Called this company four times to schedule an appointment. They messed it up every time. Between scheduling the wrong day when they told me something different, to never scheduling a quote in the first place, to canceling the quote and never telling me, I decided to give them one more shot. They were supposed to be there today, but never showed. Called them and they said my guy (Matt) was on the phone and would call me back. Never got a call. No email.UPDATE: : Matt has been communicating with me this whole time through email, but they have been going directly to spam without my knowledge. He has been prompt with the quote. Possible updates to come.

I would NEVER recommend this business, if that’s what you would call it, to ANYONE!! My ordeal started in February of 2020. They were given $250 to come out and repair a very small, and I repeat, very small piece of siding. After almost a year and being out here 5 times to repair/replace the same piece, it’s down again! Like every other time, ATTEMPTS to get Matt to return a call have been UNSUCCESSFUL!! Have called three times over the last 1 1/2 weeks and spoke with Zoey and Cassie, both receptionist, who promised they would have Matt call back. Now I know they have given him the message because the last time I went through this I left numerous messages with a gentlemen over a 3-4 week time before going to the office on Morgan myself, where Matt was standing in the parking lot on the phone. He acted like nothing was going on until I asked why he hasn’t returned any phone calls nor been out to fix my vinyl siding. He precedes to tell me he never received any messages and has been busy. I told him I was going to wait for the receptionist to get back from lunch to see which one was lying to me, because I knew it was Matt! He said that would not be necessary and he had bigger jobs than my petty $250 job. I asked him to give me my money back, he refused. I said I either get my money back or I’m taking you to small claims for it back, plus court costs!! He said he didn’t care, he would have someone out Saturday. I told him if he didn’t, I would take him to court!! He cussed me and called me all kinds of names in his parking lot before I got in my truck and left! Here is the kicker, there is a department that takes care of negative google reviews! When this happened, I left a negative review and a woman called, asked what happened, and if there was anything that could be done to get me to take it down! I said, “ABSOLUTELY NOT.” So, guess what?? They took it down anyway!! Brings me to today, my neighbor called who has worked with a lot of vinyl siding and offered to fix it! I’m going to continue to take pictures then take them to court for my $$$ BACK!! I don’t need the money, it’s the principle of such a unprofessionally ran place they call a business.

Had appointment and no one showed up, called the office and had it rescheduled for next day. Was told they’d stay on top of it. Next day another no show. Called office and left a message, never got a return call and nobody ever showed up. Just glad they hadn’t gotten any money yet. I WOULDN’T use them now PERIOD! Had money to pay cash for the job but they couldn’t show up or return a call.

Do not use this company!!! Price was fair and Matt is super polite, professional. But he is not running a good business. It took 4 months for our roof to finally be completed and they had to come out three separate times to make corrections. I had to harass him to get the roof done right. I was told on a daily basis that a crew would be there the following day. The job finally got done when I mentioned contacting a lawyer. There was also extra material that was left on site....highly regret going with this company

We were in need of a new deck. At first they showed up on time to give us an estimate. He took measurements and said we would have the estimate within 2 days and then they could start the following week and it would only take 2 days to do. After 4 days of not getting the estimate, I sent an email asking about it, he needed to take more measurements so I scheduled another appt. He never showed. He didn’t call or email to say they weren’t coming. I called several times to check to make sure nothing came up and still 4 days later haven’t heard why they didn’t show

They really did a good job for me. We got a new roof and gutters and screens on top of our gutters. Fast affordable on time. We will recommend them to everyone in our neighborhood.

We love the rains but not the leakage associated with them. Unfortunately, we confronted the problem with the roofing and called Elite for our rescue. They helped us through this issue and helped us to create a home free of any leakage. We are thankful to the entire team for their magic. WE highly recommend it to everyone.

They just finished putting all new vinyl siding, new gutters and a new roof on my house. We have the best looking house on our street now. Thank you for doing such a great job and getting it done before the holidays. We will recommend you to all of our family and friends.

Elite did an amazing job on our new roof. They came as scheduled and kept in contact with me through the whole process. They answered all of my questions, paperwork was a breeze and they always returned my phone calls. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing a new roof or roof repair.
