These nails do not last at all….. within 12 hours they were peeling. The color was not sealed correctly and all came off. The little jewels came off too. I sent them a message and got zero response. It’s a waste of $100+ dollars !!!!

I just got my gel manicure done at 4 on Monday. This is Thursday pictures of only 2 of my nails.. but they all look like this! I’ve wanted to go here for awhile. Was so excited about it being a place you could get a glass of wine and just relax. First they never once offered a drink. And secondly the quality of the service was terrible. They were not personable at all. And the things they had on TV ..literally I want to throw up!!! Very upset about this even though I tip the chick 15 on a 40 dollar service.. my nails are peeling nails f after 1 day !

The place was really clean but my nails turned out awful. I chose a white color for my nails and toes. After they applied the dip powder on, they then told me they didn’t have the color for my toes so I had to pick something else out. The dip was done extremely thick. After a few days the polish on my toe nails began to separate. Then after about a week, the white dip on my nails started to yellow and then the top gel coat started to peel off. Overall awful quality and will never return.

This was the repaint, and each nail is still a different length and a slightly different color. Definitely not flesh toned pink. I came in for a French manicure but they cut my natural nails too short and all different lengths and then acted like I was imposing when asked for the white tip to be thin.

Melissa is AMAZING!!! I’ve gone to others here and wasn’t impressed, but Melissa never disappoints! Since the first time she did my nails, I won’t go to anyone else! She takes her time, her shaping is by far superior to others and she’s super sweet!

Nam did my pedicure and manicure and he was amazing!!! He took his time and made my nails look so beautiful. It was hands down the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever gotten! I would give 10 stars for Nam and 100% recommend him to anyone!

I was very disappointed after I left. My nails looked good for about 30 minute, then they began to chip. I went back and told them and they offered to fix them, but they chipped again the very next day. I had originally gotten them done on Tuesday of this week. It is now Sunday and all of them have chipped. One of them even came completely off.

This is such a gem hidden in Gainesville. I got my nails done by Eva and I could tell shes really good at dipping powder otherwise other services are great. Very clean and comfortable. The manager always been helpful with all the services but I hope they serving wine soon !!!! Recommended !!

Peter did an amazing job and is extremely attentive to detail and providing quality work! He gave me cute heart nail art and a was meticulous. It was a beautiful and clean salon. I had a great massage and will have to say best pedicure I have ever received. Everyone was extremely friendly with conversation and helping. I highly recommend this nail salon. The previous reviews are spot on. I will be returning!

Noire never disappoints! I go regularly and they always give me exactly what I want and do an amazing job. Every member of this staff is incredibly kind and professional. Vicky has become my regular tech and she constantly tops herself. Beautiful salon and great people.

HORRIBLE NAIL SHOP.LITERALLY, THE WORST ONE IN TOWN.While i was laying down getting my eyebrows waxed, in a SMALL, ENCLOSED room, SARAH, brought another customer into the room.I told her i was very uncomfortable being in a small room with another customer.THEY DO NOT SOCIAL DISTANCE.She told me it was their normal practice to wax 2 customers in the same room at the same time.That makes 2 customers + 2 workers = 4 people in a tiny room less than a foot away from each other.INSTEAD OF IMMEDIATELY APOLOGIZING, SARAH, tried to rationalize her actions........bad, BAD, customer service.While the shop might look nice, dont be fooled.INFLATED, EXPENSIVE PRICING.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.I REVIEW. A. LOT. Trust that this nail shop is TERRIBLE.LOTS OF OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS.

Sadly I have to give this place 1 star, really wanted to love it. The salon is absolutely beautiful and the color selection is great. Unfortunately my pedicure was not. My polish is uneven and already messed up. The worst part was the technician scrubbed my foot so hard that he took the skin off the side of my foot. I said that it hurt and was not even given an apology. My foot continued to bleed for the rest of my pedicure, and actually is still hurting now. Really sad to have to write this review but I won’t be going back. Also, it is advertised that wine is served but this is not the case.Pics immediately after and a day later.

Horrible customer service and quality. Their nail polish was bad and kept leaving bubbles on my nails they were so adamant to keep using the same paint to avoid removing it that they just layered it. It looked horrible and after the entire staff came to look at my nails they agreed that it looked bad but did not have a solution. I asked them to just remove it. I was still charged full price for a service that wasn’t completed.

Horrible service, bad attitude from the staff and the worst nail that I ever have in my live. I get done my nail by yesterday and today you can see how bad are my nails and they just peeled off 😤 I have no words too explain the frustration that I have and they have no answers for me. NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!!

I go frequently and as a rule love it. However this past Saturday I came and the guy that gave me the pedicure cut my toe. I felt something hurt but wasnt sure what it was. I thought of saying something at the time but let it go. I see the cut as its trying to heal now. I am not sure I will go back again.

