Harrison is absolutely phenomenal! I came in on a Saturday at noon, called about 30 minutes ahead of time. I only had to wait about 10 mins (when I was prepared for more of a wait since it was the weekend). Harrison did my full set, and he did an amazing job!! Quick, clean, and very professional! He knew immediately the shape I wanted, and made them look so natural, thin and pretty! Best manicure experience ever!

I was having my pedicure and the lady who was doing my toes pulled a nail and kept pulling and pulling. I yelp because she has ripped half my toe off it felt like and she just stares at me. Then keeps pulling instead of cutting the little piece of nail she exposed. She then proceeded to rub my swelling toe and stare at me and my face contorts in pain. I didnt think anything of it but a few days later my toe is so freaking infected it hurts to the touch. ON MY WEDDING DAY!!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!

The worst . I went to get a full set before I went to beach. The lady did good and I was pleased with how they looked . 2 weeks later I go for a fill in and left with them looking great , again I was pleased. The next day 2 of my nails broke . I called and asked if I could come back and get those fixed and they said yes . The girl name tee that fixed them was really rude . The next day another one broke by this point I was done . Paid too much money for my nails not to last .

I came to this place, and they took very long to assist me. people would arrive, and they still wouldn’t. finally 2 hours went by and they got to me. the lady who did my nails was very rude and rough. overall though, my nails are cute.

Worst nails I’ve ever gotten in 8 years of constantly having my nails done. When someone comes in to try your shop for the first time and asked for someone really good, don’t give them to someone who cannot even see close detail and the sloppiness of all edges of the nails, but also clearly needs more training. Nail day should be relaxing, not having to tell the tech what to do just to get them decent enough to walk out the door with them.

This is a well-oiled machine, and youll know it from the second you walk in. Weve been regulars for many times and we rarely bother to request a certain tech, as every single one of them is as good as the next.

This been the worst nails I’ve ever gotten in my whole entire life. got there at 4 & they attended us at last knowing we got there first. after 1 hour they attended me. they were rude & very unprofessional. got all my nails wrong & really thick after I said they were not my nails I asked for. after all my nails are ugly as hell.

0/10 will never return. Worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a lumpy polish job before. Polish is also sloppily done. Nails were filed CROOKED! I had to use the file and fix them myself when she walked away. She also took off all of the length I had grown out. Waste of time and money.

Really nice place and the employees were great. Perfect for a classic mani/pedi with dip, gel, and polish. The end product was very fine. There is never a wait.

I went in for SNS basically a black french tip. The lady did pink SNS and Black Gel for the tip. My nails are bumpy and crocked and cut me. Definitely not worth $48.

The salon lady I had cut me with her nail file on each finger on my right hand deeper then a paper cut. 3 bled. Ill not go there again. They were friendly. Only took off 5 dollars. I work at a warehouse. It was hard to work the next week cause they kept reopening

My best friend and I went here and the quality of our nails were not good. I just got my nails done yesterday and my thumb is already cracked. There is also little things that shouldn’t be there on my acrylics . She also cut me and it seemed as if they were making fun of me for getting acrylics on toes. My best friends nail were so thick and she toldThe dude to file them down and he didn’t. It was really bad quality will not be coming back...

I love this place. Kathy is my favorite for SNS nails. They do charge a few dollars more than most nails salons in this area, however, I can go almost a month until I need my nails done again. The pedicures are amazing too! They go above and beyond.

Our techs did such an amazing job on our sns nails I work at a gas station and work with a lot of cleaners 3 days later nails look bran new no lifting no chipping no lumps.... the place was very clean great customer service you can have a drink with your friends while you get your nails done very clean. It was great. They give a fruit cup with a pedicure. Me and my daughter watched the solar eclipse with them. They did am excellent job. Next time were taking them up on their offer for drinks though. -I think it comes with it.

Very good service and very nice place. The S&S colors last a long time however, last time I got them done (it was an American if anyone wants to know) it chipped off quickly. One thing I really disliked about it is they raised the price of my S&S because I’m a teenager by 5 or 10 bucks. So it ended up being $40 to $45 dollars instead of $30 to $35, and there was no designs or anything just a regular colored nail. Other than that however, it’s a very nice environment and has a good staff. The employees are patient and careful with your nails. Other than the price scandal, very very nice and I would highly recommend it.

I wish there was a NO STAR here I had went with 4 other friends we went inside IT WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL walked in no more said nothing waited for about 35mins when we got up and started to walk to the door thats when they asked WHAT CAN I HELP YOU WITH I just told her we dont want your services. This is a posh nail salon with a spa feel. Clean with plenty of chairs and they will serve you daiquiris during your service. Polish has lasted over 3 weeks with no issues at all. I’m from out of town and typical pedicures in my area are quick - 30 mins tops. Don’t expect that here - they take their time. More expensive than my usual place near home however I enjoyed the experience.

