Very dishonest staff. If you are buying a ring theyll tell you that you can return it at anytime if not happy with it, its not a fact. You only have one month and most of that time goes towards making the ring... They will also tell you that you purchase comes with a life time warranty but if you check your receipt there is a charge of $400.00. On top of that they also say that they will do changes for you till its like what you want, but the first time that you ask for it they will ask for $800.00. Worst than anything they have a huge communication issue between the sales person, the manager and the designer and they will blame it on you. Just buy it from somewhere else. Its not worth the risk...

I made an impulse purchase on Thursday. With a heavy heart, I returned to the store on Sunday to make a return. The store manager made an appointment for me and spent a good deal of time listening to my concerns, which made me feel validated. Minoush, who was my salesperson, was so utterly sweet. She did not act put off or angry. Times are tough because of COVID-19, but she and her co-worker and were so engaging and showed so much patience for me even after I made my return purchase - they continued to attend to my needs. I ended finding something that I am enthralled with. It was a very enjoyable experience!Their selection is quite impressive at every price point. What I have learned that lab grown (lab created) diamonds are genuine diamonds whose intrinsic beauty and allure is hastened by modern day technology to produce the most sparkling diamonds that will take your breath away! Furthermore, because they are not natural diamonds derived from the Earth, one can be assured they are conflict free and because they are not geological diamonds, they can be offered at a much more reasonable price point which makes them much more affordable than natural diamonds of comparable quality. There is something for everyone at Helzberg Diamonds, tell them Thule (pronounced like tulie) sent you! Reminder, the holidays are coming up!Thule Huff....

Love this store. Employees are attentive and friendly but not pushy in trying to sell to you. I was treated as if i was the most important person there even though I had just walked in from a construction site in dirty work clothes where other jewelry stores ignored me or tried to steer me toward the cheap items. I no longer shop for my wifes jewelry anywhere else.

I have to say that this was over the top for a jewelry experience. Both Craig and Noel were nothing short of amazing. Good management who took their time out of a busy day to assist with what we thought would be just finger sizing. Noel could see I was in need of help to give my beautiful girlfriend (Helen) something she would be thrilled to receive as an engagement ring. Noel gave us the run down about diamonds, metals, etc. Noel had Helen looking at some awesome diamonds and showed us how to see diamonds and see the colors. She went above and beyond any retail salesperson has ever gone to show, explain and at the end of the day make the sale. Well maybe next day... I don’t think I would’ve ever been able to get the right ring for Helen without Noel’s impeccable expertise. As long as Noel is here I will continue to use it his store for any future needs for great jewelry. Thank y’all for a wonderful time the past couple days. Y’all feel like a family, thank you very much. Have a great day and we will definitely see y’all again. Take care.DJ & Helen

Have exclusively shopped with Helzberg since 2001, their 6 month inspections & warranty are a wonderful deal. Theyve replaced small stones that have fallen out over time & taken care of me as a customer very well all these years. I wont shop any where else. Noel in Fair Oaks Mall is a wonderful sales person who helps me find the best deals or the rare matching pieces when I need them.

Artemis was awesome. I came in looking for engagement rings. I had shopped around and didnt get anywhere near the amount of help i received here! Very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions while being patient with me (i work in sales but know nothing about jewelry). I didnt buy initially but came back in with a friend to get approval on my choice haha. The reason i decided to buy was because of Artemis so thank you for all the help!!! Pics coming soon once the trip takes place!

The man i talked to. i asked for a necklace with the birthstone of May. The birthstone of May is a deep beautiful sea blue. He showed me necklace, bracelets, and rings of a clear diamond looking Rock slash birthstone. These people obviously have no idea what a birthstone is and or what color birthstones are. They have wonderful jewelry and good service, but if you are looking for a specific birthstone double check the internet because they employees obviously have no idea

Never made a courtesy call to inform me that they wouldnt be able to make their promised delivery date - had the audacity to make another empty promise for a delivery date. And, finally, by far the worst telephone service - maybe hire people who actually know how to work your system? thank you, for slacking on one of the busiest weeks of the year *thumbs up*

