Horrible, horrible horrible. I do not recommend happy nails to anyone. Booked an appointment and had to wait over an HOUR! I got a pedicure and a full set. After receiving my pedicure and getting my toes painted I was given a nail dryer. And to make it worse, I wasn’t given a nail dryer for my hands either I was given a fan. It’s been literally one week and my nails are rising. You couldn’t even tell I had just got my nails done a week ago! A mess! Don’t recommend.

I have been a customer of Happy Nails for two years. But recently the service has become poor in quality and professionalism has lacked. I supported this establishment even through the pandemic in the midst of Anti-Asian sentiments.However, the manager has overbooked and thus even when you have an appointment you are made to wait upwards of an hour.Today, I had a 9:30am appointment in which because of traffic arrived at 10:40am. Another woman that had a 10am appointment was taken for service before me. When I told the manger he did not apologize.When I said I would be taking my business somewhere else he became excessively rude and said he did not care.Other people started to leave the shop as well because of the wait.Great work will never excuse poor business skills.I found a new place, called Pro Paris Nails and Spa, close to UF that just opened that I went to instead. The facility is newer. The appliances and massage chairs for pedicures are newer. The system for signing in and tracking customers who enter is something that was not available at Happy Nails in order to avoid confusion. So they are more efficient. Sign in is by iPad. The quality of work is actually better!

Did not want to do my daughters nails for her birthday

Went to Happy Nails with a girlfriend that has been going there for years.She called ahead and they were able to get us in within a couple of hours. For a Saturday afternoon, I thought that was pretty good. Rosie was my nail tech and did a wonderful job on my nails. I decided to get the gel. They are holding up quite well. The shop was very busy and looks like they have a lot of repeat business. I plan to go back and have Rosie take care of me again.

I’ve used this place for years and they used to do such a great job but now every time I go I end up sitting two or three hours even with an appointment the wait time at this place is crazy ridiculous

I had Kenny do both my nails and toes and he did a amazing job I came in told him I want happy with the person that did my nails from another salon and he told its because they didn’t use the gel so he did my nails I was soo happy and then he did my feet and they turned out awesome will definitely be coming back for sure

Even if they are pretty fast, they do not completely rush the work as some of their competitors (especially Pretty Nails & Spa who always rush my manicure).The prices are good and the people working there are polite. They try to make small talk in order for the interaction not to be too awkward.

Worst place for brows. I asked her to keep my eyebrows thick. I just wanted them arched. She made them extremely thin. My eyebrows are two different shapes. Now I have to wait for them to grow back. Im forced to pencil them in every morning because the eyebrows are way too thin for my facial structure. Will never go again! Hopefully my eyebrows grow back fast.

I came on a Sunday approx. 2:15pm. The tech rushed my pedicure. My feet did not feel smooth. No oil or lotion applied prior to me leaving. I returned and showed the tech. She agreed to fix it, but instead another tech rudely applied an oil based polish to my calluses and refused to attempt to correct the problem. I am very dissatisfied and will never utilize their services again. I do not recommend this place at all. I should have listen to the advice of others that warned me. Very poor service. Zero is my star rating.

The place is clean. The staff is very nice and knows what they are doing. I have been going for years and never had a problem with the service. Communication may be a issue due to the language issues. But they know just enough to know what you need done. But who wants to chit chat while they are getting a mani pedi.

Went in on a referral from a friend where I work. It was my fault I had made an appointment for 6p but showed up at 6:25p due to traffic from Archer rd to Newberry (I had no idea). But I told Jen that my nails were for a wedding. She took me anyways. I let her know it has been 5y since I had nails and she applied acrylics for me with blue hologram paint. She even painted a little snowflake on my ring fingers. She was SUPER NICE and very sweet, I absolutely enjoyed sitting and talking with her. Tipped her well and left. Well when I walked out and got to examining them at home (sending my mom and best friends pictures), I noticed that the acrylic was applied pretty far from cuticles.......like my friends were asking when I had them done since they looked like they needed filled already :-(. Then 1.5 weeks out they were already chipping and cracking and breaking. The polish was peeling off, etc. I went to a different salon in Ocala to get then filled and they were absolutely terrible. Needless to say I think I am just going to have them taken off after the holidays.

Been visiting this nail salon for a while. I get my nails done how I like it. Don’t give five star because they can do better with pedicures and nail designs are okay. Place is clean, not bad prices and haven’t found no place better. I’ll keep visiting on regular basis.

I went because a friend told me that they did exactly what you asked, the lady saw about five times the photo I showed her, first they did not clean my nails well, the result was not what I wanted, much less I expected, no It looks nothing at all and almost at the end she saw it to see if everything was fine. what I learned not to return to that place.

This is my go-to happy place. Mani-pedi every 2 weeks! Love the staff. Always treat me well.

