When I was selling my home I needed some last minute work done and not only did Jeff and his crew get everything done by the time I needed to close but they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work they have done. They have put new roofs on my moms house, my sisters and done my work also. When it comes to your family, you only trust them to the best and the best is Heads! Wanted to write this review after working with Eric Johnson at Heads Construction. He came to our property and was very professional, as well as provided great insight into why our roof had leaked in the past. Throughout the install and completion of the project he was always very responsive in a timely manner. We even continued to use him for a second project, and would highly recommend Eric as well as Heads. Thanks!

Jeff was to come by and give me an estimate on putting a roof over our patio. He had a wreck on his way to my house and couldnt make it. He stated that he would be over the next day to give me an estimate. He never came and never called me. I now have 2 other contractors coming to give me an estimate.

I had Heads roofing give me an estimate for a repair on my roof. Bob came to my home and gave me and estimate for the repair. He was very understanding and helpful on determining how and what was needed. After giving me a price I decided to have Heads do the job. I lucked out when Tyler and Terry part of the Heads team showed up and did a very professional repair. They not only did the repair in a timely manner but were extremely professional and nice while they were at my home. Heads is lucky to have these two men working for them. Thanks Heads roofing.

I bought my first home 20 yrs ago, and a few years in, a leak developed over my porch. At that time, Heads was a small business located in my neighborhood. I called and Jeff came right over, gave me a price I could afford, and the work was done quickly and cleanly. Over the years since then, I have needed major repairs to my home thanks to huge oak trees using my house for target practice. I dont have to think about who to call, and even though Jeff grew Heads Construction into the big biz it is today, I still get the same great service from sales manager Bob Hall. Bob is just the nicest guy-- a straight shooter, who listens to me and my concerns, and educates me during the process. He has taken care to keep the character of my 100 yr old Craftsman home during repairs, and I appreciate that, and him!

Darrick was very professional and knowledgeable. He responded quickly when we found that we had a leak in our roof. Once insurance was taken care of the team came and repaired our roof very quickly! Everything went smoothly and we havent had any issues since the repair. Thank you Heads Construction, we recommend you all the time!

We could not be more pleased with the new sunroom addition and new roof. The crew installing the new roof were excellent. The builders of the sunroom were exceptional. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship were outstanding. My wife is normally a very nervous person with a big project. Once she spoke with the builders, she was put at ease. She never had a nervous moment. They communicated with us on every part of the building project. The builders would make suggestions that we might want to consider. We took every suggestion because we knew it was the right decision. Wow did it pay off. I will always choose Heads Construction for any future projects.

We called Heads about extending the roof over our garage patio & they did an amazing job! Bob Hall expressed concern initially about spending that kind of money & not gaining much space in the process! He listened to what we wanted, how we used our patio & what we wanted it to be in our future! He met with his Carpenters (Brandon & JT) to see what we could do to make it work! It is now a BEAUTIFUL covered patio where we spend tons of hours relaxing & living our lives!! Brandon & JT are simply amazing! GOD has blessed them with an incredible gift! We couldnt be more pleased!!

We are working on a unique project for our potting shed to convert into an outdoor dining pavilion AND I needed part of a deck to be rebuilt. Their work is outstanding and I could not be any happier with the results!!!

Eric Johnson has worked with our condo project for going on 8 years and he always delivers. Unlike a lot of folks, he lets you know what to expect ahead of time and always circles back to make sure the work is done right. We will continue to work with Heads for our future projects.

I had a leak in my roof. I called Heads because they are the well known company in Evansville. The inspector came, and didn’t even get off the ladder to look at where the actual leak was... hours later, he emailed a quote. I immediately emailed back a question, and never received a response. Never received another call about my repairs, or scheduling. I waited two weeks. Then I called Honest Abe Roofing. They were prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. Heads seems more interested in the bigger ticket repairs, and puts off the little guys until it is convenient for them... don’t let the name recognition trap you into poor customer service. Go to Honest Abe Roofing. You’ll be happy that you did!

To me, honestly and integrity is held to the highest regard. I was told that I needed a new roof by another construction company. So, I called Heads to inspect my roof and give me a quote. They COULD have told me I needed one, but they didnt, because in reality, my roof is still good for another three years. Great company, and I respect them whole heatedly. I will be calling them when my roof does need to be replaced. Thank you again for being honest! You have won me over as a client!

A big shout out to Jeff Head owner of Heads construction. I called him about a problem with a roof they put on a few years ago. He was out in a couple of days and fixed it himself at the hotest time of day on a very hot day. No charge said Mr. Head. We appreciate your excellent service 👏.

