I would not recommend this company. We had a fence put in this March, so only 3 short months ago. Within the first few weeks after the fence was put the gate started fall and scraping the ground. Got in touch with our salesman and was told he would put in a work order. Well here we are nearly 3 months later and nobody showed up to fix it. Since then, we are noticed the fence was seriously thrown together poorly. There were little pieces of wood set on top of place to hid their poor craftsmanship. If you EVER want service after the sale, dont use this company.

Had different projects done. Windows took longer than was told, I know we had covid told 2 weeks took 4-1/2 weeks. Fencing and roof took longer to get done said 2 weeks took 2-1/2 months. I again know we had covid. Workers were nice and easy to talk to, answered all question. Some stuff I dont like on my fence doesnt seem like it will be fixed so not really happy about that, but after a 2 day job turned to a week job Im glad its done and hope it stays up. Was question about payment i said I did finance 2-1/2 months ago when all this started. So if you decide to use this company you might be waiting a while.There is so much more to say but i dont have enough room to explain it all in detailUpdate: Someone did come out to sand the post they cut into.

We used All American to take down an old wooden privacy fence and install a new vinyl privacy fence. They did a great job and we will use the for future projects.

All American provides a competitive price and a warranty that is hard to beat.Owens-Corning also backs their work since they are a platinum installer.We had two homes reroofed in the last two years and are very pleased with the craftsmanship and customer service.

All American made an appointment with me. They arrived to my home forty minutes prior to the appointment time. I was not home from work yet, but my mom was home watching my son. She explained the situation. They said they were going to walk around and would come back. They NEVER CAME BACK. I called the number I was given and it went to voicemail. They called two hours after the appointment time. When I asked about the appointment, they said well you had a baby so we assumed you didn’t want us to come back. I said I didn’t think I could work with a company who didn’t show up to appointments. He responded with a very snide comment and then hung up on me. I am truly shocked by how unprofessional this company is!

I had to replace the shingles on part of my roof due to a leak. I spoke with Jason at All American Home Improvement. He gave me the quote, explained the process, supervised the replacement of shingles. The workers did a great job cleaning up the debris. The whole process was very professional and I am happy with the final results. I would contact Jason again if I need any other repairs.

They came out for a quote and elaborately detailed what the process would entail. After talking with me he asked if he could speak frankly and told me what I needed to hear. Though I ended up not doing the project any time I need work done in the future I will for sure be using them. Professionalism, and honesty go a long way and I appreciate them immensely for their time.

I had problems with another contractor, John came out and we went over what I needed and what had to be done. The guys were really fast and did beautiful work. My yard and driveway were cleaner when they left than when they started! They installed the Owens Corning roofing system that is guaranteed to last longer than I will. If I could give them 10 stars for how well they took care of me I would. My roof needed replaced, soffit and gutters had to be replaced, and they cleaned up.

Great company! We called for quote on new gutters. Hanz came the day and time he said he would be here to give us a quote. While here we asked for a quote on a new roof as well. We decided to do both. They called a couple days later to inform us when they would be here to install new roof. The crew showed up on time and worked all day taking off the old roof and installing the new one. They did an excellent job. Looks great. Same thing with installing the new gutters. That crew was also on time and did a great job. We now have 6 inch gutters. The entire job by both crews looks great. The clean up was great. Both crews were very courteous and professional. We were very pleased and would highly recommend this company.

Took awhile to get our windows but these guys did our roof and windows and front door. They were super nice and everything looks grest

We just use all American Home Improvement for our window replacement. Hans the owner, came out and gave a quote better than anyone else in the area! He also quoted me for a roof and gave me recommendations for other things on the exterior of my home that I had not noticed needing attention yet. He was not pushy by any means and just offered their services for other updates to my home. The crew he sent over was exceptional. They showed up early to my home, removed and reinstalled my new windows and cleaned up after themselves! They even took my old windows with them to dispose of! The crew was friendly and respectful. I highly recommend All American Home Improvement for any of your home renovation needs! You can’t beat the price and craftsmanship!

Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone! We had a metal roof put on in 2013 which is supposed to last 50 years. Here we are 7 years later and some guys were up on the roof because we have squirrels getting in our attic. Both men stated that there are four big gaps that you can actually see shingles and that we needed to call whomever put the roof on because of such a poor job. We called All American and left a message, never returned our call. My husband finally got in touch with someone there and he proceeded to tell my husband that the materials are good for 50 years, they only have a 1 year warranty. My husband was trying to get him to listen to what the guys on the roof described and he kept talking over my husband. We just wanted someone to come out and look at the roof so they could explain WHY there are gaps where you can actually see shingles! I dont think thats too much to ask when youve put your trust and a lot of money to this company. The guy ended up saying were done and hanging up on my husband. We had actually been thinking about them to put new windows in our house, but not now. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Very poor customer service.

My widowed elderly Mother used their services to replace a roof on a very small tool shed. The roof they installed is sagging in several spots and the craftsmanship is terrible. They also charged her a thousand dollars for two hours of work. When she asked if they could come out and do the work correctly, they told her it would be too expensive to correct the mistakes they made. I feel like they really took advantage of the fact she is elderly and kind and significantly overcharged for inexcusable work.Update to company response: Your behavior as an organization is both manipulative and predatory. It is sad to see a company taking advantage of the elderly, particularly during these times when everyone needs to help each other. After reading other reviews on your company it is apparent to me that this is standard practice for you.

They take advantage of the elderly and the disabled. Their workmanship is shotty at best. They have multiple complaints from BBB and still do nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I had new siding, soffets, windows and awning place thus year 2020. Good service and great product. Will use again.

Got a call from them, I assume in response to a request I made on homeadvisor.After looking at the companys reviews, I responded asking they not call back as Id be hiring someone else, based off those reviews.The response from the business owner or whoever is making the calls (1:30 on a SUNDAY afternoon no less, not when I want to be discussing a new roof) just sealed my opinion on this companys unprofessionalism. To say I was looking at the wrong reviews - when the website they directed me to and the phone number both tie back to All American.

They were wonderful!!! They arrived at 7:30 on Thursday morning, and were finished that evening. They came back Friday morning to collect all their equipment, pick up any remaining debris, and be there for the dumpster pick up. Very friendly and all around great! They even used a magnet to pick up any nails that might have been in the yard. There was also a pile of sticks by the garage, that I had picked up from the yard, and they picked those up! There was absolutely no trash left anywhere. The crew was absolutely fantastic! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!

I need more stars. This company far exceeded my expectations. They put on a new roof and couldve easily just put a layer on over the first, like every other contractor would. Instead, they removed everything including flashing and trim and started from scratch. They even repaired many bad spots in the wood that I didnt know I had. They also put trim around the edges which was never there before. I cant be happier. The cosmetics look great, but the detail underneath is what really sets them apart. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. The cleanup was great, the crew was great, the entire process was great. AWESOME!!! Thanks so much for doing things the right way!

All I can say is wow!!! This company just blew me away! From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. Todd was fantastic and very professional with his estimate. I cant remember the installers name but I call him the Gutter Guy. I couldnt even tell they had been to my house. Everything was cleaned up and all the old guttering was taken away! I had justin Grubb demo a concrete porch floor and reinstall composite decking. Even though some materials were hard to get he managed to replace get the work done. He also replaced a window and guttering. The end product is beautiful and improved lomy home a 100%. Very pleased and will have him do another inside project.