This store in Fair Oaks Im pretty sure is run by crooks. I bought my diamond ring from Montgomery Mall (Helzberg) back in 2010. After almost 8 years the diamonds needed tightening so I called the Fair Oaks Store (April 2018) since its closer to my home to get the repair done. They found my purchase record via name/telephone and all was good. For $80 they dipped and tightened my diamonds. Took an awfully long time to get the ring back which made me panic but whatever.Fast forward 6 months, all my diamonds are now looser than ever (previously took 8 years to get them loose enough to warrant going in for repair) clearly the repair wasnt done properly (I have an office job/dont work with my hands). I come back in to complain about the repair job and all of a sudden they cant find me in the system. They call over the manager to look for my purchase record. Suddenly every sales person is surrounding him at the register all looking over his shoulder at the computer while he continues to tell me theres no record of me, hes sorry, nothing he can do. At this point Im getting pretty vocal, I have given them every known number and address to them and start mentioning and describing the last woman that helped me and swore I wasnt trying to sham them into believing this story. Magically! After 20 MINUTES he decides he has found me in the system...all of a sudden, so suspect! Is this their tactic?? They hope people will give up and go away so they dont have to deal with warranty issues. I asked him to tell me how he found me all of a sudden and he didnt give me a straight answer. He very rudely and reluctantly says hell send it to the repair shop, almost disappointed hes doing me this favor. I get a call within 4 days of the drop off and they are quoting me $600 to repair a $1,000 ring!!! I laughed real hard, declined, and asked for my ring back. I just took the ring to my local jeweler...guess how much to repair? $70!!! This store has some suspicious practices and I will never buy anything from these people nor go back for a repair. What a joke! Is it a coincidence the Call for a consumer complaints hotline sticker is plastered to the side of their register? Most likely it was required to be there after several complaints already received in FX County.

SHORT VERSION:Avoid at all costs. I was one step away from calling the police on this store. If you want the long version read below.LONG VERSION:Let me start off this review by fully admitting I knew nothing about diamonds when walking into this store. Unfortunately, people like me are their perfect target customer. I was in the store looking for an engagement ring and found one that I liked. The sales lady told me there were quite an array of diamonds I could put into the band and their prices range depending on quality. I ended up picking one in the 5k range, which she assured me was a great diamond and choice. I decided to purchase that along with matching wedding bands. I paid for the transaction and was given a receipt for the purchase along with a little card about the diamond (first time I saw it). I left everything with the sales associate at the store because the rings needed to be resized and the diamond needed to be set. When I got home I became curious as to what the codes meant on the card about the diamond. A google search later, I found out I was sold the lowest clarity diamond, with one of the lowest quality colors at a price of almost twice of what it should have cost. Realizing my mistake, I decided to go back to the store the next day to return my purchase so I could get a better quality diamond. In order to return a purchase you have to wait for the store manager to do it. He asked me what I was looking for, and I explained to him what I found online and that I would want them match the price of the diamonds I found online (from the two most reputable online sellers). He said they could do that on a case by case basis, but they would have to order the diamond first and have it arrive in the store before they could tell me if they could price match it or not. I asked why? I was told they don’t know what the price of the diamond is until they receive it in the store. Really?? BS. So, I told him I’m not interested and would rather just return the merchandise. Here is where things went REALLY south.Since the merchandise was never taken out of the store, the manager told me he had to find it to make sure I wasn’t lying about leaving it there for sizing and didn’t actually take it home. Fine. I get that. He called the sales lady (who wasn’t working when I came to return it) to ask her where she put it. She didn’t answer. I said ok can’t you just go and get it from the back? He said he didn’t know where she could have put it – maybe in the safe, maybe someplace else. I said, OK, so you’re telling me you don’t know where 6k worth of your merchandise is? You don’t have any processes around tracking it? That makes no sense. I told him he has a receipt of what I bought, bring up a picture of it and go look in the safe. He said, there is a lot of stuff in the safe so he needed to get in touch with the sales lady first. He then had the audacity to ask me (without even looking for the jewelry at this point) to come back another day after he gets in touch with the sales lady to return it. I told him no, he can go back there and look for it right now….this isn’t a bank with a ton of vaults, open the safe and find it. This made him visibly upset, but he went back to look in the safe. Unsurprisingly, less than 5 minutes later, he came back with all of my jewelry in a little plastic zip lock bag with a label on it with my name. Imagine that. Was that so hard? I was one step away from getting calling the police to look through the safe with him, had he come back empty handed. Also, as a side note, a lot of loose diamonds they have in the display cases do not have the cut listed (which I learned is the most important part of a diamond). When I asked the manager why, he told me that not all diamonds are certified for cut (which is complete BS – all that are certified through a reputable organization are certified for cut). This entire process was as shady as it gets. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, at all costs.

Racist, classist, sexist? I have no idea WHAT their problem was but the way they treated my wife was reprehensible. My wife wanted to look at a new diamond ring. She was already wearing about 4kt worth of diamonds. The saleswoman asked if her diamonds were real and pushed pre loved rings going for a few hundred dollars, and wouldnt let my wife try a ring on out of fear of her stealing it! My wife insisted she wanted to see the better diamond rings, and thats when the saleswoman checked to see if my wifes diamonds were real with a device before showing her anything else. WHAT KIND OF JEWLER CANT SPOT A REAL DIAMOND? Why would her ring being real diamonds have any impact on the sale? She wasnt trading anything in and was clear about that. Obviously the saleswoman wanted to make sure my wife had money. Classism? Is that what this was? How trashy is that?Im a well dressed white guy and when I arrived and they verified my wifes diamonds were real they suddenly treated her like a normal person. This place is a complete joke. Ill never give them my money for anything. Avoid these people, trust me.
