about an hour before ther we’re supposed to close and the man on the phone reassured me they’d take me right away. I got there about 15 minutes later and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The salon is very clean and tidy and beautifully decorated. Tommy helped me right away and he gave me a huge selection of colors to choose from. He was very easy to talk with, he made me feel comfortable and not rushed to pick what I wanted at all. Pricing is slightly higher than other places I’ve been, but it is worth it for the quality. I’m very impressed and I will definitely be returning!

The place is clean, calm, well maintained and relaxing. The man that did my pedi was nice and quiet (I like not talking while I relax). He gave an fabulous calf massage, however, he never moisturized my feet or rubed them. His painting of my nails is great but they were filed all uneven. I now have painted driedout feet. He left me in the chair for 20+ minutes. I ended up getting up, paying the other gentleman up front and leaving. A waste of $30.00

Atmosphere is fantastic and love how it is next to my families FAVORITE health food store, Earth Fare. Went in for eyebrow waxing. The job was mediocre, I was not impressed. The eye brow technition got eye a large chunk of brow wax in my hair. I felt it, and felt her try to fix it. She pretended it didnt happen, hoping I wouldnt notice. I looked in the mirror, and asked out to get it out of my hair, which is very sensitive. She and another technition persisted by using lots of acitone in my hair to try to remove it. Left with some still in my hair. Never experienced this anywhere else, unsure if I will return. Atmosphere is beautiful though.
