Terrible quality, all of nails were different shapes. My black polish peeled off. Different lengths all together. The women doing my nails was mad the hole time. The design was terrible, never coming again

I was excited to get my nails done at a new place. i’m usually so happy with the results of my nails, but this placed didn’t do well at all. i had a guy doing my nails and he didn’t know what he was doing. he has to keep getting corrected and he still made my nails way too thick. he put way too much nail glue on my nail for the tip that it tore my nails up breaking off. will never go here again.

I called Polished Nail Bar thinking I called the Polished Nail Bar in Sugarloaf not realizing it was one in Gainesville. I spoke with a young lady over the phone & via text to ensure she could do some art holiday nails before Christmas. She kept saying they could do it and it would not be a problem, to come right over and she will be ready for me. I even sent her pictures of the designs via phone. Needless to say I drove an HOUR to this Gainesville location just to find out they only had one professional artist that could do the designs and she would not be ready for another 1 hr or so. The young lady I spoke with over the phone was very polite about it so I decided to stick it out, plus I already drove an hour. I finally get seated and the lady who started doing my nails acted as if she could not do any of the designs ... instead she wanted to slap stickers on my nails. I informed her that I wanted them exactly like how I sent the picture and that was the reason for me calling to verify before I drove an hour away. After going back and forth with the lady I ended up with a design I did NOT like and something simple that she said she could do. Even that design was NOTHING like I asked. I walked out unhappy however it gets worse. Not even a couple of days after I get my nails done my thumb nail breaks off! A couple of days later I was making up the bed and TWO other nails literally tore off the bed of my nails!!!! I was in so much pain for the first week! I never had that happen! I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I am ONLY writing this to help others. I AM A HUGE NAIL FAN that typically gets my nails done by a HUGE professional nail artist, however, she was away for the holidays, so I get them done but only occasionally as I love to take care of my regular nails as well! Even before I left I informed the lady I was not happy with anything ... she still collected the money and had did not offer ANY solution.

The wors experience ever, not professional, nails not even, not the color that i choose, all nails with different chapes, extra thins when i ask to be thicker, i let the owner know that i didnt like them and she didnt care.

I couldnt be happier with how my nails turned out. My amazing nail tech was so good, I stayed for a gel pedicure as well. :)

Terrible. Never again will I go. Unprofessional customer service. Rushed through. I didnt get the results i paid for. My nails got painted with fuzz and debris on them, I kept getting hurt with the buffers. My skin was making contact with the nail file. Etc.

My first time coming here and let me just say it was AMAZING !!! Harrison did my nails and he did a GREAT job ! He always made sure I liked what he was doing ! I will definitely be coming back !

This Monday. That was the first time, I went to Polished nail bar It was an amazing time when Harrison did my nails. He did a really good job with ombre nails. I am so picky, I used to try many salons, I was disappointed. But here with the amazing job the did on my nails!They were beautiful!. I suggest everyone come with Harrison

Scheduled an appointment for 6:15 and arrived on time ... i was then asked to wait 30 mins for my selected nail tech ... mins later a 6:30 appointment walks in ... I was treated invisible then asked if it was any other day that I could come ... I replied no I can not .. the 6:30 appointment was then serviced over me ... why make appointments if you are not gonna adhere to appointment times and pick and choose who you decide to service

Me and my best friend just left. 88 dollars for a fill in and a full set. My fill in was 43$ and her full set was 45$ like how?! Also it’s not that good of a set for the price. That’s absolutely ridiculous and we will not be going back. Too expensive for the quality.

I’ve been going for a while and my experience was always decent BUT I called to ask for prices then I went and charged me double! The manager started arguing with me when her employee gave me a certain price. Keep in mind I was going for a fill in and they were basically charging me for a full set. They kept bringing up excuses of how I asked wrong for a price, the employee knew I was right but the manager wouldn’t listen. She was extremely rude when I was talking and explaining very calmly and friendly... my sister and I will never go again!P.s another employee was being very rude when I asked for colors and he kept going back and forth to tell me they didn’t have them, it’s not my fault they are not stocking up right.

First timer and loved it! Quick service and Ann did a very nice job with SNS manicure. My daughter got acrylics and they turned out very nice! Lyn did a fabulous job with the acrylics. Friendly atmosphere! Will come again!

Walked in at 11. Was already in my car pulling out by 1130. Rushed my pedicure. Didn’t remove in grown skin around nails. Can still see old polish in crack if toes and new polish all over skin. Horrible rushed service.

Linn is hands down the best nail tech. She is super patient and very sweet.

Took my daughter and her friend to get their nails done for prom. Priced right with nice ladies working but maybe not the most experienced. My daughter did have to point out the spots they missed on her and her friends nails. They fixed them with only minimal complaining by the lady doing them. Called my girl picky and they all had a good laugh about it.

AMAZING!!! Very professional, very nice service and very nice people. For sure best nail salon yet! Tina, my nail stylist, was so kind, and her English was pretty good and she was easy to understand. I recommend you use her, she was very personable and has been doing nails for 20 years!!

This place is a joke for a nail salon, customer service was so poor. First filed my nails then put acrylic the lady filed and cut my nails and they do not even match the other hand... when I asked her if she could fix it, she started cussing and treated me and my mother very rudely. I would not recommend this nail salon to my worst enemy.

I am beyond thrilled with the amazing job the did on my nails! I I just moved here and have had a terrible time finding a place that does a good job with them...they were beautiful!

My nails the first time with pink gel nails wasWent awesome. Then I needed a fill and a picked a different color with pink opi and its horrible. Dont use the opi nail polish its old. Otherwise great place

Very nice location and facility. They were very attentive when I walked in and this continued through my services. Very friendly!Harrison did my SNS French. I LOVE it! He was very detailed and you could tell he took pride in his work. Will definitely be going back!! $40 for my SNS French and I love!

My finger is so bad infected from this place . I went 4 days ago paid so much and had to go get them removed. I went to another nail salon. My finger is so bad infected they took all my nails off. They showed me where it was cut. The lady denied cutting me when I asked her about it.

They all do an amazing job. My nails look fantastic every time I go here. I will not go anywhere else.

I had a mani pedi with a foot massage. Wonderful experience. Annie made my feet new again with no scraping. I did get their best foot massage. Everything was so clean and pictures of the beach were relaxing. Linda gave me a great manicure. Thank you.

Sooooo.... if you go here to get your toes done, don’t. I went here and well I had to get surgery.. they infected my toe.. if I could go back and get my 30 dollars back I would.. my toe turned black and blue... and bled constantly so I suggest don’t!

Gel nails fell of that night. When we asked for ombre the lady was rude . One of the ladys when asked to fix my friends nail left attending someones feet and touched her nails not changing gloves

This is the norm nail shop that I usually enjoy but JUST now my experience was HORRIBLE!! So I guess they sat me on the other side of the shop bc I was the ONLY black woman in there. EVERYBODY was seated on the other side...even ppl who walked in after me. I got a pedicure but usually they ask which pedicure service you want and I was NOT asked at all!! I guess bc my daughter was with me...which 1 nail tech asked was she my niece bc shes light skinned and Im darker...they figured I just wanted a basic rushed through service👿 keep in mind I usually spend anywhere from $40-100 here...so today they got their little $23!! So angry and Im NEVER coming back here!!

The place was very beautiful but when they did my nails it was a little painful and when they did te top coat to my gel nails they added a acetone after and it was just everywhere.