Asked for a quote for our fence, was told we would get a quote for a repair. Wasnt given the courtesy of a return phone call and just told no through a text no explanation. A few days later company showed up to redo a goofup on the neighbors fence and they just opened our backgate and let themselves into our yard without permission from us!!! Good think my dogs werent out because they could have gotten out as our gate was left wide open! Horribly unprofessional and next time Im calling the police

Most helpful, fast and super courteous service ever!!! I was in a jam with a roof leak so I contacted All American through Home Adviser. Jason was quick to call me and came out within two hours. He listened to what I needed and understood my financial concerns. To my pleasant surprise, he immediately took it upon himself to patch the leak for me as a temporary solution at no charge to me. God sent me an angel today and his name is Jason. Thank you so much. I shall be contacting you when I am able to replace my roof.

Great company! We asked for a quote on replacing our gutters.. Jason came out and after inspection, found we had a minor issue that could be easily fixed! So thankful for his honesty, a lesser company would have taken our money for new gutters we didn’t need. We will use All American for all our home improvement needs!

All-American was amazing! Jason Habermel, one of the general sales managers, worked with me and made the process so easy. He came to my house on April 2 and we got things set up. And, a crew showed up the following Monday to tear down and replace the work. They ended up having so many guys at my house to work that everything was completed in ONE DAY!!! Everyone was so polite, and everything was cleaned up and safe once they left. So happy I chose Jason and All-American to replace my roof. The new roof is beautiful!!

Had All American Home Improvement out last week to replace our roof and it is beautiful. They did it in 2 days and cleaned up well after. Jason was very helpful in selecting a good color that suited our house. He was also very patient in working with my delayed scheduling.

EXCELLENT customer service! A light was broken on accident during my window installation and was replaced the same day I called about it. My roof also looks great! The general manager was even apologetic about the light. Jason H. also saved my elderly grandmother from being swindled for 30k by another contractor. I called him, told him what she told me the other contractor said she absolutely needed done, (because it sounded off) and if he could please check it out for her as a second opinion. He actually went over there in 30 min because it sounded so fishy. Turned out she was being taken advantage of as suspected! Honesty goes a long way, especially when saving an elderly family member from a con-man contractor. Def calling Habermel for all my large home repairs as will the rest of my family! When you save granny, you get an entire family of loyal customers.

Hanz came out and gave me an estimate. He got me great terms on financing. Within 2 days I had a new roof! He talked me into putting a new skylight in where a bubble window was. It looks great! I have new 6 inch gutters now that look fantastic! Quality work!

Ive had my windows and garage doors previously done by them, and in my new house a vinyl fence installed. The install crews were very friendly and cleaned up like they were never there. The quality of the install and materials wont be beat. The next project with them will be a gazebo. Definitely recommend All American!

I chose All American Home Improvement to install new guttering/gutter guards. I worked with John, who gave me the estimate for the work. It was a couple of weeks after I signed the contract that the work was completed. They did a great job from what I can tell and it was completed within a day. I would have appreciated a call from someone, letting me know that the work was done and that they were going to be charging my credit card for the final payment. Also, some debris of the old guttering system was left behind as well. It wasnt a lot, but enough that I noticed it and had to discard of myself.I also worked with All American Home Improvement to replace the flashing around my chimney after it was not done correctly by Hammertime. Hanz came out to discuss and gave me an estimate. The work was completed two weeks later and looks great from what I can see. Also, no leaks that I can tell around my fireplace! Very satisfied. Ill definitely use them again when needed.

Installed a roof for us in late 2015. January 2018 we have a leak. They have not repaired it and it is getting cold and wet in October 2018. They dont return my calls or texts. I would not recommend this company. They make promises they cant keep.

Cant Be Trusted!! Early summer we contracted with them to roof our house. They kept telling me that due to weather they would be here next week. This went on until it was to late in the year to get anyone else. Then they canceled on me. Not worth going to court over. I am a Disabled American Veteran left to do it myself or tarp it again till next spring. I found the hard way that you cant trust them.

All-American installed a whole room of windows in my house. The room was originally a screened in sunroom that we wanted to turn in to a 365 room. All American did an amazing job of installing the windows and turning my dream into a reality, they did so well we installed a new front door in two other interior doors,I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a fence built through them. They did a wonderful job at a fair price. The guys worked in the cold like it was nothing. Highly recommended.

