All Air took care of my AC issue quickly and had my house cool again within 24 hours of my first call to them. The staff did an excellent job on my water heater installation. They were very thorough and they explained every aspect of the installation. I wish I had used them to install my old water heater. I used a friend instead of calling in the experts. I could have saved a lot of money in the long run.

Todays project was installing a steam humidifier. It has been recently noted that humidity in the air we breath helps deter COVID-19 infection. Especially during the winter months when heating systems can dry-up the air and reduce humidity to very low levels. Easy to use website for choosing the system best for me. Financing took less than 5 minutes. The guys were efficient, detailed and cleaned up all areas when done. Only company I know that puts the unit up on platform so no one can damage the outside unit with a mower or trimmer.

First of all, please stay away from Blue Ridge Mountain Plumbing. Blue Ridge Mountain Plumbing was a disaster. They came in for three minutes and did no diagnostics, then they said I needed a brand new water heater. But they are a story for another day. After three weeks of frustrating cold showers, I contacted All Air. The following day, they came. In particular, Charlie and Tyrell. They were professional throughout the repair and did a complete diagnostic to check other items. Charlie and his colleague wore boot covers. That was a clear indication to me that they value us as customers. During the process, Charlie explained to me what he was doing and even stated the parameters to be expected before taking the reading. I was impressed. Job well done. I do not mind paying the money because once again, three weeks of cold showers.

Charlie did a great job. Very knowledgeable and teachable. He took the time to explain everything that was being done to my system.

Update- 5 years after installation. The Bryant unit has been flawless since installation. First time getting an error and A/C was not working. All Air came out, diagnosed the issue of the dirty exterior unit causing the problem and had me cleaned up and back in cool air in under an hour.Every call, ever technician, and every service continue to remind me why Im loyal to a local company that is all about excellence.Original Review:I recently had All Air out to my house to troubleshoot an issue with my gas furnace not lighting. Josh spent half an hour testing gas pressure, pilot line flow, and all of the gas valve electrical controls. Found that the gas valve, pilot, and heat exchange were severely corroded and and due to the age of the system (27 years old) would need to be replaced.Since the repair was going to be cost prohibitive to keep this old system running, I opted to have them replace it. Josh gave me several options for new systems based on features and costs.Josh and Glenn came on site to do the work. They worked nearly 12 hours to completely build a new exterior pad, pull new coolant lines, re-wired the interior and exterior supply, relocated the gas supply and exhaust vent, hand built a new plenum, install new heat pump and propane furnace, set up the humidifier and air purifier, and install the new wifi thermostat.The new unit is amazing. It is very quiet and has the entire house comfortable for the first time in the 8 years weve lived there.

I wish I read the reviews before calling this company. Seems they are all about replacing units/systems. Never tell a company what youve done before. Get your moneys worth and let them troubleshoot properly. So I told the man that my friend filled my ac unit with refrigerant but my unit still isnt cooling. The fan is working, the system comes on like it should. Oh boy turned my system on, shut off the air handler, attached his device to the outside unit and said Youre out of gas. By the way, gas means refrigerant. Then he says, You need a new unit but it will be wise if you replace the entire system. He was trying to sell me something between the prices of $4600 to $15000. Then when I questioned him about several things to include his procedure of identifying the problem, he seemed to be offended. Quoted the number of years hes been doing this. Then says do you want me to talk to your husband. Heck naw cause Im not married. Now Im offended because now he acts as if a female cant understand. To me, he should have been looking to see where the leak is instead of saying The unit is almost 15 years old so you may as well replace it. No, not with this company. Paid $99 to tell me something I already knew. He spent more time going over unit/system prices than he did checking out the unit. All about installing new units/systems. Smh. Next time, Im not telling the troubleshooter anything other than its not cooling off.

Horrible Service !!! All Air Heating and Cooling was paid to repair our water heating system because it was no longer producing hot water. After the initial repair, we received hot water for approximately two days and then no hot water. A second technician inspected the system and asked for additional payment for the same service but claimed he could not repair it as the company had to order the part and he had to receive approval from an employee name Jerry regarding whether the additional charge would be waived. Well, Jerry waived the charge for the repair. The original technician returned to fix the system. The system worked for one day. Unfortunately, the next day we only had cold water. After repeated calls and Jerry hanging up the phone on me, no one has repaired our system and now they are not accepting our calls. Consumers stay away from this company. It is staffed by incompetent and unprofessional employees.

Ive done business with these guys a couple of times, and this second time will be the last. The HVAC in my rental house in Falmouth went out on a Tuesday afternoon. Being that I live in Fairfax, I could not respond myself so I contacted All Air and trusted them to troubleshoot the system. With tenants in a rental house, you are on a timeline to get something like this fixed quickly. So anyway, after replacing the same fan motor they had replaced 19 months ago (conveniently out of its 12 month warranty), the owner or manager (Jerry) tried to tell me that my whole HVAC system was essentially shot and that I effectively needed a whole new system. He provided three estimate options ranging from $4000 to $7000. He gave me this bit about ...the houses in that neighborhood are notorious for having HVAC problems, the builders cut corners and the systems have to high static pressure which causes the systems to fail prematurely... At this point I called another company and asked them to come check out the system. What they found was that the two wires that connect to the capacitor on the condensing unit outside were mysteriously disconnected, which effectively takes the unit completely offline. They reconnected the wires and the system operated perfectly. The other company ended up charging me $144 for a service call which lasted about 10 minutes. I made a trip down on Saturday to check on the house and found the air blowing cold and the system running perfectly. Anyway, these guys tried to fraud me into letting them replace my whole HVAC system unnecessarily. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
