I had a porch in closure done. Windows, two sliding doors, and the framing work.They did an excellent job. There was some door rapping that needs done in the porch and was told it should be done as soon as they are available. The work that has been done is very quality work. We are pleased.

We needed new windows for the house. The guy came out, listened to what I wanted. I picked the window and the color. He told me there was a delay because of COVID staffing issues. Price was comparable to any other company I looked at. They called right when they said they would. The installer started at 7am and was done by 12:45. 7 windows. They are the tilt, insulated kind. Great job, Great quality.

Our order from Oct 2020 has still not been completed. 2 storm doors were ordered and one wouldnt fit. Mismeasured or constructed wrong ?Reordered in May. Might get delivered July 28th, but have never received return call from owner and will have to schedule installation date sometime after 7-28 IF company receives doorBy the way, they ARE payed in full

Window Word installed new guttering and gutter guard at my property. The work was completed in a timely manner.

Worst service imaginable. Will not allow customer to speak. The owner himself is very stubborn, arrogant, and has pride too big to ever be damaged. Surprised with how he runs his business. They measured the wrong size window, put it in crooked, and busted the drywall. The previous drywall was a half inch thick so Im confused if they measured drywall to drywall with half inch thick drywall then why did they feel the need to add a wood shim to old wood frame and also leave space for new drywall. Owner wouldnt even take the time to look at my picture of the old window which has a black outline surrounding it where the half inch drywall previously was. The old metal window went from wood frame to wood frame where half inch drywall met up to the metal frame covering it a half inch. But he claims i tampered with it. DO NOT USE. They refuse to allow me the opportunity to compromise and pay the cost of what a bigger window wouldve been they just flat out come in on a mission telling you that you are wrong and they are right bringing you to a point of rage then blame and walk away while you are talking because they are so upset you are enraged...... dont push me to a point where I cant speak and all you are saying to me is that I am wrong and there is nothing I can do or you will do. People explode when they cant get a word in and they are being attacked BY A BUSINESS OWNER and they are out THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. He also told me before he walked off you need to grow up, stand on your own two feet and own up when you are wrong The owner himself told me that I need to take accountability that Im wrong when he cant even take his own advice. Take the time to read multiple reviews. You will see many of the same complaints about how customers can not get a word in and the owner storms off without resolution. He also comments back to peoples reviews being combative and trying to prove them wrong. Which is exactly why he is so stubborn and wont admit fault in the first place.

The windows are excellent , blocks sun , noise, beautiful color choices and installation!The only bad thing is we had to wait SIX MONTHS TO GET THEM!!!!!

Dont know, to elaborate, I was going to order windows for our home but was informed that the back order was months out. Really would like to have windows replaced at least a few weeks out. I have ordered from window world before in South Carolina I couldnt say enough about the great experience I had with them. Just hoping for another one.

I Was really please with the installation of my new storm doors and windows. Brandon and Joseph were really great to work with, they tried to do what they promised on time but with the pandemic it made it harder but considering I am very pleased and would suggest to anyone to use Window World.

I was quite pleased with my experience with Window World. I stopped by the showroom and they answered every question I asked and gave me a complete explanation of everything about the windows. From the day they gave me a quote to the day the job was finished, they kept me informed of the status of my project via email updates.The installation team that installed my windows did an absolutely beautiful job. They worked together efficiently and replaced every window in my house in a single day. The aluminum trim work they did completed the job to perfection. Very impressed with installation.Upon completion there was a significant reduction of noise coming in the house. We are in the beginning of AC season and the electric usage on my utility bill for the past 2 months has been reduced to almost half what it was for the same months of the previous year.I was reluctant to replace my nice original wood windows, but am now very pleased with the improvements the new windows have made. My original frames and woodwork were retained with no damage whatsoever.Very Nice!!!!

