Chase Group is an amazing servicer! Mrs. Tracy is the nicest lady and helped me 10x the amount my actual home warranty did. The technicians were very knowledgeable and time-efficient in their work. I went to my home warranty with a problem and they came back with more problems but Mrs. Tracy was knowledgeable in the field and helped me find answers to my problems and the home warranty’s poor service and issues. Awesome and extremely trustworthy. The company did everything possible to get my HVAC system in good working order. And they were successful. Mindful of health concerns considering we are in a health pandemic. The tech wore a mask, shoe covering, and maintained a social distance.
