Paid the $99 diagnosis fee, only to be ignored and not given a quote to fix the problem. Called twice in 2 weeks giving them the benefit of the doubt. Still nothing. Edit: Mike was great, no problem with him. I have a problem with the office, I’m waiting for the legitimate email with the cost. Mike said it would be $600-700 and I was willing to pay that. But how can I when I don’t get a response from the office? Also that motor was brand new, just asked if it could work. Mike said no, no problem now give me a legitimate quote online so I can have my A/C work. It’s now been 3 weeks. Enough time for you to respond to a review while I still don’t have my quote!

We were pleasantly surprised how efficient, friendly, and professional this company is. We have had many other companies do repairs on our Air Conditioning system in the past and None compare to this company when it comes to workmanship, getting the job done efficiently, and the determination to find the parts even if it means having them Fed Ex super rush shipped! In our case, we have a special needs son who requires AC and they cared enough to get our system up and running ASAP for him! I would rate them more than 5 stars if that is possible!

Part one of two. Came and did the downstairs complete install. Replaced the upstairs ducts.. Did a great job! Friendly and on time! Waiting on parts for the upstairs but trust theyll do an awesome job. Highly recommend

I called the office on Monday morning to get a quote on replacing a Unit in my home. Not only did they go out and give me a fast reasonable quote they had the job completed by Friday. It was like no one had been in the house except for the brand new unit. Amazing company with great response time and communication. Top notch service!One other thing to note, I am still waiting for the other company that came out almost 3 weeks ago to give me a quote.

The technician texted to let me know he was on the way. He showed up at the beginning of the 2 hour window they gave me. He asked me what was going on with my heater and then he began to troubleshoot. He had things figured out in less than 30 minutes. He explained the issue to me and the options I had. I was comfortable that he knew what he was talking about and that he gave me the information I needed to make the right decision on whether to repair or replace.

We had V.L. Jenkins install a new system in April. Their price, service, and warranty were the best value that we found, after much research. Then in December they came for a system check follow up. This is a great company! We were scheduled for an install of one unit and repair of another on Monday, Sept 30, but the equipment came in early and they had an opening and were able to install on Wednesday, Sept 25. I am so glad because the temperatures went back up to near 90 and were forecast to last through the weekend, which means we would have been without air for an additional 5 days. I filed a claim through my home warranty on a friday night. Sunday I got an email, text and then call to verify if 7:30 am Monday morning would work to come check out my HVAC that wasnt working, very thorough! I had been out of heat for almost two weeks and had been dealing with a completely none responsive contractor originally assigned to my serivce request through the warranty company. My warranty company assigned V.L. Jenkins to me when my A.C. stopped working. I am so glad that they did because they were a life saver. The service was quick and no hassle. I was having a crisis with a pipe on my water heater bursting when the two gentlemen arrived. They helped me turn off the main water valve to my house before they started working on the A.C. unit. I couldnt find it and water was spurting everywhere. I would recommend them to anyone based on this experience. They went above and beyond by assisting me with something that wasnt a part of their job description.

Great company to deal with!! Both there office and field staff were great! My heat went out in the middle of winter last year and my home warranty company pretty much just wanted to put a band-aid on it (against the advice of V.L. Jenkins). My heat then went out again the next day and not only did V.L. Jenkins/Shoreside Heating & Air come right back out and fix it but they fought with my home warranty company all day until they agreed to cover the necessary repairs! Its an old unit that came with the house when I bought it, but its still running just fine thanks to Mr. Jenkins and his staff!

Their technician Brett and his partner showed up, got to work, and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. They were very pleasant and polite and even gave me some preventative maintenance tips that were specific to my system set up... great customer service! I will definitely use them for routine maintenance.