Heads Construction came out and gave us a quote for repairs before we could get our house painted. We were told by Jeff that it would be about 2 weeks before they could get to it. Two weeks went by and we didn’t hear from them. We called Jeff after 3 weeks and were told he had workers out because of COVID but they would get to it Thursday or Friday of the next week. We again never heard from him. We called him Friday morning and Jeff then told us that he had 20 jobs ahead of us and that we should probably find another contractor!!! That was not what we were told from the start!!! Now we have been waiting here on someone’s word that they were doing the job now who knows how long it will be. VERY UPSET 😡

I would like to personally thank Eric of Heads Construction for not only assuring our new roof and gutters were installed properly, but for also assisting us after the installation. Heads absolutely stands by their work. He assured me Heads warranties are granite and from what Ive experienced, hes a man of his word.

Harry Lowe came out to give the estimate arrived 15 minutes early. The estimate was reasonable compared to two others. I called to set a appointment was put on their schedule. Two weeks later the crew came out to put on roof, took old off and new on in one day. The crew was very good, polite and cleaned gutters , yard . Very good job .

Great team that worked on several projects over the years. Recently rebuilt a deck that was completed efficiently and all mess cleared away. I have had them replace roofing as well. Crew is polite. Will definitely continue using this company

This is an A+ contractor. They built a beautiful patio cover that blended flawlessly with my house. The construction crew proved to be skilled carpenters who were polite, friendly, and always cleaned up at the end of each work day. Because of the superior communication, I knew what to expect during each phase of the process. I highly recommend Head’s for any of your construction needs.

Heads Roofing has replaced the roofs at 5 buildings I own and repaired another. Communication has always been excellent as has the follow up after the job was complete. One of the rare businesses that tells you what they will do and then does it. Highly recommend.

They installed 6 cutters on my house. They did a fantastic job the color was spot on they were done in A-day the clean up was fantastic!

Very pleased with the Heads crew work and service. The workers were not raucous and yelling over loud music and not smoking on the rooftop. They cleaned up everything really well and even came back after the roof job was complete to repaint a few dings on my house that i noticed where the paint came off. I definitely recommend them.

We just had windows installed buy Heads Construction. Jeff and his crew have been absolutely amazing through the craziness of our window situation. The original windows were Peachtree and would not be warrantied by the company. Jeffs crew installed American Window products and they are absolutely amazing. Even with the trouble that they had putting the new windows in the installers kept a great attitude. This process unfortunately took a lot longer than Jeff would have liked but thank you very much for keeping us informed on scheduling, product changes, and working around our busy schedule. The ending result of fit and finish was absolutely amazing to me considering the amount of effort and time it took the guys to install the windows. The quality was never sacrificed for time. Thanks for a great job.

They did such a great job on my roof a few weeks ago that I remember two of the workers names. Robin and Shannon did an awesome job. You could tell they were proud of the work they did and the company they worked for. I was picking up things around my home and they said “ma’am we will get that.... it’s our job”. And they were fast and through. Thanks Head’s Roofing and construction.

Called them out to provide a quoute to replace our roof and gutters as well as a basement remodel. Everything was fine and I received the quote for the roof. As a responsible home owner, we also got quotes from other companies. I sent the estimator an email telling him we had chosen another company for the roof job but hasnt received his quote fir the basement. He responded that he was waiting on my decision on the roof and that Heads would pass on even quoting on the basement project. I feel this is unprofessional and vindictive. Their price on the roof was 10% higher than one of the other companies we received a quote from.

The men that did the work on the house were pleasant and very thorough.Everyday when they were finished all of the debris were picked up as if they were never there. The workmanship was superior to any company we have ever used.prior. I would welcome this work crew back for future work. There. Workman ship was out standing. I contracted Head’s Construction to convert my covered patio into a four-seasons sun room. Other than being delayed numerous times for weather, everything went well. There was someone always available to talk to for questions/concerns and they listened to what I wanted. The room turned out exactly the way I envisioned with very little extra cost incurred for changes during construction. Their workers are friendly and professional and Jeff was even able to get my pooch to use the installed doggy door when no one else could. Will definitely contact Head’s Construction for future construction needs.

Approximately 10 years after installing our roof, Jeff Head responded to our concern that something needed to be repaired on the roof. As soon as we called Jeff came to our house and diagnosed the problem. A guy with gray hair down to his neck driving a Heads Construction truck just threw all his trash outside of his truck onto the McDonalds Lincoln parking lot when there are about 10 trash cans. Horrible! Not professional. Everyone in the restaurant talking about it. Its 11am February 27,2020

I can’t get them to call me back?? After someone came out took pictures and was going to talk to Jeff Head and see what he thought of the job. Two weeks no call back yet??? I’ll pass on a company that’s so snobby they can’t call a potential customer back. The answering service is rude as hell too!

We had a valley in our roof that kept leaking. A roofing company came out and “got it fixed”.Next time it rained we learned that it was still leaking. We called Head’s Construction. Jeff, himself, came out. It was no time he had us fixed and no more leaks!

May have the best customer service of any business, not just construction. Hometown service from a hometown guy. Jeff seems to remain very humble, and displays old school values that you just wont find anymore. Im not family nor a personal friend, but I sure couldnt tell. Top shelf quality as well.