A very wonderful experience! I love going here and this place is always a bright and happy place. Even the nail tech Kenny does a wonderful job on my nails and the other nail techs are very friendly. I also love getting pedicures because it doesnt matter who does the pedicures the tech takes their time and makes sure I have relaxing experience. Happy Nails is the place to go to get your manicure, pedicure, and have agreat relaxing fun and bright experience!

Ive only gone for pedicures, more for the relaxation aspect than anything. The staff is very friendly, and Ive always enjoyed my visits.

I have went here on three ocassions for a full set. The second ocassion I asked for a white and pink full set with a flower and got a design that looked like a bush by a woman. The last time I showed a picture of a silver acrylic set with rhinestones and I got the attatched photo. I enjoyed the design, although the rhinestones were not placed in the middle of the nail. After leaving I realized my left hand didnt look like my right hand. The acrylic was thick and looked unnatural. My nails were not the same shape and varied on each hand. I decided to look at different nail salon and she noticed the shape of the nail and thickness of the acrylic without me mentioning it.

Very pleased with them my first time getting an pedicure 😊 and afterwards left my wallet there and guy brought it to me at my work at Dollar tree

I was here yesterday. NEVER AGAIN!!! They lady who did my toes, did a awesome job. But when it was time for my full set, this man rushed my nails. My nails are cute but he was hurting my hands. Filing to hard, he told me it’s because he was hungry. Won’t catch me back in here again

This was not the best place I have been to. I got white coffin acrylic nails and the male that did them was very nice but he did not file the nails evenly, also the color was not on the sides of the nail not the top. I do not recommend getting acrylic nails done by them. Also my sister got gel and the filing was also very uneven.😔

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I went in to get a simple manicure and pedicure and one of the older ladies that did my nails was just absolutely horrible and did a disgusting job. The pedicure was just weak she did not cut my nails straight they were crooked and I asked her to fix it and her response was “no it’s not crooked it’s just the angle you are seeing it from” like NO, I’m the customer if I say it’s crooked it’s because it’s crooked and all you have to do is file it even...Now for the worst part the manicure. I was already annoyed and worried to have her even do my manicure as well but I decided to bite my tongue and let her continue on with her job. When it came to the gel polish she painted all over my skin and cuticles and didn’t even clean up my edges and just through me into the light for it to dry. I looked at my hands and told her can you please clean the edges and all she did was try to scratch off the gel and all it was doing was hurting my skin so I told her to FORGET IT. She had the audacity to ask “do you like them” I looked away and stood quiet. The manger who is supposedly the only one in the salon that can actually do nails correctly told me he was going to fix my toes and he did. He then sent me over to another lady to fix my manicure. The lady only painted over what I already had and expected me to be happy with the results I just stood up and walked away. I still paid and everything. Once I left the salon not even 10 minutes later my manicure started to chip off. I called the salon and told the manger and he said to come in so he can fix it but honestly at that point I didn’t want anyone from that salon touching me anymore I had the worst experience ever! I asked him for a refund and he agreed to refund me to come in the next day. I came in the next day and he only refunded me $10 out of $73 I spent in that salon miserable and just complaining the whole time. THEY SUCK AND THEY DONT CARE IF THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB! JUST KNOW THEY WILL NOT REFUND WHATEVER MONEY YOU SPEND WITH THEM.

Went here once because it was more convenient and less expensive than the last place I went, but believe me, you get what you pay for. After my experience here, I ran back to Venus Nail. The place is dark and drab and looks like it hasnt been cleaned good in a long time. The technician would put a coat of polish on, not evenly, then tell me it was cause I moved. This happened several times. To remove the gel from the previous manicure, he used a little dremel tool to sand it off, not acetone to soak it off. Wont go back, even if it was free.

The tech I request always does an amazing job on my nails. I like how thorough she is and I never use anyone else. Ive never gotten a pedi from them before. I would definitely recommend for a mani.

New Pedicure Choices very Amazing

I walked in on July 16 to just have a broken nail repaired. My regular nail tech was closed and wouldnt reopen for several days and I didnt want to walk around with one broke nail. There were 3 workers and only 2 customers. I was greeted immediately, but when asked what I needed done and I showed them my broken nail....the older lady said,we cant fix, we dont have time! Mind you, the shop would still be open for another 5 hours. Not only was she rude, but made me feel very uncomfortable! And THAT IS THE REASON I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!!! Pretty rude! I understand nail techs not wanting to work over someone elses work, but as a paying customer ITS THERE JOB!!!

Ive been to Happy Nails TWICE, and both times were horrible! My pedicure experience was horrible and THEY CANT POLISH!! Costumer service was horrible. Everything about Happy Nails is HORRIBLE.

My experience at the nail place wasnt that great. The nail polish lasts less then a week even the gel. Also they were not the nicest, they laughed at my daughters nail color choice.

We had an appointment scheduled for manicures, and when we got there there was no one available. After waiting 20 minutes, we left and went across the street and were taken right away.

The more I go the less consistent they are. If you make an appointment you still end up waiting.

The man was very rude. Got half way through my nails then left and someone else had to finish. My nails look terrible. Not worth the $ at all
