Probably my favorite jewelry store. Ive made a few purchases over the past year and im satisfied with every purchase so far. Even the previously owned items were quality. The warranty is restricted on those items but thats cool. I just got an engagement ring πŸ’ that Shadi helped me out with. Wish me luck. But anyway, Zales is great. Clean, friendly, helpful. No complaints here

Alanna and Jessi are both very professional and kind customer service representatives. Alanna provided excellent service and helped me solve a customer service issue that took several weeks to resolve. The online communication and online ordering process was very frustrating throughout. Every time I conversed with someone online they kept directing me back to the store and were unable to provide any help for my situation. However, the team at Fair Oaks was awesome and I greatly appreciated their help.

Zales is a lovely jewelry store with a wide variety of Diamond collections. The customer representative is very friendly, calm and always convey correct guidance. I will really recommend Zales to my family and friends.

I went yesterday and had a very good experience. They gentleman that was helping me was so sweet, I wish I knew his name! They have a very good selection of items especially the Disney Princess and Villian collection which is what I was looking at.

Worst Service ever, stay away from this place.You have better places with better options and better service, Manager was not really interested to look into the issue and resolve it..Not really professional for this brand.Pretty bad service for the cost you pay.NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Worst customer service nightmare ever. First my negative experience started with corporate. I came in to this location. And they made it even worse. First the sale person knew the limit from corporate and i asked her to show me rings IN that price point. SHE picked a piece that I fell in love with only to then have her tell me its not actually in the price point. I dont know how many times I repeated I was not putting any more money into it. Clearly she works from commission and wanted to make more money. Corporate helped find a happy medium after a few weeks of searching. Told their manager everything they are paying for and how to ring it up. The manager let me know I could wear the store ring until my set came in since I had to hand over my old damaged set. about 8 weeks later I got a call only a band was in, wrong size. I asked them to send it out with the engagement ring so it can be fixed and it was to be soldered and appraised. Corporate also told them they were doing that for me with no charge. I thought it was fixed only to get another call a week later my band was back. First the confirmed there was an engagement ring but its still being sized. They then told corporate there was no engagement ring ordered. Finally corporate allowed me to pick up what they did have and paid to have me finish my work at Jared. Corporate also apologized for their lack of calls the store manager told them she called me and worked it all out. I NEVER got a call from the manager. The lies and unprofessionalism is just ridiculous. I would never recommend or buy anything else from Zales!!! The manager that knew all about my case with corporate was Bella. (from 2 rings being ordered, the soldering, the appraisal) The manager that told me they had my engagement ring was Ruby. Im not sure which one told corporate they didnt have it a week after they told me they did.. but last week Bella said she would call me yet again and never did. They need some new managers!

I came to the store right before New Years and went to have my ring cleaned and the woman cleaning my ring bent the band. She offered to have it fixed for me and told me it should be back by the next Tuesday. It has been 3 weeks and 4 phone calls and nothing has happened. They have told me they call the jewelers and it should be there in two days. I give them an extra day or two but it doesnt happen. I am very upset by this situation and just want my ring back. I am never getting another item from this store or Zales in general because of this experience.

Where to start? We picked my engagement ring and a wedding band here, we got married 2 months after and after 2 weeks of wearing the ring it turned yellow so bad! We decided to return it but apparently manager has to process the return after 60 days. So we spent 2 hours of waiting for the manager to pick up the phone. We had very unpleasant experience. If I could give them -3 stars I would. Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. I came in the store to have my watch resized, it was a weekday so there werent many customers. I had a jeweler ask if I had been helped, I said No and she said just a second then went onto someone else! Asked if he had been helped, he said No and she spent a good 15 minted with him. Dont buy anything from this store, once they make their commission they will leave you high and dry

I was so looking forward to buying from Zales. This was my first experience with the company in person at an actual store location. I choose Zales because I genuinely like their product. HOWEVER I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE!! The manager was extremely rude. All I asked was for her to give me 5 minutes of her time and she said no. She said if I do that for you then I have to do that for everyone while the store was completely empty!! But thats not even the worse part she even directed to go to their competition by saying you should go go to Kay jewlers instead. I was both shocked and appalled! That was extremely unprofessional. Which company exactly do you work for?!? I ended up going to Helzberg Diamonds instead which was not too far down from the store. The salemen was super helpful and nice and was very great with taking his time to help me picking out my diamond necklace. I will definitely be returning to Helzberg Diamond at the fair oaks location simply for their service however Zales you have lost any future business with me and I will definitely be sharing my experience with others. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND ZALES AT THE FAIR OAKS MALL LOCATION!! I might consider another location. My best advice to the Zales company is make sure to hire employees with better costumer service. I would give this location negitive stars if I could.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! THE REDHEADED MANAGER IS HORRIBLE AND NASTY. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW SHE HAS BEEN WORKING THERE FOR 6 YEARS. SHE IS SUCH A NIGHTMARE...FIRE HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHE MAKES ME WANT TO RETURN ALL MY JEWLRY AND GO TO KAYS OR JARED, I JUST MIGHT!!!!! I WILL NOT BE COMING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN UNTIL SHE IS GONE.