Called All American to come out to look at my gutters. Jason was able to find a very simple fix that save my a lot of money verses having to replace the gutters. Jason could have very easily sold me a set of gutters but was very honest.

I ordered windows for my house amd they came to put them in. They left and i notice one of the windows were broke called and they said well get it ordered. Kept getting calls cuz they wanted my money from the job and said thats a service call. My price was for them to install windows and haul off old ones. I still have broken window but thats not their problem i also have half the windows they took out here and the last time they were here was begining of december and im still waiting.If it is your top priortuty to install the sash whe it comes in. Why is it sitting on my door step NOT INSTALLED?! If installing a broken window is the job going smoothly i would hate to see what it looks liek when job does not go smoothly. You will neve rhace buisness from me and i will refer other to stay clear of your poor buisness. You were notified in december of broken sash and said window would be in on the first week on january and you dropped itoff at my door step the last two days of january without installing it. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE professionalism. All this company cared about was my money.

All American just completed an attached covered patio on my house. The guys did a great job from start to finish. No surprise costs added, completed job prior to agreed schedule. All American installed a six foot vinyl fence in my yard. The crew worked hard and did a great installation. Hanz warned me up front they were very busy and it would be a few weeks before install. I couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Buyer be way. Great salesmen but once they have your money thats a different story. We were in the market to purchase all new windows for our home after getting some estimates, we decided to got with All American because they had a forever guarantee on the windows and stated if they ever get broken or anything happens they would be replace at no cost. We paid a significant amount more than the other estimates due to this. So the first thing that happened is they installed windows that had a dust film in between them you couldnt see out of one of our big bay window. We contacted them about this and they stated sorry we would have to contact the manufacturer of the window that there was nothing they could do. After multiple messages left we finally got in contact with the manufacturer who stated they could order it but that all american will still need to install it. After getting back in contact with them they were not pleasant at all like they were before they had our money. It took over a month to finally get the window put in. Then a year later we had a window that got cracked. So dreadfully I call all american since we did have a lifetime warrranty on these windows and it was supposed to be replaced. We were told that the manufacturer went out of business but they would be glad to sell us another brand new window!!! We paid double to have this warranty and was told sorry there was nothing they could do. WILL Never use them AGAIN. They are great until they have your money.

Had them build a fence and deck for me and was completely dissatisfied with both! Was told the job site would be clean at the end of each work day and it wasnt. ( I have pictures to prove it!) Asked them to fix pieces of the deck that had holes or was splintering and acted like it was normal for a deck less then 2 weeks old to have that happen. It was such an inconvenience for them to come make repairs. I have a roof that needs fixed and will absolutely not use them to fix it. Also wanted a 360 square foot addition and got a price quote of $69,900! Working with them was like pulling teeth and a severe pain in the butt! Lesson learned! Just trying to forwarn any future prospective clients to find a different company! If they approach you turn and RUN!!!!All American Home Improvement I signed the satisfaction agreement to get your employees the hell off my property! I even told them that as I signed it. I had other property work done and the company that did work fixed some of the mistakes your employees made. Have had many people tell me that I got ripped off after I told them how much I paid. Plus the estimate I ask for the front of my house was twice as much as I got from other very Quality contractors! I got my roof redone by someone else because I never want you back on my property! Actually I tell people other contractors to go with instead of you. You should know all the details before you think my satisfaction paper I signed means anything. All it means is I cant sue you and never planned on it. Just trying to get the word out that you are not a company to use! Have a wonderful day and life! I will and none of it has anything to do with the money I wasted with your company!

If i could give less stars i would. They did a good job on my privacy fence, so i figured i would give them more work. My attached garage roof needed to be replaced so mid February i signed the paperwork to get it done. I paid 1100 cash down with 400 to be paid after the job is done. Well 5 months later the job still has not been started. I have been forgot about multiple times, lied to, and strung along with the texts to prove it. Now that i want my cash back so i can take my business else where they are stringing me along with that to. . To give an update, i did recieve my money back.