I cant give a five star because the windows havent been installed yet. The representative that came to our house did a good job with presentation of the window and answered all the questions we had. Price was good. I cant wait to get our new windows. Hopefully I will be sent another survey after so I can give my opinion of them.

Absolutely awesome windows. They work perfectly, made my house look much better and they got my order right the first time. They sent the right crew to install my windows, they worked together very well, one guy started unloading the windows the other made sure everything was stationed at the right window and then started replacing and fitting the windows then the first guy followed up and started making the trim on site and fitted all that around the windows and matched my siding perfectly. They hauled off the old windows that were removed and left my home better than they found it. All my neighbors were impressed with how nice it looked when they got finished and how quickly they got the job done. All 13 windows with 3 different window sizes were completely removed and replaced in perfect order and very professional. I made the right choice with window world.

We had all our windows and doors changed by Window World. They have great products, great crew, and great service. Their price is also incredibly reasonable compare to some other companies I got quotes from. Id recommend Window World to anyone I know.

Im fine with the windows but the installers damaged our wooden frames around the Windows. Our house is 70 years old and I cant just go out and buy the wood work to replace it. Thankfully they only did one window. They also forgot to chalk under the window. I could see the blue insulation under the window. I had chalk at home so I when and chalked it.But the worst is the door I bought. I paid good money for this door and I can see daylight coming in on three corners of this door. When it was first installed it didnt fit right and we nearly ripped the door handle off. The install came back and admitted he didnt install it right because he didnt have enough time!!!!!Works better now but still leaks air!!!!The owner told me it was an old house. And talked to me like I was stupid and didnt understand that old houses settle. He didnt even get down and look at where the day light came in. Instead he gave me little insulation stickers to put in the corners. Well they fell out a few weeks later.Still unhappy but I dont want to mess with them anymore. I had to contact the better business bureau just for him to give me those stickers and it took him a week.Dont use them!!!Pay more and go somewhere else!!!

Extremely bad service. Despite being told I would be contacted when they were ready to install, I had to call myself 6 weeks after the projected installation date and was given an option to have them installed any non-holiday day within the next 2 weeks...so clearly they forgot. The installers were several hours late each day of the installation (Showing up between noon and 1PM instead of the agreed upon 8AM start time), and worked until 9PM+ each day. One window was left incomplete, which then resulted in several days of back and forth with the scheduler to get someone to come out and finish it. All of the windows were a mess, with marks and scratches all over them that I had to go through and get rid of. Terrible, terrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

Love my window. It was installed quickly and the installers cleaned up leaving no mess. There was a little glitch with a crank handle and it was corrected by my salesperson who has stayed in touch. One of my daughters recently purchased a bay window for her house.

Terrible. Guys didnt clean-up after themselves. What they did was put their trash in our( flooring guys) trash can. In the future u should dispose of your own trash and respect the other trades. This was done on new years eve @ 1916 n. Villa

Due to storm damage, we had to have new siding put on our house, as well as a new roof. Window World also re-did our windows in our sun room. Of course these were custom made windows on both walls. We recently had Window World (WW) install 23 windows in our 117 year old American 4 Square home. This is the 2nd installation weve had WW do (the 1st was on a 1930s period farm house) and both have been done perfectly. The windows in the farm house were installed in approx 2006 and still look as good as they day they were installed.Our entire experience, in both cases, was extremely professional and well executed. The sales people were very knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions we had. Both installations were done on time (our house was actually a bit ahead of the promised date) and the installation crews were very courteous and professional.I did a fair amount of research (both times) before selecting a window supplier and both times Window World was clearly the best choice. The quality of their product and product range (although we chose pretty plain vanilla) was equal to or better than any competitor. They already had a very good reputation (compared to some others) and their prices are very competitive (especially when compared to competitors with equal quality product).I have absolutely no reservation in recommending WW to anyone looking to put new, high quality replacement windows into their home or business.

