Stayed here 2015-2018. Can’t really think of one complaint. Nice quiet place to live. Right next to Walmart and a few other stores. Management was nice. Dealt with Connie most of our stay here and she was always nice and pleasant. Pest control comes once a week, maintenance always came in a timely fashion and paying the rent online free of charge was a nice touch. Walls are a little thin but community is very family friendly. The property is kept up and parking was never really an issue. Highly recommended this place.

Connie has been great but thats about it. Since weve moved in we have reported several maintenance issues with little to no resolution starting with the service request for the dishwasher. It had started to get so difficult to turn it on that we were having to use pliers to turn the knob. When maintenance came in they said its old. Just use it until it goes out. The next issue we started having was with out washing machine and dryer. The dryer was taking over an hour to dry small loads and the washer had a loud squeaking noise. I placed a work order and they came in to fix it but when was finished left the dryer hose unhooked. When I told him that the washer was squeaking he says oh squeaking huh? (Still hasnt been fixed). I even addressed it in front of the managements staff the next day they looked at the maintenance person but still no resolution.The most recent issue has been with our not even a year old A/C not working. I called early in the morning to bring it to managements attention and they sent someone in. When I came home I found a note on the door saying a contractor would be out the next day and walked into an apartment that was 90 degrees. I went down to speak with management and they stated that there was nothing that they could do but someone would be out the next day. Well the next day came and by the close of business no one had been out. I went to speak with Connie and she apologized and assured someone would be out. Thats then when Denise (Property Manager) spoke up with her attitude and smiling and said that it doesnt matter how hot it was in the apartment. As long as it wasnt over 90 degrees outside they didnt have to do anything. Connie assured me that someone would be out on Friday but here it is Sunday and still no resolution. Its ridiculous. We havent been staying in our apartment because its been so hot in there and they have no sympathy at all.This place has no problem collecting their rent checks but doesnt care about the upkeep and tenant concerns.

Management team very bad ......,,,,,,,,,,,,,I do not recommmend this propertyUnfortunately my experience at Stafford Lake was ruined by neighbors who blared music until 1 and 4 am. Management did nothing and told me to call the police. I finally just broke my lease as I could take no more.Other issues included very thin walls (you could hear the showers from neighboring apartments) and the air/heating unit was VERY loud as well. Overall, I would not recommend.