Everything went ok for the first 2 days roof went up fast and looked good,except they didnt paint my chimney and vent pipes to match roof like promised. (Austin Butcher promised it would get done,the owner even told me he would send someone to do it)The normal gutter and soffit guys were on vacation so Austin hired his dad and another guy.The first thing they did was tore an awning off my house for no reason (its still laying in my back yard).Austins dad came here a total of maybe 5 or 6 days not showing up till 3 or later would stay till 5 or 6 and go home.Austin would text me at 10:00 am that they would be at my house soon,but they wouldnt show up till 3:00 if they showed at all.The clean up was horrible I have picked up 4 or 5 handfuls of nails an screws and pieces of aluminum every wear.Ive got 2 small grandchildren that play in my back yard every weekend,its total BS that I have to worry about them getting hurt!I have thought about contacting the Better Business Bureau and still might!No body would return calls or reply to messages,after the first week no one would talk to me (it was supposed to be a 2 or 3 day job)Dont use them unless your wanting headaches and stress

By far the worst experience I have ever had working with a company. We contacted All American to to install a 6ft vinyl privacy fence at my home in January 2018.The fence was installed in the beginning of February 2018 over the course of about a week where communication was extremely poor. The workers would show up unannounced throughout the week. I had specifically asked that we be notified due to our two great danes that are kept in the house and have bad anxiety, especially with strange people around the house. Poor communication was just the beginning of an awful relationship with this company.Around the end of May 2018, a storm came through the area and the fence collapsed along the back of the house. I want to point out, that along that side of the fence there were also 2 week old trees that withstood the wind. There were also 8-9 other houses in the neighborhood with vinyl fences that sustained no damages. I notified Austin as well as our insurance company. Our insurance company came to look at the fence and determined that it had failed due to poor materials and poor installation, not winds (which were only reported ~35mph in our area). Therefore, the insurance company refused to cover the damages.After multiple phone calls and even having to get a lawyer involved, the company finally agreed to come out and take a look at the damages. Their solution? They would fix the fence that they admitted was installed poorly, but we would have to pay for the repairs.Obviously in violation of our warranty and completely unacceptable, we got our lawyer involved for a second time. The company finally agreed to come out and repair the fence free of charge.Fast forward 1.5 months to July 2018 and the fence had started to warp/fall along the same side that we previously had issues. I notified Austin at All American.A few days later (poor communication, again) I received a phone call from James, the “fence expert.” He stated that due to the location of the fence and the high straight-line winds that we receive in the area, a vinyl fence would not hold up. Again, I would like to note the vast amount of other vinyl fences in our neighborhood that have never had issues and the fact that there were sapling trees along the same side that had never had any issues or damage.His solution was to tear down the existing vinyl fence and replace it with a 6ft cedar privacy fence. Considering we had been dead set on a vinyl fence, we were not happy with this resolution. James assured us that the fence would be more sturdy and we would even get some of our money back for the hassle. We agreed only on the terms that we would be getting some money back.Once again we ran into poor communication and our calls/texts were ignored on multiple occasions when scheduling the fence replacement. Again, they showed up sporadically on their own time, which we expressed to them was a very big burden for us in organizing our pet situation.The fence was eventually replaced with a 6ft cedar privacy as agreed upon. Since then, I have made multiple failed attempts at reaching James to coordinate the reimbursement that he promised us. On one occasion, my husband called him and immediately after he stated his name, James hung up and did not return the call.Upon inspection of the new cedar fence we have found multiple panels and arent nailed to the railings. Around the gates where some panels had to be cut down it appears that they were cut with a hand saw by a 5 year old. Overall, another terrible install job by this company.Oh, and the real kicker was the shape that our yard was left in. Candy wrappers, empty water bottles, cigarettes, nails, screws, you name it were left scattered throughout our yard. We are still finding remnants of their trash every single day.I cannot say enough about the absolutely ridiculous poor quality and service that this company provides. We are in process of reporting them to the BBB and following up with our lawyer to ensure this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Great company. I used to hang fence for them bit they do all other types of home repair and renovation. Quality work, suprising pace, even more surprising prices.

