I’ve been in this complex basicly since it first was built. Overall its really not that bad. There are issues, hard to find a decent manager for one but the current manager really isnt that bad. She is nice just gotta keep up with rent, follow complex rules & regulations. Maintenance, theres only been one maintenance person which can get really busy & behind cause being only one maintenance person but they are getting better having a second maintenance person to catch up. The current manager Jeanette as i said is really very nice as long as u follow rules & not get behind on rent as any complex. I have done some DIY on my apt but its nothin major. Been needing new flooring but i am an understanding person. I have carpet but its stained badly but hey at least i have somethin still. It isnt pretty lookin at all but i have carpet. Its better than nothing. Cosmetic wear but too this comppex has been here for over 20 years so cosmetic wear will start to happen.I try to do small repairs, make small repairs, fix small cosmetic wear. Its not a bad complex its just showin its age but thats gonna happen after all those years.

Update: They fixed the heat/AC and the stove. Thank you office staff for correcting the issues.My parents heater has been out for 2-3 days. My dad went to the office yesterday and no one was there. No one there today. Probably no one tomorrow. So many changes in the office-doesnt seem like its for the better.Today while talking to my mom, I found out they havent seen anyone in the office for the past week.My parents stove still has only 2 working burners. Theyve told the people in the office about it and nothing has been done. So I guess nothing gets fixed at these apartments? Sad that seniors get treated this way.

My wife and I love this small close knot community. We love our floor plan and the attentive property manager Janet. We love it here!!!Pretty quite mostly...yes there are kids here...kids being kids. Many pet owners as well. Very nice community overall.We love it here!!

We been here for a year now. I love it here. I love our apartment. Yeah there a few here and there stuff but nowhere is perfect.. New manager , new owners... This place is one of the best places that we lived at.

Been here for almost three years. There’s always new owners, or someone new in the front every 6 months. Cannot keep maintenance. Have had serious issues with our apartment since we move in, yet most of it has not been fixed (when we moved in, nothing was cleaned, fixed or patched. And we learned it went through 3 tenants without getting any sort of cleaning, maintenance or patch up work). Can’t find any maintenance people, but as soon as someone moves out they can find someone to renovate the whole place (since new owners have taken over. Before that people would be moving into dirty and destroyed units, like we did.) Even told us they would not be keeping up with maintenance on our units but still have people coming out to paint the whole outside (during pandemic. They even left a very rude note on our doors stating about rent still being due despite people being affected financially. And that they would evict people as soon as they were able to. Before less than a week later revising and sending out another letter stating the same thing but more professional. And this time offering payment plans.) They only care for money and not the tenant. It’s suppose to be for “low income” but I’ve talked to a lot of tenants (they always come and go) and the pricing is really not that different from other more well maintained apartments. I could go on and on, but to try and keep this short...look someplace else. This place will continue to be a disaster until it goes bankrupt. If they could keep up with maintenance I would give it 3 stars, but they can’t. So I give it .5It is not worth 900-1000 a month by a long shot. Also they have a huge huge German roach infestation.

Honestly, this is the worst apartment Ive ever lived in in my 30 years. Im trying to get out of my lease so I feel like a respected tenant and not living in unacceptable filth. Ive been here 5 months and nothing on my things that need attention move-in list was completed. We do have new management so I hope they do well. Theres a code on the gate for no real benefit because the door is always open next to it and the other side of the building has a gate that is always open. Im working with new management to get out. My advice is to REALLY inspect the apartment and make sure its perfect BEFORE moving in.

What time do they open? I heard they have new management but new girl seems very lazy. Go in Friday and shell say, Come in Monday Then you go Monday morning because well you have a job and she wont get in until 11! What a waste of time! I woulf give 0 stars of I could. Ridiculous!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEYLets start from the begining, october 12th 2014 we rented a downstairs apartment in building three, upon lease agreement signing i was advised by the manager that we needed a double deposit totaling $2000.00. Needing the apartment as i was starting a new job, i made it happen, i was only allowed to pay this by money order or cashiers check...ya i got fish hooked there. From there it when downhill, five managers later and six maintenance later, nothing has been repaired since the day one move in inspection. And when you ask about status, it ends with its on the list. Any and all repairs have been out of my pocket.Now getting ready to move out, i was advised that sine i did not place a handwritten note in the new managers hand on 5/8/17 that she would not consider it as our 30 days.Dealing clueless incompotent humans that when you explain that you are leaving and they stare at the top of thier desktop trying to comprhend english, and then when you take time 2 weeks later and all of a sudden they are on point....dont waste your time or hard earned money on a slum apartment complex

Trisha Barker is a horrible manager. She has been known to go to the local bar with the residents that live here.Totally unprofessional.