I go in last week wanting a manicure. A simple manicure. And it turned into a nightmare. NOT SANITARY! They do not clean or sanitize anything. And they’re not efficient. Thank u, next.

My nails were horrible my coffin shape look like rectangles. My thumb nails are an inch longer than the rest of my nails. I wanted to say something but Im just simply never going back.

My Daughter and her 2 friends went here to get their nails done after wor . Look closely at all the times they cut her fingers . The colors they picked out had specks of other colors in it and was noticable. Very bad experience WONT BE BACK!!

I’ve never went here and left satisfied with my nails. they mess something up every time, and take forever. I get that perfection takes time but they take RIDICULOUSLY long to do my nails every single time, & my nails always pop off within a week of having them done.

Honestly this was the worst experience. I asked for my money back. But they would not do that. They wanted to fix it.Anthony messed my nails up painted the gel polish and all I felt were ridges and uneven dips. Keep in mind i paid $85 to these people. 2 hours later I could not take it. All I was doing was rubbing my fingers over my nails for 2 hours and I couldnt take the look or the feel so I went back and asked for my money back. Oh no! They wanted to fix it!5 days later 3 nails have the gel polish cracking on the tips....keep in mind gel always looks nice on my hands for 3 weeks normally...but not with Venice Nails.Now that was my fingers...lets talk about my toes...they were cut to the quick and I hurt every time I put on my socks and the toenail polish is already half gone on each big toe. That normally lasts a month for me. Im going to my normal And awesome nail salon tomorrow to get everything fixed. The only reason I went to Venice is because my aunt wanted us to go together and my normal salon wasnt open on Sundays.Ill never go back and warn everyone not to go to Venice Nails. They do not stand behind their work! I paid for a horrible experience! And $85 is NOT CHEAP!I wish I could give less than 1 star! The lady that runs the place didnt even let me finish telling her my issue. All she kept saying was Anthony fix.ANTHONY CANNOT FIX! HE MESSED MY NAILS UP!

I have had a good experience here 2 times before and bad experiences 2 times. One time I was getting a manicure and the lady put one coat of color and clear coat on my left hand and 2 coats of color and 2 coats of clear on my right hand. I just left after the second bad experience and my nails look horrible because the woman was rushing and not hardly paying attention. She was looking away from my nails more than she did at them. I got engaged over the weekend and wanted my nails to look nice but I’ll have to go somewhere else as soon as I find the time.

I Went in to get my eyelashes done and the glue & lashes started to fall off in 2 days when they need to last two weeks I went back again and fix it but the next day same problem. The lady puts the lashes on crooked doesn’t know what she’s doing and the glue is very noticeable they either need to get Better eyelash glue or a lady who knows what she’s doing.🤷🏻‍♀️

I will not be back to this nail salon. First of all I went yesterday with my sister, it wasnt all that busy (like Ive seen it in the past). We both waited over an hour for them to start on our nails (she was getting a pedicure I was getting SNS nails). While I was waiting at a chair other people would come in and they would start doing their SNS nails before doing mine... they didnt have an appointment. The owner just doesnt seem to care how long you have to wait, and I wish I would have just walked out the door (we were there from 3:15-5:30). Once I finally got going the guy doing my nails wasnt all that friendly and he just seemed frustrated. He would file some of my nails but forget others, which Im honestly kind of thankful for because he ended up cutting me pretty deep on 3 fingers because he filed too close to my skin. My fingers are so sore today. Oh and if that isnt enough... I paid $40 for this... $40 for horrible customer service and bloody fingers. Do yourself a favor... go somewhere else.

When I walked in they did not greet me or my sister. They sat us down and they took awhile to get to me and they had forgot about my little cousin and the took care these other little girls and I had to tell her and all she said was “ I forgot” the lady that did my cousins nails was not nice, she had this annoyed face on her look when she was asked to care of my cousin. The guy that did my nails CUT me and did the shape very WRONG! Just very rude do not recommend this place.

Tried this nail salon for the first time thinking it would do a good job, but I should remember dont judge a book by its cover... Beautiful place, but I received a gel fill in on Sunday and today is Friday and its peeling already.

Took my mom, sister, girlfriend and myself to get our nails done and the service was TERRIBLE and is a VERY UNSANITARY place!! I ended up going to the doctor because my toe got infected from them digging their unsanitary tools into it!! They made every single one of my girlfriend’s fingers bleed!! They hurt my sister but not as bad and as for my mom, they dug into her toes very harshly!! Would not recommend to anyone and too much money for bad service!!