I’ve dealt with this company since FEBRUARY. Everything had went great at first. They did flooring in my laundry room and kitchen, new backsplash, new trim (that I said from the beginning I didn’t like the look) I asked for all new trim because a previous contractor put very horrible trim around my floor , and all this company did was put “quarter round” in front of the existing trim that I hated in the first place. They removed the door coming into the laundry off the kitchen, and they have still yet to finish that, installed a new kitchen window, and installed a new lighting fixture that was put in wrong and will need to be removed and redone again according to their worker Tim. When I first signed the contract they told me before the loan would start I would do a final walk through with Austin. Never happened. And before any of the work was finished they told the loan company it was finished and got paid. Even before my window was put in! And still to this day, they have yet to come and finish the finishing touches that are to be done. DONT USE THEM.

After two and a half months, we have no fence and they cancelled the job. Be very cautious about this company!I went with this company because the reviews were decent and the sales manager who came out to do the estimate seemed like a nice guy. In early June, he assured me that we would have our fence installed in a timely fashion and that the fence he ordered would match our existing fence. We never saw pictures of the matching fence, but when we did a few days before they were going to come (mid June), it did not pair well with our fence, so we asked them to place another order for an aluminum fence. I think we were both at fault for this part of the mix up, so no hard feelings there (we should have insisted on seeing a picture from the beginning). We got changed to another representative, the fence expert who took 2 weeks to ORDER the fence we selected. We were told it would arrive and we could anticipate installation in 3 weeks. After a month, we attempted to contact them multiple times with no response for a week. Finally, a week later the fence expert called and said that the fence would be installed this Wednesday (mid August). I expressed that this delay and the lack of communication was very disappointing and that I was displeased with the customer service. (I do not curse and I did not raise my voice, I was just offering verbal feedback from what I saw as justifiable complaints). We agreed that if Wednesday was the earliest date, we would proceed with the job.10 minutes later the original salesman called back and said that after talking with the owner they had decided that since we cancelled the first order and Id written a negative review online, they would not honor our contract and they were canceling the job altogether. Never once in the process did anyone apologize or own up to their failures in communication or delivering on promises.Im going to bash anyone personally or get overly emotional about it, all I can say is that anyone looking for a residential job should do their homework and be cautious when dealing with this company. We have learned our lesson and will be proceeding with another company this week.After reading the companys response, Im going to choose not to dignify their critique of a customer... with a direct response. I will simply say that we ended up using Mr. Fence and they were great. See my review there folks!

The owner of this company is a lier. I drove 130 miles to do some work for a sub contractor of his, the subcontractor took off. We informed Hans of this and he said if we stayed and worked he would pay us so I stayed. Friday rolled around and Hans said he had other things to do to come see him Monday and he would pay us, but Monday morning tried to tell us to get our money from the sub. This guy is a lier and is not a good business man.

I signed a contract with this company in February 2017 for a new roof and the job was never completed. They refused to refund my money. I spoke with the owner, Hanz Hoag, and he was of no help. I would not recommend using All American Home Improvement.

If Austin Butcher involved run fast & run far! Think he’s only a salesman but before working at All American he was A&E home improvement! Cheated me out of thousands of dollars! Deck unfinished, never worked a full day & very shoddy workmanship! His grandpa even apologized for him!

Very up front and professional from the owner to the office staff,thegernal manager Jason Habermel down to the workers. I had a roof out on my home on Dec 20. These men got here at 7 am and didnt leave until the job was totally complete.A day and half job was done in one day by 6 men. They finished the job up around 6 or 630 PM. Left my property looking as if no work had been done. Hands down the best experience I had with any roofing company I have ever delt with

Hanz and his crew came out, were very professional, and also very helpful with the financing options. Not to mention our fence was finanaced AND completed within two weeks! Awesomeeeee crew to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in fencing, etc.

