We stopped by a couple weeks ago in hopes they could fix my boyfriends glasses. The lens popped out of the frame. It turned out to be a quick and simple fix that I could probably have done myself, but they were very nice about it!

My family has been taking our jewelry and watches here for years and we are always greeted by friendly associates who are knowledgeable about their products. Today they fixed a chain that was missing a link, and cleaned it for free—look at that shine!I also ordered a St. Christopher’s medal today and was amazed at the lovely catalogue they have for next day orders. Reasonable prices and quality jewelry, and you can’t beat the order time. Can’t wait to see how it turns out!

NOT MY ORIGINAL ITEM! I brought in a black pearl necklace that was my mother in laws, to be re-strung. The quote was fine. The re-stringing was nicely done. However the pearls were NOT the same, AT ALL. I very specifically noted the color of the black pearls (which were dull, a grayish blue hue and old/ classy looking). When the jeweler showed me the re-strung pearls they were light blue and iridescent, like plastic/ cheap looking. I asked first if the pearls had been cleaned in any way (like gold can be) and was told 2x that pearls do not get cleaned. Which brings me back to saying that what was presented to me IS NOT the set of pearls I brought in. I know, like I know that MY pearls were taken by the jeweler and replaced with cheaper ones. I have a phenomenal visual memory and I perceive information in a highly intuitive way. I am completely saddened (I cried outside the shop afterwards) that I chose to put my trust this jeweler. I shouldve listened to my intuition. I cannot and will not ever use this shop again.

Don’t take your glasses for repair!I took my glasses in and they soldered the thin frame side in about an hour. I tried it on in the store, then wore my sunglasses home since it was a sunny day. After getting home, I cleaned the lenses, then while I was putting the glasses on the repaired portion broke again. I called the store and the person told me to bring it back, so the technician can solder it more thickly. I was informed I could come in the same day (Saturday) or come back Monday since the laser technician does not work on Sunday. I got to the store about 6 pm since the store closed at 7 pm. The technician had already left for the day! I was not told the technician was leaving early. I was informed that I probably didnt say I was coming back in. I most certainly did so. I had driven over 30 miles round trip twice in heavy traffic on both occasions. 66 had crashes and undergoing construction.I was given three choices: 1) leave the glasses behind and come back Monday to pick them up; 2) come back on Sunday to get it repaired. I had been told over the phone rather emphatically that the technician was off Sunday. I am now told the technician does work on Sunday; or 3) come back later for repairs.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place! I got a refund after a day of frustration and waste of time and gas.

If you leave your precious watch and jewelry here, you will never regret it.

Highly recommend ONLY getting watch repair services by the older gentleman who does great work. I came in this evening to remove 4 links in my newly acquired Rolex Date. I dropped it off, they gave me my ticket and was asked to come back in 40 minutes. I proceeded to walk the mall, which has gone downhill (another subject entirely) and came back at the appropriate time. I try the watch on, WAY too lose. I was told by the person who removed the links he could ONLY remove 2, as there was not 4 to remove. I knew that was wrong. I said ok, put the links back in then. To which he asked why? I replied what good is it to keep the 2 out if it’s still too big, if you’re not lying, I’ll return the watch. He added the links back. I then left but looked at the links myself. I came BACK and showed him there was in fact ENOUGH links to remove to fit my wrist and even showed him the pins he could remove. He told me I was wrong they would not connect to the next link. I wasn’t going to fight with him, he’s very uneducated with Rolex, it’s obvious. So I went home, researched link removal myself on google, grabbed my eye glass tools and removed the links myself, took 5 minutes. Guess what? The watch fits perfectly now. I’m going back to ask for a refund because they STILL made me pay for NO SERVICE and lying to me. Only go there when the older gentleman is there, I will say it again.

Visited their shop at Fair Oaks Mall to have a glasses frame repaired. The staff was courteous, the estimate was more than fair and the repair took under an hour. I could not be more please! Recommend them?... Without a doubt. Thank you for the great job!

