Nick has been very helpful in helping us choose the right product for us and answering our many questions. After our first visit he sent us home with several info packets to review and got an estimate to us in a very timely manner.

I was having trouble placing screen windows in Pella windows that were installed 4 years ago. The store arranged a visit by a service agent who was extremely nice and took charge. Super service!

Awesome experience from the very first call to completion. We had several casement windows that needed to be face caulked and two casements with a glass / frame failure. After contacting Pella of Evansville, Scott in service, promptly ordered the replacement units and scheduled Mike to make the repairs. The level of professionalism and attention to detail by both employees in completing the work exceeded expectations. Highly recommend Pella of Evansville and kudos to their expert staff. .

Our home was recently broken into. Our back door was shattered. The first call we made after 911 was to Pella Windows and Doors of Evansville.Mark Goad, the General & Trade Sales Manager, arrived at our home within 15 minutes of our request for help. From their initial assessment, guiding us through the process of a new door that would be both beautiful and more secure, installation and completion, they were fantastic. Each of the men who arrived at our home was professional and skilled. The completed job is lovely.We will soon be looking to replace the windows in our home. We rebuilt our home after a fire. We worked with Cherie, she really knows the product. She made sure we understood our choices and spent time with us to make sure everything was absolutely correct. We love our windows and sliding doors (and the built in shades). I cannot say enough about the customer service she provided. We were under a lot of stress, Pella and Cherie at least made this part easy for us.

I utilized Pella for replacing some bedroom windows and a basement window. The installers showed up a few minutes early, ready to go. They were extremely professional. When I returned to see the completed work I noticed that everything looked cleaner and neater than before they got there. Cherie Simpson was an awesome person to work with when purchasing our windows. The final details she helped me with were so “spot on”. The windows are being installed today and they are beautiful. She was patient and understanding in regards to a bad experience with another window company. We’ve had Pella in our home since it was built in 1978, I don’t know why I was going to try something else. Thank you, Cherie and Pella.

I have had multiple issues getting ahold of them. They tend to not call back and when they do come and fix things they fail to notice extreme issues like rotting doors. I wish I had other options.

Good experience with Pell a Windows! Pella knows their product, did what they promised when they promised. Larry and Mike did a great job with the replacement windows. We are very happy with the new windows.

The home I purchased has all Pella windows . They are older yet very well built. When I found out about the Pella store in Evansville I was excited to get some needed parts. However, the sales guy Scotty Edmonson made the experience even more pleasant. he knew exactly what I had when I explained the windows . He showed me color samples told me how to measure the window. He made sure I had his card with contact info in case I needed help. He also gave me excellent tips to insure proper installation . I will no doubt be back do to the quality of service.

Our inside pane of our Pella sliding glass door broke. So we took it down to the store on a Saturday. We googled the store hours: 9am-6pm. We loaded the frame into the truck and drove to the store. Next to the store hours that said Open 9-6 was a sign that said Closed. Sorry for the inconvenience. A little frustrated, we left. My husband brought back the frame that Tuesday and the guy said it would be $60 to fix. He would call us in three weeks. Three weeks past, then four. I finally called the store and spoke to Scott. When I asked him about the window he said that it was special order and it would cost $160. I asked him why he didnt call to discuss the options. He said, There are no options; either you want it or you dont! I hung the phone up, seething! I tried a couple of other places in the area and they told me these windows were so difficult to fix, they wouldnt try anymore. I tried to call Pellass corporate office, only to be transferred back to theEvansville store. I hung up. My husband said he would take care of it. When he went into the store, the lady said she would have to get the main guy. He came out and told my husband that he would do us a favor and give us a discount because we were quoted wrong: $120.00. We had to fix the window, so my husband agreed. 3 weeks, no call. Four weeks I called. The lady said, Yes it is done. She was awesome, by the way!!! My husband picked up the window in the box. When we attempted to install the window, there was what appeared to be a gold sticker in the corner where blind hardware was supposed to be. My husband called the next day and the guy told him he would have to bring the window back, because it wasnt drilled for the hardware. So back to Pella we went. My husband and I brought the window back in and the lady met us at the door. She attempted to get one of the two men in the back but they were to busy to help us. She told them what the problem was and was give several parts (5 or 6 small pieces) with instructions on how to let us do it. Keep in mind, the window was there for them to fix the problem. The sticker was actually a hole plug. She began to tell us how to assemble the pieces in the window for when we got home. So as not to lose any of the small pieces, my husband put it together right there, like one of the guys in the back should have done. I finally have my window, after almost 10 weeks. DO NOT USE! Pella may make a good window, but there is no help if you have a problem after the sale!