Do not go! I got a gel pedicure and a dip manicure and my nails have never looked so bad. There’s polish everywhere, it’s lumpy and they made me bleed multiple times. Needless to say I left and immediately went to another salon.

Walked in for a mani/pedi was greeted by a woman who told me “no”. I then asked what about just toes or just nails and was told no availability.There was no follow up, no “would you like to make an appointment for another day?”. Ext. Didnt feel welcomed or wanted as a customer. I won’t go back.

Happy I found this place ! A lot of nail salons in Gainesville are dirty and just have a chaotic atmosphere. I finally found a nail salon here that’s clean, efficient, and has good atmosphere. Everyone was really nice and professional. Felt a lot more relaxing, I’m definitely going back.

They don’t even deserve the one star. Worst nails ever. I’m seriously so disappointed and heartbroken. They place is gorgeous so I thought it was going to be the best service ever. Boy was I wrong! First of all, we went the whole family and all the nails got messed up. Not one did good. The staff is the worse too. Only Annie and tony were amazing but sadly the quality of the products they use at that spa are terrible. Don’t bother in coming! The nails didn’t not even last 1 day! NO WORDS!

I will not return to this establishment. Besides being cut multiple times with the buffing and shaping tools, I gave specific details on what I required, was told it could be accomplished, given one price and then all of a sudden the price changes when it’s time to pay. This nail salon is supposed to also be a bar. I’m given the impression of a bar even in the name, but then told during my appointment, the bar is not open and will not be for some time. This place is well over priced for the simplistic “art” that is being given. I want what I paid for. I shouldn’t be paying for false advertisement. My fill in and my pedicure weren’t worth the amount of money I spent today.

Best nail place hands down, the customer service was spectacular as usual and I’ve never had a bad set of nails. Today peter did a beautiful ombré gel set and I couldn’t be more satisfied with his work! Great job guys.

Today was my first visit to Noire and I will certainly be going back. Everything about this salon was great. The employees were incredibly attentive from the time I entered until I left and Peter did a fantastic job with my nails. I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years and this is the happiest I have been in a long time. My nails look exactly like I wanted them to. In my opinion you can not go wrong going here .

I went for the first time a week ago, & I was super excited to try this place out. I ended up getting dip & 3 days later they all started to crack. Two of my nails chipped. I went back and showed them what happened. They didn’t really have an answer so they re did them. After 2 days, they have chipped again. I have never had this problem before when getting dip. It usually lasts about a month for me. This place is nice but I don’t recommend the dip there. Sad I spent $45 just to have them chip.

First time here as I was looking for somewhere to get my nails done for my June wedding. I am SO HAPPY with the service I received and plan on coming back! Peter did my nails and took his time, making sure to match exactly what I wanted to a picture of a full set, ombre dip powder, with a special design on the ring finger. Other technicians stopped by to watch Peter work and stated he’s a master with specialty nails. Thank you Peter! I look forward to coming back soon!

Wow! This place is nice, and this is the best pedicure Ive received in a long long time. I tried Noire for the first time recently after my regular salon never re-opened due to COVID. The gentleman who worked with me took his time to carefully shape my nails, etc. The result is fantastic!

I have been going here since they reopened due to Covid and I will never go to another nail salon! I have a great experience every time no matter who does my nails. The place is very clean and everyone is very professional

I got gel nails done and they have lasted more than two weeks. I was really surprised that they lasted that long. This place just opened and it was surprisingly clean and spacious. Vicky did my nails and she took her time with them. I would come here again and recommend anybody for her to do their nails.

I got a Great pedicure done by Vicky. Massage and art work was all good. Overall, the Salon hospital is excellent, the place is clean and lots of color choice. Highly recommend this place.

The place was beautiful but I thought the prices were rediculous. $52 for a manicure and pedicure. I usually pay $20-25 so thats a rip off.My nail tech was very nice and attentive but I could tell that he was new as the owner was closely watching over him and correcting him which made me feel awkward, especially since the owner was pressuring me to get gel polish after I said no several times. The next day all of my cuticles were peeling up yet they were in perfect condition before I went there. Disappointed, my nail look nice but with the price and everything else Id go elsewhere for my next manicure.

This is the best place by far since I’ve been getting my nails done in Gainesville, it surprisingly showed up on my google unrecognized and when I called they was so understanding and willin to help right away, I got my first pedicure by Vickie it was amazing she treated me really good and gave me water as I sat down she talk with me and did a great job on my pedi even wash and oil my feet twice after 3 weeks I was back again it was extremely the best , This time I had Peter do my pedi and ombré pink & white nails it was very kind and as well did a awesome job very clean and luxury.... glad to say I’m a happy customer and I will be going here from now on!

I got my nails done here on Monday 3/16 and they didn’t drill down my nails underneath the dip powder extension and they are already lifting. Very disappointed that I paid $50 for nails that are already lifting