I have known about this shop, since I was a kid, I took my luxary expensive watch here and told them I wanted it tight on my wrist and fitted so it is not dangling and being lose, instead he was yelling at me saying we wont do that for me , and the woman that works there was being so rude and not even acknowlding me and starred at me like i was going to rob her little shop, the were so rude take your watch to yas jewlery instead in the upper floor of the mall

Very unreliable!! Tell you when the work will be completed and when you go in to pickup your jewelry, they tell you that they have been calling and they have to order the parts. The worst! I will never recommend anyone or come back to that shop.

Fast and reasonable priced! I had two rings that needed resizing, one of which had a stone I wanted in a lower setting. They were able to do it all within an hour. I returned a week later for a few adjustments to he rings and they did it within 5 minutes at no charge. Excellent service!

Although getting your jewelry repaired might not be the best buying jewlery is very nice. The staff are respectful and explain full in detail why certain pieces cost certain prices

The people behind the counter were courteous and pleasant however they overcharged me to change the battery for one car key fob. I waited thirty minutes for them to complete a twenty-second task and was charged $19. For reference, a battery costs less than $2 and no special tools are needed to pop open the back of the battery compartment. It’s a lesson learned a little too late for me; I should have done my research before coming in to the shop. I will not be so trusting next time. Take this as a warning that though they may be friendly, in my experience, they have no problem overcharging for a simple service.

Love Them! This is a very professional business. My diamond stone was set into my new mounting right in front of me. I watched everything that was being done to my ring. The ring is beautiful!

This is a place you really should not go to. If you take your watch there, your watch will be more broken. And the more famous watches are more dangerous, because they put out the good parts and put the odd parts. I went to change the batteries and they told me they needed cleaning on my watch. And two days later I picked up my watch and two months later the watch stopped and I went to another store and asked that the important parts of my watch were not original. They have swapped out important parts of my watch. There are many people who have experienced the same thing around me as well as me. You should never go there.

Very friendly service, they fixed my glasses that I thought couldnt be fixed. I was very happy with the workmanship and knowledge they have of glasses, best place to get your glasses fixed. It was a pleasant experience.

The woman said it would be ready in a hour and it wasn’t. Her English was not very good and she wasn’t able to understand English or explain why very well.

Prepare to be hosed! A few years ago, I took a pair of inexpensive silver and turquoise earrings here to JJs, dangly but with posts at the top rather than ear wires, to ask them to cut the posts off and replace them with sterling silver French wires.(I was tired of having the posts bend over to the side when I took them with me in a travel case, and having to straighten them again, which weakens the metal over time.) Altogether, a 2-minute job, as the filigreed edge on the top part made it unnecessary to drill holes in it in order to attach the French wires. At this time, I knew nothing about jewelry making or repair, and had no jewelers pliers nor any tools at all, like wire cutters. This legal fleecing goes on in a lot of places, but $37 for snipping off two posts and attaching a pair of SS wires? I now buy SS wires online for under $2 a pair, and much nicer wires than the flimsy cheap SS ones this questionable business uses. This visit to a jeweler was the proverbial final straw, but one good thing came of it: it inspired me to buy myself some tools online from Artbeads, (2 perfectly decent pairs of pliers cost me less than that transaction with JJs), and I taught myself how to do a lot of basic repairs. Youtube is also full of DIY tutorials. From here, this gradually evolved into making my own jewelry. Over 3 years, my skills continued to grow, so I guess JJs is good for some things--they will spur you to want to learn to fix any jewelry you can.

If you want to have your expensive jewelery repaired right in front of you with mirrors so you can see everything the jeweler is doing, this is the spot. Very friendly and helpful too

I took a watch in for a broken crystal, battery replacement and bezel adjustment. They did a fantastic job fixing the crystal and cleaning the watch up, it is the cleanest Ive even seen the watch.

Never fix your watch here. They are absolutely unbelievable, unkind, expensive, deceiving guests. When you go to this place, you will regret it.

Seems to be some some scamming going on from this individual. On a Facebook page he has been called out for not mailing inventory after receiving payment- then blocking people. It seems to be legitimate as well. Be wary.