My whole reason for hiring someone to do this job was so I didnt have to get up there and now I have to do the the things they promised would be done!Total BS😠.Word of mouth is the best way to let people know about this company I tell every one about them.Be careful though,they threaten to sue for slander and defamation of character!If they do you wrong file a complaint with the BBB it doesnt take any longer than posting a review.They definitely do not deserve the rating they have with them!

They put a new roof on my home the start of June 2018. Ive never seen so many nails everywhere and trash on top of my plants.Front downspout elbow not correct, they broke a outside light fixture, and did not get with me that a section of chimney pipe needed replaced.After them sealing a couple of spots.I climbed up on roof.They didnt put flashing over nails around chimney like they were suppose to.Ive contacted them several times just for them to come out and seal a spot and reroof small section. But used old chimney section.They say they are done so I get to fix chimney, light and downspout. And I am still picking up nails.Even in driveway.If I have 2 replace pipe they should have told me before finishing roof.More money out of my pocket....Update 8/ 6 was told last month by Jason and Hanz to stop calling so weeks later I got ahold of my insurance company to call and try to work this out.Still nothing. Was told Mike would call last Thursday he did not.Still no call from them.How does this work when I have a warranty and my roof leaks?Have had contractors look at roof and a home inspector. They are all just blown away on how the chimney area and valley was done.They even took pix and a video.Very poor workmanship. I would love to put more pix but sight wont take them.Warranty needs to be honored!!***Responce to All American.No one has been prying or poking.Yes I had 3 contractors and 1 home inspector look at it. I had to All American would do nothing.All it takes is a look. The photos were taken just after your job was finished.I told them. Spencer county you dont have to be HVAC licenses to replace pipe that nails to roof. I told you whatever it needs tell me. You did not.You responded to 2 calls then I was told not to call.They never called so I called Mike today.Lets see what happens**8/13 more info to come probably in a few weeks.**8/22 just found out I dont have platinum warranty that was paid for and roof still leaking.DONT pick this company.**8/28 called Owens Corning today.All American finally filed the warranty.About time. Roof was put on in June.But still leaks and they wont do anything about it.Owens Corning and another Owens Corning contractor are trying to work it out sense All American got the money and now wont correct problems.** Was suppose to show up the week of 9/3 they did not. It didnt start raining till Friday.** Now they say they will be at the house 9/11. Time will tell.They showed up 9/11 with the flashing part that was supposed to be replaced in the beginning. But has old sealant. I was told the would show up next day to finish.** 9/12 they did show up to finish job.Now I have to wait for a good rain.Pretty bad took 3 months to finish roof.Plus my name is Witherspoon not Whitherspoon. But they know that its on all their paperwork. Just another way to show disrespect. I fixed light and downspout myself.I knew they would not do it***9/25 well we finally got a good rain. Yes its leaking but about 4 inches east of where it was.A+ company I think not.I guess Ill have to take care of it myself.They had hardened sealant 1st day they showed up. Even had to barrow a caulking gun.Came back next day and I guess was in a hurry as usual. Oh 2 shingles are crimped and part of 1 missing.The flashing piece was in the insurance estimate and in All American estimates. But they did not replace it when they put the roof on in June.Yes it was the problem they just missed the places where the sealant needed to be. I got on roof and sealed it.Plus flue pipe is not old it is 2 years old and stainless steel.****10/22 roof started leaking againJust had to pay another company $500 to seal my roof around my chimney because All American couldnt figure out how to do it after putting the roof on.***Is it just me or when a roof is replaced the company that does the work should know how to seal around a chimney?The flashing was included but not installed.And once again chimney pipe has no problems.Think twice before picking them.

I have known Hanz the owner for years . I was very satisfied with the price he beat other companies by a long run . I love the look of my .new roof and plan to use them for future home imporments .