I went in one Saturday morning with my sister-in-law and we were told 10-15min wait which we were ok with. We sat down and noticed 4 other people came in behind us and they were also told 10-15min wait. They attended two of the ladies that came in after us first, but we ignored it and sat there and thought we would be next. WRONG!! They helped the other last two ladies and completely forgot about us and when we got up they told us to wait 5 mins!! YEAH RIGHT! We took our service elsewhere!

They are so sweet with my daughter when I bring her with me. I am happy with my experience every time! This time, I got gel nails. I had the SNS powder treatment before but didnt like how thick it was and when I took it off on my own at home my nails were messed up for a couple of weeks. I cant speak to having the SNS taken off there, I imagine it goes much better... but I wont get it done again simply because it was SO THICK. Free drinks while youre there are a + too.

The owner of the salon is not professional at all. She pushes SNS on you constantly even when you say no. She gives a HORRIBLE pedicure. There is always a wait even if you make an appointment. Overall just a horrible experience and I will not be returning.

Got charged more than quoted, originally quoted 42 bucks for a full set french manicure and when the tech started to paint the whole nail white and my wife said that she wanted just the tips he said 5 dollar more. I ended up with a 50 dollar bill for a French manicure that should be only 35

This place is awful, the lady who did my SNS, complained the whole time about doing my nails. I just wanted sparkles. Then they serve up fruit and smoothies while the drills are going. That is not sanitary, the also used those drill on peoples feet and natural nail!!!!! That dust is floating in the air landing all over the open containers. The smoothie/ margarita machines are covered in that dust. It was gross and awful.

I told the lady what shape and color I wanted and then she got an attitude with me. I told her if she was going to have an attitude then I would go somewhere else and she got mad. Needless to say I didnt tip and my nails didnt come out how i wanted them at all. The fruit and drink was a nice touch though 😂

This place is FABULOUS. I will never go anywhere else. My ombre sns nails are perfect. I think it was the Spa Pedi that I chose, $36, & omg I loved it. It included so much & she massaged my legs/feet for an hour. When the lady finished my nails, she massaged my hands & arms up to my shoulders & they put essential oils on your cubicles & they do the wax dip on your hands, which leaves them feeling amazing. The prices werent bad for everything it included. I paid $86, where I usually pay $75, but it included so much more here than what I usually get. Plus, they offer drinks & give you a fruit cup. Its sorta like a mini vaca if you just sit back & relax while they pamper you! Ive recommended Venice Nails to several people I know & Ill be using them from now on.

The worse experience I have ever had a nail salon. We went for my sister wedding the day before. first off they told us one price then when we went to pay charged us 30 dollars over for everything we got. Then the owner or manager not sure who she is was rude and did not want to say she did so she starts to scream at us. She charged two different prices for the same thing. Our toes look good but the only person who nails look ok is the brides. For 3 people to have nails done and 2 of us to have full pedi and one to just have her toes painted and 2 kids to have their toes painted they tried to say it was 205 and my sister paid for it then we looked at the receipt and noticed it was not right and they did not care that they did wrong. So much so that we had to call the cops

I went in and was greeted immediately. They asked what we were getting I told them 2 mani and pedis, while we were picking our colors a young lady came and asked us specifically what we were getting. I got a spa pedi and a sns mani with the French tips and my 5yr old daughter got a regular mani and pedi.. I have to say they done a fabulous job on both of our nails. They young lady that done my nails took her time and done a fantastic job. The lady who done my daughters nails and toes was patient and very careful with my daughter. Overall we had a great experience. It did take a great deal of time but was fantastic!

Beautiful place, very clean. I wanted an SMS fill in, and the lady removed all of it and starred over even after I asked her not to. However when I asked for ombre SNS no one knew how to do it, even though it was on the SNS ring of colors. Way over priced and did not look great. Will not be back.

This place is a hit or miss, but every time go I never walk out with what I want and hear an excuse from them! I always ask for SNS fill in! This time i tried SNS full set in hope that my nails wouldn’t crack like they always do but nope they did only two days after i got them done! Told them what me and my grand daughter wanted 25 dollar pedicure,with gel for my granddaughter which should of been 55 charged me 65 when I went to pay.do not like getting ripped off wont go back.this has happened to other people also!

AWFUL! The attitudes are horrible. You pick a color and they don’t do the correct color. If you want to relax don’t plan on it there. None of my nails are even. Then when you try to have them fix it they are pissed and charge more.