Joe and the team replaced all the windows in our house. We have a home that was built in the 1960s and it has some goofy sized windows. We have a young family and we were really worried about the safe egress in all of the bedrooms. None of the original windows could be used in an emergency or fire to get to safety. So having our windows replaced with something that Meet all safety requirements is of the upmost importance to us as a family. We were really worried about how this will turn out, but it is awesome! We have a room that is completely covered in Cherry plank wood. They were able to match the wood grain for a large window and a sliding glass door. We could not be more impressed with the quality of craftsmanship and the value that they brought. The warranties that come with these windows are surpassed by nobody. Window World of Evansville is one of my favorite companies to refer to my friends and family!

I am doing my fall window washing and am getting mad all over again. We had our windows replaced by Window World of Evansville beginning in November of 2011 and FINISHING in May of 2012. It took them 6 months to do our job.While we have been very happy with the actual windows themselves, I get angry every time I wash these windows and see AGAIN the destruction they caused on the window frames of our 100+ year old home. Two years later, I am still trying to repair the damage done by their installers. They broke, scratched and destroyed trim without regard, and tore up our yard with their equipment.I really do love the windows. They are easy to operate and clean. They have decreased our utility costs and made our home quieter.BUT, beware of the installers.

Window World of Evansville are absolutely miserable to work with. We ordered a door on 5/25 with a salesman named Greg. He was quick with us. I described the door I wanted to him and what color I wanted to match my windows. He “knew exactly what I needed” and wrote everything down. We were not shown swatches or any colors. I trusted him to get it right.On 6/22 they finally came out to put our new door in. I was super excited and hopeful. On the inside it looked great. I went outside to look at the new door and it was 4 different shades of brownish purple and none of those colors were what we requested. I took multiple pictures and sent them to window worlds email and they wrote me back that the salesman made a “human error” and the color was indeed wrong but they would correct it.While waiting on the SECOND door to come in we were sitting at the table one night and a piece of the door came off and hit my son in the head. I called and spoke to Brandon at Window World and he sent the same technician out to fix the door. The tech came out and stated he’d never seen a door do this before and screwed and glued the piece back on.Again we wait for the new door and on 9/21 the second door was installed. It was indeed the right color. (NEARLY 4 months of waiting to get the correct door).On 9/24 I opened the screen door. When I went to close the screen on the door again it wouldn’t budge. You guessed it. The SECOND “award winning” door has broken. We also noticed that the flooring in my kitchen has been bubbled up approximately 7-10 feet in my kitchen which is a tripping hazard for me and my children.On 9/25 and approximately 13 times after that I have called Window World of Evansville seeking attention from a manager. I have emailed them twice in this period of time. The first email got absolutely no response. When I received the response from the second email it was from Joe Bush the owner of Window World. He told me that legal action will be placed on me and a lien on my property because I haven’t paid my remaining balance yet. He was very demeaning, wouldn’t let me speak once I called him on the phone, he talked over me and even said I am “avoiding him!!!!!” GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 😣I have spent LOTS of money with this company. They resided my home and now put in this door. To be treated as if I’m AVOIDING Joe is discraseful. I have gotten one letter from them and one message from Brandon when I was at the school dealing with one of my children. When I left the school I called right back to speak to him with no result.Right now I feel as if this company does NOT care about their customers or their customer base at all. Joe was very rude and even stated “I’ve seen this tactic before” again threatening his lawyers on me. What about my damages Joe? What about my flooring your tech damaged or the door that STILL is broken????!!!Joe said he would take care of whatever I needed if I just would pay the $1000.... how do I even know you will take care of it? This company is full of manipulation and dissatisfaction.Megan H

Awful experience with Window World. After waiting 3 months for a window that was to be installed in 2 months, we were told they just couldnt do it because they under bid the job. After all this time, all we got was a sorry. Wouldnt be so bad except that in the month they were behind we had contacted them numerous times to check on the time frame and they had been out to our house numerous times to measure. Customer service is not their strong point!!
